Wonderful bookcase...excellent quality and very practical. It holds a lot of books and doesn't take up much space, so it's perfect for an apartment or a corner in an office or bedroom. Construction is easy. In short, highly recommended!
ITEM ARRIVED A LOT FASTER THAN THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED. IT WENT TOGETHER PRETTY EASILY AND WORKS WONDERFUL FOR OUR VAST DVD COLLECTION.
Saw the ad on FB & thought it looked like a great idea! It truly is a big space saver for a reader like me. I've used regular bookshelves for years but i won't anymore. If i need more shelf space, i will not hesitate to buy another Yowos design! i'm also pleased with the fact that it's bamboo instead of more dead trees.
Ordered several of the 6 foot rotating bookshelves. They came within a few days and were in excellent condition. We like these because they don't take up alot of space like a traditional bookcase. This is a good company to do business with. I highly recommend!!!
My experience with customer service so far has been decent. I lead with that because you should know that the product is made in China and its design is technically interesting but the execution is bad. It takes a month to arrive from the province. If you try to return, they bargain despite the guarantee no questions asked. I gave up and hired a professional to assemble. He was disgusted. Parts don’t fit. (They send extra for a reason but they underestimated how many would not fit.) Crucial parts are cheaply made and break. I ordered extra from Amazon as Lowe’s didn’t stock. In the end we used wood glue and reinforced with old fashioned screws. Not worth the price or the pain.
That items received were perfect for my needs and customer service is outstanding!

I LOVE the look and the functionality of this book shelf. It was delivered in a timely fashion. I had no trouble assembling the unit. I did have to read the instructions carefully to make sure I assembled the unit properly but I was able to do the whole thing by myself. The shelf itself takes up far less space than the multiple shelves that held the books previously. I plan on ordering more units
My Yowos arrived on time and was easy, and even fun, to put together. Just make sure you check out all of the parts before you begin. It cleared lots of horizontal space and provided organization for my books. 📚 Two thumbs up! 👍🏼
Love everything about this brand and the shelves I have are fantastic. I've ordered two. When I had an issue with the color of one not being what I had expected, the customer service team has been very responsive, offering several options for returns or replacement in order to make me happy. In fact, this is my only critique--that they almost gave me too many choices, which slowed the process of returning a bit, and return shipping is not covered. However, I would buy from them again and love these shelves!!

These are the best space-saving, good looking bookshelves ever. I had a lot of books and I end up buying five book towers.
This bookcase holds so many books in a beautiful, interesting frame. I love this! Only issue, the delivery took much longer than initially promised.
I would have appreciated some clearer pictures in the instructions to make the assembly easier. I got it done, but had to undo and go back and forth a few times because they were not clear. The product itself is wonderful! Love it! The 6 tier bamboo shelf and I will be ordering the 5 tier bookcase since I like this one so much. thank you
It took a while to get this, but it was well worth the wait. The bookcase is easy to assemble and holds lots of books. My office finally looks organized. (Whether it is actually organized is up for debate.)
Bookshelf arrived only three or four days after we placed the order. It was pretty easy to put together, and looks really nice in the room. A special thank you to the customer service team for their support while we were trying to decide which one to get.
The bookcase is very well made and sturdy and looks very well in my room. Great capacity for books! It was also easy to put together with clear instructions. The only thing to be aware of is the length of time taken for delivery - around 4 weeks in my case, and the fact that the tracking information doesn’t seem to be updated. However, the Yowos team are easy to contact and can explain where the bookcase is in its journey. If I could find space for another one I’d definitely be placing another order.
I was concerned at the shipping delay but I received a polite and informative response telling me where the bookcase was on its international journey. When delivered, the 2 of us managed to put it together with minimal swearing in about 45 mins. I am happy with the robust and sturdy nature of the bookcase, and delighted with its capacity.

Delighted with the 6-tier bamboo rotating book stand. Superb built quality, easy to assemble and holds over 120 mixed hardback and paperback books. It looks an impressive piece of furniture, sturdy and smooth in operation. It took 30 days to arrive (in the UK). I was so pleased that I ordered a second one.

The rotating bookshelf (6 ft. tall) provides an excellent, very helpful use of space. All the books that were stacked in various piles are now easily accessed on the rotating shelves. The rotating "tower" design of the bookshelf (now 2 bookshelves with this recent purchase) provides an enjoyable contrast in front of the rectangular design of the stationary shelves that are positioned next to the wall.
I ordered a shoerack/bookshelf from them June 17,2026 and today is July 18 and I have yet to receive the item. Also the tracking information hasn't been updated since July 11. I have requested to dispute this charge with my credit card company. The website doesn't tell you this is actually coming from China. Update: my item finally arrived August 5th. I updated my review to 3 stars b/c of the lack of communication and them not being upfront on their website that the items come from China.
Beautiful addition to my living room! I got the two level bookcase which doubles as a side table next to my recliner -- and it holds all the books I am currently reading, and all those I plan to read soon, right at my fingertips. Love it! Best purchase of the year!
The rotating bookshelf is very useful AND it looks good too I was pretty easy to put together and it is quite light so it is easy to move from room to room when it is empty if you want Customer Service was great and kept me fully informed over the delivery. They were genuinely pleasant to interact with !! So well done
Very happy with 5 shelf unit. All parts clearly labeled, good step-by-step instruction booklet made it easy to assemble. (I should just add helpful communication with company part-way through ordering process due to my change of address.)

I absolutely love this bookshelf. It’s genuinely one of the best pieces of furniture I’ve ever bought and, without a doubt, will be one of my favourites for a very long time, if not forever. In fact, I’m already thinking about buying another one. The delivery took a little longer than I’d expected, although I may have missed the information about the lead time when I ordered. There was also a short period without any updates, so I contacted customer services. I have to say, the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly, explained the situation clearly, and let me know when I could realistically expect delivery. As it turned out, the bookshelf actually arrived sooner than they’d estimated, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again, and I already keep finding myself looking at the other furniture they sell. I’ll be making another purchase in the future.

The bookcase was easy to assemble and fits my needs perfectly. The only downside to this purchase was the wait of 6 weeks for it to be delivered from China.
The customer service at Yowos is great! I had the wrong parts in my first order, and instead of making me wait for the new individual pieces to arrive, they shipped a new unit much quicker! They knew I purchased this for a gift and they were very kind to expedite it! The quality and appearance of the unit is amazing also!
I did not receive the middle shelf in my order. If you could please mail that shelf to me I’m sure you would get a great rating. I have called (mail box is full) and attempted to send emails. I purchased two of the rotating shelves and they arrived quickly. One of them was missing the footpads so I contacted them and they got sent to me. Great customer service!
Very good product for me. I have hundreds of books, an inability to throw any of them away, and limited space. This solves the problem. It's also well-made and fairly easy to put together.
Right from ordering it, Yowos provided weekly and detailed emails on where the shelving had got to. The emails were polite and detailed. The shelving when arrived took about 45 minutes to assemble between two people and more than does the job in terms of holding my books! The finish looks amazing and the revolving aspect is smooth. The only thing I could wish for was quicker delivery as it took almost a month for it to arrive- but in their defence they do make that clear. I wish they did a three tier version in this but am so very tempted to buy another 5 tiered bookshelf! What a unique and stylish product!!! I’m now considering ordering the Flamenco and am gutted that it’s not available in the green anymore but will go for the Rustic instead!
I paid by card and everything went through without any hassle. The checkout page looked normal and secure, and there weren’t any strange popups or random redirects, which is really all I’m looking for when paying online. The Meridian 6-Tier organiser is really good, with great capacity for my books. It looks good too. The build was okay after making a few errors and having to undo what I’d done. Delivery time was 6-7 weeks. I will be ordering more of these
Returning my order was kind of a pain, honestly. I had to email them a couple times and then wait a few days or so to hear back. I did get my refund in the end, but the whole thing was just more annoying than it needed to be. 0 Reply
I ordered a custom piece from yowos.com after going back and forth on the details, and I was already feeling mentally drained by the time I placed the order. Thankfully, it came out mostly accurate. The colors and text matched what I sent over, which was the main thing I was worried about. There was one small part that looked a tiny bit different from the preview, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d probably order from them again. 0 Reply
I thought yowos.com had a really clean and simple look. The layout was easy to follow, and I didn’t feel lost while clicking around. The colors and product pages are nice too, not too busy or trying too hard. It worked well on my phone, which I always appreciate. There might be a few small things that could be polished a bit more, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, it feels modern, straightforward, and easy to use. 0 Reply
Such a great experience! I’m a two time returning customer and can say I love their products. I had shipping issues with my second order and the customer service team was exceptional. Great response time, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend their products. Great designs and quality!
I had to wait a few weeks for the shipment, a rotating 6 shelf walnut bookcase, but it was worth it. Wow! The shelf stack is a little library and is fantastic. It took me about two hours to assemble, but I am a bit slow, made a few mistakes, easy to undo, and I think someone younger could do it between 60 to 90 minutes. The result is outstanding. The item is great to use, brilliantly designed and good to look at. Customer service were professional about my enquiry regarding arrival date and gave accurate estimates. Excellent! Advice: Be careful with the foam packaging when you unpack: the instructions show you how to use it for support when you join the two sections together. Also, the screws make a good join, and the tool provided for them is brilliant. However, the screws are almost identical with shorter ones mostly and a few longer ones for the base. Be careful not to mix them up. I hope that helps!
I’m usually a little cautious with wearing new shoes all day because I don’t want to end up with sore feet or blisters, but these were really comfortable. I wore them the whole day without any issues. 0 Reply

Customer service reached out after 2 days which although they say they respond within 24 hours is still acceptable, they have since been v good in communicating delivery issues hence the updated review and score Unable to contact anyone regarding delivery, they do not respond to emails and the delivery link they send you in emails connects you to a Chinese website so you have no idea when your order is due!!!!!!!!
