Title: Great bags when they work, but poor support when they don't
I bought two Tomtoc bags. A crossbody sling and a laptop messenger bag. I genuinely like the design. The messenger bag has been fine. The crossbody sling strap failed under very light use. I only used this bag to carry an iPad 11 Pro. The strap keeps sliding off. I now have to physically tie it to use it. I contacted Tomtoc. Their response was a 25% discount on a new purchase. No replacement. No repair. No inspection. Tomtoc advertises an extended 2 year warranty if you register with a serial number found on the box or hang tag. I never received a serial number or registration card with either of my two purchases. I had to ask Tomtoc directly to provide a serial number for my laptop bag so I could register it. The sling bag is now out of warranty. But the strap failed under minimal use. I believe this is a manufacturing defect. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time. “A warranty does not override UK law.” Tomtoc refused to acknowledge this. Tomtoc are digging their heels in and refused to help further. Disappointed in the support. I am giving them one last opportunity to stand by their products, before I decide what action to take next, a bag at this price range should not have developed a fault such as this after minimal use, will update once I receive final response. Update – 6th June 2026 Faith Restored:- Tomtoc has reviewed my case again and offered a one-time replacement as a goodwill gesture. The replacement uses a different buckle design that should address the strap issue. I appreciate that they eventually did the right thing. It took longer and more escalation than expected, but I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome.
Pretty easy ordering from overseas

Stumbled across the brand by chance and…
Stumbled across the brand by chance and very happy that I did! I was looking for a 35L to 40L bag and their Travel Backpack which has a 40L capacity. The pricepoint is halfway between the budget bags from Decathlon and Antler, which suited me. The quality is excellent, lightweight but feels tough, and enough straps to make it adjustable without it looking like you are off to climb a mountain. Their online descriptions and photos are spot on, and am incredibly pleased with the purchase.
Wish I’d bought it sooner
I got this sleeve for my MacBook i’m happy with it. It feels sturdy, the zippers don’t snag, and the padding seems like it’ll actually protect my laptop. It also looks just like the pictures, which was a relief. Shipping was fine too. My only regret is waiting so long to get one, since I’d been carrying my MacBook around without much protection. I picked up one of the limited edition collab bags from tomtoc it looks even better in person. I’m usually careful about spending extra on accessories, but this one felt worth it since it’s a bit more unique than a regular case. Shipping was smooth too. Feels too loose to trust
I wanted to like this, but right away it felt too loose. Just from the way it sits, I kind of assume it wouldn’t hold up well if dropped or bumped around. It doesn’t give off a very protective feel, so I wouldn’t rely on it for much more than light use 0 Reply

I’d seen tomtoc mentioned a bunch for laptop bags and cases, so I figured it was probably a safe choice. The website looked normal enough and checking out was easy, so no issues there. My order showed up fine and the quality seems good for the price. The products looked good and checkout was easy enough, but the promo stuff kind of annoyed me. I had to wait until the end to see which discounts actually applied, and some didn’t show up right away. Really solid bag
I picked up this Tomtoc sleeve a few months back, and it still looks almost brand new. The zippers feel sturdy, and the padding seems like it would protect my laptop well if I accidentally bumped it around. I’ve been using it every day and haven’t had any issues so far. Back in stock faster than I thought
I had my eye on one bag that was sold out, so I figured I was probably in for a bit of a wait. I checked again a few days later, mostly just out of habit, and somehow it was already available. Didn’t need to message anyone or keep refreshing like it was some big project. I ordered it right away and everything went smoothly. Order placed, paid for, never sent.
UPDATE: Check your spam! The company did respond and it just went to my Spam folder (if there is a way to fix this they should look into it which I never check...ever. The problem was resolved and I am very happy with the two bags that I ordered. I ordered two bags 6/4/2025… I have yet to receive shipping confirmation… it is now 6/16. I have sent 4 emails with zero response. “Ships within 5-6 days” is false. If I didn’t know better I would think this company is a scam. I just gave up on emailing and called. “They are not taking calls at this time. And their message center is full.” One of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. There is nothing like being ignored.

Order #32766 10/07/24 was incomlete. Two bags from my order did not arrive, not very good expirience. Very disappointed with this fact and need refund, I wrote to them and waiting for reply. Problem was solved.
Very protective, but still small enough not to overcrowd your existing bag.
