Product efficacy is unmatched - aids sleep every time without fail, corroborated by health tracking technologies. Single-serve gummy packs are ultra convenient for me as a frequent traveler. Flavors are excellent - mint chocolate powder tastes like my favorite ice cream and the strawberry gummies are delicious.
Nice product but NEVER gets to me on time. I've had conversations with people, sent emails etc and either the order just "disappears" and has to be recreated on their end or it's a minimum of 10 days from the time it's ordered to when I receive. I'm now without the product for almost a week and I'm on an auto-ship program. UGGGHHH. So frustrating! As soon as I have a chance to find another product, I'm tapping out.
While the product is good, they make it VERY difficult and confusing to cancel subscriptions. 5+ steps, small print. Pretty shameful. And they make it difficult to review. And they try to upsell all the way through the experience. Doesn't make you trust the brand
Great product but horrible delivery time of 4-8 weeks! The shipping is so poor that it makes the product ineffective. There is always a gap in supply. Not to mention that the “month” supply only contains 25 packets….surely they know that every month has 28-31 days?! Unfortunately, I have recommended this product to friends that have subscribed and now they are disappointed as well. Moonbrew: Make improvements before you continue to promote your product…I’m curious if new subscribers get their delivery right away…on the first delivery?! They are definitely quick to take your money!
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am giving MoonBrew one star because I never agreed to or signed up for a subscription. I intentionally purchased a one-time order so I could try the product before deciding whether to buy it again. The product itself did not work as advertised. It may have helped me relax a little, but it definitely did not help me fall asleep the way their advertisements and commercials suggest. What was most frustrating was the customer service. When I noticed another charge, I contacted the company and even sent them a screenshot from my account showing that my profile clearly stated “No Subscription.” Despite providing proof that I was not enrolled in any subscription, I never received a response. I waited a full week, but they never replied, explained the charge, or issued a refund. I ultimately had to cancel my bank card and dispute the transaction through my bank to prevent any future unauthorized charges. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you decide to order, be very cautious about unexpected recurring charges.
This is a wonderful product for a great bedtime ritual. The cocoa is rich and delicious, with no residual taste. It’s a luxurious way to prep for an excellent night sleep..which thanks to Moonbrew, I sleep the whole night.
I Canceled my Automatic deliveries on May 23, 2026 and yet you sent me another order in June and another July 23rd. Enough is enough. I think this is a scam company and I want to be able to promptly return the last order and be unsubscribed or I will call my bank and have my payment canceled.
It didn’t work for me. After I canceled my subscription, I was still sent product and the company refused to allow me to return it.
My gummies finally arrived. I appreciate that they had production issues. In the future, if it happens again, I'd recommend much more communication about the issues. Waiting 6 weeks is a lot. I love the product, so I will order again.
Scam company. I set up a subscription and my last month was 3 weeks late and this month it’s already been 3 weeks without a shipping notification. They state they are out of stock but the website shows in stock. Still charged my in my renewal date when they had no intention of fulfilling my order. Do not recommend.
MoonBrew promises delivery but fails! In enrolled in their monthly subscription and 2 months later, still haven't received, yet the continue to widely advertise discounts and such. Yes, they gave me a discount after my initial inquiry, but did they deliver? NO! Did they give me any update on my order? NO! Have I received the order they charged me for? NO! I would have to regrettably identify this company as unscrupulous and untrustworthy. Please, anyone who purchases this product, do it with caution, as they DO NOT honor their commitment to fulfillment.
First let me say two months ago my review would have been 5 stars. Today I am done with moonbrew. My last two orders have been delayed with the last order for the sleep gummies being delayed a MONTH for a product that has 24 servings per package. I love the product but when they can’t provide it but still sell it in their website right now that is shady as heck.
The gummies are great. The problem is they take my money and no product is shipped. Customer service is slow as well and their responses make you feel like you get the run around. I need my money refunded so I can move on. Update: they refunded 30% of what I paid them. I am filing a complaint with the FTC as this is unethical business practice. I would not buy from this company.2nd Update: they made good on everything. Changing my review
While the product is great, good luck on ever getting it. They charge you for your monthly subscription for the gummies and then can take up to 2 months to actually ship them. 25 individual packages in a bag, in this last shipment the 25 bags didn't even have the full dose of 4 gummies. So it doesn't even cover you for a month. They're trying to bill me for July when I haven't even received June Shipment. They tell you it's important to stay consistent but you run out in 25 days and they never send you your next order in time. I've cancelled my subscription.
BLUF: Great product, horrible company. I tried the gummies and they were great, they truly helped me sleep, however it took over 3 weeks from my order date to even ship. Customer service was slow and unresponsive and provided generic "we're sorry, its frustrating" emails. Meanwhile they were advertising like crazy on social media for more deals and sales. I decided to try a subscription in hopes it prevent this issue. Well its been over a month since I signed up for the subscription, the first bag hasn't even been fulfilled, I'm 3 days past when my second order should have shipped and nothing. Just continued "we're sorry" emails. I finally had to find another product to try. Its so frustrating because the gummies were great but this disaster of running out with no replacement in sight was too much.
This company fulfilled one order- suggested the subscription- I signed up- and since then- over three months I have never received my "monthly" order but have been charged $60.00 every month for three months. And still- no gummies have ever been delivered. I asked to cancel my subscription. And I was emailed that "that isn't possible, but my complaint has been sent to the highest level to be addressed." Thanks but no thanks. I've now had to cancel my card that was used for payment, and order new cards from the bank- a headache as most know. THIS IS A SCAM. Buyer beware.
I ordered my gummies the first week of June. They just arrived this week. I opened a pack and saw something that looks like worms on each gummy. Customer service keeps skirting the issue of the worms and keeps apologizing for the delay in arrival.
I ordered my items with Moonbrew back on June 3 and it’s July 16 and I have yet to receive my order. They promised to give me a 15% back after they already charged me and they have yet to give that to me and it’s been over 7 days. Now I want all my money back and they have yet to respond to my request and that was 4 days ago. I don’t understand why they would charge you right when you purchase instead of charging you when the order ships like everyone else. I can’t get my money back and they have yet to ship my order. I’m very upset and don’t know what to do but to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
My monthly subscription order was placed on June 10th and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed 3 times and still haven’t received an update. Super frustrated at this point.
The product does work but trying to actually get the product on a regular basis isn't worth the hassle. I had been offered different items to hold me over til my gummies were back in stock but then never sent them. Had to start all over again, when it happened again, the attitude was extremely arrogant basically saying they are so popular they didn't care if I was out and to cancel but they wouldn't do anything to help me out. Good product, bad customer service.
They keep sending me products & pretending they don’t have my information. I’ve sent several emails from the email they have on file & they have played dumb. NEVER ORDER from this place unless you want a battle on your hands.
The taste is decent and it works ok but they never ship the gummies on time and it’s always some lame excuse. And it’s not a few days late, it’s weeks and meanwhile they are pushing nonstop ads trying to get more people to buy a product they never intend to fulfill on time. The process to unsubscribe is unnecessarily long and could be very confusing.
First order of gummies took over 3 weeks after blowing by the estimated delivery dates (in the end they finally wised up and just pulled the date). I should have learned my lesson, but decided to give them another shot with a refill order. Got an email saying they have "packaging problems" and would take 2-3 weeks and would notify me when shipping. That was over 3 weeks ago now and nada.
If they would be consistent with shipping and responsive with their emails they would be 5 stars. The benefits of the gummies are great but since my first order I’ve had to follow up multiple times for updates on shipping. I subscribed to get them monthly and now my I’ve been waiting on my second order for a month now. My emails have been ignored, only after following up 5 times did I get a response and they randomly refunded $8.50 for the delay and then decided to cancel my next order as a courtesy for the delay but that doesn’t do anything but make me wait longer for the next month. I also didn’t give them permission to cancel anything on my behalf. First excuse was because of the demand verse the supply, second excuse was that a machine was down slowing down production. Neither of those are the customers problem, and the solutions aren’t good enough since people like me rely on the benefits. It’s also unfortunate that I have to chase them down for them to explain when their website states that they have 5 day shipping, which is false advertising. If the gummies didn’t work they would get 0 stars. But based on the reviews it looks like they’re rapidly losing clients and trust since I will now have to find a more reliable brand.
I placed my order on June 11, 2026, and still do not have any tracking information. The order still has not shipped. I have reached out several times requesting for the order to be canceled and I be reimbursed for my purchase. I have received 0 response and have no information on my order.
Love the product but since May shipping has been horrible. I signed up for monthly refills but have only received on shipment in 3+ months. Such a disappointment 😔
We really liked Moon Brew Extra Strength, however, they stopped listing it on their site and no one else that sells it has it either. You can get every flavor of Moon Brew under the sun now, except the only formula that works - Extra Strength. We bought Caramel Chocolate flavored and Sleep Drink Mix, but something has changed in the formula. Neither is effective as a sleep aid. We aren't getting to sleep. Tastes good. That's all you get.
Do not buy from this company. It is a ripoff! I ordered from them, and after a month of excuses that, because of demand, they were on backorder, they gave me an option to wait longer or get a refund. Of course, I chose the refund only to find out it was a partial refund, so out of a 135-dollar order, they refunded 26.80, and then out of the kindness of their heart, refunded another 10 dollars. Thanks for nothing, considering it was your fault I never received my order. I'm sure they know most people won't sue them for 100 dollars. I would be surprised if anyone receives their orders. BIG RIPOFF! Do not order from this scam company.

This company was great. I was really enjoying thier product and it worked great, but then I havnt received my monthly order in two months and I have tried reaching out to them with no reply.

Waiting on gummies order from jun6. Been using red wht and blue drink mix! Not for me. Don’t like the mouth feel and drinking an hour or 2 before bed doesn’t feel right!

I’m still waiting on an order from June 16th. They take your money, don’t deliver the product and don’t communicate about it. This is the 2nd time in 2 orders. I also received no discounts or anything even though they still haven’t delivered the order. I like the product but the service has been down right awful.
This was a great product but they stopped sending . Was billed for 2 months I did not receive. Will not respond on their website. Do not order. You won't get the product. Seems like a scam
I love these gummies and they work well. However, their product fulfillment is horrible. I am a subscriber waiting on my 2nd delivery for over a month now! I recommended the product to others and they ordered and have not received their product either. I also was offered the $5 off, but honestly I would just like to receive what I ordered. If they are out of stock on the product, then quit advertising on social media until the stock is replenished to at least take care of existing customers.
Due to non shipment of the gummies I asked for a refund for the original order on May 31 and the subscription order they billed me for in July. I got a refund email today for $16.52 of the $47.18 I was bille. This company had very poor customer business practices at best and is fraudulent at worst
It helps me to simmer down, get tired, and fall asleep much easier! The chocolate coconut powder is very tasty and I enjoy using the free frothier that comes with it on the first purchase to mix it really well!
It helps me/us fall asleep quickly, but it does not keep us asleep long enough. We are ususally waking up around 2 or 3am, and have a tough time getting back to sleep. And it's so expensive for not accomplishing what we wanted it to do for us. We do love the taste, but sometimes the packages do not contain four gummies.
If it was possible to leave zero stars I would have. None of my orders have shipped even though I was told weeks ago that they were about to ship. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from your company. I love the product and I will probably never order again. Order elsewhere…
Shipping is horrible! Gummies are backorded and it’s been weeks with no delivery. Customer service won’t answer my emails.

They sent me a shipment without notifying me when I had already moved. Didn’t give me a chance to change my address before it was shipped. I instantly sent en email asking them to cancel and they didn’t. When I was finaly able to contact them the said there was nothing they could do, no refund or send a new one to the right address. Then they stopped answering my emails. Sketchy company, stay away.
My first order was amazing, good flavor and texture, helped me sleep. My most recent order though has a different texture is too soft and the flavor isn’t as good as previous. I think you should go back to the old recipe for the gummies.
After a month have still not received product. Got placating messages in messenger but no product after 6 days they have been “actively working on my order”.
I am beyond disappointed. The product is great. The Customer service is horrible. I ordered a 3 pack on June 12, 2026. It still has not shipped. I recieved an AI generated response to my email to the company. I ordered a single pack on June 24th and tracking shows it has gone from Colorado to Illinois to Georgia and still no arrival date. I love the product and have referred several people. Now I am just upset, I cannot get a straight answer as to where my 2 orders are.
I love the gummies, however supply and the MoonBrew Customer Service is severely lacking. Everyone is AI generated, which is cold and when something is wrong you do not feel heard as a customer. I got my initial three month supply, and I decided to order another three months worth on May 30th. The company immediately deducted the cost from my account, yet I am still without a product or any sense of when it will be fulfilled. The website chat bot is less than helpful. Their emails are comically bad, with ZERO help. They have all out stopped responding to my email requests. This feels like a huge scheme where they are moving the money without fulfilling orders to customers. It is a shame, as they have a good product, but their customer relations are abhorrent.
This company doesn’t honor their subscriptions in a timely manner. Customer service is an AI bot that promises a response from a person, but there is no follow up. They don’t send your order on time and even when they do, the mailing service takes forever. Unfortunately, the product is good but you can’t trust you’ll have what you need consistently. .
Waiting over a month for an order (I’m a repeat customer) we love your product quality and your CService is good. Just worried this will be an ongoing thing?
I very disappointed as I subscribed to get the product monthly and I have been without for a full month with still no guarantee of getting it anytime soon. The whole point of subscription is for consistency! The gummies are terrific but there is no point if you can’t get them. They are advertising like crazy but can’t fulfill consistently. Very disappointed.
