This is the WORST camera you can get for your car. It just stops recording after the memory card is full even if the settings clearly say to loop record and overwrite old files. Got in 2 car accidents where this thing was just not recording. Both times, the company said to "upgrade firmware" and it didn't record despite following every direction. What a horrible waste of money.
I don't like unsightly wires and thought this custom unit would be perfect for my Range Rover Vogue. I purchased directly from their own site and the unit arrived within 5 days, which was as expected. It was also exactly the correct housing so I was confident the fitting would be easy. How wrong I was! The adapter lead was supposed to plug into the dimming mirror socket but the fitting video was for a Range Rover Velar which is different to my car. The socket was not where they said it was so I contacted 'support' who insultingly told me my car does not have a dimming mirror. I'm an engineer and I know it has one. So I dismantled the mirror housing and there was the socket - just not in the place they said it was. By now I was convinced their 'support' didn't know what they were talking about so did my own research and connected it to the right socket. All the lights came on and it worked fine so I installed the unit and replaced all the trim - an hour's work. When I turned on the ignition this time the camera was dead. Frustrated, I took everything apart again and uninstalled the unit only to find that it was indeed dead. Obviously, I checked and re-checked all the connections and they were sound. The unit had definitely died. When I asked for a refund as the goods were clearly not fit for purpose the company flatly refused to believe it was faulty - instead accusing me of installing it incorrectly. As I say, I am an engineer and take great care to do everything in a controlled and linear fashion, so feel grossly insulted by their intransigent and instantly judgemental attitude. What could have been a good product and experience descended into a painful, time-consuming farce. I am now instituting a chargeback via my card provider. Lastly, I was taken in by the glowing reviews on their website, yet as others have commented, FitcamX censor these. I only wish I'd visited Trustpilot first!

I purchased this expensive camera for peace of mind, but it completely failed me when an incident actually occurred. The footage was missing, and the company admitted the lens was completely broken and blurry. Because it is just past the 1-year warranty period, they refused to give a refund and tried to make me pay a $20 shipping fee just to send me another unreliable replacement.But here is the most alarming part: If you never check your video files daily, how do you know if the camera broke within a year or after a year?This camera features:❌ NO warning screens❌ NO system error codes❌ NO audio alerts to notify you when the hardware failsIt is entirely possible this lens broke months ago while it was still well within the one-year warranty period. I only discovered it was broken because I finally needed the footage for an actual incident and found out it failed when it mattered most.Paying $300 should guarantee premium quality and reliable evidence. Instead, it buys a silent failure that leaves you completely unprotected. Avoid this company at all costs!
1 Star I cannot recommend FitcamX. My car was hit while the dashcam was powered on, but when I needed the footage most, it was nowhere to be found. I could not locate or recover any recording of the incident. The whole purpose of a dashcam is to capture accidents. If it fails at the one moment it is supposed to work, then it is not a reliable product. This has left me without evidence of what happened. Based on my experience, I have completely lost trust in FitcamX and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable dashcam.
Stay well clear!!! Absolutely appalling service. I have a Jaguar F Pace and ordered the camera for it with the correct year. They sent me the wrong part with instructions for a Range Rover Velar. When I tried to return they said I didn’t respond to an email asking for photos which I didn’t receive. Will not replace unless I pay for excessive carriage charges. Comunicating with them is like a broken record.
I bought this dashcam specifically because it was advertised as a 100% plug-and-play hidden solution for a Hyundai Tucson 2020. Unfortunately, the included 10-pin and 12-pin cables do not fit the European specification of this car. European models come with a 12-pin Mando LKAS module (part number 95895-D3800, KET MG655794 connector), which this company does not support out of the box.When I contacted customer service (Harmony), it was a complete disaster. The support team operates strictly on standard scripted templates. Despite me sending clear photos of my factory connector with all numbers visible, they refused to acknowledge its existence and repeatedly claimed my car "doesn't have it." Their only solution was to suggest running long, ugly wires through the entire cabin to the OBD port or cigarette lighter, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a "hidden" OEM-style dashcam.I had to spend my own money to buy a third-party 12-pin mirror adapter from Amazon (FitDVR D3-038), which successfully powered the camera behind the mirror without any long wires. The company completely ignored my requests for a partial refund or discount to cover this extra expense.If you own a European specification Hyundai Tucson, be aware that you will receive the wrong cables, and customer support will not help you. Avoid buying directly from their website.
do not order from this company ! Placed an order on 18/6/26 the package was eventually posted after chasing with them. Sent through Evri , evri lost my parcel on 30/6/26 . Evri told me I need to contact fitcamx as they were the sender. Fitcamx refuse to look into where my parcel is and keep telling me I need to obtain an email from Evri to say they’ve lost it ! It’s impossible to speak to anybody at Evri the chat and phone lines are automated, in the meantime fitcamx have my £200 DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING
## 1 Stern – Enttäuschende Qualität und katastrophaler Support Ich habe eine FitcamX-Kamera gekauft, weil sie mit einer unauffälligen OEM-Optik und einfacher Installation beworben wird. Die Kamera funktionierte zunächst auch problemlos. Doch nach gerade einmal **einem Jahr und zwei Monaten** war sie plötzlich defekt – ohne dass an der Installation oder am Fahrzeug irgendetwas verändert wurde. Was mich jedoch noch mehr enttäuscht als der Defekt selbst, ist der Umgang des Supports mit dem Problem. Anstatt den Fehler ernst zu nehmen oder nach einer vernünftigen Lösung zu suchen, werde ich seit mittlerweile **über vier Stunden** mit immer neuen Aufgaben beschäftigt. Ich soll ständig weitere Fotos und Videos anfertigen, verschiedene Kabel testen, Steckverbindungen fotografieren und immer wieder dieselben Dinge überprüfen. Obwohl ich bereits erklärt habe, dass: * bis zum Defekt alles mit derselben Installation einwandfrei funktioniert hat, * ich bereits das von FitcamX zugesandte Y-Kabel verwende, * die Kamera Strom bekommt und korrekt angeschlossen ist, werden immer neue Nachweise verlangt. Inzwischen soll ich praktisch das halbe Fahrzeug auseinanderbauen, nur um weitere Fotos zu liefern. Irgendwann ist auch einmal Schluss. Als Kunde erwarte ich bei einem offensichtlichen Defekt Hilfe und keine stundenlange Fehlersuche, bei der ich den Eindruck bekomme, dass jede mögliche Ausrede gesucht wird, um eine Reklamation hinauszuzögern. Ein Produkt kann immer einmal kaputtgehen – das ist ärgerlich, aber nicht das eigentliche Problem. Entscheidend ist, wie ein Hersteller mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Und genau hier hat FitcamX für mich komplett versagt. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich definitiv **kein Produkt von FitcamX mehr kaufen** und kann den Hersteller aufgrund des schlechten Kundendienstes leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr enttäuschend.
This product is highly unreliable. We purchased over a year ago and have had nothing but problems since day one. What makes it worse, we got into an accident and we lost our deductible because the camera did not record the accident to prove it wasn’t our fault. We have tried to reach out to customer service to get this fixed multiple times and there response is to try update firmware, software, run speed tests, etc. but never fixed the problem. This product may look good but it’s a candy coated piece of crap. It may cost you a lot more then you realize to have this product installed
This dash cam is very easy to install; the only advice I’d give regarding the overhead console is to take your time and be gentle when removing and reattaching it, as the plastic clips break easily. The only downside is the lack of built-in GPS to record speed and the exact point of impact in the event of an accident. Otherwise, everything is great—though you do have to wait a bit for delivery since it ships from China; between transit, customs clearance, and final delivery, it takes about 10–12 days on average. If it had GPS, I would have given it 5 stars.
Brought for my 2016 BMW X3 f25 to replace my Nextbase I had been unhappy with since installation due to issues from overnight battery drain and having to fit an auxiliary battery to power it. I opted for a front + rear hard wired set up so insulation was more complicated requiring glove box removal to access the front fuse box. BMW’s tend to keep power running to switched fuses so not straight forward in locating suitable connection. I resorted to Google Ai to give me a hint as to what fuses to connect to. However Depending on trim level and what is fitted to your car can differ to what Google suggests (fuse may mot be fitted). The only downside is that the buttons and lights are on the wrong side for right hand drive cars. Would have been better at the bottom.

Does not work, its chinese garbage. At least i got my money back from my bank. Fitcamx wouldnt refund me themselves so i had to contact my bank Revolut. Wasted a lot of money and time on installments. Would NOT recommend
DO NOT BUY! Absolutely awful experience start to finish. Customer service are disgustingly rude. I ordered a dash cam for my new car and they sent a request for further details which went into my junk. They then dispatched the model knowing it was wrong and told me if I want the correct one I have to pay more for the part to be sent and dismantle and reassemble it myself. If more information is required for the correct part then this should be specified before purchase, not after.

Purchased a FIXCAM for my Kia Ev5. Not aware that the company was based and goods were shipped from China so long delivery time. Liked the idea of the camera looking as though it’s part of the car and so less chance of being stolen. Installation was easy for the front camera. However I was very surprised that the camera did not have GPS or speed recording. This lessens the value of the purchase as I’m sure it would be difficult to use the camera as proof of accident liability if you cannot prove the speed you were travelling. Will try to return it tomorrow. Do not buy
I bought a Fitcamx dashcam, and I am completely dissatisfied with this product! I do not recommend purchasing this dashcam. Every time I try to review the footage, the connection drops it’s incredibly annoying. Sometimes it takes a long time for the Wi-Fi and dashcam to reconnect.
Do not buy this cam. I can never keep it working and every time I need a video off of it, I find it hadn't been working for a while. Extremely poor programming and WiFi setup. That's what you get when it comes directly from China.
Poor customer service… we have purchased multiple cameras from this company do to the OEM look. Our last purchase was for a 2026 Ford Maverick. We purchased the camera because there site advises plug n play if you have lane assist function. Our Maverick has lane assist so we purchased the camera. After purchasing a company rep reached out requesting multiple pictures to confirm fit. We emailed all pictures they requested and about a week later our camera arrived. We attempted to install the camera and it appears Ford changed the plug design for 2026 models so we emailed them with photos. The only response we received was it had to be hardwired to fuse or OBD port. We didn’t order this camera to hardwire it. We asked for return label and they advised they can’t provide a return label because we didn’t send the correct pictures. With all the pictures we emailed to them we were never advised they were incorrect. They read the emails and sent out the product without letting us know the plug may have changed on newer mavericks. We will be purchasing Mangold dash cam in future for all our company vehicles.
Do not buy!! I had two fitcamx for my cars The 1st didn't fit as the original but was sort of acceptable ,the other did not fit at all !! After contact with the support I have send them pictures, but kept asking for more pictures and keep annoying you ! No Support at All ! very poor helpdesk. No help, no return policy Never buy there again, plenty of better alternatives!
I received the fitcam which doesn't fit my Range Rover evoque. Despite repeated requests to provide a return address and refund I just got emails asking for yet more photos which have already been provided. Absolute crooks don't deal with these people .
The camera was easy to fit and looks really good in my Disco, the down side that on play back it does not show a GPS position and more importantly it doesn’t show the vehicle speed. In the event of an accident this information would be essential.
I ordered a 4K Dual-Cam kit, but they sent only the front camera. When I contacted support, it was pure chaos. One agent (Baoying) offered one thing, another (Harmony) did something else. They sent me a 'Single-Recording' CPU version, which makes it technically impossible to even plug in a rear camera later. Worst of all, they are CENSORING reviews on their official website and Shopify store. I posted a 1-star review to warn others, and they hid it immediately. They only keep positive reviews to mislead customers. The hardware is okay, but their fulfillment and support are unprofessional. If they make a mistake, you are on your own. Buy from Amazon or a platform with real buyer protection instead of their direct store.

Non hanno risposto attraverso il portale ma privatamente mi hanno scritto che avrebbero provveduto alla spedizione soltanto se avessi ritirato la contestazione. Questa si chiama mala fede, perchè sanno benissimo che a quel punto non sarei stato tutelato. Evitate di acquistare da loro.
I made a purchase on the 16/03/26 and everything went fine but after getting a confirmation email that is where things have gone crap! The confirmation email said that I would get a further email to confirm the unit I needed was correct for my make and model of car within 48hrs but I am still waiting for this email to arrive. I have reached out using the support email address (as they do not have a customer service number I WONDER WHY??) 3 times now providing my order number but still I have yet to hear anything back from the company. I then wrote a review and posted it and would you believe it I got a confirmation email (so my email does actually work who would guess that) but still no support to deal with my issue. They took my money and have in effect ghosted me so I will be posting this review where ever I can on social media to warn people DO NOT BUY THESE GOODS YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO LOSE YOU MONEY THAN GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
Purchased for my c300e Mercedes and cannot fault anything. It was delivered within 10 days, and took no more than 20 mins to fit. Video quality is good. I followed their recommendations and sent images of the existing moulding, and by return email they told me exactly what model to order.
No phone customer service. Still struggling to install. Wish I'd have gone to Halfords.
Initially impressed with the quality and instruction guides. Customer service has been fine too. I assumed that the set up included a speed record and GPS data. It was only while i was looking in the app setup guide I noticed that there is nothing of the sort. Incredibly, in the year 2026 this expensive dash cam is without, what is now, mainly included with all other units, far cheaper than this.
The process to getting the right camera shipped was straightforward. Placed the order for my Toyota Supra, got an email to send a photo of the rear view mirror casing, and it was shipped the following day arriving 7 days from placing the order. Installation can be tricky but lots of youtube videos from helpful people showing how to get it done - a few of those and 20min later, it was done. Everything worked out of the box. The only issue I found was wifi connectivity when car is on vs engine started (due to apple carplay connecting) - otherwise it works as expected. The image quality is very good (4k-ish) for £135 - it's not maybe as amazing as the £400+ cameras, no GPS data (which isn't needed anyway - you know where you are?!), but it looks OEM, won't fall off and doesn't obstruct any screen space, no wires and no need to pay for installation. Those were my criteria anyway.
Garbage camera. Please do not buy unless you want pain and trouble. Support sucks big time. Bought it 4 month ago and cant connect to it on wifi. Support keeps asking me the same questions over and over but still no resolution to fix it. After so many tries and frustration I've asked for a new one. They are refusing to send me one. Chinese garbage
Paket nie erhalten und bekomme schon seit über 2 Monaten mein Geld nicht zurück. Zwischendurch würde ein Ersatz Paket geschickt, was ich aber umgehend zurück geschickt habe auf meine Kosten da mir der Service des Unternehmens schon nicht mehr gefallen hätte. Versprochen wurde mir da die Rückzahlung, aber die habe ich auch nach 2 Monaten nicht erhalten. Eidesstattliche Versicherung gegenüber dpd wurde unterschrieben, aber kein Geld bekommen. Nie wieder. Lieber über Amazon 20 Euro mehr bezahlen, dna bekommt dan auch sein Paket umd den passenden Service.

Ordered a dashcam for my Peugeot e208. I wasn't sure what to expect - although the product reviews I read were good, you never know what goods from China are going to be like. I can tell you that this dashcam seems to be great quality. In fact, I can only praise everything about it. FITTING: It was tricky getting the old rear mirror console off - but only because I didn't know how to do it. In the end, common sense and brute force won out. Fitting the Fitcam was easy, very simple, and what a treat to just unplug one wire and plug the camera in - I'm used to the hassle of trying to route wires under the dash, under trim panels, behind seals, etc. The whole thing took about 5 minutes after I got the old console off. Watch a few videos of people fitting them first. APPEARANCE: Looks fantastic! Good quality moulding, extremely unobtrusive -you wouldn't know there was a camera there. VIDEOS: I left the picture quality setting on the highest (4k, although other settings are available). The videos are crystal clear, even in the horrible light and weather conditions we get here in the UK. VALUE: I consider it very good value, no more than the price of a normal dashcam and fitting kit. DELIVERY: It took a few weeks, largely because of customs hold ups at this end. SUMMARY: A reasonably priced, well-designed, high-quality camera. Exceptionally easy and fast to fit, completely blending in with the car. I recommend this to anyone.
I wrote an honest review of a product on their website and they simply deleted it. They sell rebranded Chinese cameras which are advertised as 4K camers when in fact they have a 2K sensor. I explained this in the review and this is probably the reason it got deleted. So know that this is what you're dealing with
Beware of the claimed OEM integrated replacement cam for your vehicle. It is not. After many back and forth messages and my complaints met with several “ it is the correct camera for your vehicle”, when I reminded them that my Fitcamx on my Ram 1500 does not need a fitment work-around, they stated it was a “dedicated model” but “could be used on other vehicles”. That’s contradictory. If dedicated, why is a not an OEM match? The one I received was about an inch wider on the passenger side than the footprint of the black windshield area designed to cloak perfectly the original mirror housing. To compensate, they include a loose plastic insert cover to mask the excess area so the camera internals would not be seen through the windshield from the outside. So those “other vehicles” they mentioned obviously will not need this band-aid. My Ram 1500 didn’t. So it’s a dice-roll. You don’t know in advance and they don’t disclose it. It is very unattractive. In addition, the black plastic cover will not stay, so the “technical support” they gave was for me to see if the glass would hold the piece in place and if not, just glue it together if it keeps falling out! The camera doesn’t even sit flat on the windshield so how could the glass support it? The camera itself seems to work, but is it an OEM replacement as advertised? No….and is evident by just looking from the outside. I would return it for another brand if it weren’t for not trusting their strange difficult return policy, the hassle of having to remove it, pack it, ship it, and later having to use 2 different dash cam apps. Fitcamx would not even consider compensating me to keep the defective unit and refused to send a universal camera that would look better and fit flush against the windshield even after me submitting photo after photo. Customer Support is trained to give generic non-answers, continuously demand photos, and most likely AI Assistant. Know these things before you consider buying a Fitcamx.
If I could give negative stars I would. This experience was pure frustration from start to finish. Fitcamx sent the wrong main power cable for my vehicle can’t get a round peg to fit in a square as I like to call it. I followed their instructions exactly. The camera never powered on. I took clear photos showing the mismatch. The vehicle connector is on top. The Fitcamx cable is on the bottom. They do not match. It is obvious in the picture. Instead of fixing their mistake, support kept telling me I was wrong. They even accused me of sending photos of the wrong cable. I explained multiple times that the rain sensor had nothing to do with the power issue. They ignored it every time. No accountability. No solution. In the end, they blamed me and still made me pay return shipping for their error. I lost time. I lost money. I dealt with unnecessary stress. This was exhausting and insulting. I regret buying this product and I will never deal with this company again.
I ordered this for my Toyota Corolla hybrid estate icon model 2022 and received my parcel yesterday and you all know it gets dark around 4:00 - 4:30 nowadays depending upon where you live in Uk, so I decided to do my project the next day , which has been today. It has been crafted so beautifully and precise that no one is able to guess that it’s part of the car or bought separately until you disclose it yourself. The fitting has been very easy and the result during the day and night is also perfect. It is a must and if you think you are unable to fit it yourself, you may always seek professional help as there is no harm in that. I am very perfectionist so I wold say 10/10 forr this amazed my product.
The item arrived damaged but people who work in customer service are honest ,not like many others .After I showed some photos they sent me a replacement that was OK. Despite the fact that the camera is tricky to mount I highly recommend it
They are very quick to reply but with useless ‘copy & paste’ replies. Waited the 14 working days and no parcel. Paid for postage, they are now refusing to refund the order even though it has not arrived. I will be lodging a fraud case with my bank
Købte Fitcamx til VW ID.4 hos Greencargear, med forventning om at det var plug-and-play. Imidlertid kan det anviste stik bag bakspejlet ikke afmonteres efter anvisningerne i manualen og videoen på YouTube. Dette KAN dog løses med en loddekolbe.. For at gøre det hele værre er udførelsen af plastikdelen som kameraet sidder i udført i en elendig finish, med en gabende sprække mellem den og underdelen til følge. Filmkvaliteten er rimelig..
I ordered the Fitcamx for 2020 Toyota Tacoma on 09/26. On 10/02 the Uniuni shipping company tracker said out for delivery, so i stayed home all day to return package to sender, without accepting. Nobody arrived to attempt a delivery, yet the Uniuni tracker said " delivery attempt made,unable to deliver. As it stands today 10/4 i have no dashcam, my money has not been refunded, and all lines of communication do not respond. I have filed a claim against the shipping company through the Better Business Bureau, and have gone to my bank to submit a claim through VISA, and my bank. We need to band together as consumers to put an end to these China online scam companies. One way is to lobby VISA and other creditors to stop any and all transactions with these companies, and create a redflag system that makes the cardholder aware that this company is a fraud. I'm just one person, but i will do my part to end this online criminal enterprise. Today 10/04 the package was delivered unopened, but damaged. FITCAMX agrees to accept the unopened, damaged box for another exact package, only not damaged. I am stuck with this junk. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a package for my Tucson 2022. It included the main camera, the back camera, the fusebox cables and anti-glare lenses. Item arrived after 10 days from China. All accessories where included. Very easy installation but a little tricky in some places. I followed the instructions as shown in their video for the front camera and fuses. No problem there. For the back camera I followed instructions shown in a video from Youtube for my model. It was a little tricky as I had to remove the left column that hides the airbag and move the cable over it. It took me about an hour and a half. Video quality is very good. Parking sensor also works. Be mindful to pick the correct fuses in your car. For the time being all works great. I will do a follow up the next months if something changes.
Easy to installed and looks good but software is rubbish. Works for a while then seems to skip recording every minute or so. On a 20minute trip I get about 5 minutes of recording. And the file name means nothing despite me setting it they way I want it numerous times. Really pissed off with this thing.
I bought the camera for a Skoda Elroq. It arrived promptly but fitting was a nightmare (support video for a car that’s only been on the market for a few months was 3 years old…..) Basically the camera is dead though mercifully the rain sensor still functions. Main problem now is that their support email address doesn’t work (email returned) so I’m stuck. The FAQs are useless and the instructions either deficient or incomprehensible. Anyone got a contact email address that works?
Bought my wife a new vehicle a few months ago and order a dashcam from Fitcamx. The next day I was contacted by Fitcamx and asked to send a few pictures of the original housing so they could make absolutely sure that I received the correct camera. The package arrived in about 12-13 days. I was installing the unit on her vehicle and broke several tabs on the Fitcamx housing. I contacted the company and asked if I could buy just the housing and not have to pay for the internal electronics or camera. The gentleman that I spoke with went above and beyond. Even though I explained that it was broken because of my mistake, he sent me a new housing at no cost and didn't even charge me for shipping. I received the new one shortly thereafter and got it installed correctly. It works so well I just bought one for my truck. Great company with a great product.
I was impressed with the video quality after I had installed their cam. The SD card lasts about 1 1/2 hours, which should be more than sufficient. On the downside, beside plenty of warnings (faulty headlights and dynamic wipers), my heads-up display was barely visible. As soon as I switched back to OEM, everything was working fine again. They offered me another y-cable, which didn't work either. But to top it off, despite of the promises by their support to take the camera back, they came up over and over again with what they need to see since I am apparently to dumb to connect their 3 pin connector for the dynamic wipers with the OEM one. After about 20 emails back and forth, I was supposed to proof it was connected properly, which is practically impossible (at least for a Golf MK 8.5). So eventually I didn't bother anymore since I knew the next request would be to see me switching it and hearing the clicking sound. Be aware that this company may give you plenty of headaches if things don't work out the way they promise, and in the end, they may not take the camera back getting you even more frustrated! It's worth a try if you are potentially willing to waste that money.
Contacted company to see if they made one for my car took pictures and they said yes and even sent a link to the ‘correct’ one When it finally arrived I went out to fit it to find that the wiring was too long to fit into the housing and the plug that powers the camera was also long and inflexible. Tried repeatedly to adjust the wiring to try to get it to fit but no good. Contacted customer service to return but only got the you’ll have to pay the postage and customs charges as it isn’t faulty. If if doesn’t fit it is faulty The product itself is flimsily made. Cannot comment on the video quality as I never got far enough to take the blue plastic lens cover off
Acquistato prodotto con spedizione effettuata dalla ditta con indirizzo incompleto, per cui il corriere ha ritenuto di restituire il pacco al mittente. Dopo aver ricevuto le prime assicurazioni che all'atto della ricezione del pacco avrebbero provveduto alla nuova spedizione, non si sono più fatti sentire né hanno avuto il buon gusto di rispondere alle innumerevoli email. €160 buttati. SONO SOLO DEI LADRI CHE MERITEREBBERO LA GALERA. NON LASCIATEVI IMBROGLIARE DA QUEI LADRI
I must say this an interesting one. I bought it for a Q5 based on glowing reviews. I received it and then said to myself let's get somebody better than me to install it. Installer would not touch it saying they have so many bad reviews of it just messing with the cars electrical system and added that they (Fitcamx) had just bought good reviews online. Refused to install. Returned (unopened) and somehow was "LOST". Suggest you stay away - this place is BS.
