Perche' una stella? Perche' e' un sistema collegato alla email. Quindi, se perdi l'accesso alla email, e magari ti si rompe il telefono che usavi per entrare sull App, perdi tutto! Basta con questi programmi che compriamo ma che li collegate a vita a una cavolo di email! Se io pago il programma, a mio rischio e pericolo, dovrei poter scegliere se mettere ulteriori controlli o semplicemente poter entrare con una MASTER PASSWORD! Altro punto negativo: Per l'App su Windows non esiste lingua italiana đđŒ Aggiornamento: Ho compilato, nella email arrivata da Trustpilot, dove mi diceva che pCloud richiedeva info aggiuntive del mio account, indicando appunto il mio account. In ogni modo ho fatto 2 precise segnalazioni (che non sono problemi): 1) App per windows manca la lingua italiana! .....VERO O FALSO? 2) Manca la possibilita' di accedere SOLO inserendo una Master Password, cosi' da poter dissociare pCloud acquistato da una cavolo di casella postale! ....VERO O FALSO?
Bonne solution technique qui permet d'avoir ses fichiers aussi bien sur ordinateur que sur tablette et smartphone. Pendant de nombreuses années la solution étant stable je me suis décidé à upgrader en version à vie. Malheureusement depuis le début d'année c'est un peu la catastrophe (lié au stockage des données aux US ?): - En mars 2026 plantage de la synchronisation avec l'apparition du message "Pcloud n'a pas les autorisations pour télécharger cet élément". Impossible de savoir quel répertoire pose problÚme donc contact de service client qui me dit qu'il faut supprimer toutes les synchronisations en cours et les re-créer une à une. Certes la solution fonctionne mais plus de 2 jours pour que la synchronisation soit de nouveau opérationnelle... avec au passage quelques soucis de doublons. - Et il y a quelques jours, re-belote de nouveau le message d'erreur à priori sur des répertoires "/" et "Unknow_path" (version 5.0.20 et W11). Selon le service client à priori "les développeurs travaillent sur le problÚme" mais je sens que je vais devoir repartir pour une réinitialisation de la base et 2 jours de synchro ! Dommage que ce manque de fiabilité porte préjudice à une solution qui fonctionnait bien.
Application pcloud windows 11. Je veux me connecter avec mon adresse mail + mot de passe pcloud. Un écran me dit qu'il m'envoie un sms... que je ne reçois jamais. Je redemande plusieurs fois un sms... que je ne reçois jamais (et je n'ai rien de bloqué sur mon smartphone) Je vais sur le site pcloud et là on me refuse la connexion car trop de sms envoyés... Bon je me connecte à partir de mon smartphone avec l'application android et je veux aller dans mes paramÚtres pour changer cette authentification qui ne fonctionne pas du tout mais la version android ne permet pas de faire un tel changement. Bref AUCUN accÚs possible avant je suppose au moins 24 heures. C'est une application préhistorique aussi lourde qu'un mammouth fatigué
Windows 11 Pro, mis Ă jour. Pcloud 5.0.20. Pcloud fonctionnait bien. Depuis la version 5.0.20, rien ne va plus. La synchronisation ne fonctionne plus. Il reste bloquĂ© sur le tĂ©lĂ©versement d'un fichier sans dire lequel, et qui a une taille de 196,96 on ne sait pas quoi, parce que les programmeurs de Pcloud n'ont pas eu la bonne idĂ©e d'afficher l'unitĂ© utilisĂ©e (Go ? Ko ?). D'autre part, il affiche des notifications "Unknown_path" et "pCloud n'a pas les autorisations nĂ©cessaires pour tĂ©lĂ©charger cet Ă©lĂ©ment", sans dire de quel Ă©lĂ©ment il s'agit. Pourtant, tous les Ă©lĂ©ments sont en vert sur le PC. FiabilitĂ© douteuse. J'arrĂȘte de l'utiliser, et je sors le bon vieux disque externe. LĂ , au moins, il n'y a pas de problĂšme. Pour alimenter le tĂ©lĂ©phone, je n'ai besoin que de trĂšs peu de fichiers que je copierai Ă la main de temps en temps, du PC vers le tĂ©lĂ©phone.
My files are ALWAYS VANISHING. I have told them this many times and they keep ignoring it. They insist is there. Not it is not there! Nobody in my team can see it. This is horrible and very irresponsible. They can ruin your entire life if you trust them with your important files.

Bitte umstellen auf Apples File Provider API Ich habe bereits 16 TB bei pCloud gekauft und nutze einen Mac mit Apple Silicon. Die Installation von pCloud Drive verlangt aber, dass man den Mac in den Recovery Mode neu startet und die Sicherheitsstufe dauerhaft auf "Reduced Security" senkt, damit eine Kernel Extension geladen werden kann. Das ist 2026 fĂŒr mich keine zumutbare HĂŒrde mehr â ich bin nicht bereit, das Schutzniveau meines gesamten Systems zu reduzieren, nur um meinen eigenen Cloud-Speicher zu nutzen. Apple stellt seit macOS 12.3 (MĂ€rz 2022) die File Provider Extension API bereit. Genau dafĂŒr gedacht. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive und Box haben lĂ€ngst umgestellt â Installation ohne Kext, ohne Recovery Mode, ohne Sicherheits-Downgrade, mit nativer Finder-Integration und On-Demand-Download. pCloud hĂ€ngt hier technisch deutlich hinterher und das wird mit jedem macOS-Release schlimmer (siehe die zahlreichen Berichte zu Problemen unter Tahoe 26). Solange das nicht modernisiert wird, ist das Produkt fĂŒr sicherheitsbewusste Mac-Nutzer faktisch nicht nutzbar. Schade, denn die Idee und das Lifetime-Modell sind eigentlich attraktiv. Sobald pCloud auf die File Provider API umstellt, gerne mehr Sterne. --- **Update nach Antwort von pCloud:** pCloud hat geantwortet und argumentiert im Kern, Reduced Security sei "keine SchwĂ€chung" des Systems, sondern entspreche dem Niveau von Big Sur und gebe "mehr FlexibilitĂ€t". AuĂerdem brĂ€uchten Sync und Backup keine SicherheitsĂ€nderung. Drei Punkte dazu: 1. Sync und Backup sind nicht das Verkaufsargument von pCloud â das wĂ€re in jedem Ordner möglich. Der eigentliche Mehrwert ist das virtuelle Drive mit On-Demand-Zugriff. Genau dafĂŒr ist die Reduced-Security-Einstellung nötig. 2. Die Aussage, Reduced Security sei keine SchwĂ€chung, ist Framing. Apple selbst nennt diese Stufe "Reduced Security" â und sie erlaubt grundsĂ€tzlich das Laden beliebiger signierter Kernel Extensions, nicht nur der von pCloud. Genau das ist der Sicherheitsunterschied zu Full Security. 3. Zur eigentlichen Frage â der Migration auf Apples File Provider API â keine Aussage. Keine Roadmap, kein Commitment. Mitbewerber wie LucidLink kommunizieren ihre Migration offen. pCloud nicht. Die Bewertung bleibt bei zwei Sternen, bis es eine konkrete Aussage zur File Provider API gibt.
I purchased the Premium Plus lifetime plan and encryption in 2023 for ~$400 USD, and currently I cannot backup my computer using this software despite updating the program and changing the settings on my computer. I reached out for support on 4/29 and have heard nothing in regard to customer support. I cannot move forward with projects on my computer until I back up my files, so it appears I urgently need to find an alternate cloud backup system. I'm feeling upset that the money paid toward this service has been wasted. How utterly disappointing and frustrating. Please, I would appreciate a response from customer service ASAP to hopefully get this rectified.

I have been tasked with evaluating the paid version pCloud for a company. So far - upload speeds are poor, even though the pcloud speed test tool shows excellent speeds. There are constant errors regarding file permissions - we have run tests and proved that there are no file permission / lock problems - seems something todo with corrupt local pcloud databases / cache. The most alarming is that there has been no reply to messages asking for technical help. At the moment I wouldn't recommend this product for a professional / corporate environment.

Avant cette mise Ă jour, la distinction entre le lecteur virtuel pCloud Drive et la fonction Sync (dossiers synchronisĂ©s localement) Ă©tait claire et intuitive. Depuis la refonte, ces deux fonctions sont prĂ©sentĂ©es de maniĂšre unifiĂ©e dans l'interface, ce qui crĂ©e une confusion rĂ©elle pour les utilisateurs historiques. ConcrĂštement, sur mon Mac, je me retrouve avec deux accĂšs apparemment identiques aux mĂȘmes donnĂ©es : mon dossier synchronisĂ© local (historique) et le lecteur pCloud Drive. Sans explications claires dans l'interface, il est difficile de comprendre laquelle de ces deux vues est "l'originale", ce qui comporte un risque de mauvaise manipulation â notamment de suppression involontaire de fichiers. Je comprends la logique d'unification, mais elle aurait mĂ©ritĂ© : - Une communication claire lors de la mise Ă jour - Un indicateur visuel distinct dans le Finder entre les dossiers Sync et le contenu Drive - Une note d'explication dans l'interface elle-mĂȘme Je reste un utilisateur satisfait du service dans l'ensemble, et c'est prĂ©cisĂ©ment parce que je lui fais confiance que je prends le temps de vous faire ce retour. problemlos laeuft unter linux mint hab alle meine daten von google nach pcloud geschafft. ist fuer mich wesentlich problemloser da ich zeitweise in china unterwegs bin und da google ein problem darstellt, pcloud funktioniert ohne probleme.
Ich habe vor einigen Wochen 500 GB Lifetime fĂŒr 199 Euro gekauft. Bin Top zufrieden bis jetzt. Gelegentlich liest mal, dass pCloud Zugang löscht, da bin ich ein bisschen skeptisch, habe mich aber trotzdem getraut Lifetime zu buchen, weil ich vom Guten ausgehe, dass dort was gemacht wurde, was AGBs verstoĂen hat. Falls mein Zugang gesperrt/gelöscht werden sollte (ich lade nur eigene Dateien wie Fotos, Videos evtl. eigene Dokumente hoch), werde ich hier berichten und meine Bewertung anpassen.

đš URGENT â Data Loss Case â No Support Response I am facing a critical situation with my pCloud account involving a massive data loss of approximately 16TB. A large amount of data was deleted (possibly via WebDAV), and the Rewind feature did NOT work properly â it failed to restore both the files and the original folder structure. I have already contacted pCloud support via email multiple times and received NO RESPONSE so far. This is extremely serious, as it involves a huge volume of important data and potential damages. I am requesting urgent escalation and direct support from someone at pCloud who can: âą Check server-side backups or snapshots âą Restore my account to a previous state âą Provide a clear timeline and solution This situation raises serious concerns about data reliability and support responsiveness. I have used PCloud for a few years now and the service is acceptable and comes in clutch when you need it the most. I love that it's crossplatform like it works on Android, Windows, MacOS, iPhone, iPad, you name it. PCloud backed up all my photos on an old Degoogled Android device that died suddenly and it is just such a lifesaver to have your files backed up in Pcloud. Overall I have been very happy with my experience so far but I have a few gripes. My main problems with Pcloud: I still have a lot of issues with the MacOS Pcloud Drive app, especially with the Crypto folder literally just crashing out on me it makes it hard to actually upload large amounts of files in there which is disappointing because I like having my data encrypted and I paid specifically for the encryption service so I'd like to use it. Sometimes the upload speeds even non-encrypted are painfully slow too, even for relatively small file loads and I'll end up having to give up and try again later. Still giving this app 5 stars for its overall reliability over the years and being a strong alternative to the big cloud players like Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, etc.
no refund issued after 2 months (asked right after purchase). The company has outdate cloud client on mac which requires unsafe kernel extensions. I refunded life time plan the same day as I purchased as I didn't know that. Their customer support was sending me "next week we'll sort it out" emails for a month. Then, I raised a dispute with a mechant through my bank and still wait for a response from the company. Unreliable company, NEVER DEAL WITH THEM

I have used Pcloud for over 10years and have the lifetime plan. 2T. The downside with the lifetime plan is that there is no incentive to help if things go bad. I had to uninstall Pcloud and reinstall. After doing so, somehow I lost 32 days of production files. They were no longer on the server. I messaged their Support, and they said that the files aren't on the drive. No kidding. That's why I messaged them. I never deleted anything and I would never delete over a month of production. The ONLY explanation is that pCloud was NOT syncing in real time. And hasn't synced in 32 days. If it did. I could have used Rewind, or found the files in the trash. So, now i have to spend the next 30 days recreating the files I lost. I am also going to stop using Pcloud because I can't take the chance of losing so much production time. This is a business crippling fail. I responded to their support when they told me my files were not on the server. They haven't explained why it wasn't syncing for the last 32 days. I will come back and update upon their response.
I have been with pCloud for a couple of years now and it was working fine until September 2025. At that time I started getting "hung" syncs. I contacted support who advised me to stop the sync, uninstall and reinstall the desktop (Mac) app and restart the sync. This worked for a bit before occurring again and the same steps were recommended - I probably did this three further times between October and February. On 26 February 2026 it happened again. I contacted pCloud again for a better resolution than uninstall and installation; however, they again told me to uninstall and reinstall; however, this time the solution has NOT worked. Trying to set up a sync like previously no longer works and when I do set up a new folder to sync it syncs what is currently on the cloud from my previous (stopped) sync back to my computer!! I also get an error message to enable system extensions. I did that but the issue still persists. I went to Apple and spent two hours on screen share with them trying to fix the issue; however, they concluded the issue was with pCloud. We had even tried downloading another third party app to see if it required enabling of security extensions. It did not so the problem was clearly not with Apple. Apple also mentioned this is a known issue on their end as numerous customers have contacted them trying to resolve the issue but every time it has been referred back to pCloud. I went back to pCloud detailing the conversation with Apple and what we had tried to resolve the issue. pCloud ignored this and then told me to make sure the extension is enabled. It doesn't work! It is now the 14 March so this has been going on for over 2 weeks without a resolution. Emails can take 2-5 days for them to respond to and then it doesn't address the issues raised and they instead tell you to do things you've already done and haven't worked. I've been happy with pCloud up until now; however, if this cannot be resolved soon I will have to find another company to use and request a refund because I paid in October and it has been a headache for most of that time!
I got pCloud as I wanted to avoid American tech companies, however, I regret it as OneDrive and Dropbox are so much better. The integration on Mac OS is terrible. Spotlight can't search within the pCloud folder so finding your files is difficult. The application regularly crashes when deleting files from the finder window.
had their lifetime plan for three days , no replies from support emails sent, slow connections , already pulling the plug and getting my money back. what a terrible service.
