Scam shop

Hooyi sends the items you order but they do NOT send you exchanges. It has been 4 weeks since I sent off the return for an exchange and it’s radio silence from them, they even sent me a fake parcel tracking number. Avoid buying. Save your money

Useless customer service

Courier delivered to the wrong address so parcel now missing, not Hooyis fault there but they refuse to refund me or use the correct channels to get the refund from Relay and refund me. They have zero idea on UK trading laws and you go round in circles with their customer sevice team.

Plastic from China

Horrible experience

Order #1044012 Ordered, wanted to return an item. The site advertises free returns from Germany in big letters, but nowhere explains how it actually works. I asked through several channels and never got a single reply. Taking your money works fine; after that the shop goes silent. Can't recommend it to anyone.

Product not received but great customer after sales service

I did not receive this item after 20 days, which I suspect was down to courier Evri, not the supplier. I contacted Hoooyi in China fearing the worst and requesting a refund. I received a reply within 24 hours saying it was in transit back to them having been returned from UK undelivered for reasons unknown and that they could either send me another once they received it or refund me. I opted for the refund which was received the next day with an apologetic email. So 4 * for the customer service (not the product).

Shirts ordered were not as expected

Shirts ordered were not as expected. Went to return them and the co would not supply a prepaid label. As well, would have to pay extra duties. They would not allow me to send it to a Canadian address if though it was sent from one. Not a great experience. Will not shop here again

Bought a knit hoody

Bought a knit hoody. Looked good in the advertising. As an XL it was rather a L with the texture and cut nothing like the photo. Wasted $70 on a rag. Disappointed, sure won’t buy again on a Chinese website like this one. Quality is not great and delivery service takes forever.

I try to return one shirt out of three that did not fit me. They responded but it took a long time and the exchange shirt that they sent was also too small. Dont buy…

Worst buy orderd a t shirt and the size was a joke . I ordered a little bigger size knowing that most of the time these shirts run small . When I received the shirt it was laughable small . Almost child size . There return policy was a joke as well . They want you to send the shirt back but offer no response to paying the shipping and handling back . And at first only wanted to give the price of the shirt back without the shipping and handling i would have paid twice for . Then after several call to there customer service number which nobody ever answers they said they would give me back the full amount . Which i i already donated to good will . Then they are now offering me 15% off the next purchase. This company and there item they sent me is a joke . I wil never buy again from them. .

Die lassen was bestellen und wenn irgendwas nicht passt und du es zurück schickst, dann geben sie dire falsche Adresse damit du es 2 mal verschicken musst sodass du 14€ insgesamt bezahlst. They charge for shipping both ways if need return

They charge for shipping both ways I mean if you have to return an item you have to pay if ypu buy less that certain amount $$ they will chage you for shipping so at the end is expensier than you think and clothes is not that great feel cheap depending what you buy I am not happy short was too cheap material...I had to pay 25 $$ to send two items back shirt and short and cost was 55 so at the end I lost more than 40 $$ total because had to pay both ways per item...They said something about paying Plus to aboid those charges end is not worth it to expensive and time consuming....

Tracking was okay, just a bit laggy

The order tracking did work in the end, but the updates were slow. It stayed on the same status for a few days, which was kind of annoying, and then out of nowhere it suddenly showed movement. The package did arrive, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, the tracking could definitely be better. Not a terrible experience, just a little confusing while waiting. 0 Reply

Pretty smooth exchange overall

I had to exchange a shirt because the sizing was a little bit off. Their reply took about a day, but they were really clear about what I needed to do and sent the new one after I mailed the first one back. It wasn’t super fast, but it all worked out fine. SCAM, NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE, THEY NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABILITY, posponed every email follow up, never refunded even tho the proof of delivery was to another house perfect and clear. This company is A SCAM, terrible customer service as well, no phone, only emails that they take forever to respond just to come back and say nothing can be done despite all proof. Ich habe hier Kleidung bestellt, aber die Qualität war leider sehr schlecht – überhaupt nicht wie beschrieben. Ich habe die Ware zurückgeschickt, aber bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen. Der Kundenservice reagiert entweder gar nicht oder nur ausweichend. Für mich absolut unseriös. Finger weg – meiner Erfahrung nach nicht empfehlenswert!

If I could I would leave zero stars

If I could I would leave zero stars. Clothes were ill fitted, very hot, does not breathe, they were a different colour from advertised and most of all, no free return (which would cost me from Canada between 50-80$) so I am stuck with 170$ worth if useless clothes.

Great Customer Service AND Fantastic Clothing!

First, I inadvertently chose the wrong size of this marvelous coat, so with Hoooyi's help, I was able to return it in exchange for a smaller item. It arrived faster than I had anticipated, and just in time! It turned cold again, so I wore it outside. It is so warm, and on top of that, so light that I barely notice that it is on. Love the color, too!

No lo recomiendo si no estas seguro de…

No lo recomiendo si no estas seguro de q la talla es la correcta. Las tallas son muy grandes, mido 180cm y peso 75 kilos y la L me esta enorme, como referencia. La devolucion no es gratuita, con lo cual en mi caso, tendria q devolverla a mi coste a Alemania. Vamos, que sale mas caro el collar que el perro. No volvere a comprar ahi.
