Do not fall for it ! I have been trying to return my order and its getting to the point where the 30 days they give you is coming to an end, I am met with AI chat bots, email addresses that bounce back, customer service agents who are never available and the one I did talk to assured me I would get an email with all of the information to return the items, no email received, only emails I have had have been automated emails regarding network issues with the device, I havnt once mentioned anything about issues. Dont loose or waste your money on these people

Do not buy these radios. I just bought two and they dont work. Ive been calling and emailing customer service for four days and there has been no reply. Worst customer service ever!!! So, I received two emails with instructions from PocLink. Needless to say the radios still are not working.

The reception is very good. The voice is amazingly clear. Works alot better than i hoped. Keeping my thumbs up, the service will continue.

Radios are nice but I am a little disappointed in connectivity, I actually was receiving text messages on my cell but could not transmit a radio call. Also emailed support to ask how I could disconnect my phone In App without uninstalling app. Not much help. There either.

Received the items as described, well packaged and complete. Set-up was easy, charged it then turned it on. It has a voice prompt so you can't make a mistake. Now I am going to take it to a desert trip to see if it connects 'off the grid'.

When the radios finally arrived 2 weeks late none of them would connect to the network. After repeatedly resetting them 3 of the 4 finally came online, when still dead. Cannot make contact with poclink.

Consistently drop coverage and are not reliable. The lady’s voice is annoying and always has something to say. Need to build a product that is in line with what they promote. Very poor coverage area also it’s not an off grid product

I’ve been using these for several months now and they are great. I got one for my in-laws and mom, the instant communication is outstanding. No more trying to find their phone or getting voicemail, the piece of mind knowing they are just a PTT away is comforting.

No tracking nothing AVOID Update got some fake royal mail tracking number turned out to be fake as royal mail CANT TRACK THE NUMBER YET MORE LIES SCAM COMPANY .I SUGGEST IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SIMULAR RADIO CHOOSE A GENUINE COMPANY

We live in Texas, wife went on a trip to Georgia. I was able to talk to her even though we were states away. Never had an issue really.

So far so good. Had an issue with order that was straightened out quickly after contacting support. Also had an issue with one of the radios not xmitting voice properly which turned out to be a connector issue which I cleared by jacking in/out of the headset port. Radios have good audio and range and I love them so far. Customer was service is available through email within a day, but I did not try by phone.

I am 17 POCLINK radios and I use them every day and keep in touch with the family from Hawaii to the mainland since we are up an age and like to have the family know how our health is going plus, we use it during local communications around the island or a better part they work great there are times the radios freeze up and we have to shut them off or remove the battery for them to go back working other than that they are good radio.

We bought these for our block down south and super happy I can still talk to the family in Perth while working out of town without the need for every family member to have a mobile phone. We haven’t had to use them on the analogue systems but great to have this as a back up option in the event of a mobile outage!

I purchased 2 radios and 1 works…
I purchased 2 radios and 1 works fantastic. The second continues to cut out and you can not hold a conversation. There has been so much going on that I do not have the time to sit and wait for customer support for help. At this point I can't give fully 100 percent my approval and recommendation. I have had many radio brands in the past from Motorola to Midland and others. I have never had an issue with a radio until now.
