This was the worst purchase, don't waste your money, the quality is worthless. The product looks nothing like the photos or the images on the website. I was shocked when I opened the box and saw the parts, I didn't like the look of the wooden figures or the plastic light-up stickers that require a ton of batteries. When I contacted customer support, they refused my return request simply because I didn't like the product or its quality, and they wouldn't give me a refund. So, if you want to return the item because it doesn't look as expected or doesn't match your home decor, you won't be able to. It's best not to waste your time and money on companies like this. In reputable companies, you know you can return an item for any reason— even if you simply don't like how it looks-but that's how honest, professional companies.

Horrendous Customer Services
Extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I received the wrong item and immediately requested a return and refund. Despite being completely clear that I did not want a replacement, they went ahead and processed and shipped one anyway. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them explaining that I still do not want the item and simply want to return both items for a refund. Their own terms clearly state that incorrect items can be returned and that the seller covers the return shipping. Despite this, they have continually ignored my actual request and responded with generic, irrelevant answers telling me that a replacement has been delivered and therefore they cannot refund me. The fact that they chose to send a replacement against my explicit request does not change the fact that I requested a return and refund. I have had to chase them repeatedly and have been completely ignored and fobbed off at every stage. The customer service has been horrendous and the way this issue has been handled is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I am simply asking them to follow their own terms and honour the refund they should have dealt with in the first place.

Product from China so unpredictable shipping
I ordered the personalized train and growth chart for my grandchild and the parents were pleased with the gifts. These products are from China and I was not aware of this. I noted the 4 day production and paid extra for the expedited shipping BUT the gifts did not arrive in time for the birthday. I recognize that the custom process takes unpredictable time on both ends so order in plenty of time and DO NOT pay extra for a shorter shipping time. It’s not guaranteed. It shouldn’t even be offered as an option.

Buyer beware! This company is a scam! The images in the advertising are false and AI generated. The quality of the backpack is dollar store level and the letters are haphazardly arranged; not horizontally across as advertised. I reached out to customer service and received an incoherent response and was unable to connect via telephone as the phone number listed is fake. It is a shame this scam involves products being created for children. Etsy sells a similar product for far better quality and the seller is responsive/ reliable. DO NOT waste your money with woodemon. They are a fictitious company that will steal your money and be impossible to get a hold of.

Damaged on arrival
They refused to cancel the order when I emailed immediately after ordering. When it did arrive, the box was completely battered and the height chart was scuffed inside the packaging. Very cheap flimsy material. Just drop shopping from China

Don’t trust their shipping commitments and don’t expect good service.
They play games with expedited shipping. They told me my item shipped, and then I got notice that the delivery date was way after the window promised for the $40 I spent for faster shipping. When I emailed, they said the 4-5 day window was shipping time only; they also needed time for production. But they notified me that my item shipped, and the delivery date is more than 5 days after that… by A LOT. I pointed this out, and don’t yet have a response (if I will get one). I definitely didn’t pay an extra $40 for this kind of service. Just don’t bother. It’s not worth the utter lack of acceptable service.

Packaging could’ve been better

Looks nice, but don’t expect top quality
I ordered from woodemon.com and at first glance, the item does look a lot like the photos. The wood finish is and it has a cute overall look, but just a heads up, it doesn’t feel as sturdy or high-quality as I thought it would for the price. I noticed a few small rough spots, and one edge wasn’t finished very well. It’s still usable and looks nice enough, but I’d say be careful with your expectations before ordering. Checkout was a mess
I tried to place an order on woodemon.com, but the checkout process was a headache. The page kept loading for a while and then would randomly send me back to the cart like nothing had happened. I double-checked my shipping address and card info more than once, but I still kept getting random errors without any clear explanation. Nice quality, shipping could be quicker
I ordered from Woodemon i’m happy with how it turned out. The item looked really nice in person and felt sturdier than I was expecting, especially compared to a few other things I’ve bought online where... The only downside was the shipping. It took a bit longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t always super clear. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying when I was trying to figure out when it would show up. That said, the product itself was good, and it was packed well when it arrived. Had a little dent when it got here

Good item, but the wait was frustrating
The item itself turned out fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the production time was way longer than I expected, and that got frustrating. I kept checking for updates, and it felt like things were just sitting there with no progress. At first glance, the wood piece looks good and it definitely works for what I needed. From a distance, it has a nice look to it. I ordered an item that arrived damaged, so I reached out to get a replacement sorted, thinking it would be a fairly simple thing to fix. Unfortunately, it ended up being a lot more hassle than I expected. The first response took ages to come through, and then when they did reply, I had to send photos of the damage, which I did straight away. Then, for some reason, I was asked to send the photos again, so it started to feel like nobody was really keeping track of what had already been provided. After that, I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on, and every time it felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone actually taking ownership of the problem. Even after all the back and forth, the replacement still didn’t seem to be handled properly, which was really frustrating. I don’t mind waiting a little if things are being dealt with, but this just felt disorganized and unnecessarily drawn out. it wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t be in a rush to order from them again. 0 Reply

Not received my puzzle!
I am still waiting for my puzzle I ordered 23 Feb and paid extra for express delivery! Sent an email and had no answer! I will not buy again from them as I’ve missed my Great grandson’s 1st birthday now! I also feel conned as I thought it was a UK company as they put UK-Woodemon. Massive mistake I should have looked at Trustpilot first which I normally do.

I ended up needing a refund from woodemon.com after my order didn’t really work out. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I’d hoped. It took a few days, and I had to follow up once to get things moving. The money did come back in the end, so that was good. Do not shop here. My item was cheaply made the wrong color. The website says returns are accepted within 90 days, but even though my item was still wrapped in original packaging and had never been opened they refused to send me a return authorization.

Misleading delivery
Well, I placed an order on December 15 and when checking out I had the option of several different arrivals. I picked the one that would be to me before December 24. First of all, it is my fault for not realizing that my Christmas present for my granddaughter was coming from China. If I had been on my game, I would never have ordered the product anyway. But now not only will it not meet that timeline it is actually due sometime the first week in January.

Personalised name puzzle for grandson
Just bought a personalised name puzzle for my 15 month old grandson, I've been robbed! £30+ with p&p. Not worth a fiver. I've seen much better quality things in Home Bargains for £4! I also paid extra for pegs which I haven't received. I have emailed to ask for a refund or the pegs to be sent, but received no reply. I'd advise not to buy. I presume it's a Chinese company. Utter rubbish.

The company misrepresented the product and now refuses to honor their return policy. They took my money and delievered a product that was NOT what they described. I immediately addressed the issue with their customer service who refuses to provide a return label and is not adhering to their return policy. 1st time ordering and extremely dissappointed & frustrated at the lack of customer service. I placed an order on December 5, 2025 . Woodemon indicated it would be delivered within 7-9 days based on the shipping I paid for. That means I should have received it no later than Dec. 14. It is now Dec. 23 and I have not received what I ordered and paid for. According to the ship tracking you provide it appears to be nowhere near my house. I have missed the opportunity to give this gift to my first granddaughter for Christmas. I cannot tell you how disappointed and embarrassing it was to not be able to provide her with a present on her first Christmas. How can you call yourself a reputable business if you cannot meet simple delivery needs – especially around the holidays? I have emailed the customer service department 3 times - have never received a response or even an acknowledgement of receipt. Do not order products from this company.

I would never purchase from Woodemon again. I ordered from Woodemon and the experience was terrible from start to finish. My item was not delivered as promised, communication was extremely poor, and every response I received felt like a copy-and-paste message with no real intention of resolving anything. The seller listed on my transaction was “Liangzi Xingqiu Co., Ltd.”, which I later discovered has no clear traceable business background and doesn’t appear to be a real or verifiable company. I only received vague excuses, no timeline, and no actual solution. If you are considering ordering from Woodemon, please be cautious. My experience felt unreliable, unprofessional, and nowhere near what a trustworthy business should operate like.
