helix does not answer their phone. clearly paid for frame and mattress. Ryder Last Mile said no frame. dumped the mattress and left. Helix, over chat, verified frame + mattress was indeed paid for. no resolution yet. bottom line: helix support sucks. ryder especially sucks. i should have gotten a mattress and frame at costco.
I’m a disabled veteran and I bought 2 complete Helix mattresses and foundations shipping was great, 1 foundation was damaged in transit and was declined at delivery Helix replaced it as soon as possible the twilight mattress’s came and are great,my wife and I are sleeping better.
**1 Star** I placed an order with Helix on **June 25, 2026** for a mattress and bed frame. More than five weeks later, I still have not received my order, nor has Helix been able to provide a delivery date. The most frustrating part has been the customer service. Every attempt to get an update has resulted in the same response: Helix is "waiting to hear back" from its third-party delivery partner, Ryder. That has been the response for days, with no meaningful progress, no ownership of the problem, and no clear escalation path. As the customer, my contract is with Helix—not their delivery company. It should not be my responsibility to keep chasing updates while Helix waits for a response from one of its own contractors. I would have expected Helix to proactively manage the situation, provide transparent communication, and offer a concrete resolution. Instead, I've spent the past week repeatedly contacting customer service just to receive the same vague update. To be fair, the individual customer service representative I've dealt with has been polite and has clearly tried to help. My frustration is with Helix's overall handling of the order and the apparent lack of systems or authority to resolve delivery issues. If you're considering ordering from Helix, be aware that if something goes wrong with your delivery, you may find yourself with no delivery date, no meaningful updates, and very little accountability. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing online purchasing experiences I've had.
I really hoped for a better experience with my Helix mattress. While the firmness is decent and the side support is okay, I found it a bit too hard for my liking. I also didn’t realize the smell it gave off when I first unboxed it; it took a couple of days to air out. Plus, the delivery was later than quoted, which was frustrating. I expected more for the price, and now I’m second-guessing my choice, wishing I’d opted for a different model.
5 stars. Not one bad thing to say. Recommend to friends and family.
Honestly, I needed a new bed and I’d heard about this on Ben Shapiro podcast. I went on AI and put in all my information on what I wanted to get from a new bed and it’s said the number one bed for your body size type/ sleep pattern and your husband is a helix midnight Luxe. So I ordered it and prayed that it would be the right one for us. I like that they were made in America. It was delivered on time very easy to put up. And it is heaven to sleep in. I truly was surprised that you could order a bed of this quality online and it would fit my profile. Helix was an excellent choice and both my husband and I are very happy with it. We also purchased the adjustable bedframe and that is a wonderful purchase.
I have the twilight light mattress. Love it. It’s super firm and keep very cool through the night. I also own a sleep number bed, and while comparable, still doesn’t match the helix mattress quality.
We LOVE our Helix Moonlight Elite Not only does it come in 2 boxes - and being the bed and the other being several layers insert. We choose the zippered Elite version so we could upgrade or exchange the insert if needed plus the top is an amazing pillow top and cooling. We 1st got the Midnight which was too firm for us. Back sleepers and I weigh 130. Support was amazing and gracious and sent us Moonlight which was softer, during our 1st 120 day trial period.
I have tried 6 other boxed mattress competitors and they weren’t even close to the quality of helix. You gotta try it
I don't know the quality of the product because the customer service for the shopping experience was so bad that I am not buying from them. I had the Helix Lux king mattress in my cart on Memorial Day sale of 25% and was trying to figure our the delivery date since i am moving into the new place not available yet and estimated delivery was showing one day earlier. As I was thinking if it would be OK for the $2+k mattress to sit outside in the middle of nowhere the sale was over and the price jumped up by 5%. I wrote to the customer service immediately and the answer was "too bad, sale is over". they are not helping with the delivery date either, not even a 3-day range. its the first time customer service answers are as if they don't really care.
5 stars for the comfort of the Helix Midnight Luxe. Perfect for my lower back pain. Great Fed Ex experience delievry. Return paperwork process has been quick and customer service was very helpful. Good communication all around for customer service. 3 stars as previously mentioned with the home delivery issues. We originally ordered a Helix Midnight queen-sized mattress. We paid for the home delivery and removal. The home delivery service does not provide flexible scheduling. Even though I attempted to change the provided delivery date in the application, the mattress delivery was placed on hold. I did not know this until I called to confirm the delivery date. When I tried to schedule another delivery date over the phone, I was told which day the mattress would be delivered. Since I work all day, I had to take time off for the afternoon delivery. The day of delivery the driver called me 2 hours early to state the company was at my house. Fortunately, I was able to leave work and lived close by. The men were quickly in and out. After a few days we realized we missed the pillow top and requested an upgraded version to the Midnight Luxe. This was processed quickly as it was within the trial period. We were first provided with the return service company information via email. The company notified us that we had to find our own donation partner unless we wanted the mattress to be disposed as they did not have a partner in the area. At this time we are in the process of waiting for the new mattress to be shipped via FedEx and are trying to locate someplace to take a very new mattress in order to receive our refund.
THEY ORDERED MORE STUFF FOR ME BC I EMAILED THEM I WAS CONSIDERING RETURNING THE MATTRESS BUT SAID NEVER MIND LET ME TRY A TOPPER SO THEY WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED A TOPPER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY CANCELLATION ORDER IM SO ANGRY THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AND DOESNT EVEN FREAKING SEEM LEGAL

Easy to view different options online. Easy ordering experience. I am hopeful that this was a worthwhile investment to improve my sleep because my current bed is uncomfortable.
I liked that I had a chance to pay by HSA/FSA account because I have a medical condition. I liked good reviews and 120 days trial period. Let’s see and try it by myself.
I did the sleep quiz and it gave me a bed that fits my needs. I’m super excited to sleep and see how much my sleep improves on this bed

I trusted the person who was sponsored by Helix, Michael Knowles. He hasn't let me wrong and the Memorial Day sale, combined with her back pain, led me to the purchase. The sleep quiz, plus the AI Chatbot, put me at ease with the purchase, also knowing that we have 3 months to see if it solves my wife's back problems helps tremendously give me peace of mind.

We tried a Helix Twilight after failure of a competitor's product after only 18 months. We've been so satisfied that we have ordered three more mattresses from Helix for our vacation home. Shipping and install has been flawless. Highly recommend Helix.
Easy to search and order. Frame is a must for the foundation to breathe properly. Tracking is helpful. Foundation slates could be smoother, but overall it's a good deal.

In genreal, the quiz is a little confusing. But it seems to work. I haven't tried the mattress itself yet since I don't HAVE IT.
They said my mattress was a cooling mattress and it does not feel like it is cooling. I been waking up with my back hurting, I am not too happy with my mattress, especially since I am going through menopause and the mattress does not feel cool even when I am not going through one of my moments.
I was kind of tired of all the mattress shopping, quizzes, emails, and “recommended for you” stuff by the time I ordered this, but the medium firm option actually matched what the quiz said. It’s supportive without feeling hard or stiff. Took me a night or two to settle into it, but now it feels just right. 0 Reply
I had the Midnight Luxe for a while and it was just a little too firm for me. Helix sent me a free plush topper, which helped, but over time as everything broke in more it still wasn't quite right. At that point I was way past my sleep trial, so I didn't expect much when I emailed them. They ended up sending me a completely different mattress, the Sunset Luxe, for free. I couldn't believe it. The return process was super easy, and I really like my new mattress. Helix rates the Midnight Luxe as a 6 and the Sunset Luxe as a 3 on their Firmness Scale, so I was worried the Sunset would be really soft — but it's not. In my experience it's only about 1 to 1.5 points softer than the Midnight Luxe. It was not the huge overcorrection I was afraid of. The customer service alone makes me want to recommend them to everyone. Would absolutely buy from Helix again.

The first time delivery was timely, and set-up was easy. The new mattress was just ordered. I recommend this mattress and site to anyone asking about a new mattress.
