My mats had cheap anchors that broke within 6 months. Once I contacted customer service, they took MONTHS to work out my claim. Though they offer a 12 month warranty, they told me "since so much time has passed since you purchased your mats we are unable to offer you a replacement" and offered to send me velcro to re-secure them. Worst customer service I have ever encounter that does not align with the luxury market. Oh - and they have STILL not resolved my claim!!!!
Luxus for the luxury look
My new floor mats are clean, and elegant looking installed, The quality is elite on both sides and the fitment was perfect. The shipping package was sturdy and the package arrived undamaged in anyway. The install is super easy and comes with all the pieces you'll need for a clean look. Overall satisfied with my purchase, but super bummed I didn't go for the custom driver side logo.

Mats quality is very poor not at all what it looks like online. Customer support said that camera angles make it look different on line but you can’t say that’s a reason for poor build quality. They will not let you return mats because they are “custom”. Don’t waste your money on this company Walmart had higher quality mats.

ONE OF THE WORST PURCHASES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE LIES UPON LIES!!! I purchased custom car mats from Luxus Car Mats around six months ago and paid extra for express delivery. The mats took close to two months to arrive!!, and when they did, the driver's side didn't fit. There was a large cutout that left uncovered . I reached out to try and resolve the issue but didn't get a satisfactory response until after I posted a negative review. A replacement driver's side mat was eventually sent, but again, didn't arrive for months and fit even worse. And after receiving two ill-fitting mats, I requested a refund under their 100% money back guarantee. But was told the refund would only be given if I left a positive review. I don't think a refund should be conditional on a favorable review, especially after these delays and the poor fit. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company, and I'm still seeking a refund.

Production and delivery delays. Once received - poor fit - numerous issues - will not connect to floor pins - therefore not anchored - move and elevated. Sides poor fit front row and second row - too Long on Center console side - too short on entrance ledge - fluids eg from snow - will not be contained.
Good quality unacceptable long delivery time
The order process wasn't that simple as some details such as name on the mats or not, pricing etc. were not that good described. There is a massive issue with the shipment and the delivery time. It took over 2 months. The installation guide absolutely useless - there are parts I have no idea what they are for. On the plus side - the quality seems good and if you buy yourself a double side velcro bant you can have it nicely stocked plus the already installed fitters. The fit is 95% accurate. Some areas a bit incorrect but they can still fit with some effort. The support is via email and usually they responded in a day or 2 max. However, they couldn't do much about the non updated shipment tracking either. As I have not tried other brand in the same concept I can't compare, but if you dream of having mats soon to your new car - 2 months is what I would say you get ready to wait. Hundreds of Chinese post stamps perhaps can be useful for some collections, but as I don't collect stamps maybe that can give you a clue on the shipment process. Thanks to the owner and the support for keeping me updated.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered two car mats but received only one—and it wasn’t even the correct size as pictured on their website. The second mat never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they claimed that both mats had been shipped in the same box. They also said they could correct the sizing issue with the first mat, but only if I paid additional money. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and feels a little sketchy. I would be cautious before ordering from this company.

The customer placed Order #LCM25895 on June 25, 2026, for custom floor mats and a full-coverage cargo/trunk mat for a 2026 Honda CR-V TrailSport. Before ordering, the customer confirmed that the company could manufacture mats specifically for this vehicle and later confirmed twice that the order was for black mats with orange stitching. The front and rear floor mats arrived separately and were satisfactory. However, the cargo mat was significantly delayed. During production, the company advised that side wall panels were unavailable and offered only a $60 refund. After questioning the pricing, the customer agreed to proceed with the base cargo mat and rear seat coverings and accepted the $60 refund. After nearly two months of delays and repeated requests for updates, the cargo mat and rear seat coverings were finally received on August 14, 2026. Had yellow stitching instead of the orange stitching ordered and repeatedly confirmed. • Made from substantially different, inferior materials than the front and rear mats received. • Had noticeably poorer workmanship, construction, backing, design, and overall quality. • Did not match the front and rear mats as a coordinated set. • Included an unexplained opening (hole) that appeared to be a tear or unfinished defect. • Did not fit the vehicle properly, with the cargo area coverage being inadequate and the seat cuts improperly sized. • Was not consistent with the quality and specifications advertised and expected for the price paid. The company initially claimed that the apparent tear was an intentional opening for a rope and requested that the customer install the mat before determining whether there was a defect. The company also acknowledged that the stitching did not match because the floor mats and cargo mat were produced at different facilities and stated it could not make the colors match exactly. The customer rejected this explanation, provided photographs and detailed documentation, and requested a full refund for the cargo mat and rear seat coverings. On August 18, the company stated that it was reviewing the matter with its production department and would provide a solution. However, after more than a week, no meaningful resolution or refund was provided. On August 25, the customer gave the company a deadline of August 28 to resolve the matter, stating that otherwise they would pursue a credit card dispute, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and publicly share their experience. On August 31, 2026, the customer contacted their credit card company to dispute approximately $239 in charges. Primary complaint: The customer proves that the company failed to deliver the custom cargo mat and seat coverings as ordered, provided products with the wrong stitching color, inferior quality, damage (hole) workmanship, fitment issues, and significant delays, and failed to promptly resolve the matter despite repeated communications and a request for a full refund.
The box arrived all torn up
The box arrived all torn up, and whatever punctured the box also damaged the underside of the mats. Also the backseat Matt seems to have extra material that I can’t figure out how to get underneath the seat.

Do not trust this company as they’re not keeping their word. When I ordered I asked if I will need to pay any duty fees in Belgium and the person called Emma Maylander told me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything and if I did they will refund me the amount. Well guess what! When the mats arrived 1 day prior to delivery I had to pay duty fees so knowing that I will get a refund from Luxus Car Mats I paid the amount they asked me to pay otherwise there will be no delivery and I already had paid €189 for the mats. Then I contacted Emma by sending her the receipt I paid and after few exchanges of mails she said that she was sorry and that they’re not going to refund me. Not to be trusted at all!! The reason I gave a 2 * is because I gave the mats 4* and the service 0* so that’s 2 average.

They have the worst service you can…
They have the worst service you can get. I ordered the luxus double car mats and cherry red seat covers. They forgot the clips for the covers and they sent me a invoice of 25 euro's. It was there fault that they didn't sent enough but i'm paying. Then the next problem occured. The clips of the double mats broke within 3 months and injured someone because of slippage. Again they charged 25 euro's and i needed to pay extra 14 euro's to get in the country. Response from luxus: they have no control over the extra shipping. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Really bad customer service but not as bad as the color of the product. Of I could provide a photo I would. The color they sent me and the color on the website aren’t even close. Also took over a month to send it out. Been trying to ask for a return label and refund with no success. Keep getting run around. Contact my credit card company to file A dispute. Would not recommend this company!

The overall outcome of the Mats are nice but the time period I had to wait was kinda crazy. I believe they took maybe 2-3 months to start the delivery but I was getting notifications and emails saying it shipped and was otw soon or in my area but wasn’t. After that time period it made me pay a tariff of 20 bucks to come from Dubai which was kinda crazy cuz I feel like they would have the kits made already and ready to ship but they weren’t. I was also asked if I wanted seat covers which I didn’t receive but I didn’t pay for so it doesn’t matter. Also the box came destroyed and honestly was a lil more different than what I was expecting when installing. But I like the mats there nice but not for the wait or price. And they also got banned on instagram for a while which is where I was offered a sponsor for them but after I got the mats they were taken down.

The final outcome was positive: I received all of my mats, including the complimentary trunk mat that was originally advertised, and the products themselves are excellent. The fit, quality, and appearance are exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the process of getting there was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I placed my order on 5/10 because the product page clearly advertised a complimentary trunk mat with my purchase. I had timestamped screenshots proving the offer was visible at the time of ordering, yet customer service repeatedly claimed the promotion had ended internally and initially refused to honor it. The order also experienced significant delays despite the advertised production and shipping timelines, including a return-to-sender issue. Communication was extremely slow, often taking days between responses, and when I requested to cancel the order after these issues, that request was denied. It was not until I filed a chargeback and posted a public review that the company reached out and agreed to honor the complimentary trunk mat. Even then, the process continued with contradictory responses and repeated requests for information that had already been provided and reviewed. The most ironic part was that once everything was finally delivered, the company was very quick to follow up asking me to remove the chargeback and update my review — a level of urgency that was noticeably missing during the month-plus it took to resolve the original issue. I am giving credit where it is due: the company ultimately honored their commitment, and the product quality is genuinely excellent. However, it should not take a chargeback, a public review, and weeks of back-and-forth to receive what was originally advertised. I hope the company improves its customer service and internal communication because the quality of the product deserves a much smoother customer experience.
Poor fit quality
After spending sometime reading reviews and looking for Carmats that would protect my new car I settled on Luxus Car Mats as the company of choice and for the good reviews. the order process was easy and after providing my details and selecting the floor mats and providing the details of the car I ordered and paid. No problem until the first email asking me about the text to include and that this was chargeable. after explaining that I had requested this at time of order this matter was resolved. Floor mats arrived and were unpacked looking lovely. fitting the fronts I had some small issues but I could work with them and although not perfect I could manage. The rear was a completely different matter. it was not cut correctly to fir the rear seat vent did not fit over the tunnel around the back of the seat at floor level around the anchor points for the seat belts or under the seats were some of the electronics or cold air blowers live for seat cooling. Complete impossibility to fit even with 2 people trying. I wrote to the company adding pictures to show the fitment and was told that this would be taken up with the production team. A follow up email 14 days later to be told the same thing. A further follow up email as I have also been charged for import duty on a product that had no delivery charge. The lack of a response from the production team leaves me shocked and Not hopeful that this will be resolved. I will happily update on a positive outcome ***Update*** 7/9/26 live chat with Luxus Bot. following the Billing from Couriers for duty I reached out to Luxus to resolve. Firstly the bot said this was something that may from time to time happen. but pay the bill and then wait 1-3 business days to get a 20% discount refunded. how strange that my order clearly said free delivery and nowhere does it mention import duties. however if I made a payment to them they would refund 20% as good will. No Not going to FLY at all. As stated do not expect a reasonable response or resolution to my issue. *** Update*** Lets hope we can resolve this Luxus has reached out. ***Update*** Several emails later I was told that it seems to be a fitment issue as the production team have said its a 95% fit??. Luxus then said that they would refund the cost of the rear mat and off set the customs duty by 20% as a good will gesture. Thank you In summary. ***BEWARE*** Check out delivery and remember that you may have to pay import duty Mine was just shy of £100. My carpets front and back do not fit properly and are not as advertised. The mats themselves are good quality even if the fit is poor. customer service was friendly and in the end saw reason and refunded only what was agree.The amount of time I have had to spend resolving this has left a bitter taste and I would not recommend this company but would add that they have been acceptable regarding resolving this issue.

Save your money, scam artists. Ordered mats for my lexus and they sent the complete wrong order. Fought for months to get them to send out the correct ones and was told they would send me a new tracking number once shipped.... it's been 6 months with no responses and no proper mats or refund. Don't get fooled by their positive fake reviews really dig and see all the 1 stars with similar experiences.

Luxus Car Mats has always provided top tier luxury products and amazing customer service. I have their custom interior floor mats and trunk mats in all my vehicles. Now they have their seat covers.
