Tracking mai aggiornato dal 9 ottobre, consegna prevista per il 14(siamo il 15), ieri, il bottone per parlare in chat sul loro sito è finto, se ci clicchi non succede nulla, provare per credere. Si può inviare una mail o aprire una segnalazione ma sono passate 48 ore e ancora nessuna risposta.

I've been very happy with my experience with Waterdrop and the X12 RO system. The customer support has been quick, responsive, and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Beria was especially helpful and made the entire experience smooth and easy. I have loved the water since day one of the installation, and the system was very easy to install. I hope the water quality continues to stay just as great as it is now.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service I’m very happy with my water filter and it has been a great product overall. After around 7 months, a small fault developed, but the company replaced it free of charge and made the whole process straightforward. The customer service was excellent, particularly from Karina, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its products and look after its customers so well in an age where this is no longer the norm.
Large range of products
Large range of products, I bought the high-end X16 Reverse Osmosis water filtering System… BUT it came with a short cable (1,50m only) with a specific connector, non-standard, and they were UNABLE to provide me with an extension or a unit with a longer cable ?!? Only workaround : they offered me an additional F1 filter… Not very professional for such a price !

I purchased a Waterdrop filtration system in April of 2026. It indicated that I needed to replace one of the filters (it has 3). I had purchased an extra filter when I bought the unit but it was the wrong filter for the system that I had bought. I contracted customer service to ask it I could return the filter because I had purchased it in error. Not only did they not require me to send back the filter (which I had not opened) but they sent me the correct filter for my system at NO Charge! I want to reach out to Hailey Z for her exceptional customer service and attentiveness to my needs.

5 Stars - Exceptional customer service from Kimberly! While my original water dispenser experienced technical issues after it's warranty was almost expired, Kimberly from Waterdrop customer support went above and beyond to make things right. She worked with me to get the details and then quickly processed a full warranty replacement along with an extra filter for the inconvenience. I submitted a 1* review on 25 Sept 2026 due to abysmal customer service. That seemed to have struck a nerve as I then received much better service. I was provided compensation of two CF filters for the aggravation and Hailey Z of customer service was very communicative. They have a good product and I told them that it would be relatively easy to fix the customer service issues which would drive retention and possibly increase sales. I wanted to update my experience to potential customers, hence the new rating of 4*. Given that communication improved and compensation provided, I feel it important to provide a review based on my current experience.

From the moment my order was dispatched, the team provided outstanding follow-up and support. Ho avuto un problema, il giorno dopo lo stesso prodotto era in sconto a 40€ in meno, ho approfittato della protezione del prezzo di 30gg, quindi ho scritto e qui devo complimentarmi con il servizio assistenza e soprattutto la sig.beria, non solo mi hanno restituito 40€ ma mi hanno spedito gratis un filtro di ricambio dal valore di 40€ per scusarsi. Purchased the Waterdrop G3P800. I am happy with the performance and quality. The unit is quiet and occasionally makes a short low grade hum when doing its thing which is not problematic. I have not changed the filters yet and cannot comment on that. There were surprises in the installation process. The UV and MNR remineralization filter gets spliced into the blue lines. There were no clear instructions regarding the MNR filter installation. This is what the extra remineralization independent filter means. Includes a PE pipe cutter to perform the task. I reached out to customer service. Customer service was friendly, accommodating, and answered all of my questions. Thank you Lene!

Purchased the X16 and unfortunately the delivery carrier left my package outside my property. I was not home at the time of delivery and when I got home, my package was missing. I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and kind. Beria was so helpful and assisted me with my issue and ensured it was resolved. Amazing customer service and really made me feel like they were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to ensure resolution. So happy to have bought the product and on top of that the installation was very easy and the water tastes amazing. I highly recommend !

I emailed asking about their 30-day price match policy and got a quick, friendly reply — the refund was processed right away. They even offered a free pitcher as a gift. The system itself works well and the water tastes clean. Very happy with both the product and the service.
Tubing Incompatibility & Customer Service
We encountered a tubing-size compatibility issue when installing the WD-MNR35 remineralization cartridge with our G3P800. The supplied connection setup wasn't compatible with our installation, and it took several emails and calls before support fully understood the issue and acknowledged/identified a solution. Once the problem was understood, Waterdrop helped us obtain the correct adapter, reimbursed us for the expense, and offered a goodwill gift to acknowledge the inconvenience. Separately, the price of the machine dropped shortly after our purchase, and Waterdrop honored its word and refunded the difference without any pushback. Beria was the main person we dealt with and stayed on top of getting everything resolved, and still helps us to this day with questions since! Support was generally timely and followed through once the issues were clear, although we feel like the technical installation issue required more back-and-forth than it should have. Overall, the product has been solid, and our experience with customer support ultimately ended positively. We'd just recommend being prepared & patient to spend some extra time clarifying technical installation questions if they arise, but they'll make it right. We'd definitely purchase a machine from this company again if given the option! Thank you Beria for your excellent customer service!!! :-)

W dniu 08.10.2026 przyleciałam z Rzeszowa w celu zakupu blatowego urządzenia do filtracji wody. Powodem osobistego zjawienia się w sklepie ( bo forma zamówienia online jest możliwa i oczywiście bardzo wygodna) był zamiar osobistego wyboru filtra z wielu dostępnych.Spotkalam się że zrozumieniem przez zespół sprzedający,a szczególną pomoc uzyskałam u Pani Agaty, która wsiadła że mną do samochodu i zawiozła do magazynu Waterdrop oddalonego kilka kilometrów od sklepu. Wybrałam dwa wkłady do modelu WD A1 , zresztą po konsultacjach w sklepie i profesjonalnym doradztwie. Wkłady zabrałam ze sobą i w tym samym dniu wróciłam samolotem do Rzeszowa. Wybrany model urządzenia wysłano mi kurierem. I już 09.10.2026 o godz.12.00 miałam sprzęt w domu. Zdaje sobie sprawę, że sposób w jaki dokonałam zakupu może budzić zdziwienie, ale tutaj nie chce tłumaczyć przyczyn.Moge tylko zapewnić ,że istnieją realne podstawy do takiego postępowania. Natomiast to jak zareagowal zespół sklepu pozwala wystawić im najwyższą ocenę z zakresu empatii i profesjonalizmu.Uzywam sprzętu 2 dni. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Ale faktem jest ,że jest to okres zbyt krótki ,aby w pełni ocenić zakup. Na razie wydaje się wspaniały, natomiast obsługa sklepu jest na pewno wspaniała. Mi sono rivolto al servizio clienti Waterdrop per alcune informazioni tecniche molto specifiche sui loro purificatori e sui filtri, e sono stato seguito da Beria. È stata estremamente gentile, professionale e dettagliata in ogni sua spiegazione, aiutandomi a capire quale fosse il modello più adatto alle mie esigenze. Inizialmente c'era stato un piccolo fraintendimento riguardo a un pezzo di ricambio (un adattatore) e un po' di attesa per le risposte, motivo per cui avevo scritto una recensione affrettata. Ho poi trovato il pezzo per conto mio e ci tengo a sottolineare che Beria si è persino offerta di rimborsarmi il costo dell'adattatore. Ho deciso di non accettare il rimborso perché il pezzo costava davvero poco, ma ho apprezzato moltissimo il gesto e la sua disponibilità. Per questo motivo ho voluto rettificare il mio giudizio: il supporto ricevuto da lei è stato di altissimo livello. I have got X12 filer. First of all - Water Taste. It really changes water taste for better. Installation very easy, you dont need to be a plumber. As well positively surprised by look of the tap and its quality. All water filters taps I was checking were looking poor or weak, or just not elegant enought for a good kitchen. Waterdrop is a winner here as well. Contacted customer support for the refund due to discounts appeared on the site after 2 days I bought it (price protection). That was handled with ease. Thanks to Beria from customer support. Top service. Top product.

I had bought a WaterDrop product 6 months ago, and sometimes after, the machine got faulty, and started to leak from the bottom. I then immediately approached the Customer Service team for resolution, and after to and from for a few email exchanges, the team was really trying to assess and review my situation via the video and picture that I have taken, since there is no service centre in Singapore. After assessing the issue, the CS team had finally decided to provide me with a new machine, and I am really glad that the replacement process is smooth and easy for me. Waterdrop TSU Filter
I ordered a Waterdrop TSU under-counter filter but received a K19 counter-top filter. Waterdrop customer service were most helpful and promptly shipped the correct filter. Using a return Fedex label I returned the K19 to Waterdrop and they provided a free gift for my inconvenience. I have since installed the TSU and am very pleased. Unit comes with all parts required and quick connections so installation couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend Waterdrop products.
