My ghost bed has helped me through a couple of years of cancer and treatments. There were times I couldn’t stand the physical reaction to chemo and radiation but this bed helped me get through. I really do look forward to going to bed. I have two Chihuahuas and a rescue cat and they also love this bed just as much as I do. Thank you

Simply the best! Owner of a Ghostbed for years

I have owned a Ghostbed for years. I like the ability to put two beds together for wife and I but the mattress and bed functions are separate. Wife can read in bed using a bed reading configuration and I can watch TV using a TV configuration. If a person is tossing and turning it does not affect the other person's sleep. I highly recommend it for the features and comfort of the bed.

After 2 years

After 2 years, it's softer than I realized, making the missionary position unworkable; knees sink in too far. Also, the corners stopped holding the sheets in place; they keep slipping off when you roll over. It was too expensive; I think it's about time for a new mattress.

This bed is terrible

This bed is terrible. I haven't had a good night's sleep since I purchased it, 2 or 3 years ago. It is way too firm, it feels like I'm sleeping on a brick. And although it's the luxe and is supposed to be not as hot to sleep on, it's miserable. I'm sweating every single night. Summer or winter, doesn't matter. I regret buying this mattress and will NEVER purchase from them again! Such a waste of money...

The customer service was great I was disappointed at having to wait 3 months for sheets and eventually cancelling my order. The silk pillowcases were very thin and ripped at the zipper easily.

Great Bed

We have owned our Ghost bed for a few years now. It has really helped out sleep patterns. I have apnea and my wife has poor leg circulation. The ability to set up the split king for each of our requirements has been great. The one disappointment has been the sheets we ordered. The flat is too small to get a proper tuck in. This has been a source of frustration.

Ghosted

this was a disgraceful experience. We were totally ghosted by Ghost Bed. We ordered our mattress and it was stuck in Delivery somewhere by FedEx. Ghost Bed was of no help trying to locate where the mattress was or deliver what we ordered. I am now on day, eight with no Mattress in our new home. customer Service had no answers and was supposed to speak with a director and get back to me that was three days ago. I am in the process of calling Amex to dispute the charge. Let the buyer beware this was a total rip off.

I love my GhostPillow, but their customer service is bad

I purchased a "GhostPillow" gel memory foam pillow, to replace another pillow I'd purchased about 4 years ago that was worn out. In terms of the actual product I received, I'm satisfied. However GhostBed as a company has terrible service, and they also shipped my pillow on a way which did not give it sufficient protection while in-transit. I actually tried to purchase this back in late May, but despite the website saying it was in stock, I was later informed that the item was backordered, and my first order was canceled. Then, when I replaced the order in July, the pillow shipped in only it's product box and no outer box, and arrived in rough condition. They REALLY should have shipped it in another box. Also, for the record, this same item now costs $30 more than it used to, which seems ridiculous, especially considering how terrible the company's customer service is. I don't know if I can really recommend them as a company, but the pillow itself is great, so that's a plus. But that's why I have the 2/5 rating. It's a good product, but the company doesn't really seem to care about its customers, and I think that's unfortunate, because it means I probably won't return, and I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them either.

Good mattress topper, awful cover

I like the mattress topper I purchased, but the mattress cover that came with it is not good. It gets those little fabric pills that make it feel like I am sleeping on tiny rocks.

Excellent service from order to…

Excellent service from order to delivery so far. Best mattress we have ever had Just right firmness and the hybrid edge works great for my wife to get in and out of bed compared to the all foam mattress we had before. Highly recommend Ghost bed!!!

I ordered 2 massaging bed toppers what a disaster!

I ordered 2 massaging bed toppers, 1 for each side of my king bed, I was sent 4. I told them that the site was confusing as it shows they are sold individually and that I only wanted 2. They said to send them back but they would charge me 15% to restock them. The customer service rep even stated that the site is confusing. I refused to pay the restocking fee and sent them back as refused. In the meantime, the 2 that we kept, neither worked properly so they were defective. Also, we measured them and both were 2 inches shorter in length and 1 inch shorter in width than what Ghostbed is advertising them for. They then wanted me to pay to return the 2 defective ones and charge me 15% to restock them. Every time you message customer service, you get a different person than the last with conflicting answers. I ended up having to do a chargeback with Amex. This company is a scam, I would never recommend doing business with them.

Memory Foam Pillows

). I ordered two Queen-size pillows expecting the same level of quality and comfort that I experienced with my GhostBed, which I absolutely love. Unfortunately, these pillows have been a major letdown. Despite being advertised as cooling, they sleep very hot and retain far more heat than expected. The outer material is also very slick, causing the pillows to slide around and even slip off the bed during the night, despite using additional pillowcases. The pillows are much flatter and less supportive than advertised. Instead of providing the firmness and comfort I was expecting, they have contributed to poor sleep quality and back pain. Based on the product description and positive reviews, I expected a supportive, cooling pillow, but my experience has been the complete opposite. For the price and reputation of the brand, I expected much better. I would not recommend these pillows based on my experience.

I love it except I ordered a med/firm and have had bilateral shoulder replacements and both shoulders are sore when sleeping on my side. I have ALWAYS been a side sleeper even after my surgeries.

The bed was essential to my being able to keep my wife, who had MS, home with me and to care for her as she was totally bedridden! The care givers kept saying that I needed a hospital bed but once they saw how adjustable the ghostbed was they were OK with it! The bed is a split king which allowed each side to be adjusted separately! It was perfect for my needs and I highly recommend it!!!

Very comfortable…

I appreciate that I could get a medium to soft mattress. Most mattresses are too firm for my hips. This mattress is very comfortable. I got a twin bed. One concern I have is that Twin sheets are a bit small and Twin XL sheets are a bit large. It would be nice if it was one of the two standard sizes.

TAKE CHANCE & ENJOY RESTFUL SLEEP

I took a chance and purchased our ghost bed on-line. After having two surgeries; lower lumbar and cervical neck. I can’t say enough great things about this bed. Laying flat is difficult. BUT not with this bed; “Zero Gravity” mode is wonderful. Allows me too rest / sleep in comfort all night. Thank You 🙏🏽

Best bed we've ever had.

We are extremely pleased with the bed. They are very comfortable and provide great sleep. They are also great for just relaxing or watching TV. I had a hip replacement 6 months after getting the beds and they really were a true blessing for my recovery. Thanks for a truly great product. It's been over 2 years now and I sleep like a kid again.

Agent I spoke with was knowledgeable

Agent I spoke with was knowledgeable, nice to talk to. Ordered a part and it came as scheduled. The part, the massage motor for the legs was somewhat different. It works, is noisier than the original, and the material around it is definitely in place. Maybe a bit bigger motor than the original I suppose. It is what it is. Bought the bed in 2021. Indicated problem I had with it, and was completely ignored then, despite a few emails. The problem was, with the legs inside somewhat, one night i dropped the remote over the side. Reached down to grab it, and the bed flipped over on top of me, with one leg putting a hole in the bedroom wall. Just thought the warning about sleeping on the edge of the bed could have been stronger. But no response. Ultimately a friend put new legs on the bed on the outer edges. That was then, and it appears the overall service has improved. Doug

For the last decade I haven't slept through the night…

I got this on a whim, I didn't really think it would be THAT good, but the guarantee made that easy to do. Listen, I'm not being paid to say this - if you are even looking at reviews you should go get yourself an adjustable base. The first night I wasn't sure it made a difference, the second night I slept through the night, and now a month later I am actually spending moments of my life writing a review to try to convince you to treat yourself to better sleep. Delivery crew was great, it arrived on time, easy to set up (it's heavy AF, and that's good). Do it.
