I wanted to leave an honest review of my purchase experience with LGD. Ordering fine jewelry online can be nerve-wracking, but Loose Grown Diamonds completely blew me away. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. I communicated with Diana online, and her customer service, her communication, and responsiveness was amazing. Throughout the process, LGD made everything completely stress-free. I loved getting real-time status updates through every phase of acquisition, ring development, and delivery. I placed my custom order on September 21st and it arrived via FedEx on October 2nd, which is an incredible 11-day turnaround for a custom piece. As for the ring itself, it is a total masterpiece. The 4.03 carat Oval Brilliant is breathtaking in person. The E color is icy white and blindingly bright, and the VVS2 clarity is pristine. It has incredible fire and brilliance that catches the light from a multitude of angles, easily holding its own and better against any traditional retail diamond I’ve ever seen. I've always purchased diamonds in person, so this was a first for me. If you are on the fence about ordering like I was, don't be. Exceptional quality, custom designed, unmatched fulfillment speed, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be shopping with LGD again.

I got a beautiful lab grown diamond ring for my wife. The 1 1/2 ct diamond is gorgeous. I have done 4 stars for this. The diamond and the setting are great; I'm a little disappointed re the band itself. It's a bit unsubstantiated. I just should have done a thicker band. Good company.

I highly recommend this manufacturer. They manufacture the most beautiful lab created diamonds I have ever seen. I am having one set in a beautiful ring setting I have had for many years. They also have beautiful rings and jewelry. You can pick a stone and design your own ring by following the prompts. The customer service excellent. I did a lot of research online about lab grown diamonds. I lost the center stone while on vacation last year and I’ve been trying to decide what to do to replace it. I was able to go up to over 2 carats from my original .5 carat center stone because the price was so much better. It’s beautiful and the clarity and color and shine are amazing!

The Perfect Ring
I couldn’t be happier with the custom engagement ring we created with LGD. I decided to change the diamond I wanted before it went into production, and they were happy to accommodate. They sent me an email update after each step was completed so I always knew where the ring was at in the process. I was able to further customize it with a thicker band size and claw prongs, which was awesome. My only complaint is there were no videos sent out beforehand of the final product before it was shipped to me. However, it turned out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! And the price seemed reasonable for how customized it was and how responsive the customer service is.
