I honestly LOVE Greengeeks. Always fast in helping with anything I need AND they give back to the Planet AND the service is impecable. I'm proud to be part of their 300% back to the environment initiative!!
I moved from another host to Greengeeks. their migration team was prompt and very helpful with a few issues that I had. I am very satisfied with my new host, and the monthly rate is pretty decent too.
My website was down for over 3 days and the issue was put onto a level that could only be resolved via email (not through chat). It is easy to envisage that one question and its response took one day. Indeed my website would have been down longer I have little doubt had I not found another solution outside of the email based support process. I don't understand why business critical issues are put onto a level where instant responses are fundmentally not possible.
Excellent eco‑friendly hosting with reliable performance and helpful customer support. The dashboard is easy to use, and my websites load fast and stay online without issues.
I found GreenGeeks to be a great value. It was easy to quickly setup a new website for a temporary purpose (~2yrs) for a family reunion website. Their customer support was helpful and also fast. When it was time to wind down the website, it was also very easy and no shenanigans to stop the billing. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself for my next project that involves a website.

They deliver on everything they promise and the customer service personnel that I interacted with were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My website looks great after transferring from another host service provider and most importantly, It's now certified as green because of Green Geeks' commitment to clean energy and other environmentally friendly actions.

Greengeeks' JetBackup5 backup system is deficient; it doesn't allow you to automatically restore backups as easily as Hostinger and most modern hosting providers. I don't recommend subscribing to their hosting service.

They are very helpful. I have been associated with them for last three years and it's not about what they're giving when you buy the plan. Been with Greengeeks for what seems like a zillion years. Customer service is fantastic....over the years there is immediate response to any issues I encounter....and then whatever it takes to evaluate and fix any of said issues is done quickly and professionally. Another zillion years for me. Ok...kidding...I do not know what a zillion is....but decades?
I have used other hosts in the past, but have always run into an issue or two. Green Geeks has been much smoother, and their customer service support is prompt and helpful. I'm not with a big company or organization, but Green Geeks treats me with respect just the same.

I have been utilizing Green Geeks for quite a few years now and have been pleased with the level of performance, lack of service interruptions, ability to have Support deal with any issues quickly. Out of necessity, I recently had to start building a new website due to my web designer being busy with other projects. I have never designed a website previously and it was a daunting task. I have been very pleased by the level of support provided by Green Geeks, it has been extremely helpful. I am very relieved to be having my project hosted by a company that provides such great service!

Over the approx past 5 years I have been using this Platform for my business, that relies heavily on being available to my clients and prospects 100% of the time Green Geeks have not dissappointed. Their service is excellent.
I have been with GreenGeeks since 2011, and have always had great success with their hosting.
Although I found the AI service to be time consuming and once took me to a place where I would have to pay a monthly rental fee to Wordpress, which I did not want to do, I found GreenGeeks staff understood the context of my questions better and were very helpful in providing me with the answers and instructions I needed to set up the kind of website that I wanted.
Our old website was hacked. The hosting company was not helpful in restoration. My web designer suggested GreenGeeks as he had many sites hosted with them already. He sent me the link to GreenGeeks, I purchased the recommended plan and turned it over to him to set up migration from old host to GreenGeeks. I received the acknowledgement email that everything was ready to migrate. We approved and they had migration done in a few hours from when we started the whole process! They notified me that the site was ready for DNS change to new IP address. I initiated DNS changes and site was operational within 15-20 minutes. EVERYTHING was so smooth....from onboarding, migration, communication! I should mention that We started the process around 5:00 pm on July 2nd. They sent confirmation for Migration request at 7:21 pm. Migration started at 7:44 pm and completed at 12:53 am July 3rd. this was a HOLIDAY weekend, yet they were busting it. GreenGeeks communication was awesome. They kept me apprised at every stage. I was with my old hosting company for 16+ years and they NEVER came anywhere close to the level of service and communication that GreenGeeks delivered!
GreenGeeks has excellent hosting. The staff is very helpful if you have something you can not handle. The service they provide is top notch, and the human touch makes it that much better.
