Thank you Martha, She was so patient with this non techy soul. She helped me configure my system exactly the way I dreamed. I was discouraged at first when I used AI tech support. She later assured me that my first desired configuration was doable. She walked me patiently through each step and made prompts on her end as well to make the flow easier. Your the best, Thank you Martha for bringing the light when things were looking Grim. Have a Happy Life, Peace.
Lovely and great
I had an extremely disappointing onboarding experience that I feel compelled to share. After completing the sign-up process and submitting my payment information, I was flagged for fraud with no explanation provided. To make matters worse, my card was still charged despite the account not being approved. I was then directed to call a fraud department to verify my identity — a process that required waiting on hold for over 20 minutes before anyone answered. Throughout this entire ordeal, I received no communication explaining why I had been flagged, no apology for the inconvenience, and no information regarding a refund for the charge. This level of service is simply not acceptable. Due to this experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are not subjected to the same frustration.
Greg, was extremely polite and above all he was EFFECTIVE. He was prepared to help with everything I needed. He also explained the next phase of the process in a quick and informative way. Frank and the support team are amazing. They sat on the phone for 20 mins and resolved setup issues I had spent hours on. I chose the cheapest plan but my expectations were exceeded.

So far everything has been good for the most part. Learning the website is a little tough, even with the scheduled call with Unitel, but once you start to understand how to build your messaging it is smooth sailing.
Greg was so helpful and exhibited patience with all of my questions and concerns.
The customer rep answered several of my questions, was friendly and informative explaining to me how my new service would work. He was completely competent in his own understanding of the system and its flexibility. He wasn't pushy at all. It was overall a pleasant experience.
Very knowledgeable, and easy to talk too. Made me feel ok to ask questions to get a clear understanding. They got the system up and running on time with follow up calls to make sure everything was to my liking. I would highly recommend Unitel Voice for any startup companies.

Hello and in response to your inquiry. I was highly impressed with my initial "phone set up" meeting . My representative was very polite and professional. However, it appears that I have not been able to connect with your support team since our first meeting?? I've sent emails, and I have not received a reply that I am aware of? Hence, I hope to connect soon, in order to continue after my 30 day trial period.
This company's it department and assistant section is phenomenal, Greg made it happen, with simple ease of use, great communication! Which is a large factor especially if you're going to get customer's. And was with the person every step of the way. Greg is fantastic, you definitely got a winner.
