Horrible program, it's unable to do split tunnelling or VPN properly it's just full of errors, can't connect or can't access the internet after connecting. It often fails to access the login screen and you have to re-install the program. You're far better off with a real VPN program, not this dud. Tech support couldn't fix it either, you just waste hours and hours of your time with them.

Bought 2 years package. After 3 months the services stopped working. I contacted customer support several times; they promised to look into it and send me an email. Two weeks later, I received an email stating that my service had been restricted. PureVPN has a monthly bandwidth limit. It’s been two months since PureVPN blocked my service, and it still isn’t working. Contacting customer support is a waste of time—they ignore my requests to reactivate the service or issue a refund.

Renewing a long standing account and had a question about the plan options. Uzair picked it up on live chat, went and checked, and came back with a much better 5 year deal than I was looking at. Applied it to my existing username so nothing changed on my end. Whole thing took about 15 minutes and he answered everything I asked without me having to chase. Good experience.

Misleading ad, helpful customer service
So the promotion ad was £108.71 + £0 VAT, but when I placed the order, I was charged £130.45 which was very confusing. I checked my paypal and it turned out that I was charged VAT. Unhaply with the misleading ad, I reached out customer services and was joined with SAAD on the online chat. He gave me the option for full refund or extention for 6 months. I asked for a year since it would make more sense and he agreed. So PureVPN, SAAD saved you a customer!! Sort out your misleading ads. It is very cheeky and false representing!!!
