Terrible instructions, cheap product, zero customer support, I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and no response. Reading The instructions make no sense at all, extremely incompetent people and service. I have written multiple times.

Missing parts from my order, no one answers the phone or responds to the WhatsApp text messages ( highly recommended on their website) I would absolutely stay clear from this site. Zero communication when shipped and delivered (still showing be processed even though I have the product) and zero customer services when needing to speak with someone.

Bought a 3rd brake light for 4Runner,arrived broken and when I plugged in ,was dimmer than stock. They have a 30 day return,that they still haven’t honored!!! They will tell you how sorry they are,and then disappear,so obviously not sorry at all.They asked for photos of light,which was promptly sent,and said they would refund,a week later they asked for photo of box label (?)and then disappeared again.It’s nothing but games from this company-DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,THEY ARE SCAMMERS that don’t honor their own policies!!!!! ****The response,can’t find my order,is just another example of how lame this company is,they have been responding to my request,after weeks of contacting them,they just refuse to honor their own refund policy-just a reiteration of the game’s this company plays-NOTE THEY RESPONDED TO THIS REVIEW VERY QUICKLY,-BUT STILL HAVENT REFUNDED,like I said horrible customer service!!!!!

I had a challenge with my order and they took care of it right away. Excellent customer service.
Well they recommended selling the product rather than return it. As the shipping destination is kept secret (so you have no idea what the shipping fees would be) and they charge a restocking fee. Oh and they only respond to emails at 12:30AM pst. So make sure you don’t order anything you may have to return Now they reply to this apologizing and asking to contact them, which i did. Yet don’t even answer that email at all. So now, they are actually worse customer service than i originally thought they were.
Great product. It is true plug and play. Pretty easy install. The upgrades look amazing on my 2023 Black Diamond edition Bronco. It did take a month for the product to ship- so that was a little long- but arrived and working great. Will buy from LEDMart again.
Everything i order came in on time. It fit like it sed it would.
Communication was not very acceptable. Emails took days to respond and I was only able to get ahold of someone on the phone twice and this was after no less than 30 phone calls.
It’s proving to be a little bit more of a pain to install these headlights than anticipated and it looks like I’m gonna probably have to take it to a shop to get it done
Website was easy to navigate and the shipping was fast. The product is top notch construction. The only gripe I might have would be the brackets that were included. Wish they had been applied at the factory due to some of them not fitting exactly. I was however still able to install them and the lights are on and working better than expected. They are definitely bright!
Everything arrived well packaged and installed was simple. Lights look good and looking forward to upgrading more of my lights in the future.
