There is no human support at all! Critical DNS issues, AI loops in it's own loop. If you write to support email, you also get only AI replies. Stupid as it can be. No support but lot's of issues. Servers keep getting hacked. I don't recommend and I will also not extend my webhosting with them since there is zero human support!

Absolute worst experience with Hostinger domain management. After paying for a mandatory registrant update on my .MA domain they blocked my panel with an endless "pending review" and refused to let me change my nameservers unless I paid an extra unjustified fee of ~15 USD. When I decided to transfer my domain away from them because of this scammy behavior, their support claims they can't generate the EPP code either due to their own system bugs. They trap your domain and demand money for basic operations. Avoid them at all costs!

I have been a Hostinger Cloud user for quite some time, and I have always recommended Hostinger to people around me, particularly because of the quality of its customer support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For the past 2–3 days, I have been trying to speak with a human support representative, but I have repeatedly been left waiting without a proper resolution. The AI chatbot keeps providing the same responses and troubleshooting steps, which have not resolved the issue and are making it extremely difficult to reach someone who can actually help. What makes this situation even more serious is that my hosting account appears to be compromised, and all of my websites are currently down. I have already followed the troubleshooting steps provided by the AI support, but I am still completely stuck. This is not a minor technical issue it is a critical hosting and security incident affecting multiple websites. At this point, I expected Hostinger to prioritise the case and connect me with a qualified human support representative immediately. I have been a strong advocate of Hostinger because of its support, but unfortunately, based on this experience, the level of support I am receiving now is worse than what I have experienced with many other platforms.
David provided excellent support. I was quite worried when my website went down due to a security issue, but he acted swiftly to help. Even though the problem couldn't be fully resolved immediately due to technicalities, his guidance and advice completely reassured me and restored my confidence.
Hostinger has everything I need in one place, the platform is very easy to use with a clean, nice UI, and their prices are very reasonable. Their services have been reliable, and overall I’m very happy with them.
Hostinger is easy to navigate and even though i am not a developer neither in the field of IT , i can find easily what i am looking for in the panel and all other options including email. its AI agent support have been guiding me since the beginning of launching my software website through Hostinger hosting service

I have been trying to log in to my account for days without success. I just spent another fruitless 45 minutes and still got nowhere. Whatever assistance they give me through their AI support doesn't work. I am locked out.

Look at the absurd situation this company, which claims to be serious, has caused to my projects. I have had a VPS with several domains for over four years, and recently they started using AI for practically all support. Speaking to a real person has become extremely difficult. After hours trying to get assistance, I finally reached a human agent and proved that the suspension of my VPS had been a mistake. The most absurd part is that they could not even properly explain why it had been blocked. They admitted the error and restored the service. The next day, another domain was blocked under the same generic justification: “fake_crypto.” One of the domains is called phantomminer, with the cfd extension, and it was registered solely for a project demo. The other is demo-rainbet, also a demonstration website used to present projects to clients. Now pay attention: Phantom is the name of a crypto wallet, and Rainbet is the name of a crypto casino. Apparently, Hostinger’s “super AI” saw those words and decided the websites must be crypto scams. Based only on that assumption, they blocked an entire VPS, even though it contains other websites, projects, and files. As I write this, Hostinger has replied asking for documents and claiming that the domain phantomminer, with the cfd extension, is suspicious of cryptocurrency mining. This makes absolutely no sense. That website has nothing whatsoever related to crypto: no mining, wallet, balance, wallet connection, payments, tokens, or even a single sentence about cryptocurrency. It is unbelievable that a company can suspend all of a long-term customer’s projects based on an automated interpretation of a domain name, with no real review, no prior notice, and no effective way to defend
It's absolutely fantastic and great, it allows me to do everything perfectly, and its prices are cheap. It's the best and safest hosting I've ever seen.
Every feature I need to get my business started and super easy to set up everything I need. Clear pricing and payments tracking. The AI assistant works well. If you have it, I recommend using the Claude browser extension in tandem for extra agility.

I have been using Hostinger for more than 3 years, and for most of that time, my experience was good. However, recently the service quality has become extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is their server-side security system. Whenever users access my website using a VPN (including services like Cloudflare WARP), they are repeatedly shown CAPTCHA challenges. Many legitimate users rely on VPNs for privacy and security, so blocking or challenging them creates a terrible user experience. I already use Cloudflare CDN and security features along with additional security tools. Most modern websites already have their own security layers, so forcing another aggressive security system that affects real visitors is unnecessary and harmful. I have contacted Hostinger support many times, but there has been no proper fix. The same explanations are repeated, while the actual problem continues to affect my users and business. A security system should protect websites, not drive away genuine visitors. Because of this issue, I am losing users and seriously considering moving my websites to another hosting provider. Hostinger needs to understand that poor security decisions and ignoring customer feedback will eventually make customers leave.
Dewi was extremely helpful at a point I was about to throw in the towel. He took over from an AI "helper" (KODEE) who only created frustration and confusion and at one point almost deleted my site. Where AI was supposed to make things better, it made my experience FAR WORSE and when the human came into the picture everything moved forward with clarity and true ability to adapt to what I asked for and needed.
Love the UX. Easy to use, and Kodee, their AI support is very helpful and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for.
I didn't have knowledge of coding but I developed a website. However, In some amendment I Horizon don't support me. I have purchased Horizon credit even it doesn't respond me as I want and write in prompt. I take those from Kodee.

This is a total rip off site. I am using the Horizon Web site builder. It's supposed to be AI. It's more like IHC - Intellectually Handicapped. It makes constant mistakes, so you have to spend hours and dollars correcting the mistakes it makes, not the mistakes YOU make. Effectively the HOSTINGER software makes mistakes, I believe deliberately, and you have to pay for those mistakes in time and money. I was using Hostinger's own AI assistant to create prompts so that they were accurate, but it made no difference. Their comeback was always "Oh, you not writing the prompts correctly". This is nonsense. They never offer to refund credits. Never. This is definitely a scam.

Arthur patiently investigated the issue, coordinated with the security team, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure my case was prioritized until it was fully resolved. What impressed me the most was his professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping. He explained every step clearly, answered all of my questions, and never left me wondering what was happening. What stood out was the support — James and Ray in particular were patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the night. They escalated my case as high-priority, kept me updated at every step, confirmed my data was safe, and ultimately got the server unsuspended so I could recover everything. They also gave clear, practical security guidance (SSH keys, disabling password login) to prevent it happening again. The suspension itself was stressful and came quickly, but the way the team handled the recovery — keeping my data intact and working with me to restore access — was excellent. Grateful for their help.

I've been using a different company to host my domain. They lost my faith & trust after over 20 years of being with them. I turned to Hostinger. I couldn't be happier!!! 1st, I've saved almost 40% just by switching. No sale, trial, etc to entice me just Good Reviews on Google. I've run into a few roadblocks in designing my new site and turned to Hostinger's Ai chatbot for help. It actually IS helpful, Ha! Who would have thought that designing a website could be so simple with the Ai's help. Ran into a question the Bot couldn't find an answer to and guess what? a Live person came on and helped me Fix the danged quirk. Ai is here to stay but there's simply no replacing real people sometimes. I've decided, based on this level of support to migrate another site I own to Hostinger asap! Hostinger is a Great alternative to choose, period.
