Lifetime license is a SCAM. I bought a" lifetime" license a few years ago but now they claim my license is "expired" and now want me to pay subscription. AFTER YOU SCAMMED ME I WILL NEVER PAY YOU ONE MORE CENT, NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL NEVER TRUST ANY VPN "LIFETIME" LICENSE AGAIN.

Service has been great so far. I utilize the dedicated IP feature to add another layer of security when connecting to various networks while traveling. Recently had to setup my CachyOS linux machine, and Uzair was a great help figuring out what I needed to get OpenVPN setup to connected an unsupported OS to my dedicated IP VPN. Thank you!

I have been with PureVPN for years and their customer support is very bad! Always slow servers and buffering problems. When contacting customer support, you get an AI chatbot and when you eventually speak to a human they are not helpful or cannot provide adequate support! I will not be renewing my contract with them, I regret signing up for 5 years with them!!!!

The technology feels clunky and outdated compared to other providers. Customer support is equally disappointing: scripted responses, no flexibility, and zero effort to resolve a reasonable issue. There are far better VPN options out there. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I purchased a PureVPN subscription to find out whether I could use this service for streaming Swedish TV programs. Unfortunately my needs where not covered by PureVPN, but in the end I got a complete refund thanks to the outstanding customer support and friendliness of Adrian, I guve him my highest recommendations.
Earlier I was using Ivacy VPN and was struggling each time, and raised many support tickets and never happy. Now I find, that PureVPN is much better, connects every time, shows most of the time the place selected. I am very happy
Horrible experience. I took the 1 week subscription - wasn’t aware that it will auto renew to a monthly subscription. Contacted customer care immediately on the day of renewal - and get told that I will not get a refund. Agree that it was oversight on my part, but customer service refusing a refund when I get back to them on Day 1 is a bit surprising. 7-day for $0.99 - nobody should fall for this. Fine print at the bottom of the main box now says "As per our updated policy, your 7-day trial will auto-renew and is non-refundable." This is easy to miss - like I did if this message was there in the first place and got charged an obnoxious $47.95 for a monthly auto-renewal. Am now being asked to reconnect with customer service for a 3rd time - what purpose does this solve? It is easy to see through this purely based on how they treat such cases. When someone unintentionally got auto-renewed and contacts support on day 1 of the renewal, I would expect a fairer treatment. Have seen similar reviews that state that the 30 days risk free trial was also not honoured. I would stay as far as I can.
In spite that I have a life time subscription, bought and paid in February 2021, Purevpn has just ended my subscription, and wants me to reactivate and sign up again. I have tried to get in contact with Purevpn, both via email and their contact form, but with out any reply from the company. So my advise to you is to stay away from this company.

FRAUDULENT CHARGE & NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. PureVPN stole 77.17 EUR from my card on Jan 2nd. I have NO account with them. I am 75 years old and I've sent 3 emails + messages since Jan 4th. TOTAL SILENCE. This is unacceptable. Give me my money back! (Case since Jan 4, 2026)"

Probeer dit niet als je een totale noob bent en dit gewoon wil gebruiken om een serie te streamen. Ik snap er niks van. Ze hebben mij bovendien gelokt met een free trial, maar na een paar dagen moest ik al de volledige prijs betalen. Would not recommend.
vpn does not work, better go with another company keep your money as this is a scam company i got better connection with a free company do not sign up with this company they have horrible service and no one to talk with after you paid for service i have spent nearly a week trying to get them to reply on fixing the vpn connection
