The desgns are really nice and the fabrics quite okay, but sizig is very inaccurate. bought 5 items (all in different sizes according to the size chat of the individual items) and almost all are way to big for me. Upon notification they asked me to take the measurements of all items... Seems like something they should do themselves. Returning is no option due to very high costs.
Quality is atrocious. Size charts are inaccurate. Return process is a nightmare. After multiple e-mails back and forth, I finally just gave up. Save your money and go elsewhere.
To the team, I just wanna say thank you very much for shipping my item out ASAP for my trip. This is a wonderful outfit. I purchased items from you all the time when I inbox them to let them know the outfit I ordered. I was taking on the trip, they did a wonderful job of getting it together and shipping it out to me way before I needed the outfit check out the items. They always have some fabulous items and very unique that some of the stores do not carry I want to say thank you very much. The item that I purchased I think I may want another one in Black customers look up their website. They have some very nice outfits. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service skills.

Article non conforme + service client inexistant J’ai commandé pour 212€ de vêtements sur ce site. Les articles reçus ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site — qualité et rendu complètement différents et médiocre. Depuis plusieurs semaines, j’ai tenté de les contacter à de nombreuses reprises par email sans jamais recevoir de réponse. Sur Facebook et Instagram, ils se contentent de répondre des messages génériques du type “we have informed the relevant colleagues” sans jamais donner suite concrètement. Je suis actuellement en train d’entamer une procédure de chargeback Visa et de déposer une plainte auprès des autorités de protection des consommateurs européennes. À fuir absolument. Gardez votre argent et achetez ailleurs.
It looks decent at first, but I’m not totally sure about the stitching. Maybe I’m being picky, but it feels kind of weak and unfinished, and it started coming apart faster than I expected. 0 Reply
I was about to place an order, but once I got to the payment page, something just felt off. There wasn’t much clear info about security or what happens to my card details, which made me hesitate. I emailed incerunmen.com about my order because I just wanted a quick update, but days went by and I didn’t get any real answer. I sent another message too, and still... nothing useful. It felt like nobody was actually checking support or maybe they just weren’t bothering, I don’t know. Frustrating when it should be a simple thing. I ordered from incerunmen.com the international shipping was way more stressful than I expected. The tracking sat there barely changing for weeks, then out of nowhere it updated, but not in a way that actually explained anything. I kept checking it myself because, based on how things were going, I kind of assumed no one was going to keep me properly informed. When I contacted support, the replies took a while and felt generic, like someone was just sending the same message to everyone with shipping issues. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already annoyed and didn’t even feel excited about it anymore. A online store based in China. Order never received. No order confirmation email received after check out. No shipping confirmation or tracking number received by email. Incerunmen.com replied that they never received my order and that they don't have my address or email address. How can you claim not to have received an order after payment has been made? It's only big bullshit. However, I sent an email to their customer support including all my personal information in my email and attached a screenshot of the amount charged to my credit card. I never received a reply from them. So, stay away from incerunmen.com and don't waist your money. This website is a total scam. Avoid it. This site is a scam. Avoid it.
So I ordered 2 suits for my son for Christmas, one beige and one red. They sent 2 beige ones (IC206112). I contacted them via email on 29th Jan and 5th Jan with no response, I then tried contacting again on 14th Jan and there live chat said email us. I then had a reply just blaming Christmas and they would sort this but guess what, its not been sorted. I wrote a review as thats the only way you can contact them, and they said they emailed on the 15th Jan but this is LIES. I checked my spam and its not been sent there and I have checked my safe senders list and they are a safe sender, so clearly they are LYING. On the 2nd Feb they replied on here asking me to email them with my order number which I did as they would prioritise my email. It is now 17th Feb and guess what? This was a LIE to as they have not replied to that either. They have said on multiple occasions they have emailed me, but these are all LIES. On the 17th March, they wanted me to contact them to get it sorted - guess what, yes, no reply After my last review they tried to have all my review taken down for defamatory content but these were rejected and kept up Cant wait for their response this time to see how many lies they tell this time. I have no contacted trading standards in the UK with all the logs of reviews and emails and how many times I have tried to contact them DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AS YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING THEY TELL LIES - ALL THE TIME UPDATE 5th April - I have emailed twice since they replied to this and low and behold, no response!! LIARS
I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service, but it felt like they weren’t really paying attention. The replies were super short, and different people kept giving me different answers, which just made things more confusing. It also took way longer than it should have to get a response. I bought a suit for around £50 but the quality was dreadful, it was shein quality and was not wearable at all. I accepted this and tried to return it but there has been no response from them whatsoever! I've emailed multiple times, read their return policy to ensure I was entitled to a refund (to which I was) and I've heard nothing from them. Scam website, terrible quality products for how much they are asking.

I recently purchased a trouser jumpsuit and was in the process of moving. I've never had an issue with the company till I heard a response that it was delivered and in actuality I never received the order. Since my move they have stepped their game up by accommodating me in a timely fashion, so I just count that jumpsuit as a loss but as of now I have my eyes open to anything else that may happen or give me some BS answer.

Spero di venire contattato il prima possibile. sono poi stato contattato ma la richiesta di inviare le foto per riscontro taglia mi pare assurda dato che comunque non sono soddisfatto nè della vestibilità nè tantomeno del materiale. ho inviato le foto come richieste e spero di iniziare il processo di reso e successivo rimborso. Ho ricevuto risposta da parte vostra di dover distruggere o tagliare i prodotti e inviarvi una email con le foto di avvenuta distruzione. Al momento sono d'accordo con il rimborso.
I ordered two shirts from incerunmen.com because the styles looked good on the site, but the quality was kind of all over the place once they arrived. One shirt had loose threads everywhere and the buttons weren’t lined up properly. The other shirt was supposedly the same size, but it fit totally different, which was frustrating. Shipping was fine, but when I reached out, the email responses felt like they were coming from robots and didn’t really address the issue. Tried using the site and yeah it was kind of a mess.. pages took forever to load, the menus felt all over the place, and checkout kept glitching on me. I stuck with it for maybe 10 minutes then just gave up 0 Reply
The clothes themselves were okay, but I was surprised when I got hit with customs and duties after ordering. I did get my order finally, so that part was okay. But the communication, it wasn’t the clearest. Replies came a little slow, and some of the answers I got felt kind of hard to understand. WARNING! The quality of the clothes is very cheap. That’s why they post a lot of AI generated pictures as models. Plus if you want a refund, they try to negotiate with you. This is the fifth email that I send asking them for a refund. Their website says that you can return items within 14 days, no questions asked. That is a lie!!! I’ve been asked to send pictures, then proposed a 15% refund, then a 20%, then full refund against pictures …. And now they are taking the piss by asking me to send them picture of the items “cut into pieces” DON’T GET FOOLED! DON’T BUY!
I bought a shirt from Incerunmen it looked fine for about a day. Then I washed the thing once on a normal cycle and suddenly the seams were loosening and the fabric got all weird. This cheap little shirt experiment was not worth it. Definitely not buying from there again... 0 Reply
I ordered a shirt from incerunmen.com and overall it was okay. The fit worked for me, but the color wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. In the photos it looked like a deeper red, but in person it was more of a faded brownish red. It’s not a total miss since I can still wear it, but if you’re ordering from there, I’d just keep in mind that the colors might look a bit different in real life than they do online. I ordered a shirt from incerunmen.com, and to be fair, it does look good. The style is fine and the fit was okay too. Unfortunately, actually wearing it was another story. The fabric felt kind of rough on my skin and got uncomfortable after a few hours, with not much breathability going on. Based on the photos, I guess I foolishly expected it to feel softer. This website is a scam please do not order they have taken my money you will neaver get your item .iv had to call my bank to try and get money back .I have also emailed them a number of times and just get the same email back this item was a christmas present for my son now I don't know what I'm going to do no item and no money back .and I have been emailing you for over a week on a number of time and do not have a reply
Would actually rate them a zero. They claim to have delivered my order, but it never arrived. They took my money and refused to replace the missing order.
BE CAREFUL: The products are not bad but if you need to return them for any reason, they make it so difficult, most people would just not bother. Shameful! I would avoid this company completely
I rarely write reviews, but this experience compels me to warn other customers. In short: this shop is a scam. The product quality is extremely poor, so much so that even if you only need something for one or two uses, it is still not worth the money. What makes matters worse is their return policy. On their website, they explicitly advertise free returns for dissatisfaction. However, once you try to initiate the process, it becomes clear they have no intention of honoring it. After responding to the first email, they simply stop replying and make it impossible to complete the return.
Buyer beware! Material thin as paper. Hospital gown has more thickness. Coat doesn’t look anything like the original photos.
They say they have an unconditional return policy. I order something is size small. It is a very large small and fits very baggy. It has not been worn but they refuse to take the return. Very frustrating. Do not order from this Chinese company. They are liars and crooks. You will be left disappointed and unavailable to get at refund.

Living in Canada, I often avoid overseas orders, but Incerunmen handled everything efficiently. Tracking was accurate, and items arrived damage-free.
This is a scam! Horrible quality, and 3 months for delivery! Garbage quality from China, i am ashamed event to put it on my body. Straight to the trash bin, what a waste of money.

After reading all the reviews on here i wanted to cancel my order immediately, so i emailed incerunmen they were prompt with my reply stating if i wasnt happy i could return it for a full refund, i emailed several times with a swift reply everytime, my shirt arrived and to my surprise it was of high quality in both fabric, not that cheap shiny stuff from china but real cotton, also the fit was great, so if you are reading the negative reviews on here like i did take a chance with this company, im glad i did
