As described. Unfortunately no 6 mm test balls the package was torn an the elastic band loosens easily the string. Around the housing of the trigger was rough with cutting edges. Finally not a single instruction. Very disappointed ☹️

I bought mini rc tank and lt’s really solid piece, very nice. Only issue was binding remote and tank: i needed to press first two left buttons on remote when setting remote on before it binded with tank.

This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I got two Tesla coil speakers. Both didn't play music at all. JUST A LOUD CRACK, ZAP and POP to the beat. So then one had a live feed short that is LETHAL if touched directly. They fought their ass off to avoid a refund. So they shipped a replacement that arrived TWICE AS FAST. Only to come in a messy box (box was perfect 👌 no dents) just the inside looked like a return.... the DC plug was bent together making it a frustratingly ironic replacement as compensation. THOMAS EDISON is a good name for this company when looking at how much of a defamation this company is doing to Nikolai Tesla Omfg, theyre now saying DEFAMATION. When two out of three products are broken. ONE BEING THE REPLACEMENT. They say that they sent me a video about it... ITS A HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK. Then the replacement has a broken DC plug haha. DEFAMATION FOR WHAT?!?

The order arrived yesterday. Upon unpacking, I noticed that the wires are very fragile and poorly soldered. Less than 30 seconds later, one of the wires broke and the solder joint came apart. Although the mini-tank only costs around €35, I still expect it to last long enough for at least a month of play or for creating fun items via 3D printing. Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 out of 5 stars: 1* -> Affordable and fast delivery 2* -> Simple and ingenious design Points deducted because: 1. The quality is, unfortunately, not good. 2. There is no clear information regarding whether a cover or batteries are included. 3. No technical documentation is provided.
I’ve gotten 10 great fidgets from this company and will be ordering more in the future. Great quality through a lot of use. Thank you so much!

The delivery was way earlier than expected!! The chest i bought was in amazing condition and well protected. The product itself is incredible, the voice codes work well and the lights and sound are very high quality too! i definitely reccomend if your a zelda fan :))
The communication was subpar but they did respond. The phone number doesn’t work and you'll need to use their chat function. The shipment tracking is weird and didn't work for me. I did receive the product and it works.
Most definitely the best quality fidgets I have ever bought and I am already planning to buy more. All the fidgets I received were very smooth and the mystery box provided an assortment of fidgets like the ones shown on social media. I am very happy with the product!

This was my third purchase on the website and the first time I ran into an issue. I bought the Diamond Bag (6-in-1), and it arrived missing one fidget and with another one defective. Fortunately, customer service resolved my problem: they sent a replacement for the defective one and the missing fidget with no extra shipping costs. The communication and resolution process took a bit long, but it was resolved well. I will definitely buy again because the quality of the fidgets is great, and the price is also very good compared to other sites.

Got a couple of the fidget toys in one bigger order and while most of them are fine and a lot of fun, some had scratches and some signs of wear, but nothing too bad. The truly disappointing part is that one of them came poorly assembled, had a screw loose which I did not notice and because of that, it literally broke apart in a few minutes. I tried to put it together, but one of the springs was already damaged and I couldn't get it back quite right and it does not slide as smooth as before, nor is the sound it makes right anymore. A shame since I really liked that little slider for the 5 minutes I got to play with it. Normally I wouldn't be mad about small details and bad luck with these kind of things, it's just toys, but they are by no means cheap so I expected a lot more.
I was very afraid at the beginning since I live in Greece and it is quite far for the item to arrive. After a month I have received the ALLOY RACING ALARM CLOCK in excellent condition and it works as it shows on The web page. I’m really happy with my purchase and very happy for the interest the store showed for my order.
This business had the best support team that i ever encountered which respond to email even on weekends !!! They should teach big corporations how to treat their clients. After ive been to Mc Donald's i never thought someone could beat their pro client attitude. Oh, well, NIKOLATOY did. Congrats !

The item was fine, not incredible, but good enough and what I was expecting and the shipping was within the expected time frame. However, I do not appreciate a company trying to buy 5 star reviews by offering 'a gift card worth 10‑20 US dollars' this strikes me as immoral and is something I will have no truck with. I will not use them again.
My Batman remote control car. Batmobile did not come with the remote and no explanation as to how to get one. The jet plane engine is great. I was expecting it to be bigger though.

Excellent customer service in replacing a faulty item. They were quick to respond and promptly shipped out a replacement item which worked perfectly. I would definitely shop with them again.
I purchased an item from NikolaToy and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The item took a very long time to arrive, despite the company advertising fast shipping. When it eventually arrived, I was also disappointed with the quality, which did not match my expectations based on the website. What was most frustrating was the customer service. I contacted the company multiple times through their available communication channels, but received no response to any of my emails. Interestingly, when I raised a dispute with my bank, the company did respond to the bank. So I am pleased to discover that they are apparently still alive and capable of responding — just not to their customers! For me, this isn’t simply about the money. It’s about how customers are treated after spending their hard-earned money. There was also a card inside the package asking customers to leave a 4–5 star review on Trustpilot in exchange for $10–$20. And here comes the ironic part: apparently, if you leave the review, you then need to contact the company to have the compensation enabled. Unfortunately, contacting the company seems to be the difficult part despite my repeated attempts, I never received a response to any of my messages. 😂 So you have to wonder: how exactly is a customer supposed to claim the promised compensation if the company doesn’t respond to customers?‼️ Perfect plot. I wish I could upload a photo of the card as evidence, but I can’t seem to find an option to attach photos to this Trustpilot review. I’m sharing my experience so potential customers can make an informed decision before ordering. Based on my experience, I would not recommend NikolaToy.

I have always been fascinated with fidgets. Until seeing an Ad from Nikolatoy I had no idea that fidgets of this caliber were available. I was hesitant but ordered more than a few. These are made of excellent quality enough to significantly impress me. Not only are the fidgets amazingly addictive. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Replaced my damaged figits with out hassle. I highly recommend giving them a try. You have nothing to lose.
i got delivered what I was shown, it's such a beautiful product. the only thing I wish was better is the qi standard upgraded to qi 2 and some cooling system in the arc reactor wireless charger
I purchased “Creative Tesla Columbus Eggs”; the order was very well packaged and arrived quickly. This item works properly, and is a lot of fun to operate! It is a scientific demonstration of a rotating magnetic field, created by rotating a pair of magnets housed in the base; the rotation speed can be adjusted using a potentiometer.
Bought the famour Dragonball Kame hame ha lamp, and it's fantastic! It came well boxed and protected, shipment came with no surprireses. The product itself is great!
***BUYER BEWARE*** I purchased a $1500 Joy-eXtreme Mechanical Species - Nautilus from NikolaToy and the Stand just stopped charging. Besides that, it's mechanically VERY JANKY. It gets stuck on itself when turned on. I had to have them ship me extra side panels because the original panels were malshapen and did not fit onto the body at all without the propellers hitting. Also, some of the magnets have fallen off and who knows where THEY went. For $1500, this thing should not randomly stop working and it should not be falling apart. EXTREMELY OVER-PRICED and poorly manufactured. Most displeased with this purchase.
I joined the NikolaToy affiliate program and successfully generated orders through my referral efforts. The commission is clearly displayed in my affiliate dashboard, but I have not received the payment. I contacted the company by email to request an update, but unfortunately, I received no response. This lack of communication and failure to process an earned commission feels very unprofessional. I hope NikolaToy will review the issue and arrange my payment as soon as possible.
Honestly it was ok the package came after 12 days , but mine broke after 8-9 hours (because i tried putting sunflower oil thinking it was gonna go faster) either way it was good quality

Do NOT buy from NikolaToy! I purchased an item from them, and after just 4 months of normal use, the internal charging component completely broke loose and began rattling inside the device housing. When I contacted customer support for a replacement, they tried to claim my warranty had expired and demanded an extra $20 shipping fee to send a replacement unit. When I pointed out that under Australian Consumer Law, they are legally required to fix or replace a product that fails this quickly, they completely ignored the law and just sent a generic link to their refund policy webpage to stall me. This is a scam operation that deliberately rips off international buyers. They count on you giving up so they can keep your money. I have officially lodged a chargeback dispute with my bank to force a financial reversal, and I am reporting their misleading business conduct to the ACCC and Fair Trading. Buyer beware save your money and shop elsewhere!
!!! EU buyers: Charged double VAT Nikolatoy collected 21% VAT at checkout claiming IOSS compliance however they failed to transmit the electronic customs data with the parcel. Because of their mistake, I was forced to pay VAT and clearance fees a second time upon delivery. When provided with clear payment proof, their support team refused to refund the checkout tax and responded with scripted excuses. Expect duplicate fees and zero accountability if you order from Europe!!!
I bought a drill and got some RC cars in mystery boxes. I was so surprised at the quality of build of both the drill and the cars. They have been a ton of fun for my kids. My only complaint about them is that their size makes them clog up with hair and floor debris very quickly.
My boyfriend bought me a box of 5 mystery fidgets, and although none of them were ones I would have picked myself, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They all feel very satisfying to use, and the quality is really good. Shipping to Spain took about 2–3 weeks, which felt like forever because I was so excited, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I would love to put an image… but is not possible. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be ordering again.
