Thereās two reasons why I left two stars 1. It took far too long to get it. 2. On the Basketball I believe the information I put that was from grandpa not dad. So for now, I have to live with that give that to my grandson. It was a gift to him after he broke his knee playing basketball. He knows Iām not his dad. He knows. Iām his grandfather, but it wouldāve been nice if it said that and Iām sure that I put that down. Right now Iām starting to second-guess it, but I believe I put down grandpa. Other than that, I am happy with the product.

Item arrived much later than expected, and the color was all wrong. Prior to delivery, the company was overly nice in communicating with me while apologizing for the late shipment. Now that I want a refund and information on returning the item, theyāve disappeared and are ignoring my emails. Looks like Iāll be reaching out to my bank. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Never got my order.Tracking said it was OUT FOR DELIVERY from Knoxville,Tn. at 10:05 on 11/01/26.I live 1/2 hour from Knoxville.There has been no tracking update since.It's now 3:15on 11/03 26 53 hours later. They could have walked my delivery here by a day and a half ago.Did the truck just disappear?When you call their customer support they parrot back the same info you already know. NO HELP AT ALL !!! Try to find a company phone number. It's deliberately unavailable.Very disappointed with this company.

Very disappointing experience
The website gave me a very different impression of both the company and the product I was purchasing. A U.S. address was displayed at the bottom of the website, which led me to believe I was ordering from a U.S.-based company. However, my package showed that it shipped from China. More importantly, the product I received did not match what I expected based on the product photos. The images made the item appear to be a carved or dimensional acrylic piece. What I received was a flat piece of acrylic with a small, blurry image on the back. In my opinion, the quality was very poor, and if I had seen this item in a store beforehand, I would not have paid more than $4 for it. I also paid additional money for priority production, yet my order took approximately 2.5 weeks to arrive. Overall, I was very disappointed with the product quality, how the product was presented on the website, and my experience with the priority production option. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

IF you order, order AT LEAST a month in advance
I just got my order late yesterday October 31, 23 days after I placed my order. When I originally ordered it, the website said expected delivery was October 18th. I ordered it on October 8th. I was told several different things from several different people along the way. I also paid for priority processing and that was a joke. It took from 10/8 to 10/22 for the shipper to even get my item. There's nothing priority about that. However, the tie I ordered does seem nice quality. The part where you can personalize it is much smaller than it looked in the picture, but it's still there.
