I often travel out of country and when I need to do license renewals, if I am not in RSA, this task will not get approved. So, I use PureVPN for that use. When outside my secure home internet setup and using public internet, I always use PureVPN and love it.

I have had PureVPN since February 2015
I have had PureVPN since February 2015. Usual works as it should but occasionally have had connection issues. Would contact support and they would always solve them in a timely matter. Today was a little different. I have an application that lets me share a single mouse and keyboard across multiple computers. Would not work when my VPN was contacted. So I contacted support VIA chat and they helped me step by step till the problem was resolved.

2-year upfront plan banned at halfway mark, total silence from Live Chat & Email
I pre-paid for a 2-year subscription via PayPal and still have ~1 year of service remaining. My account was suddenly disabled. I have repeatedly tried to contact support via both email and Live Chat for days, but I have received zero replies and was completely ghosted. If you are unable to restore the remaining 12 months of service, please issue a prorated 50% refund to my original PayPal account immediately. Otherwise, I am escalating this to my card-issuing bank for a direct chargeback on unrendered services.

Ich habe dies dem Support gemeldet und innerhalb von 2 Tagen ist die Verlustrate noch höchstens 1% (bei 100 pings) Dies ist eine hervorragende Leistung des Support Teams, denn mit der Verbindung zwischen Venezuela und Deutschland hätte die Aussage auch lauten können, daß eine langsame Verbindungen bei dieser Entfernung völlig normal ist.
