It took a very long time for it to show up in the mail. Once I received it , I only could use it twice before it malfunctioned. After spending $241 it broke after its second use. This like all electronic sex toys , was not worth the money. All electrified, sex toys or garbage, all electrified sex toys break after the second or third use. I don't understand why they're even legal to sell.

However, I do know that I continue to enjoy the same wonderful feeling I experienced with the first use of the Pulse when I was 76 many years ago. I’ve washed this a few times now, and it’s been really simple to keep clean. The instructions were clear enough, and it still works just fine after washing. Not sure why some things are made to seem more complicated than they are, because this hasn’t been a hassle at all so far 0 Reply

I was expecting it to be louder, but on the lower settings it’s actually quiet. If you turn it up higher, it does get a little buzzy, which I noticed right away, but it’s not awful. As a fan of the original Hot Octopuss Jett, I was genuinely excited about the new Turbo. That excitement lasted approximately thirty seconds. Let's get into it. The fit is a design failure. The cables dig straight back into your scrotum unless you're applying this with a full erection. If you're working with anything under 12cm, soft or erect, don't even bother unwrapping it. This isn't a "one size fits all" product. It's barely a "one very specific size, under very specific conditions" product. The vibrations aren't powerful, they're punishing. During use, the thing shakes with the subtlety of a pneumatic drill. At orgasm, "tortuous" is not hyperbole, it's the only accurate word. In the days that followed, I dealt with penile numbness and sharp urethral pain. A sex toy should not leave you wondering whether you need a GP appointment. And then the customer service made everything worse. When I raised these concerns, the response was essentially to imply I was the problem, physically. For context: I am, by any standard metric, well above average in the relevant department. I was then advised to “push the bullets further through, although due to the strength of vibration, this may cause them to rattle against each other.” (Their actual words). Another solution that was floated was to “wear the JETT Turbo sleeve backwards, so the wires are towards the head of the penis” (again, their words. But this is impossible without damaging the product. I was also told to use bits from my old toy - “if you still have your (old)JETT Sleeve, it has been suggested you could use that in place of the JETT Turbo sleeve” (Their words). They then claimed that I was "the only person to raise this as an issue." in the same week the product launched. Nobody else has had time to complain yet! In my experience, the Jett Turbo is a painful, poorly designed product backed by dismissive customer service. Avoid it completely. I’d like to add that Hot Octopuss have since tried to have my reviews removed, despite having emails proving my claims.
I ordered from hotoctopuss.com and, i was a little surprised by how quickly it arrived. The tracking updated along the way, so I wasn’t left guessing or anything, and then the package showed up a couple days earlier than I expected. The Dragon Eye Essential is louder than a leaf blower!! Not very happy with it. Update: after being contacted by customer service I received a new unit. It is not loud at all. Thank you for your fast response and positive outcome.

I read how powerful the vibration was, I was very disappointed, I was thinking I would probably not be able to use full power, didn’t do a lot for me, I think I experienced more standing on my Power Fit vibrating plate, 😡😡😡 well they have now cotactedme, but I wii report on outcome!
