Batteries Failed and NO Support
I Spent lots of money (1000$+) on two of their LiFe batteries. After 3 years and practically still new they have died and refuse to charge. Their app no longer works on my phone, they have no contact information on their web site and their web chat does not work. This company does not want to hear from its customers.
