Helpful in spots, but not quite what I needed

Some of the courses were useful, but a lot of them felt way too in-depth, or actually, maybe just not focused enough on the stuff I need for work. I was hoping for clearer paths around job skills and hands-on projects. It might be good if you’re studying for certifications, but for my career move, it didn’t really help as much as I expected. 0 Reply

Good courses, but too many verification steps

The courses themselves are actually good, and I’ve learned a decent amount. But the price is starting to feel way too high for what you get. On top of that, having to go through verification again and again gets really annoying. It just makes the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needs to be 0 Reply

Feels Fresh and Useful

I really like that the training materials is updated regularly. It doesn’t feel like I’m just watching the same old recycled videos over and over. Especially with security topics, that makes a big difference to me. 0 Reply

Good variety, but I had to double-check what I was getting

INE has a wide curriculum, and I do like that there are a lot of different paths to choose from. I’m always a little wary of signing up for stuff like this because I don’t want to get fooled by big promises and then find out the content is shallow. Some areas on INE definitely feel more in-depth than others, so it can be a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for. Overall, there’s a lot there, but I’d check the specific path first before assuming it’s all equally detailed. 0 Reply

Getting my certificates was really straightforward

I finished a few INE courses getting the completion certificates was about as easy as I could’ve hoped. Once I wrapped up the courses, the certificates showed up right away, so I didn’t have to dig around, wait for an email, or contact support or anything like that. It was just a smooth process from start to finish, which I appreciated because sometimes these platforms make you jump through extra steps for no reason. No issues on my end at all... 0 Reply

Keeps my studying from getting messy

I’ve been using INE for a few months, and the learning paths are the part I like the most. It’s not just a pile of random videos sitting there, like good luck figure it out. It feels more like, okay, start with this thing and then go to the next thing after that, which my tired after-work brain appreciates a lot. Some of the lessons run a little long for me, but overall it helps me stay on track and not wander around deciding what to study. So yeah, happy with it so far... 0 Reply

A Bit Frustrating at Times

I was kind of bummed because some of the lessons felt rushed, and I didn’t always feel like things were explained clearly enough. On days when I was already tired, it made it even harder to keep up. 0 Reply

The downloads were kind of a letdown

I mainly signed up because I wanted access to the downloadable resources, but they were disappointing. A lot of the files felt outdated or just not that useful, and some were weirdly hard to track down. A few didn’t even seem to line up with the course very well. The videos themselves are fine, but the downloads really need to be organized better and updated. I also reached out about it and got the sense nobody really read what I wrote, which made it more frustrating. It’s not awful, just not what I was expecting. 0 Reply

thieves scamers they stole my money

I recently paid $799 for an INE Premium subscription. After expressing my dissatisfaction through a comment, I found that my account had been blocked, without clear explanation or resolution so far. As paying customers, we should be able to share constructive feedback without fear of losing access to a service we’ve invested in.

Solid learning experience with knowledgeable instructors

I’ve been using INE for a few months now, the instructors really know what they’re talking about. Some of them are great at taking tough networking and security topics and explaining them in a way where you’re not totally lost. A few lessons do feel a bit too long or more detailed than I personally need, but overall, I trust the teachers and feel like I’ve learned a lot. Solid experience if you’re serious about building your skills. 0 Reply

Labs didn’t really live up to the hype

I tried INE mostly for the interactive labs, it felt a lot clunkier than I expected. They make it sound like you’re getting this smooth, hands-on learning experience, but the reality was different. Some labs took forever to load, and a few of the instructions didn’t line up with what I was actually seeing on screen, which got annoying. The videos are fine, but the practical parts definitely need polish. For the price, I was expecting something more reliable. It’s not awful, but it didn’t really deliver on what I thought I was paying for. 0 Reply

Pretty Good fOr Hands-On Practice

I mostly used INE for the hands-on labs, some of them were really solid. A few felt close to what you’d actually deal with in real practice, which I liked. That said, there were a couple labs that loaded Slowly or had steps that weren’t super clear, so I had to figure things out a bit on my own. Support was okay, nothing amazing but not terrible either. Overall, it’s not bad at all, just feels like it could use a little more Polish. 0 Reply

I’ve been liking the pace of the INE courses so far. The lessons usually aren’t super long, which makes it easier for me to get through a couple after work without feeling overwhelmed or like I’m falling behind. A few sections do move faster than I’d prefer, but I just pause or replay them and it’s fine. For the way I learn, it feels like a good balance. 0 Reply

Easy to use, honestly no complaints

I’ve been using INE.com for a bit now and, yeah, it’s been straightforward. The layout just kind of makes sense, which I really appreciate because I don’t want to spend half my study time figuring out where things are. I can usually get to the course or section I need without a bunch of random clicking around. The videos load fine for me, progress tracking is easy to follow, and the dashboard doesn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming. It’s a small thing, I guess, but it really does make studying feel less annoying. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars for usability. 0 Reply

Great community, though I expected clearer instructions

I originally joined ine mainly for the courses, but the community ended up being a really nice surprise. People actually respond to questions, share useful tips, and don’t make you feel silly for asking basic things. It makes the whole experience feel a lot less like you’re studying alone. I do wish some instructions were a bit clearer in places, but overall it’s been a good experience. 0 Reply

Worst Customer Service and No Way to Get Your Money Back

Their customer service is awful!!! There’s literally one person doing everything, sales, support and they're terrible at it. They use aggressive tactics to get your money and make it nearly impossible to get a refund. Once you’re in, you’re stuck with no real help. They basically just take your money and run. They won’t even refund if you forget to cancel. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Great course content but be aware of the voucher's expiration date.

What do you like best about INE? Tons of content that had been recently updated. The new instructor is clear in the explanations and they are acompanied by lab demonstrations and test environments. What do you dislike about INE? Although you have access to an entire year of course content, the exam vouchers are valid only for 6 months. That is was not enough time for me to deal with the courses from scratch. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE provides courses that spans multiple domains in the IT field. The penetration testing path covers the basic knowledge through a Fundamentals course and then dive in to medium and advanced topics, succesfully giving the students the tools to start a career in this Cybersecurity specialization

What do you like best about INE? The labs and tutorials in the certification helps me to understand better the topics. What do you dislike about INE? The automatic renew of subscription of my INE account even if i dont have money in my debit card. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE provides an asynchronous learning platform which allows you to learn at your own pace as well as explicit videos of the tool and real case studies

Their pricing model is very misleading and predatory. I saw a course I was interested in watching and got the monthly subscription. When I tried to access the course, it was blocked and said I could only watch it with the yearly subscription model. I asked for a refund and customer service told me their sales are final. Double check to make sure the course is available under your pricing before you pay. They have good instructors but their pricing model is very misleading.

Predatory profit model

Predatory profit model - I purchased a course through my company and after 3x months it automatically renewed into a one year subscription without any warning. The exam "expired" after 6months so I cant even write the exam when I choose so I have a one year subscription and cant even get a cert - $949 later!! Waste of time and money, will never recommend or use again. Yes I took long to write the exam but I have work and other commitments so dont have a lot of time to commit and SHOULD be able to write when I am ready like other vendors especially after how much I paid.

Amazing Training Resource

What do you like best about INE? INE has amazing instructors that excel at making complex topics easy to understand. They continously expand their catalog of training courses. What do you dislike about INE? I can't think of anything that I dislike about using INE. My subscriptions for eJPT

What do you like best about INE? The training at Ine was top notch and I liked the sessions with Alex Ahamed. the lab sessions are fast and do not lag while using. What do you dislike about INE? The thing you will definitely not like about Ine subscription is the interface. imagine having a subscription and you can not locate it when you log in. INE is so much inclined to overload you with other materials for you to purchase and when you are NOT very well tech-savvy, it can take you a while to locate what you are studying or your own running subscriptions. They mostly overload you with high-fee live sessions Even when you locate your study area you can easily skip lab sessions since progress only looks at videos and when there is a next lab session, during study time one may have to keep checking(exit video mode) so you do not skip lab sessions. Customer support doesn't respond on weekends until the next working day which is USA time which is 8-9 hours since I live at GMT+3. I lost my exam voucher for eJPT and did not because I was not yet ready(I have surgery) to sit the exam and INE refused to extend it for me unless I had to purchase it with an extra $100 fee which for me was already unrealistic. I had already paid over $300 for it. The final reply was a big NO when I asked for a free one(1) month extension for only an exam voucher. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? cybersecurity training and helping me to understand cybersecurity at a depth of semi-professional level

It was an excellent experience, and I gained a lot from it. If my subscription ends, I will renew it

What do you like best about INE? The trainers' explanations are clear, and the content is excellent, making the labs enjoyable. I appreciate that the English language is not a barrier, as the platform offers many languages translated into English. What do you dislike about INE? I find the subscription prices to be quite high, particularly as a student, making it difficult for me to afford. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? I have no idea

I mostly recommend eJPT on Novice level and other professional certification i.e. eWPTx

What do you like best about INE? Traing content is very usefull and it adds value in carrier. Just see me working as a pentester, i have took eJPT couse and leant a lot by mentor Alexis Ahmed and that i am implementing my carrier frequently. Couse content is well integrated and organized. What do you dislike about INE? Whenever new promo codes are issed by INE for discount on certification courses it won't apply. Customer support, personally speaking i nevelr felt that i need support as mostly all important terms are covered under FAQs. However I have't found certification related FAQs i.e. When it will get expire and how to renew that. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? Educating stuednts and professional and adding value and skill in their carrier to grow in their life.

What do you like best about INE? When there are labs included in the course, I really enjoy the hands on practical aspect when it's part of the course. What do you dislike about INE? The course I was interested in required an upgrade and I found it to be substandard. I asked to downgrade my subscription to the previous level and was denied. Learning Platform for Cybersecurity Professionals

What do you like best about INE? INE delivers exactly what you need to stay ahead in Tech.Whether you're new or experienced, the courses are focused, up-to-date, and practical. What do you dislike about INE? While the platform provides excellent content, the user interface could be more intuitive, and navigation between courses is occasionally cumbersome. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE's hands-on labs and real-world scenarios have helped me refine my skills in penetration testing, network security, and cloud architecture.

Predatory, lazy business model

Like the other reviewer, their price structure and subscriptions are easily the worst I have ever seen on a website. There is no way to buy an exam voucher without getting signed up for a subscription THAT WILL AUTO-RENEW. Please be aware if you do not go and cancel your subscription (without ever buying or consenting to it) you will be charged. If the other reviews are anything to go on, you will not be seeing that money ever again. Their business model is predatory and they realize they have a product people don't want and instead of improving, they are finding legal loopholes to steal people's money instead. The course content is also an absolute embarrassment. They clearly had no idea what their plan was going in. All the content is verbose for, what I can only assume, was to extend video time for advertising how many hours of video they offer. Much content is repeated while doing the same course. The labs are a completely disaster. There are much much better things to spend your money on. Proceed with caution.

What do you like best about INE? I recently completed the eJPT certification through INE, and I am satisfied with the course. It is a high-quality content. What do you dislike about INE? I don't see any downside of ine. But i facing issue with one another teacher explanations. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE offers comprehensive, well-structured courses that cover a wide range of topics, from basic concepts to advanced techniques. This structured approach helps learners build a solid foundation and progressively advance their skills.INE provides extensive hands-on labs and real-world scenarios, allowing learners to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. This practical experience is crucial for developing problem-solving skills and gaining confidence in real-world applications.

Best Hands-on and real world scenario based curriculum

What do you like best about INE? I'm currently enrolled in eJPT and learning daily . The best part I observed is it's curriculum, they won't teach like by just displaying some slides and talking blah blah blah , instead they focus on less theory more practical and demonstration . And they constantly observe the student's review on their community handles and improve their curriculum based on the students issues . Recently they have removed Josh Mason and updated the entire content which taught by Alexis sir . Their dedication towards improving the curriculum and providing the best learning experience is best thing and I would rate 10/10 in this thing and also in Pricing . What do you dislike about INE? The downside is their Support team . They are not bad but sometimes they won't address / respond on time What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? The problme it's solving or improving themselves is updating the curriculum regularly by students review and also on what industry is expecting from people

The best way to start in cybersecurity

What do you like best about INE? They give the best starting learning paths to become a cybersecurity expert to users like me. I love the amount of useful and valuable certifications that they have, including their curses. What do you dislike about INE? Some of the videos in their courses have redundant information and need to be rearranged in order to be more conscious and facilitate the learning. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? There are lots of unstructured information on Internet and sometimes it's difficult to demonstrate skills without a certificate. Great Learning Experience with Clear Materials

What do you like best about INE? What I liked most about INE was the clarity of the material provided. The content was well-structured and easy to understand, which made the learning process efficient and enjoyable. The resources were comprehensive and covered all necessary topics in depth, aiding in a thorough understanding of the subject matter. What do you dislike about INE? What I liked least about INE was the change in lessons midway through the certification. This disruption made it somewhat challenging to maintain the flow of learning and adapt to new formats or structures unexpectedly introduced during the course. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE is helping me address the critical need for advanced cybersecurity and pentesting skills. By providing comprehensive and clear learning materials, INE equips me with the knowledge and practical skills required to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities effectively. This enhances ability to protect organization’s infrastructure from potential threats, ensuring robust security measures are in place.

My experience in INE penetration tester student training

What do you like best about INE? Content is comprehensive and easily understandable, there's community to help clear the doubts, lectures are concise and on point also divided into small sections which motivates students to complete each, contents are enough to land new job as junior penetration tester, labs also help to improve skills which is accessible almost all times. Most of the time, need for self research is less because of the content is well explained by tutor. What do you dislike about INE? Sometimes lab closes randomly, not often though. Some sentences in subtitles are missing and inaccurate. One feature I'd like to implement is transcript of class for easy note taking. Also sometimes staff repeats same incorrect answer after repeating same question in report issue feature under videos and labs. What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you? INE is constantly updating content based on company needs so the value of certification increases and thus landing a job would be easier.
