I recently signed up for thier phone service and was very impressed with excellent customer service. Lexi and the other support team menbers explain things carefully and take the time to explain and navigate your your way the phone system backend. Have to say, their prices are actually affordable too. I highly recommend their services.

Unitel customer service went above and beyond. I highly recommend them! We had a duplicate account we didn't know we had. They caught it, called us, and refunded the money for the duplicate. They truly care about their customers. Highly trustworthy and easy to set up extensions. The recordings are easy to set up. We haven't had any technical issues 100 stars!

I had an extremely disappointing onboarding experience that I feel compelled to share. After completing the sign-up process and submitting my payment information, I was flagged for fraud with no explanation provided. To make matters worse, my card was still charged despite the account not being approved. I was then directed to call a fraud department to verify my identity — a process that required waiting on hold for over 20 minutes before anyone answered. Throughout this entire ordeal, I received no communication explaining why I had been flagged, no apology for the inconvenience, and no information regarding a refund for the charge. This level of service is simply not acceptable. Due to this experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are not subjected to the same frustration.
