UPDATE: Check your spam! The company did respond and it just went to my Spam folder (if there is a way to fix this they should look into it which I never check...ever. The problem was resolved and I am very happy with the two bags that I ordered. I ordered two bags 6/4/2025… I have yet to receive shipping confirmation… it is now 6/16. I have sent 4 emails with zero response. “Ships within 5-6 days” is false. If I didn’t know better I would think this company is a scam. I just gave up on emailing and called. “They are not taking calls at this time. And their message center is full.” One of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. There is nothing like being ignored.

What can I say, Tomtoc has done it again! I absolutely love my new Custom Sling Bag Pro! It fits all my essentials for when I want a nice travel bag without having to lug around a big purse especially when I want to take my Nintendo. The sling arrived in a timely manner and looks great! The zipper are a little stiff but should be perfect anyway. I initially bought this for the bright interior and size. My only problem which is entirely mine is that it is mostly for a right handed person, I should have looked closer before purchase.

A perfect carrying case for my new MacBook Air
I have a new MacBook Air and wanted a new briefcase to carry the Air. I looked high and low… this one was too big,that one was too expensive then I came across the Tomtoc. The case had the features I wanted and had a very attractive price point. The case arrived in just a few days. I went over the case looking at all the critical points and was very pleased. One feature I really liked was the storage area in the top “lid”where I can carry a couple of folders to meetings. I’m very pleased with my Tomtoc case and would strongly recommend the case to anyone.

Decent products but stitching can be improved
Enjoyed using TomToc but had some issues with their craftsmanship. Have tried their 40-liter backpack which ripped internally after using for a year. Also ordered the 26-liter bag and liked the aesthetics and fabrics used. But again, the stitching was done poorly leading to faulty crease and ruffles. The warranty service took a while to respond but they did eventually reply. They are strict about resolving only if you’d purchased through a “verified channel”. Best you purchase directly from their website.

I enjoyed the experience of creating my own custom sling and I expected it to take a while to ship, it came pretty fast. It took a little over 2 weeks which is fast considering the product had to be custom made. If any issues come up, they are sure to help!

I saw this bag reviewed on Maurice Moves and decide to take a further look. I was a little hesitant until I saw that the bag comes in colors other than black. I ordered the two-tone model with a white upper and navy upper. I just come back from an international trip and the bag was great. It fit my passports and wallet safely in the backside compartment. In the middle compartment, I was able to easily store a notebook, pens and a sunglasses. In a pinch I could fit a small water bottle in there too. I used the front compartment for miscellaneous items such as hand sanitizer, Airpods, lip balm, etc. The fit\comfort\adjustability was very good as well. The bag held up very well and when I got a spot of ink on the white vinyl I was able to remove it with a little hand sanitizer. Its a nine out of 10. I would have liked a little bit more room for a water bottle but I did not want a bigger bag. As a plus my teenage daughter thought it looked pretty cool.

10/10. I bought the 7L Explorer-A54 Crossbody Sling for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it. It’s perfect for travel, or for running errands when you’re wearing athletic gear with no pockets. Material is great and durable and it’s just the right size. It fits an 11in iPad Pro and has great pockets to keep organized. Also, I received my ordered within 4 days, during hollidays. They offer very fast shipping! Giving it 4 stars due to the lack of communication. I had a hard time reaching customer service after a return was delivered to their warehouse and no refund was issued. They eventually refunded my money but I didn’t receive an email with direct communication regarding the delay. Other than that, everything was great.

Great backpack for one bag traveling
Great backpack for one bag traveling. I used for our trip to Orlando; on the way back, I packed it up completely (whole week of my clothes and the kids’), the weight distribution is good, very comfortable carrying it and running around the airports, padding is very good. Love the YKK zippers, the whole backpack seems quite durable. The only drawbacks I can find are the side handle is quite flimsy (even though the top handle is very good) and the compression straps aren’t are strong as other brands.
Arccos Series Carrying Bag for Steam Deck
I ordered the Arccos Series Carrying Bag for Steam Deck. A FedEx employee ripped open my package and stole it's contents before it was delivered to me. So, unfortunately, I do not have the product. This review is solely based on my experience with tomtoc. I sent an email to them letting them know that my item was stolen along with a photo of the evidence. Several weeks passed so I sent them a second email. After another week or two, they finally got back to me and refunded my purchase. They did not refund the shipping. Before they responded to my email, I did some digging and found their 800 number. I called it several times per week and during their claimed business hours. Nobody answered. EVER. It just hangs up on you after a few minutes. I really want to leave a better review, but I was so disappointed by the amount of time it took to get my issue resolved. I have other tomtoc products and I love them. It's really a shame. Thank you.

I was not able to return the product that I bought on their website. They have a weird outdated system where you have to fill in a form to get an approval for a product to be returned. I did fill in the form, I even sent an email to their customer service and never heard back. Now I am stuck with the product I do not need and I cannot return it even though I didn't even open the package. So disappointed!
Nonexistent customer service
I paid for expedited shipping(1-2 day) and my item didn’t arrive until the next week(6 business days). I have attempted to contact Tomtoc four times and have been ignored each time. Clearly they shipped my order “ground” or whatever their free tier is and not expedited. I ordered this directly through Tomtoc instead of purchasing on Amazon but I’d honestly recommend purchasing on Amazon as their customer service is leagues better - and that is saying something about Tomtoc. The product is great but their customer service and e-commerce division needs some work.

This sleeve is sleek and secure, but I found that I have to push my laptop in with some effort to make sure it lays correctly in the sleeve. Even after measurements, the corners are still a little too tight. Nonetheless, it works well for me even if it takes up a little extra space in my backpack.
