This is absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. They took weeks to send an order. I received the wrong order. I was told that the restocking fee could be waived due to them taking almost 3 weeks to fulfill the order that I ordered in more than enough time to receive before Christmas but I did not. I had to pay $135 for return shipping fees. I had to email them to inform them that they received my return weeks ago, only then did I receive an email stating that my return had been accepted. I could not imagined the message I received next, after paying $135 to return the items, I now have to pay the $66.84 restocking fee before they will return my refund. The refund that they have calculated minus the restocking fee that i'm being asked to pay in advance. Lastly, I emailed about my refund and was told, "we are urging our manager to process the refund." WTH is this a one man shop that holds customer's money hostage until they can squeeze every dime out of them? I urge anyone, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I order online for everything. I am a Licensed Practitioner, I hardly have time to be in the malls, I have never ever encountered a company like this. After all the fees and demands for money, I will have paid for the merchandise that I've sent back to them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Well let's start with seems like all of yalls products come from someone else . In which I could have got cheaper. I mean yall even got one of my items from Amazon and had it delivered by Amazon. Second one of me items was broken when I received it and didn't come with any instructions. And even though it was broken since it was a small part . I decided to install on my truck . And then the amber lights didn't work . So I email yalls support team . I believe it was David I recieved a email from . Read more like a A.I response. So I got offered a $40.00 refund or I could send the items back for a total refund. That was good enough for me and will not work. So I emailed back explaining how I broke my grill while removing it from the truck and couldn't and wouldn't ride around with no grill on my truck . So I countered offer for a refund of half the total of the grill . And then yall want to send instructions on how to install stall the grill. Makes me feel like yall thing I don't know how to wire lights up. Oh and it was late being delivered.

I bought my lights on the 27th it’s now the 30th and still have absolutely no update on shipping tryed e-Mailing still no response from them 🥴 Maybe there closed for the Holidays 🤭 Didn’t realize they where coming from China shipping is super Slow plan on Several Weeks to get them 🥴it’s Now Saturday the 10 of January I finally got my Lights this Morning it took about 15 minutes to Install WOW what a Deference no more Bug Eyes and they Work and Look Great HAPPY JEEPER 😎😎😎🦆

I ordered from you because a friend recommended the lights he purchased from you. However, I was very disappointed when at checkout your website asked if I wanted to leave a tip! A tip for an online purchase? Are you kidding me? The tipping culture in the country and expectation of a tip has gotten out of control. I honestly would have ordered on Amazon and paid more if I didn’t want to make sure I got the same lights that a friend was happy with, but asking if I wanted to leave a tip for an online purchase with zero human interaction is insane.

I’m 78 and love spending money on my 21 jeep Gladiator. Limited budget so I research things to death and landed on these taillights from LED mfg. I’m now researching LED headlights and hoping I find the same comparisons with reviews I read. Keep up the good work LED and after I get my taillights I will tip something the next time depending on this experience. Thanks to all!
