Riekt naar oplichting. Wees gewaarschuwd.
De site zelf zou best heel goed en handig zijn, alleen jammer dat hun verdienmodel 100% lijkt op oplichting! Je wordt lekker gemaakt met gratis proefperiode, je account moet je verifieren via Paypal en er wordt direct 58 euro afgeschreven voor een annual subscription. Zonder toestemming (ik let daar goed op!) want dit zou ik nooit zomaar toestaan. Direct gemaild met de support en binnen no-time een keurige mail terug dat mijn account is geannuleerd. (is ook wel iets verdacht) Maar niets over terugbetaling. Nog weer teruggemaild mbt de betaling en daarna een Engelse mail terug gehad met daarin een link naar een pagina waar je refund kan indienen. Als je dit al standaard inbouwt in je app dan weet je dat het niet goed zit en dit dus vaste prik is. Maar goed, na indiening van refund ook direct binnen een paar seconden het volledige bedrag teruggestort. Gaat dus ook allemaal automatisch (wederom erg verdacht). Als je bij PayPal de transactie wilt rapporteren krijg je direct een melding dat als je een terugbetaling wilt, je contact moet zoeken met de helpdesk van Creative Fabrica - alweer verdacht en een teken dat ze zelf heel goed op de hoogte zijn van de praktijken en niet willen dat je bij PayPal gaat klagen. (vooral wel doen natuurlijk) Dus al met al is het uiteindenlijk opgelost maar het lijkt dus een schimmige business waar ze vooral verdienen aan mensen/bedrijven die niet opletten of er niet achteraan gaan. Wel jammer want zo'n site zou op zich een prima plaats kunnen zijn voor creatieven die daar ook wel voor willen betalen. Nu kost het hoop tijd en vooral negatieve energie!

BEWARE SCAM Auto enrolled into year subscription whilst on a free trial and constantly trying to take £56.40 from my account. Lucky it was a top up card and not enough money in the account for them to take the money out. Emailed and deleted account but they continue to try to take the money out. Don’t be fooled into a free trial or give bank details!!

Charged €56.40 after what was presented as a free trial — without clear and explicit consent. I cancelled immediately and contacted support, but received only generic responses with no real resolution. This flow is misleading and does not meet basic transparency standards for subscriptions. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the case further (bank dispute already initiated) and update this review with full details and evidence. I expect a prompt refund. For reference: -Transaction ID: O8G1LUVB0003 - Order id: Plan - Studio AI – Charge date: April 19, 2026 – Amount: €56.40 – Payment descriptor: “Creative Fabrica” – I attempted to cancel immediately after the charge, but the cancellation process is unclear or not easily accessible – Support was contacted on the same day I can provide screenshots if needed.

absolute scam - dont trust them
absolute scam, tried charging me 80 bucks 7 times in the last couple weeks, after ONLY activating a free trial, lucky i removed all funds from my card before activating FREE trial. I tried unsubscribing 5 times before i could actually manage, takes like 10 minutes with a lot of stuff you must agree to TO UNSUBSCRIBE and it keep logging you out on purpose and you have to start it from the beginning always. i thougth i unsubscribed 2 times and it still charged me, turns out it was not finished, the page just randomly logged me out when i clicked confirm. WOOOORST SERVICE. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online service. I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial. I even received confirmation that my subscription would NOT renew. Despite that, I was still charged and my plan was converted into a paid subscription without my consent. This is not just bad design this is misleading and unacceptable. The fact that the payment was triggered by “coin usage” is not something any normal user would expect from a free trial, especially after receiving cancellation confirmation. Support refuses to take responsibility and hides behind terms instead of fixing the issue. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and will escalate this further. Be very careful this feels like a subscription trap.

Signed up with payment details for "14 day free trial", received two email receipts saying my payment was due on 14 May 2026. The second receipt claiming I successfully changed my subscription and was billed £56.40 at the exact same time as i received the first receipt. (Both receipts came together , no terms or conditions or proof that it was actually me who changed the subscription as far as I was aware i did not and was still in a 14 day trial period. So on 17 April , 3 days later i asked for a full refund as i was in the "14 day cooling off period" and legally entitled to a full refund. I was refused a refund. I only see now by TrustPilot's own analysis this is the number 1 complaint theme for Creative Fabrica(I am not surprised). Obviously i would suggest avoiding this company and be aware of their dishonest tactics to take your money and refuse a trial period.
