Un punto a favore va al servizio clienti davvero disponibile ad ogni esigenza e sempre pronto a riapondere con cordialità e competenza togliendomi ogni dubbio anche prima dell’acquisto . Why did you delete my review? People need to know the truth. Jelly Max is a lie; the camera isn't 100 megapixels but 10, and it can't handle 20 apps—it freezes up. The touchscreen is terrible and doesn't work properly; the quality is the worst imaginable. Good marketing, but the actual device is completely different from what they show in videos, and they deleted my first review.
I heard about Unihertz from a friend and before ordering I read the reviews. They were devided between very good and very bad. I decided to give Unihertz a chance and ordered a Jelly Star. I also ordered a screen protecter by accident as I didn't realise there would be one in the box. When I asked, an hour later, to cancel this order Unihertz responded straight away and after a brief exchange of emails cancelled the order and refunded the money. I also contacted them when I had not received my phone and had some confusion about the tracking number. Again, they responded very promptly with helpful information and my phone was delivered safely. The phone arrived within a week of the order, well-wrapped and protected and so far I am very pleased and impressed with it. It seems to tick all the boxes for me. Thank you Unihertz.
Extremely highly recommended this platform unihertz, reason is I living New York and I order titan 2 and I got my phone well packages and also from super fast delivery 4-5 days. Also talking about titan 2 phone, highly recommended well rich finished and build quality this phone. ( premium quality. Keyboard is fully great finished. Talking about camera omg. I put this review coz I used I phone pro max all series and also google series fold also, but this price and quality I must say unihertz titan 2 is much better then other phone. Satisfaction ( 100 % ) highly recommended
TANK 3NEUF, 660€, il m'a fait 14 mois, le telephone était état neuf, l'écran tactile ne fonctionne plus du jour au lendemain. Réponse Unihertz : Hors garantie ! Cela fait le deuxième que j'achète, le premier c'est le chargeur qui ne chargeait plus au bout de 13 mois ! Jamais je n'achèterai plus avec cette société malhonnête, un camion peut rouler dessus mais le telephone lui ne fait pas plus que le temps de garantie. N'ACHETEZ JAMAIS CE TELEPHONE !
The build quality is actually good. It feels sturdy in my hand and doesn’t come off as cheap at all, and the buttons have a nice firm feel to them. My only issue is that the edges are a little rough, and it feels like that detail was kind of ignored. If they were smoother, this would be much better overall. 0 Reply
Outstanding phone! I really love this phone. It hasthe perfect size, it is practical, handy and very convenient. The phone keep me away from spending too much time on screen but at the same time has all features that I might need (outlook, maps, zoom, etc). I had a Google pixel before and this was the best switch I`ve made. No brainer if you are looking for a solid phone in a compact size
The phone is fine for basic stuff like calls, texts, and browsing, but like I said, the GPS has been a real issue for me. When I’m using maps, it jumps around a lot and sometimes puts me on the wrong street completely. Like I said, that’s frustrating when you’re driving and actually need it to be accurate. I bought this from unihertz.com the phone is a decent size and feels okay to use. But the storage is disappointing. After adding a few apps, taking some photos, and doing updates, it was already almost full. I knew it wasnt going to have a ton of storage, but I still expected a little more usable space than this. Having to delete stuff all the time gets old really fast. Its not a terrible phone, just not great if you plan to use it every day 0 Reply
I’m really happy with my unihertz phone. The size is exactly why I bought it, and it feels so nice in my hand. I can use it one-handed without any weird stretching, it slips right into my jeans pocket, and it doesn’t feel like I’m carrying around a brick. The buttons are in a good spot too, which makes it even easier to use. Small phones are so hard to find these days, so this ended up being exactly what I was looking for 0 Reply
I bought this phone mainly because I needed the dual SIM feature for my own setup, so it’s frustrating that it keeps dropping one of the SIM cards after a while. The settings aren’t exactly easy to figure out either. I contacted support, but they basically just told me to reset it, which didn’t feel very helpful. The phone itself is fine for normal use, but dual SIM was the whole reason I picked it, so I’m disappointed. 0 Reply
Great products. I bought the Titan 2 and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I didn't even realize how much I was missing a physical keyboard on a phone until I got it. Unfortunately I had a technical problem with the device, but Uniherz (even though they don't have service in my country) sorted everything out really fast and sent me a brand new replacement in no time. I highly recommend them and I'm definitely going to buy more stuff from their store.
After I got my phone from Unihertz, I wanted to grab a case and screen protector so I wouldn’t have to worry about messing it up. I liked that they had the main accessories right on the site, because it made it easy for me to find the stuff that actually fit my phone. The only annoying part was that a few things I wanted were out of stock when I checked. I ended up waiting a bit, which wasn’t a huge problem, but I definitely would’ve preferred to just order everything when I needed it. 0 Reply

Your Service staff has been very helpful in solving the problem of a lost package of an ordered accu for the Atom XL. The communication was best, there are not many companies, who always reply in time on customer requests. I appreciate that. The subequent Delivery reached me in time. And by the way: Thanks to the very helpful maintenance instructions on your Site was it possible, to repair the mobile Phone. It is working flawless again! Best Regards, Ralf
I ordered from Unihertz and the whole delivery process was super easy, I got the tracking info quickly, the phone showed up a few days earlier than I expected, the box was in good shape when it arrived, and there were no shipping issues at all so I’m happy with how everything went 0 Reply
The phone was okay at first, but dealing with customer support got really frustrating!!! Their replies took way too long, and sometimes they’d just ask me the same questions again like they hadn’t read anything I already sent!!! The warranty process didn’t feel very helpful either. I had to send photos, videos, order details, all of it, and still didn’t get a clear answer for days!!! By the end, it kind of felt like they were just trying to avoid actually fixing the issue. Not the worst company ever, but I’d definitely be careful buying from them if you think you’ll need decent after-sales support!!! 0 Reply

The phone itself is nice enough, and I do like using it overall. But the fingerprint unlock barely works half the time. I keep ending up typing in my PIN instead, and after a while you just get tired of dealing with it every time you want to unlock the phone 0 Reply
This is not a post about whether Unihertz makes interesting phones. They do. Their concepts are genuinely creative and there are plenty of happy customers out there. This is a post about what happens when something goes wrong. I purchased a Titan 2 in March. Within a week I had a legitimate issue and requested a return. What followed was one of the most exhausting customer service experiences I've had with any company in any industry. The pattern works like this: you contact them with your issue. They respond asking for something — a description, a screenshot, a log, a video. You provide it. Then a new email arrives asking for something else. Then another. Each response resets the clock and delays resolution. There is no clear process, no timeline, no commitment. Just an endless series of new requirements designed — whether intentionally or not — to outlast your patience. At one point I was asked to switch carriers. My carrier is AT&T. I've worked in industries where I've seen this playbook before. It's the same approach used by certain health insurance companies whose customer service model is built around deny, delay, and exhaust — not resolve. I'm not saying Unihertz is doing this maliciously. But the effect on the customer is identical. Here's what I genuinely don't understand: Unihertz is a company that depends almost entirely on social media, YouTube reviewers, Reddit communities, and Kickstarter backers to survive and grow. Their audience is unusually tech-savvy, unusually vocal, and unusually connected. Why would a company in that position treat customer service as an obstacle course rather than an opportunity? A happy customer who had a problem solved quickly would have posted something very different here. So here is my honest warning: if you buy a Unihertz product and it works perfectly, you will probably love it. But if anything goes wrong — anything at all — be prepared for a process that will test your patience in ways the product itself never should. Buy with eyes open.
Phone charging dock broke after 4 months of uses and they want to charge me over 120$ to send it back to their store.. i dont recommend buying
They never shipped my item but gave me twice a fake tracking number just to keep the money. I am still waiting for the refund and nobody gave me a decent resin for this behaviour.
Ich habe jetzt seit 2 Jahren das Tank3.Gekauft bei Ali im offiziellen 8849 Shop. Das Telefon an sich ist absolut super und sehr robust. Ist mir ein paar Mal runtergefallen,ja auch aufs Display.Bis auf 2 dellen im Rahmen ist nichts weiter passiert. 3 Sterne nur weil: -Ich hatte vorher ein ulefone armor 13 das hat bei meiner Nutzung ca 10- 13 Tage gahalten,das Tank hat 10000mah mehr hällt aber bei gleicher Nutzung nur 8-10 tage. - seit dem letzten firmwareupdate hällt der Akku nur noch max 8 Tage und der Aufbau von Seiten und die Internetverbindung ist extrem langsam geworden. - ich wollte dann jetzt den beschädigten Rahmen und den Akku wechseln. Unihertz verkauft einem die Einzelteile nicht obwohl sie im Shop zu sehen sind. Rechtfertigung ist das das Telefon doch so alt ist,ich solle mir doch ein neues kaufen. Finde ich jetzt nicht so nachhaltig. Bei Ali findet man Rahmen mit Display aber es gibt 3 verschiedene Varianten alleine vom normalen Tank ohne pro. Na Mal sehen wenn das Tank 5 nicht bald kommt werde ich wohl wieder zu ulefone gehen.

I picked up a Unihertz phone mainly because the customizable button sounded really useful, it is. I use it for the flashlight and quick app access way more than I thought I would. That said, setting it up felt kind of clunky, and I keep hitting it by accident, which can be frustrating. Sometimes it almost feels like I’m stuck working around the button instead of it just making things easier. Not gonna lie, I ordered from unihertz.com mostly because the price was a lot better than the other small rugged phones I was looking at. Shipping was fine, and when it showed up, the phone actually felt solid right away — not cheap like I half expected. For what I paid, it handles everything I need, and the battery life has been good too. It’s not some fancy big-brand experience, but the value is definitely there. The touchscreen on my Unihertz phone has been really frustrating. It Often doesn’t register where I’m actually tapping, so typing turns into a mess and I keep hitting the wrong buttons or opening stuff I didn’t mean to. I tried messing with the settings to see if it would help, but it still feels way off. 0 Reply
I got my unihertz mostly because I wanted something small, but the battery ended up being the best part. I can use it all day no problem, and if I’m not on it too much it’ll even last me like two days. Happy with it so far, didnt expect that. 0 Reply
Worth costumer service ever I just got a phone from unihertz titan2 and it doesn’t work in any of the 5 g antenna I call customer services and they ask me for photos of the phone video like I was stealing something something from them after dad they take me that they don’t pay for the return shipping and I said I will pay even do I now that not right then they say they don’t get returns and for me to sell my phone on eBay . What costumer service .if you planning to by any of there phones keep in mind there no return is like buying a use car as is!! If it doesn’t work for you to bad sell it on eBay
From what I remember, the screen has been bright enough even when I’m outside, and the text is really comfortable to read. I didn’t expect that from a smaller phone, but after using it for a while, I’m happy with it. 0 Reply
The phone itself looked fine when I got it, but the network support ended up being disappointing. I couldn’t get a stable signal on my carrier, and my calls kept dropping all the time. I even asked around to see if other people had the same issue, and it seems like compatibility can be hit or miss. I really wish they made the carrier compatibility clearer before you buy it. 0 Reply
I bought the Australian version of the jelly Max. With accessories. Only works on telstra. Not optus. Not sure about vodafone. Only found that out after contacting support. On returning the phone. I was not refunded return postage or the purchase price for the accessories I purchased. Alice from support said they couldn't reuse the accessories to sell to another customer. So I should keep the accessories for a phone don't own. Just not good to deal with. Avoid
I’ve been using it every day, and the call quality has been really clear. People can hear me without any issues, even when I’m outside. The mic seems solid, and overall it’s been a smooth experience so far with no complaints. 0 Reply
Refused to return the product Has a faulty battery only lasts half a day...
My Unihertz Atom proved it's robust credentials, as it is still fully functioning after being run over by a car face down on a rough tarmac car park. The glass id crack but the touch screen works at fine resolution despite a crazed cracked screen!

Il Titan2 è un gioiello, ricorda il BlackBerry Passport aggiornato. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tastiera performante e adatto al massimo per il lavoro. Consigliabile a chi non usa smartphone per giocarci, ma per produttività e lavoro.
The Titan2 is a tribute to BlackBerry Passport! However it has its own identity: the keyboard is premium and it has a wonderful clicking response, the square screen is just perfect for productivity, plenty storage memory and Ram,excellent audio quality, screen quality is awesome,fantastic battery life! I love the jelly star it's so pocket friendly and does everything I need I also have a samsung s25 plus but I use the jelly star as my primary phone that's how good it is I hope the next jelly phone will be the same size as the jelly star
It's a great feeling to be back on physical keys, feeling what you're typing. In my opinion, the placement of the function, sym, shift, and alt keys could be improved, especially for combining shortcuts with the keys. A slightly thinner keyboard would be even better. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the choice!
Il Titan 2 è un ottimo telefono, molto robusto. La tastiera fisica è molto valida, si avvicina a quelle mitiche di Blackberry !! Bisogna avere pazienza e configurarlo poco per volta, a proprio piacimento : personalizzazione tasti chiave, scorciatoie da tastiera, scelta dell' app per la gestione posta elettronica, scelta della app per la tastiera ecc. Davvero un telefono molto produttivo per il lavoro e meno per i social. Nel prossimo Titan si potrebbe mettere una fotocamera migliore. Rongrazio Huniherz per avermi fatto rivivere l'esperienza blackberryana!!!

Part 2: The Good What I love about this phone. Based on what I had written in part 1, it may sound like I don't like this phone very much, but it's the complete opposite. Each phone does have it's quirks and perks and no phone can be perfect. Anyways: -The uniqueness. I love that Unihertz goes out of their way to make unique phones. I'm tired of the slab era. My bf also has their Tank 4 Pro and he loves it. -I love the chonkyness, it feels like a solid phone! -I am so thankful that they added a screen protector from the factory. I mess those things up every time! -I love the keyboard. Sure the placement of some keys are in a strange spot, but overtime it becomes muscle memory. It's also nice that it has the scroll feature. -I also bought the leather case which keeps it nice and protected. Only thing is, if you have a lanyard the flap doesn't shut. I also didn't want to cut a hole and ruin it. -Productivity: I'm way more productive with this phone. Typing texts, emails or posts is so much better with a physical keyboard! With the wide screen too! I get so much more done! It also helps that I don't add much social media and games on this device. -Alot of people were worried about the Unihertz logo being an eyesore... It doesn't bother me at all. I barely notice it half the time. It blends in really well. -The backscreen: an other unique feature. I thought I would have used it more by now, but I have yet to find more use. I don't lay my phone down on it's front to protect the keys, so I mostly keep it in the leather holster. It might a better feature on a slab. But... It's nice having that extra screen for selfies if you need it. -Speaking of selfies, I have not used the camera that much. Not because of the quality like most people have complained about. It seems decent from what I've tried. I'm just trying to not fill the phone up with a bunch pictures like all my past devices. I've actually been thinking about getting a digital camera instead. -It has more than enough memory than I'll ever need. Especially since I won't be filling it up with pictures and videos as mentioned. I'm actually glad it doesn't come with an SD card slot. I've never had luck with those on any phone I've ever had. Pictures always seem to get lost somehow or it gets glitched. Good specs: my brother (a computer tech) was so impressed when he saw the specs and the fact that it can even run Fortnite. It does feel like it runs very smooth when I use it. -The battery lasts so long and plus it charges so fast! I never have to worry about the phone dying or waiting forever to charge. -One of the features I was really excited about is that it has Infrared. Not to many phones have that. It's nice having that option if you're in need of a TV remote. As mentioned, I need to play around with the camera more before I can give it a fair review as well as the second screen on the back. I also haven't tried the dongle for the headphone jack and with the radio. So maybe later on I'll do a part 3 review. In Conclusion: If you need all the bells and whistles, this phone is definitely not for you. If you want something that helps you with productivity and that is truly unique, this is definitely the one!
Unihertz will not ship to Finland. They will accept your order, take your money and afterwards they send you an email asking for an address in another EU country, or you can request a refund, but they will keep a 6% service fee.

Ich habe alle Geräte der Unihertz-Titan-Serie und mag diese total gern, nicht nur wegen der physischen Tastatur, auch die wenigen Apps von Unihertz darauf sind super. Mit dem Shop habe ich bisher auch nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
