I ordered both the bottom and top night guards since they can be used for retainers also. I had to get the top one redone due to my error in mixing the ingredients incorrectly. Joe in customer service was so nice and understanding and they redid my upper night guard at no extra charge. Now that is great customer service! I give them an A+ in both customer service and product quality!

The fit is unimaginably bad. I hope they contact me for either a refund, or refit. I did email them. Will update if they get back to me. Update: they contacted me right away - going to refit (start all over and return the bad one). If it fails again, will keep a rating of 4 for being responsive and trying. If it fits, will update to 5

However, affiliates deserve clear communication about the status of their earnings. Super responsive customer service and a easy and simple process all around. I have saved myself hundreds of dollars by choosing TeethNightGuard instead of the guards my dentist recommends. I was admittedly a bit skeptical in ordering outside of my dentist, but the whole experience was just as good if not better than I could have hoped for.

I’ve been using these night guards for several years now. I’m a heavy grinder and they hold up well. I like the fact that I no longer have to pay dentist prices while still getting the same level of protection.
I am very happy with my whole experience with Teethnightguard.com. I had a very expensive hard acrylic guard made through my dentist and it was $1000. My insurance covered part of it. Then a month later, I had two cracked teeth and needed two root canals and crowns and the expensive guard no longer fit and could not be modified. And my dental insurance was maxed out for the year. So, I had to find another option. I ordered one of the mold-at-home versions from one company and it was so poorly made I had to return it for a refund. I tried a different similar company and the guard they sent me was good, but it was a little bit rubbery in texture even though it said it was a hard guard. This is a big problem for me since I need a guard that is hard, shiny, and slippery so my teeth can glide across it. If there's even the slightest bit of rubbery give to a guard, I just clench my teeth even harder in my sleep. Eventually I tried again I with Teethnightguard.com and got what I needed for 20% of the cost of having it done at the dentist. It is shiny hard acrylic, it was easy to do the mold at home, and their customer service was very prompt and helpful when I e-mailed them with questions during the order and fitting process. The guard arrived much more quickly than I expected and is just what I was looking for. I am very glad that this company offers the hard acrylic guards and I will definitely order from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I've been using these mouth guards for a few years now. I like how soft they are and that I can get them for my lower teeth. It's more comfortable to wear there.
I would never recommend this company. I paid $190 for custom night guards, and from the very beginning the experience has been a disaster. It took 7 days just to receive the impression kit, 20 more days to manufacture the guards, and another 7 days for shipping. After waiting all that time, the guards arrived and did not fit at all. When I contacted customer service, they took 7 days just to respond. They offered to remake the guards, and I agreed only after they promised to expedite the process. I was told the impression kit would arrive within 2 days and that the entire remake would take no more than 7 days. That promise was not kept. It has now been 15 more days, I still have not received my replacement, and they have stopped responding to my emails. The product has been unusable, the communication has been terrible, and the customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced. This company repeatedly makes promises it does not keep and shows no respect for its customers' time. I have requested a full refund because I no longer trust this company. Save yourself the frustration and buy your night guards somewhere else.
The night guard is comfortable and now a few months in I can't imagine sleeping without it.

Good advice from them to use the middle size. It definitely fits better. I'm very happy with the 4mm tough guard. Definitely better than the 3 mm for a tough grinder/ clencher that likes to chew on the guard.

I've bought SEVERAL guards from them. The guards are sturdy, a GREAT value and I have tried both the soft & hard. I have one of each & go back & forth -- I'd only had hard ones in the past (from dentist) -- the fit is custom & easy to set up -- I pay for storage of mold so reordering is EASY -- customer service is responsive & friendly.
These are high quality guards that I have been using for years. I have severe TMJ and rely on 2 guards to protect my teeth and jaw while I sleep. Ordering is simple and fast. I appreciate all of the options for types, fit, and cuts. Reordering is a breeze when you store your molds!

I have been a teeth grinder for years. I have always had my guards made through the Dentist Office. They have been expensive and seemed to take a long time for delivery. I was really nervous about making the dental impression at home. I get anxious having something in my mouth, making it feel like I couldn't breath. I decided to give TeethNightguard a try after first doing my research. Making the mold was much easier than expected. The new guard was delivered within a week and fit perfectly! I would recommend getting the cut out in the front for extra comfort. It is so comfortable and I almost forget I am wearing it. And the best part, it cost me about 25% of what the Dentist was going to charge!

Was TOTALLY bummed at first, with the goop hardening up WAY too quickly - they quickly sent me more goop, and I found a stop watch on my phone, and SECOND attempt went flawlessly - customer support is A PLUS !!!!!!

Customer support manager Lisa Cosson was very helpful in resolving my challenges with poor-fitting mouthguard. She provided me with directions on how to secure a tighter fit. It worked on one of the mouthguard, unfortunately not on the other. However, Lisa agreed to send a replacement mouthguard to me free of charge. Normally I don't give a lot of reviews but I felt this experience needed stated. I have worn a nightguard for many years and the one I had from a dentist office was getting to the point it needed replaced. So after a couple weeks of trying to figure out which one would be best for me I purchased one. Received the kit, made the impression sent it back and then received my nightguard. Totally dissatisfied, could not even wear it, it kept falling out of my mouth, it was to bulky, It did not even feel close to my mouth impression. So I contacted customer service and explained my concerns, They suggested I try placing in hot water to reform it to my mouth but that did not work either, He said to me "well you had the front cut out correct? I said no I was to get a full mouth guard. This process did not help and it continued to fall out of my mouth. Called them back and they said they would send me another impression kit and to send back along with the first one made. So after doing a second impression and receiving the nightguard back I can say I am very satisfied. Second impression fits my mouth perfectly and stays in place.
Needed a nightguard for sleeping, but the dentist offices are so expensive, I came across this site that you had to receive the materials and send the imprint back to them, it took a few times, but they are patient and even sent extra putty when I did it wrong, it's so much cheaper and just as good as the dentist, they also send a video on how to do it, I recommend!!

I have ordered 4 nite teeth guards. I tend to lose them. I waited a few weeks to recieve my latest one and it never arrive. After contacting them they said I probably left my name out. I described my size ect. AND THEY FOUND IT. AMAZING. Their nite guards are exactly the same as the $400 ones from ny dentist. U would be crazy to get a nite guard anywhere else!
