Worst mobile company I have dealt with in my life I would tell everyone to run far far away from this company .! They say one thing and when you receive the bill its is nowhere near what was quoted .!l I would advise everyone to stay away from this company I have nothing but headache constant calls to them yet they havnt a clue what they are doing keep on getting told they will check what went wrong from a bill which should be 12.50 was first £857 Then they went down to £264 then £124 then £22 a disgrace of a company my only advice would be to stay clear of this company

Er i gang med Danmark skifter, hvilket betyder andre leverandører skal indblandes, og der kan meget let opstå misforståelser i opsætningen. Efter alenlang "samtale" med Robert, kom endelig en kompetent supporter, det hurtigt løste problemet, til trods for at samtalen skulle oversættes.

Adrian is a champ. I had some issues where some of the pages would get a 'Not Found' message. Very frustrating! When my own resources dried out I contacted the helpdesk of One.com. After some waiting Adrian was there to dive into the matter. Thank heavens it was resolved. Five golden stars for this assistant. Give him a rise!

Horrific On a promise that they could provide in improved service delivery as a small business we agreed to port or telephone numbers across and take on a broad band offering on 10th June I had confirmation back within 5 days. I had my delivery of kit 6 days later. Notified of BB delay 18 days after order. 6 cancellations later due to technical issues i'm still waiting 22/07/26. My Office number has been dis- connected five days ago and no longer exists as an incoming number. I can dial out using my new Onecomm kit but cant with my old BT equipment - Apparently and according to One Comm this is not fault with Onecomm but according to onecomm a coincidental BT fault !!! Checking with BT they have produced evidence that they started a porting process 7th July and completed their end on the 17th July . This issue was as the porting process and still is not accepted by Onecomm as the issue to the loos of my office number dispite evidence that they started a porting process and BT have completed the porting process their side. I could accept to a degree that issues and mistakes, but to hide behind lies and bull**** i find unacceptable.
