We run a busy pt clinic and have 6 revomadic cups. They get heavy use and we have only had one quit working. We contacted customer support and they quickly replaced it. We love these cups and the results we get from them!
Revo made me say goodbye to my massage gun and also my aches and pains. It really is a game changer anytime I cant sleep due to aches the revo cuppers soothes my aches and helps me sleep better. It takes away the knots and relieves your stiff neck or back.
Was having issues not receiving my confirmation email and couldn’t find my order! Cayla was able to not only find my order, but sent me my confirmation and had it expedited! Customer service was very prompt and helpful! I’m super grateful ☺️

I originally ordered the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" Smart Cupper bundle, but my experience started off a bit rocky when my package was marked as delivered by the carrier but completely vanished. I reached out to Revomadic support, and a rep named Jen was incredibly responsive. She immediately arranged for a replacement. There was a slight mix-up at the fulfillment center where my replacement package arrived missing a unit, but Jen was quick to fix the error and process a shipment for the missing item. While the shipping logistics were a bit of a rollercoaster, Revomadic's customer support is top-notch. They reply quickly, they don't fight you when you provide proof of an issue, and they genuinely care about making things right for the customer. Highly recommend! And my girlfriend love the smart cupper I bought for her!

I have had shoulder and neck pains for over 10 years and have found these massage cups to have been the most effective method or relieving knots and tightness. I had a problem with the cups and within 10 minutes of emailing support regarding the issue I was contacted and it has been agreed that they will be replaced. I personally, highly recommend the product and company
I absolutely love my Revo cups! I use them a lot and it has helped me with troublesome muscles. When I contacted Revo regarding having accidentally dropped my cup, as it was within the warranty period, they were willing to replace it. I am so grateful! I still keep telling everyone I know about these Revos and will continue to do so.
I have had back pain and surgeries on herniated discs for 10 years, I have had pain down my leg along with muscle spasms through all therapies and injections. I decided to give the cupping device a chance and I am so glad I did, for the first time in years it stopped the spasms in my legs and now I force everyone that comes to my house to try it on there back, shoulder, legs...everyone is always amazed by the relief they get from it. I have 4 of the cupping devices and one of the revo sculpting devices that im currently using to get rid of cellulite and couldn't be happier with that either. I saw reviews about shipping but out of the 5 devices I have received I have always gotten my stuff right away! These guys did a great thing creating these products and I know they will go far. I will continue to peer pressure everyone I know to use this stuff haha.
As an avid runner and cyclist, who also does routine strength training, I constantly have tight muscles all over my body. I have used the REVO Smart Cupping devices from on my feet, calves, arms, shoulders, and back, and they work wonders. They are a little tricky to use when you don't have help, but there is always a way to get them to work, but the convenience of being able to do cupping/muscle release at home is well worth the time, cost, and effort. They’ve earned a spot in my regular rotation of recovery tools thanks to how effective they are.

I love this product. I struggle with trap pain and shoulder blade pain. I would love to get more of them as I move it other parts of upper back, shoulder and trap. It has relieved so much pain that I have dealt with for years. Amazing customer service as well!
The Revo cups are amazing, and so beneficial. They are easily packed for traveling.
I've been pleasantly surprised by this electric cupping tool. It genuinely works well for relieving tight muscles, and the adjustable suction and heat make it easy to find a comfortable setting. It's also much more convenient than traditional cupping since you can use it yourself at home without any setup.
Excellent customer service. Had a issue with suction, turns out the issue was me, but walked me through the whole thing till I was satisfied. Will consider purchasing from them again.
Helpes a lot to release back pain and muscle soreness
Love love love these cups!! I can treat other people just fine with my fire cups, but I can’t reach my own back with them. With REVO’s little robot cups, I’ve been able to provide myself the help that others rely on me for - in short, they are my new hero’s (I’ve got 6 of them and highly recommend that number for effectiveness). I’ve been able to access and change 20 year old stubborn injuries with them, as well as helping myself (and others) to recover from more recent ouches. Thank you for this genius tool!!
Product hadnt even shipped before they were asking me to review it or id miss the chance to win $1000. Then they tried to pass it off that id be rating the service i recieved when i pointed that out and they told me it has been shipped now ! Have no idea what the product is like as i have not recieved it yet but at least i have a chance of winning $1000 now.
I used these after shoulder replacement surgery and they were helpful Hadn't used them in a few months and one stopped working. Customer service was great. They're replacing the defective unit

I love the REVO Smart cuppers! They work great on my shoulders, calves, and feet. They also offer solid customer service. When 1 of my cuppers went bad, they replaced it. I did have to provide proof with a video, (skills that some people may not have) but since I do have the skills it was relatively easy to get it replaced. I'm very happy with my purchase and have recommended them to many friends.
Really great product, I've been using for more than a year and I love it. Terrific service as well. One of units was not working as expected, and they shipped me a replacement the day I reached out. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

I use the cupping devices everyday to help with muscular and nerve pain. They work great and I have been pivotal to my healing and recovery process.
Not bad usually more than one needed but delivery took time and sometimes the cup doesn’t stick well
Great product I have 12 cups from this company. However 4 of them stopped the suction, even tho I changed the cup and did the right maintenance steps. They are still turning on but I can’t use them as the suction is not working anymore the other 8 are still functioning but hence I can’t give 5stars as some improvements need to be addressed for this issue.

I ordered the bundle of 3 cuppers and I absolutely love them. I use them on myself (for trigger points in tops of shoulders and low back), my 2 teen athlete sons use them for recovery and muscle tension, and I use them on my clients in my massage therapy business- all with excellent, noticeable results. In one session, you can already experience results. Then subsequent sessions are even more effective. I give 4 stars because I’ve had 2 issues. First, in the beginning, I had trouble with 2 of my cuppers losing suction unexplainably and falling off, though it resolved on its own (still don’t know why). Secondly, I recently had an issue with one cupper losing suction spontaneously, falling to the carpet floor, and breaking apart. But I emailed customer support and within 10 minutes, I received a reply and a replacement was sent right out. Super impressed with prompt customer service!
These actually worked really well! I bought two and I am so glad that I did. My daughter is a college athlete and swears by cupping for muscle relief so I thought I would give it shot. So glad I did! Great investment for muscle relief.
So happy I found this device. I’ve been having some shoulder issues since I am pushing 60 and my body just doesn’t recouperate as well as it once did! This has helped my shoulder to feel better and for that I am so, so thankful! It’s easy to take for granted just how often our shoulders are activated from even the smallest of tasks. Thank you Revo! (I also got the red light wand and collagen gel for my face and loving that just as much.). If you are on the fence, go for it! These are quality products. I don’t regret this purchase one bit!
i am so happy i found these toos!! i used to do massage therapy but not many people could do what i needed, and these smart cups are available any time and they work!!
I purchased this to try and heal my plantar fasciitis. I was a little disappointed when I realized that it was too big to create the needed suction on my heal. So, guess what? I had to purchase another kit in order to get a smaller cup in order for it to work…more money. i haven’t received the new kit yet, so I can’t tell you if it works on the plantar fasciitis. I was also having a problem with my shoulder and tried it there, it worked great and I did feel some relief from the shoulder pain. DO be prepared for a major hickey (as advertised) on your body that will take quite a while to go away. I haven’t tried it a second time on my shoulder yet…trying to get over the first hickey. It’s a little early for me to give more information at this time. I’ll come back later and update as I use it more. As for now, I can recommend the product…works as advertised.

I graduated from massage school so I can could work on my two sons after their Jiu Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do training. When I was growing up, there was no such thing as Recovery. All I had was the water from the green water hose and drinking from the low pressure water fountain. I Believe highly in recovery after training and these highly remarkable devices are a key for optimizing training and performing at my boys best the next day and especially during tournaments. I am so pleased with my FaceGenie. I have seen results not only in the fine lines and wrinkles (and some deeper wrinkles too!). I have also seen a difference in the size of my pores as in they are smaller giving my face a much smoother look. I love my FaceGenie.
Their products have been helping with my back and hip pain. They are quality products. Not like Some of the junk that is out there.
Both my wife and I have had a positive experience with the cups. I ordered 2 and after using them for a while I decided to order 2 more. If I could I’d order a bunch more to get my session done in one sitting, but these little guys are not that cheap. When I use them regularly I notice the difference in my back. The product works! I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for speedy recoveries or the help with inflammation. Oh I forgot to mention the batteries have exceeded my expectations.
I use it on my hips and back before bed and I don’t wake up as sore, there is still some pain but not as bad. I hope as I keep using it, the pain will be even less.
My cupper was faulty and was turning on randomly, however customer support was helpful and after showing them them what was happening they are sending me a replacement.

I really love this product! It has definitely helped improved the skin texture on my legs to look tighter and smoother. The product even includes a 2 year warranty and when my Revomadic stopped functioning, they sent me a replacement right away. I appreciate this product very much.
