The upright way it fits onto the roller part is a much better design. The fabric is thicker and will stand up to wear much better!

Good for an overnight trip
The bag is OK. In theory it is a good concept. I tried packing it for a four day trip, but ended up using it just for the overnight bag. The clothes in the garment bag section slid around and I found it challenging to fold up and zip with that section filled. The next trip we used it as our overnight bag and just packed the main section. It worked well for that trip. I think if I was going to use it for just myself going to one place and staying there for several days, it would be OK. I think it would be frustrating to pack and repack if I were taking a trip with multiple stops.

Own One, Really Like It!
I have had several versions of the duffle/ garment bag configuration from different companies, Jennibag is definitely the best. The square configuration makes it much easier to add items to and zip it up. That was always the issue with the other bags. But I would love to see a strap added at the inside the bottom of the garment bag, like the one they have in the middle, so long skirts or pants can be held into place and don't slip back when the duffle is zipped up. I added a strap to the bottom of mine using velcro straps, (but one in the configuration of the one they have in the middle would work so much better) it makes a huge difference in how my clothes lay inside the Garment portion. I see the latest upgrade has added a zipper pocket on the outside, I would like to see the long pocket off the top made just a little bit wider

I have both the Luxhe and the Jennibag
I have both the Luxhe and the Jennibag. Having now used both, the Jennibag wins hands down! Easier to bag, more room and compartments, 4 wheels on the trolley, etc. Fabulous! My only wish is that the backpack I also got was a wee bit bigger.

Saving baggage fees more than paid for the Jennibag!
My wife was able to fit everything she needed for our 5 day trip to Disney World. It saved us $180 in baggage fees. My only regret was not getting the wheels. As a side note, when I thought that I accidentally ordered 2 bags, customer service was AWESOME. I actually talked to a human who replied to my email the very next day. They assured me that I only ordered 1 and more importantly, it would be delivered on time for our trip, which it was! I did a lot of research before I bought the Jennibag and let me save you the time and trouble. Go with this brand. you won't be disappointed! Very high quality!

Love the bag
Love the bag. Packs very well. Holds a lot of clothes with less wrinkles. Great size and shape. The wheels/cart is not very sturdy. The bag is hard to balance on the cart. Wheels do not roll well on carpet.

Great concept, but...
I purchased the Jennibag & roller directly from the store website. I have used it on 2 short trips-1 cruise & 1 flight & it worked fine. I highly recommend springing for the roller. It's a bit tricky to slide the packed bag on & off for stowing in an overhead bin, but definitely worth it for getting through terminals. The quality of the bag itself is ok, but not really as luxurious as I was expecting for the price. I like the maroon color for standing out among a sea of black bags. The pockets & compartments are helpful. The zippers are again, great in concept, but weak in quality. You do have to take care that they don't catch. Packing cubes are a must, preferably compression bags unless you have a limited capsule wardrobe or a short trip. I haven't used this for a cold weather trip but doubt it's great if you pack boots or heavy winter wear. But my biggest pet-peeve is the customer service from Jennibag. It's nearly impossible to connect with them even though they hit MY inbox regularly. Most of my emails to them came back as undeliverable. They are correct on their website, if you need your bag in a timely manner, order from Amazon or spring for express shipping from the website. I ordered 2 more pieces for my 2nd trip being promised 6-12 days & it was 13 days, 18 counting weekends, barely making it in time for the trip. The tracking info was in Chinese & also not always responsive. The addition of the tote & crossbody make for an attractive matched set & seem to have some handy pockets. Again, I do think it's all a bit pricey for the just ok material quality but for now it looks good.

I travelled from GB to Greece. I love my Jennibag, I have the roller edition, which made it so easy. It's so genius. The only issue I have is I ordered the beige and on that one journey it's become very dirty with marks I can't remove. I wish I had ordered the black but too late now!

Love products but …
Staff were helpful with my emails checking delivery updates. I don’t like ordering just about everything and yet it trickles in multiple shipments and the packaging was disappointing. It does not arrive nicely boxed as pictured but with just cheap plastic wrapping. And tbh for almost $300 I expect sturdy, well constructed packaging. It should be a pleasure to open. Have not used it yet but did a test pack and seems to deliver.

I’m still having some difficulty with…
I’m still having some difficulty with the vacuum bags maintaining the vacuum status. I have closed the zipper function as tight as I can. I use the vacuum device and a suction is accomplished but it only maintains for about an hour. Everything else about the bag I love. It just doesn’t hold enough without the vacuum bags working effectively.

Love the Jennibag!
Love the Jennibag!! We used ours for the first time this past weekend. More than enough room for everything and then some. Fit perfectly in the overhead compartment on the plane. The only problem we had, the bag kept coming apart from the roller platform. It wasn't a huge problem, we just had to remember to grab the bag & roller handle together. Its a perfect bag! We purchased 2, a black one for my husband, and a red one for me. Very happy with this bag!

Do not purchase
The bags do not allow for many hanging clothes because you cannot zip it up to make the duffle bag. The wheels are flimsy and hard to use. The vacuum bags I bought do not stay sealed or take much air out. In addition, trying to make a return is nearly impossible. I do not recommend this bag.

The bag actually held quite a bit, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would say this bag is better for summer travel as heavier items would create less room. The fabric is sturdy but could be a bit easier to clean. My bag was checked at the jet bridge and got dirty in the cargo hold. Overall, the bag worked well for a 4 day trip to Florida. The stabilizers for the wheeled carrier should be metal and not plastic.

So far so good after one non plane trip
So far so good. I have only used it one time and it worked good. I need to use it some more and take it on a trip to decide if it is a 5 star product. The material it is made of is very soft and the zippers are strong. I got the trolly and it is easy to attach the bag however it does sway when over packed. I strap around it would be ideal. I didn't know when to expect the bag to arrive but it came in less than 2 weeks. It would have been helpful to have tracking information. I only received one email that said it would ship in 1 to 2 days and it was basically an advertisement.

Don't buy this bag! They take your money and will not refund it if you are unhappy. And I was unhappy. The bag fits 5 days of clothes but that means you don't have room for shoes, toiletries, makeup, or room to bring home souvenirs. The zippers are flimsy and tend to come open at the bottom of the zipper. Not good unless you like to be travelling and have your bag become a pile of your clothes on the airport, taxi, or hotel floor. The fabric is sturdy and probably waterproof. But the bag does not fit in airline carry on requirement. So you have to check it and hope your bag doesn't implode inside the cargo bay. Seriously. This is a huge waste of money and there is no refund allowed unless the zipper is completely broken but even then, they just send you another crappy Jennibag.

I love the fabric of the bags. Very durable looking. I would have given 5 stars however my main large bag has a stiff area right in the front of the bag over the zipper. I’m not sure if it’s a bend in the zipper or what but I think it will be OK. You just have to ease it past that spot to get it to zip.

Packages arrived...it took me some time…
Packages arrived...it took me some time to get them opened up, but when I did....the.box marked "black" was, indeed black. However, the box marked "teal" was dark grey. Not a green/blue grey that could have remotely been called teal, but grey. I hadn't decided if I should complain or not, but this survey gave me a voice. So, the order was not what I had ordered, but is "adequate" which maybe isn't good, considering the price.

Terrible Customer Service, No Return Policy
Very cheap material, barely holds a couple of days clothing and trying to work with customer service was a nightmare, total runaround to eventually be told, no return. Definitely not worth the money and if you buy it, you own it. Unless it arrives damaged, no return policy which is not clearly outlined in advertising. Live and learn, but don't buy unless you've tried someone else's out and you're satisfied with it.

Good but needs tweeking
The bag has great space for clothes. The zippers can be a little stiff but I imagine will get better with more use. The wheel dolly is very useful but with the weight of the bag, it is at an angle that creates a bit of a challenge manuevering it. The bag with rollers doesn't fit in all overhead compartments. I had to remove the wheel dolly. It is easy to remove a packed bag from the roller on a plane, however very hard to place it back on it while in the aisle trying to disembark the plane.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, bought 2 bags, when they arrived realized not what we needed and tried to return them basically unopened. Their no questions return was an absolute BS. They would not respond to several emails and then when disputed thru amex they fought it because there wasn't anything wrong with the bags, Amex would not fight it and Ive been charged. I would never purchase anything thru this company and wouldn't believe their promise of hassle free returns. !!!!!!

The bag is great. I don’t care for the olive colored leather like one as much as the original one. The four wheels are the best even though I wished they locked in place but it still is the best way to get a lot of clothes. Compared to my Luxhe bag, the shape holds up better and the zippers are more stable.

It held everything I need for a week…
It held everything I need for a week trip plus room to bring back presents for everyone. I liked the computer pocket. I'm thinking about getting the vacuum bags to help cut down on weight. The tech bag and makeup bag fit perfect in there and were great to use. If I had one wish it would be pockets on the ends on the outside. Maybe one that would stretch to hold a water bottle or drink bottle. Otherwise I love it and all the matching bags.

Very Responsive
There were some shipping/delivery problems that occurred after my purchase left the Jennibag facility. I mention it first because the team at Jennibag stayed in constant communication with me. They were very responsive in tracking down my order and did not hesitate to send a replacement after they determined part of my order had been lost. I love the 2.0 bag- it seems very sturdy. I’ve used it twice now. I can wait to use the vacuum kit with my next trip

If I could put zero stars
If I could put zero stars, I would. Not only did the zipper break the first time I tried to use it, but I took it to three different places to repair the zipper and I was told that the fabric was too cheap. I even bought roller wheels to go with the bag and since I can’t use them I need to return it. I’ve emailed many times and their Customer Service is absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
My first order arrived within the promised timeframe, and I would have given JenniBag 5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, my second order was a completely different experience. I emailed customer service to let them know the bag was a gift and explained that I needed it by early to mid-week. I even paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. They assured me they would make sure it arrived by then and said they would send me a tracking number. I never received a tracking number at all, and the order did not arrive when they promised. I’m extremely disappointed with how my second order was handled. Communication was poor, and they did not follow through on the commitments they made. Be prepared not to receive a response within the timeframe they claim, and don’t rely on promised delivery dates if your order is time-sensitive. Zero stars if I could. JenniBag completely dropped the ball on my time-sensitive order. Poor communication, no urgency, and no attention to deadlines. I wouldn’t trust them with any order that has a deadline.

It’s one big scam
I bought 2 bags before discovering that this company is scammy. Since my order was still in the “preparing” phase, I reached out to see if I could cancel. Magically, my order had been shipped out after that despite being prepared for over a week. I was told I will have to wait til I receive the bags. Fair enough. So I get the bags and send photos back of everything still in the packaging explaining again that I would like a refund. Apparently Liz was “very committed” to making sure I had a better post purchase experience, but since then I have heard nothing. I’m no longer getting confirmation emails that someone will get back to me soon either. Feels like they’re trying to have it go past the allotted return period so that I won’t be able to. Don’t waste your money. I’ve been trying to contact them since mid June.

I get compliments every trip
Did a lot of research before buying. After multiple uses: the laptop sleeve is padded and the zipper feels solid. Also the shoe compartment is big enough for actual shoes, not just ballet flats. Received it as a gift from my boyfriend and it was the best gift I've gotten in years. Checked it as a personal item on several flights — zero issues every time. Highly recommend to any frequent traveler.

The shoulder strap hardware snapped during a trip. The bag wasn't even full. Used it on a trip to San Diego — worked great. Left me carrying it awkwardly by the top handles for two days. The strap hardware is not rated for the weight this bag is designed to carry. Safety issue.

Nice concept, poor execution
Really bummed because I was so excited for this bag. Aesthetically it's exactly what I wanted and I loved the look. But it arrived with a very noticeable scuff on the leather.
