They don't let you cance; violation of CA law
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 1 hour and 15 minutes and there is no clear way to do it online. The bot directed to a part of the site where I could cancel, but when it tried, it said I had to call customer service. Customer service said I had to cancel through the bot and told me what to type. The bot eventurally told me I had to speak to speak to management, which would take 3-4 days for them to call or email. customer service, said they could connect me to management. After a 30 minute hold, management told me I couldn't cancel my subscription.

Awesome so far! Had to make a amendment to our companies LLC, made a typo during the amendment and Leizyl from support was able to solve my issue extremely quick before the amendment was submitted! If you're new to running a business, this can be a great tool for figuring out the administrative side of things!

I hope this can be put on a big screen in some crowded meeting😃 Both Leizyl and Bryan made my day today. I called in for a couple of issues and while Bryan did amazing on the tech side of things fixing my domain issue, he was also taking notes of my 2nd issue which was more of business question. Once he was done with fixing my tech issue he offered to transfer my call me to the customer service team. But i was particularly amazed with how my call was transferred. Very warm transer. Lizyel had already aquired all the info she needed for the call without even me saying anything. All she has was to confirm a couple things and then she fired all the possible solutions addressing my questions on point. Great team work!

UPDATE: Yes, they reached out and apologized that I felt bad and then said they would look into if they could have been more clear. They lied. They take advantage of small businesses by scaring them into thinking they need the help of a legal company. It's gross. This is 100% a scam. No small business needs the lies. They lied to me from the beginning and constantly kept trying to scam me again and again. I don't know what state you live in, I live in Arizona. The state works with small businesses. They want you to succeed. ZenBusiness wants to take filing fees and a lot of additional money from you to do the simplest task the state will allow you to do online for just the filing fees. They try to scare you into saying you need registered agents and legal services. Don't fall for it. The state will help you and walk you through what you need. Do not fall for the ZenBusiness Scam!
