Dont waste your money

Purchased the obdeleven over a week ago kept getting the " something went wrong " message any time I used it . Contacted customer service and found the following issues with them 1- takes ages to reply .2 'does not address the issue .3- wastes time .4 -absolutely 0 help. 5- will not reply to a question directly ( beats around the bush,)Asked about the return on it and ignored my question.. purchased other brand scanner and absolutely 0 issues. They kept asking me to use the " report bug " feature when I encountered the issues which I did and even took screen shots etc... customer service absolute waste of time. Also found when you email them it says " mailbox full" its as if they dont want to resolve your issue.i wish I never purchased it ( pro version) I am a mechanic over 30 years and im gone back to vcds. I hope i save somebody else from this dreadful experience.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!! Used one click apps on my S63 and my GLE53, and it corrupted the modules. Customer support was completely worthless. Spent over $2200 fixing it. Caused my S63 wet clutch to engage roughly, basically became undrivable. Mercedes wouldn’t work on it because it had “a third party tune”. Wanted to replace my ECU, so had to find someone to reflash the modules. Save yourself the headache!

Già segnalato all’inizio che non faceva…

Già segnalato all’inizio che non faceva eseguire le modifiche che professano su Mercedes w206, oggi ho avuto la conferma che si tratta di un obd inutile. Spia sensore pressione pneumatico attiva, collego l’interfaccia per vedere se rileva il problema e nulla!! Niente!! 80€ buttati. Avevo già contattato l’azienda e se avessi voluto eseguire il reso avrei dovuto pagare le spese, ma se le ho pagate per farla arrivare devo pagarle pure per renderla?! Preciso che vi ho contattato e inoltrato video ed immagini del difetto, professate un servizio che non eseguite!

Need a Subscription to be Useful

OBD11's subscription model is a rip off. I can buy the device for $100, and then if I want to do basic maintenance like code a new battery I have to pay an additional$90 subscription fee? EVERY YEAR??? No thank you. At that point I'll just spend $200 ONCE for Ross Tech.

I bought this scanner to clear my airbag fault and it didn't disappoint me ,good purchase as the price of this would have probably cost what I paid for this for the garage to clear the fault ,so it's paid for itself straight away.i find this item to be very straight forward to use and to set up ,so great item to have as you never know when you might need it handy tool to have.

Ich habe heute den obd erhalten

Ich habe heute den obd erhalten. Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Eine bodenlose Frechheit finde ich,dass ich bei meinem 2.0 tdi Skoda Bj.2010 noch nicht einmal die Drosselklappe anlernen kann. Habe jetzt noch mal recherchiert, dass das nur bei Benzinern funktioniert. Auch sind die meisten Funktionen nicht erreichbar. 140 Euro für nichts. Werde das Teil wohl zurückschicken. Ich könnte brechen. Also doch in die Werkstatt.

Don't turn on rear Teardrop wipe via 1 click app

Warning!!! I used one of the 1 click apps to turn on rear wiper Teardrop, and this disabled the front wipers completely and had to use long coding to get them working again Audi A1 2016

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed I genuinely feel misled by this purchase I bought an OBDeleven device and additional Credits specifically to activate Apple CarPlay/Android Auto on my Mercedes C-Class. The reason I bought it was simple: OBDeleven's own website advertised CarPlay/Android Auto activation as a One-Click App for the Mercedes C-Class 2015–2021. My vehicle falls within that advertised range. This feature was the sole reason I purchased the device. I wasn't buying it to play around with other coding functions. I bought it specifically to get CarPlay/Android Auto activated. After spending the money on the device and additional Credits, I discovered that the feature isn't actually available. I contacted OBDeleven support expecting there to be an issue with my vehicle or something I'd misunderstood. Instead, I was told that the One-Click App "has not yet been updated" and that their development team is working on releasing an updated version. Honestly, I feel scammed by this purchase. I appreciate that the support team may not personally be responsible for the situation, but from a customer's perspective, this is incredibly frustrating. You advertise a feature for my vehicle. I purchase the hardware specifically because of that feature. I purchase additional Credits to use that feature. Then, after I've paid, I'm told that the feature isn't actually available and is waiting for an update. Had I known that before purchasing, I would never have bought the device. I could have spent the money I paid for the OBDeleven device and Credits towards upgrading the screen/head unit in my Mercedes and getting CarPlay/Android Auto that way. That's what makes this so frustrating. I've spent money based on what I believed was an advertised, available feature, only to find out after purchasing that I can't actually use it. This isn't buyer's remorse. The advertised CarPlay/Android Auto activation was the entire reason I bought the product. If a feature isn't currently available, customers need to be told that before they hand over their money, not after. I now want clear information from OBDeleven on how I return the device and receive a refund, including what happens with the additional Credits I purchased specifically for this functionality. At the moment, I feel like I've paid for something based on an advertised capability that OBDeleven cannot currently provide. I genuinely feel misled and completely let down by the experience.

Odbeleven, à déconseiller

Odbeleven, un marketing bien rodé qui vend du rêve. Dans la réalité c'est bien moins chouette. La connexion à l'appareil se fait de manière aléatoire et surtout la plus grande partie des fonctions renvoie un message d'erreur. Tout ce qui est lecture fonctionne, les modifications là c'est autre chose. Même en ayant pris un abonnement pro, il est difficile d'avoir de l'aide. Ce qu'ils appellent chat se résume à une messagerie où ils répondent tous les deux à trois jours, donc impossible de résoudre quoi que ce soit. Bref passez votre chemin, une application gratuite fera aussi bien.

★★★★★ Hervorragender Support bei der Account-Wiederherstellung Ich hatte ein ziemlich kompliziertes Problem mit meinem OBDeleven-Account und zunächst keinen Zugriff mehr auf mein Konto. Dazu kam, dass mein Account durch die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung geschützt war und ich auch bei der hinterlegten E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr ganz sicher war. Der Support hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, meinen Account anhand meiner Fahrzeugdaten bzw. VIN zu überprüfen und die Ursache schließlich gefunden. Am Ende stellte sich sogar heraus, dass die E-Mail-Adresse im System aufgrund eines Fehlers mit der Domain falsch hinterlegt war. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass der Support nicht einfach aufgegeben hat, sondern Schritt für Schritt weitergeholfen und das Problem letztendlich vollständig gelöst hat. Ich habe jetzt wieder Zugriff auf meinen bestehenden Account inklusive PRO, Credits und meinen Fahrzeugen. Vielen Dank insbesondere an Kajus, Marius und das gesamte OBDeleven-Support-Team! 👏 So sollte Kundenservice sein: freundlich, geduldig und lösungsorientiert. Von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
