I ordered from you because a friend recommended the lights he purchased from you. However, I was very disappointed when at checkout your website asked if I wanted to leave a tip! A tip for an online purchase? Are you kidding me? The tipping culture in the country and expectation of a tip has gotten out of control. I honestly would have ordered on Amazon and paid more if I didn’t want to make sure I got the same lights that a friend was happy with, but asking if I wanted to leave a tip for an online purchase with zero human interaction is insane.

Placed my order on October 15th and the “worry free purchase” however here it is, October 30th and still have not received my purchase. I finally got a tracking number for almost a week after I actually needed them. When I reached out to the company, I was “escalated” to someone who communicated via email only to “resolve” the issue. Their resolution? 15% off coupon for my next purchase, which I already get as I am a veteran through Govx. So, why did I spend the extra money for the worry free purchase which “guarantees 1-7 business days”?

The product order does not fit correctly and no way around the seatbelt post Two items were ordered. Only one has been shipped and received. The other order is still sitting in their warehouse with a UPS tag waiting to be picked up. Need to return the product and they are charging 10 to 50% restocking fee. They are charging for return shipping and yet they charge me for international charges from ordering with them and they never even said that on their website. Their website states they are in California but yet they charge me an international charge on my credit card. Trying to get a hold of them on the 800 number is a joke Update: sent in all the requested information & photos, have reached out twice for an update via the email and still waiting on a response. We are now into November. Definitely lacking in customer service. 800 number- same as before. Highly do not recommend this company !!

Dave, Just got back from UPS and guess what, they couldn't confirm the same address that USPS couldn't confirm. So here is my offer, i will hold on to the box for now. I will not attempt to return it to a bogus address unconfirmed by two different shippers. If your company wants the item returned by me i want a prepaid shipping label from you, with any address thst can be confirmed by the shipper of your choice. This is your only option to get the item back from me. I was willong to pay the returned shipping fee but that is now off the table. I will be sending a copy of this email to Paypal to insure you will not be paid and whatever payment has been made will be returned to me. I’m having a hard time giving this company a 5 star rating due to the run around I received when I had contracted them about a defective product. After several tag your it emails I just gave up. Well on Saturday I out of the blue received a new LED bulb to replace the defective bulb. I was shocked to have received this item for the things I was asked to do to prove I had received a defective product was literally insane. I installed the new LED bulb I received and it worked beautifully. I sent an email to thank whom ever had made the decision to send me a new bulb. I feel the customer service part of this company needs improvement especially when you receive an item that doesn’t work properly. However I am fully satisfied with their overall product.

I have had a very bad experience

I have had a very bad experience, the website and order confirmation were misleading and thought I was getting 4 grab handles for my Bronco because that is what the picture showed. So I just added the items into my cart. When my order arrived, I only got 2. I didn’t notice that you had to select a box for 2 or 4. So the item was way over priced, compared to the same handles with other companies. They are selling 2 for what you can get 4 for from other companies. On top of all that, I am having to fight with the company to get my order returned. Do not do business with this company!

I ordered this set of Suparee halo headlights and halo fog lights. 1. The high beams don’t work; the lights flash and the high beams simply just shut off or blink. See video. This is not plug and play. I have tried using resistors but they don’t make a difference. Possible I could buy a Tazer mini for $300 and reprogram but I’m not doing that because… 2. Customer service (which is only email with China, the phone number and address in California are BS) told me they would send a replacement set because they always work “plug and play”. 3. In the installation video, they show a very easy installation with T-clips (not included) but in the package they advise wiring to the fuse box. This is obviously a far more complex installation. 4. They do not come with the wiring needed. I bought wiring and connectors, I already had the heat gun and connection insulators. But between the wires, connectors, looming conduit, fuse jumpers I’ve spent about $100 more just to get them installed. Do not get suckered by these and this company.

Trail Markers Are Lit!!!

I recently purchased the Aluminum Trail Marker Lights for my Ford Bronco, and I’m really impressed. These lights not only look awesome and add a custom touch. They also do a great job of lighting up the front end of the bronco. The illumination is nice and really helps with visibility during night driving. Installation wasn’t too difficult. Definitely take your time and follow the instructions carefully, it goes pretty smoothly. Just be patient, especially if you're not used to wiring accessories. The quality of the lights feels solid and durable, and they fit perfectly with the Bronco’s styling. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost both form and function on their Bronco!

Easy page to order from and the price seemed reasonable. I haven't received them yet, I'll let you know if the LED lights for my 2022 Tacoma are any good. Received the LED lights and they fit my 2022 Tacoma TRD SPORT grill perfectly. Installation was just "OK", the wiring from the module is flimsy at best and you have to be very careful when separating the positive (red) wire from the negative (black) wire. The manufacturer could have done a better job with these wires, but in the end, the LED lights work! Still trying to figure out the app to get the correct color I want. In the end, a decent LED light at a good price.

I ordered the wrong lights and requested a return. It took almost three weeks to get something worked out. No one answers the phone. Emails are answered in a day or so but do not resolve the situation only sets up another email and ref to customer service who does not respond. Worst retail experience I have ever had. Finally got the right lights and installed them. Appear to be what I ordered and they work. Not too hard to install but anyone wanting to buy from this company needs to pray they have no issues or it will be a fiasco to resolve. I will no doubt get some luke warm apology but from what I have witnessed it is not sincere. Its June 22 and I just got the lights installed after a month.

2017 Toyota 4Runner grille lights and fog bezels

2017 Toyota 4Runner Amber Grill lights always had moisture inside of them and started burning out within weeks, after a couple months all four of them had burned out and they did give me a warranty replacement, but I had to pay for shipping. The replacement set also burned out, all of them within less than six months. The wiring harness was also completely corroded by that point and I had to remove everything. The fog light bales also started burning out LED pixels within a year. Super low quality.

I don’t believe whoever produced the trunk cover for the 4Runner even tried to install it into an actual car. My trunk is now scratched and the lip connecting to the head rests doesn’t even connect… Chinese garbage through and through. I do not recommend this company at all.

I initially ordered front and rear bulbs. I didn't check the rear and assumed they were 1157 bulbs. My mistake. I needed the 1156 style and just ordered them. The fronts work fantastically.

May need to make adjustments

I purchased the LED fog light bezel for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The lights came in the mail quickly, but I needed to make modifications to the housing to get it to fit properly. I used an angle grinder to cut back some plastic that was touching the Tacomas fog light bulb housing. Other then that, the lights are amazing. Start up sequence is so cool and the sequential turn signals are a nice touch. Make sure to upgrade your oem fog light bulb to LED as well for a better match. Size is H11 for 2nd gen Tacomas.

1st Bronco Mod

Going to try a full review here because I am a brand new Bronco owner and need more of these in my feed 😂. 2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks owners- which we absolutely love. 1st of three mods is a trail light swap. Purchased via StickerFab on FB ad, order came through from LED Factory Mart on 3/28/25 and shipped from Chino, CA to Fayetteville, AR on 4/4/25 so pretty fair deal on order to door time. Product was heavy, sturdy, nicely wired, etc. Instructions were horrible: tiny pictures, not good English, and the steps did not follow the 24 Ford Bronco model at all. Once you swapped the LED handles and bolted them back in, you were told to remove the fender well and unhook the headlight harness. Well that was not an option with mine. Maybe it is the steel front bumper on mine that made it difficult but the only thing I could do to get to the harness was completely removing the cowl, the grille and then both headlights. The wiring harness that came with the LED kit matched perfectly. Put everything back in place in reverse order and it works great and looks fantastic. I wish the instructions simply came with a QR code that took you straight to a walk-thru video for step-by-step instructions for Bronco installation. Esp for the price but it was a good afternoon of getting to know my Bronco better and better I guess.

LED Rear Turn/Brake & Running lights lasted 5yrs on my motorcycle that I ride about 2 days a week. One stopped working and this purchase is to replace the set I purchased in 2020. I was honestly hoping the LED's would last a lifetime. RIP LED 03/2020 to 03/2025

Too bad I could not rate this company 0 stars. They sent me a trail light kit for my 2024 Bronco but the wiring harness did not fit. They could not make it right. Now that we are asking for a refund, they (David Mathews) have stopped all communication. We will have to go through Paypal to settle this dispute. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I submitted for a return and have not received any correspondence back. I received an email back stating my return request is being reviewed. That was the last email that I received. The product is too tight and I am unable to secure in the rear. On the sides I unable get the buckles past the gap between the body and the Ford Factory running boards. And the straps are not long enough to get around the running boards. In addition, I received it with one of the straps already frayed.

Worst ever !!!! Instructions are generic! I bought fang lights for my 2024 Tacoma they came with no instructions but you emailed me a pdf. Problem is so generic it was funny it stated nothing about getting fang trim pieces off because you have to remove bumper? It say nothing about splicing just you have to splice but u only sent one side and they didn’t even fit the small wires? Oh ya and only sent one side so i thought the yellow wires hooked together and spliced into one side? But even the instructions say nothing about repeating process both side. This is a clear case of hurry and sell don’t need return business or happy customer. Sad

Great looking LED Fog lights

I purchased these LED Fog lights 2 weeks ago & so far they are holding up. They look great & do give off good lighting without blinding oncoming traffic. Starting with mounting the lights & routing the wires It took me 1-1/2 hours taking my time & was able to connect to my green auxiliary wire waiting for me under the hood. Also near the firewall was a ground bolt that just needed to be loosened & attach the ground clip. Just one wire crimp connection to make with the supplied red wire to my green which is on a 15amp switch . There was enough wire supplied without having to make an extension. Package had a hole in it due to sharp edge of the fog lights but there was no damage. Very pleased with the results! Price with discount made it an easy choice since I was not looking for the cheapest, but not wanting to spend a lot either.

The ordering process with easy. I received the shipment quickly. I have not actually used the Jeep tube doors yet, but the minor assemble was very easy. The doors arrived in good shape and seem very sturdy. Can't wat to get them on the Jeep on on the road.

This company is a ripoff I ordered a tail light ... They said the order was delivered I was home that day so I could receive the package, never got it I call UPS they said it was delivered I made a claim with the company just like UPS told me to do... David Matthews emailed me and said if I would pay another $20.00 they would resend it because it had been signed for... I asked all of my neighbors no one seen it or signed for it...... When I called LED factory mart they could not tell me who signed for it.... BIG RIP OFF I'm out $97.00 for nothing.....

Half of my order is missing

I only received the front bumper to my order. I was supposed to receive both the front and rear bumper as a package. Fast forward, 3-13-2025, the company informed me today that the rear bumper was out of stock and never shipped even though my order showed it was shipped. I told the company that the front bumper was damaged during shipment and submitted photos clearly showing the damaged and no compensation offered for the damage. Company offered 1/2 refund for the entire order for those two items. The Company had zero issue taking my money for both products and never informing me that the order couldn’t be completely fulfilled. I’m one disgusted customer!!!

Part arrived as presented. However the base diameter is 3 or 4 millimeters bigger than the original. Can still make it work, the rubber cover has to be stretch a little. The light intensity is multiple times better than the "Best" Silvana bulb.

I really enjoy the lights and there was no problem with the physical installation of them. However, the wiring of the lights and the instructions (or complete lack thereof) left much to be desired. I do not possess mechanical nor electrical knowledge. These are not “plug and play” lights. I had to ask someone who possessed such knowledge to finish the install. Extra materials needed to be purchased and the experience was not what I expected. Again, I am happy with the end product, but if you do not have the knowledge and skills to perform extra wiring and such, plan on hiring someone to install these lights.

The lights I bought will not work on my vehicle. After a week of back and forth They want a 15%restocking fee and send back and I also pay the shipping Will let everyone in 4 wheel community how ridiculous this was and let them let everyone know. Poor quality and a very bad experience.

The pieces arrived literally falling apart, as do a s it was installed the led light was popping out of the socket, after being hinged it lands misaligned, customer service does not exist when you try to call them. Tried 4 different departments they have to finally to get hold of one very depressed sounding rep who before hanging up said ‘they’ll call you’
