I had an issue with my billing, and the moment I contacted customer support, my problem was solved right away. Great customer support from Saad, he was able to understand my issue right away and solved it in seconds. I'm super happy with the experience with PureVPN so far.
Absolutely terrible experience with the PureVPN affiliate program. I wasted my entire weekend (Saturday and Sunday) trying to register for an affiliate account. I was in contact with their support agent Saad multiple times, and not once did he mention that there is a requirement to purchase a VPN plan just to become an affiliate. Instead, I was told my issue would be passed to the affiliate marketing team and that I would be contacted on Monday. Monday came — nothing. No reply, no follow-up, completely ignored. So I contacted support again Monday night, and again I was connected to the same agent, Saad. And suddenly, out of nowhere, he tells me that I need to BUY a VPN plan in order to join the affiliate program. Why was this not mentioned from the start? Why was I left to waste two full days chasing something that could have been explained in 30 seconds? This shows a shocking lack of communication and knowledge from their own support team. Either the support staff are not properly trained, or the process itself is poorly managed — neither is acceptable. The whole experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about joining their affiliate program to think twice.

The technician was great and there are no problems with them. I had trouble putting my accounts, but it seems best that this was the case because my account needed special attention. I have concerns about what feels more like a rug pull than a business merger. But I was in early supporter of pure vpn, and that support is returning the favor back to me. So I can't complain. I recommend giving the option for customers to complain if a technician was bad, but not require your technicians to ask every customer for a review.

I had serious problems with PureVPN recently. Even though my internet connection itself was working, I suddenly could not access any websites at all. When I checked the TCP/IPv4 settings of the PureVPN network adapter, I noticed that no valid IP configuration was present. The adapter apparently failed to obtain the necessary IPv4 settings, which likely caused the loss of internet access even though the connection itself still appeared to be active. The Kill Switch was disabled, so that was not the cause. The issue was severe enough that it effectively blocked my internet access until I completely uninstalled PureVPN. After switching to NordVPN, everything immediately worked normally again without any problems. I was already dissatisfied with PureVPN before this because streaming often became unstable, froze, or slowed down drastically over time. But blocking my internet connection entirely was the final reason for me to stop using it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PureVPN.

I used Pure VPN and their dedicated IP services for 5 years. My 5 year subscription expired and the website was throwing an error when I tried to resubscribe. Had to contact customer service. Uzair assisted me in getting service restored AND kept my old IP.
