Absolute Abzocke – Finger weg! Meine Erfahrung mit Creative Fabrica ist extrem negativ. Das Abonnementssystem ist irreführend und unfair. Selbst nach einer Kündigung wird das Abo sofort wieder aktiviert, wenn man innerhalb des laufenden Jahres etwas herunterlädt. Zusätzlich wird man durch aggressive Werbebanner so stark bombardiert, dass man leicht versehentlich Abos abschließt, die nicht rückgängig gemacht werden können. Ich wurde sogar zweimal für ein Jahresabo mit je 55,93 € belastet, und eine Rückerstattung wurde mir verweigert. Ich habe ein Abo abgeschlossen, das ich nicht einmal wollte, allein weil die Werbung und Banner so platziert sind, dass man unbeabsichtigt darauf klickt. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit und grenzt an Betrug. Ich kann Creative Fabrica unter diesen Umständen niemandem empfehlen.

This is not how transparent subscription services normally operate. In my opinion, this is a misleading and user-hostile design. Even if technically covered in fine print, the flow relies on confusion rather than informed consent. I have never experienced this with other reputable services. I stand by my assessment that this is a shady business practice, and I would advise others to be very careful when signing up. They only respond with automated responses. They have a subscription activating process for 24 hours where you cannot cancel the subscription and it’s ridiculous especially with stating that you can cancel any time. I haven’t gotten any actual help from them. They have me down for 2 of the same subscription so i would be charged twice. I want my subscriptions cancelled and I want to delete my account afterward. Far too difficult to cancel.

J'ai donc contacté le service client pour obtenir un remboursement suite à une erreur de manipulation de ma part qui a donné lieu à des abonnements en chaîne. (Remboursement effectué rapidement) Mais il est vrai que le système d'essai gratuit n'est pas abouti et pas assez clair ; il faudrait peut-être remédier à cela. En revanche, leur service client est rapide, efficace et compréhensible.
As like a lot of others I had started a 30 day free trial on the 2nd of January , yesterday they billed my bank account , took the annual subscription fee without authorisation from myself to do so as I was only 9 days into my free trial and had not reached the download limit , I have contacted them via there only means , a bot, and was prompted to fill in a ticket with my issue which i completed asking for a full refund , I will be contacting my bank to initiate a charge back if this company do not respond and refund , disgusting blatant abuse of a customer’s trust in my opinion

They charged me 56€ for a year minutes after i started my free trial for a month. AI chatbot keeps replying and i want to talk to a real person before taking legal action. Will gladly give a good review or delete this one if i get a refund and my billing information and account is completely deleted of their system.

Signed up for a free 30 day trial but within the first hour my bank account stated they had a pending payment of £56 to be taken out of my account. I've contacted the bank and they have blocked them from taking anymore money out and once the pending transaction has gone through they will claim the money back off them, other reviews comfirm they do this often. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Een moment van onoplettendheid en je hebt weer voor een jaar verlengd. Ik heb dit op verschillende manieren al meerdere keren gehad en zie op Facebook tig mensen die een ongewilde verlenging af hebben gesloten :( Ik wilde een free trial, maar had ineens een betaald abonnement. Ik probeer al een maand een abonnement wat ik niet wil ongedaan te maken. Maar dat schijnt op een of andere manier onmogelijk te zijn. Ik word er een beetje moedeloos van.

Scam alert! Do not give them a credit card number or your PayPal for a free trial. They will charge your card immediately with no explanation as to why. They will not respond to emails. They also I assume lie to PayPal if you set up a dispute. I'll be doing a charge back with my credit card now. If you do a quick Google you'll see many people who have had the same experience. I'm disappointed that PayPal allows them.

I also cannot cancel this subscription myself because: • I do not have an account • I cannot log in • There is no way for me to manage or stop a subscription I never created I am requesting the following actions immediately: • Immediate cancellation of this subscription • A full refund of €57.34 • Complete deletion of all my personal data from your systems, in line with GDPR regulations • Written confirmation that the subscription is canceled, my data has been deleted, and no further charges will occur Please note that my personal data has been used without my consent. Terrible, terrible webiste. Scammy and just not useful. Used my free trial and in ten minutes they already tried to take £60 out of my account. Also dodge they make you wait 24 hours to cancel your subscription. Just do no trust and use anyone else. Terrible experience
I signed up for a free trial that said I wouldn't be charged until after 30 days, and then it would go into a monthly fee. After I finished signing up I clicked a button that said "redeem points" and all of a sudden they had taken $47 out of my account to be charged yearly. There was NOTHING on the screen that suggested that button was a $47 yearly subscription. This site is a scam.

Very poor communication and refused to issue a refund without explanation. No comment on their service but their commercial practices and support are a disgrace.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the recent changes to Creative Fabrica's subscription model. I have been a loyal user and have a current subscription that is active through October 2030. When I originally committed to this long-term subscription, I was under the impression that the design tools on the site were included as part of the "All Access" experience. However, I am now being asked to sign up for a separate "Studio AI" subscription and use a "coin" system to access tools that were previously part of my workflow. It feels like a "bait and switch" to pay for a subscription years in advance only to have the company move essential tools behind a second paywall. While the marketplace library is still accessible, excluding the Studio features from my existing plan significantly diminishes the value of the subscription I already paid for. I hope Creative Fabrica will reconsider how they treat their long-term members and grandfather in those of us who supported the platform before these "Studio" tools were separated into a paid tier.
I had mixed feelings when I was charged for a subscription renewal despite having cancelled it earlier. However, the issue was investigated quickly and I had no problem receiving a full refund. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding - responsive, professional, and helpful. When I encountered broken links (which also happened), they helped me out immediately. They have a large selection of templates and graphics, which is what I was looking for. However, it feels like they don't have full control over their content - some links don't work, some content seems outdated, and some items don't meet a satisfactory quality standard. The system itself seems to have some issues (my cancellation wasn't processed properly the first time), but that's more of a technical department matter. Overall, I think a 4/5 rating would be adequate. There's significant room for improvement in both the system and content quality control, but their customer service truly saves the day.

I took advantage of the Black Friday offer of half off a yearly subscription, which was extending my current subscription. My account was charged full price at the time of purchase, however, just as Creative Fabrica had advised, they contacted me in January via email with the offer of reimbursing my account the half owed to me or my choice of several other options. I find Creative Fabrica to be generous, honest, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. As well as offering great products.

A charge of 56.87 EUR was attempted and processed through my PayPal account by Creative Fabrica BV, even though I do not have a Creative Fabrica account and have never visited or used their website. I did not authorize any subscription, trial, or recurring payment, and no service or digital content was received. I was also informed that attempts were made to charge two different cards linked to my PayPal account. After reviewing Creative Fabrica’s social media pages, I noticed that multiple users reported experiencing similar issues around the same time, and some mentioned that they eventually received refunds. I have contacted Creative Fabrica support and my payment provider. The payment is currently pending, and I am still waiting for an update from the payment provider regarding the outcome. If possible, I kindly request that the payment be manually refunded or cancelled on your side, should the funds have already reached you. Ich habe mich mit einer E-Mail an den Support gewendet und nach einer Entschuldigung vom Support wurde das Geld erstattet. Creative Fabrica bietet viele Vorlagen, die ich leider nicht brauchen kann.
I agreed to a free trial. I should have been cautious when they already asked for a mode of payment. Then, as the free trial was being processed, a banner appeared. I clicked it away and apparently agreed to an immediate charge of over 50€ and a subscription. This is utterly untrustworthy and reeks of a scam. I have written them and demanded an immediate refund. We'll see if there is a real person behind the AI bots that handle all their feedback.

Much like other users, I was charged £56.40 almost immediately after activating a free trial. I have requested a refund but contact seems incredibly difficult to make. The chatbot on the site is unhelpful and based on other reviews, they will likely say this is a result of accepting a free credits offer. However, this is not clear at all when doing so and pops up when activating the FREE trial and is an extremely predatory practice. I sincerely hope I can get a refund and cancel any future payments as this is a large amount of money. EDIT - They have responded very quickly, cancelling the account and issuing a full refund. I have no comment on the functionality of the website itself but in this case the support has been very good. I would recommend the site looks at making things clearer, as this seems a common occurrence.
Somehow, my account began to sign into a Google account that I had never used. Everything I tried to do to fix it failed. CF and I emailed back and forth for quite some time trying to resolve the issue. They handled my frustrations and email rants incredibly well. Finally, Gabriela was able to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. It may seem like this was a long process, and it may have been, but taking into consideration countries and time zones, they worked and responded diligently to me keeping their professionalism when I did not. Very much appreciated!

It would not let me cancel the free trial until I contacted the bank, for those struggling to get their money back dispute with the bank, and request a removal of your data as they cannot withhold your bank information without consent, they were very hostile until I took things up with the bank, to those struggling with this issue you’ve got this, remember your GDPR rights as well.

But the "upgrade" button they're describing does NOT mention or warn you it will immediately charge your card - so I just assumed it was a free limited time upgrade. This never should have happened in the first place and I wonder how many people never notice the charge until it's too late.

The company is a bit shady placing the deal button above and below the download button it’s confusing. They purposely placed the buttons there to make people click on the deal if they don’t pay close attention to the download button. I’ve clicked the deal button so many times I paid out until 2029. I have a life sentence with this company. I tried to get my last $47 refunded and the company refused to refund. Be careful with this company and don’t link your card to auto payments

Seulement la loi chatel, article L.215-1, exige un rappel par mail ou autre avant la fin de la période gratuite afin que le client puisse retirer son abonnement, creative fabrica n'envoi rien et est donc hors la loi. Plusieurs plainte ont été posé c'est un site d'arnaque. J'ai contacter comme tout le monde le service client qui bien sur est inexistant donc sans réponse...

After subscribing for a free trial, you can't cancel within 24 hours as it is going through an "activation period". So after setting my alarm for the next day the manage subscriptions button finally popped up. However whenever I clicked it it would redirect me back to my account page, causing an endless loop where I again couldn't cancel. I then had to get in touch with customer service to finally cancel. After reading reddit, I've also noticed that I luckily missed the many traps they set to try and charge you by labelling them as FREE! in large font, and having a tiny text box elsewhere with T's & C's. Very shady business practices.

I just tried the free trial of the ai studio. It wouldn't work in Silhouette studio (they advertise to convert files to SVG to use in these programs) and I went to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, they a) hide the button and b) put a pop up on so I accidentally subscribed by accepting 'coins'. The coins are made to look like part of the trial and the payment is in the fine print. Another user on here states they did not receive a refund. I have emailed them before I put in a paypal refund request. I believe this tactic to be against consumer law in Australia so I will follow this up with the ACCC if they do not provide a refund. Not happy.
I am a member of creative fabrica from 3 years and have a fabulous experience. Their team do supportive and resolve any query within few hours. Highly recommend.

I signed up for a free trial of their subscription. After that trial ended, they tried to pull the monthly payment from my card. It didn't have the money on it, and so this put my account on hold, naturally. Now here's where it gets upsetting. While on hold, they try regularly to debit my account for the yearly subscription rate. While trying to cancel this subscription, I've gone through every possible link on their site to manage and cancel this membership, to no avail. Support chat does nothing to assist, and now I'm awaiting an email from some other support agent. All the while, they're attempting to debit that charge from the card while I'm stuck waiting. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership, just another large company purposely making it hard for people to cancel their membership in hopes they give up and just pay it so they don't have to deal with the alternative, which in my opinion so far is one heck of a fight.

Well, I started a free trial to use the AI image upscaler tool, a month later I got charged 94 dollars for two yearly subscriptions, I emailed the support team and they responded very quick actually, they were kind, respectful and really understanding, they accepted the refund and everything was great!
I subscribed to a free trial since April 28th last year and cancel it before the thing ended. I thought it's okay until they somehow automatically subscribed me to another one when I didn't even use the account for months. Luckily I removed my card from my Paypal so they cannot charge me 47$ for that. But be careful. Don't subscribe to anything on this site if you only want to try the free trial. Remember to remove you payment method after cancelling if you accidently subscribe the free trial because they can secretly subscribe your account again. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van hun diensten en zelfs nergens op geklikt binnen het platform. Ik heb onmiddellijk contact opgenomen via e-mail, zonder enige reactie. Dit roept ernstige vragen op over de naleving van het consumentenrecht met betrekking tot gratis proefabonnementen en automatische betalingen zonder expliciete toestemming. En zo te zien ben ik niet de enigste... Graag zou ik wat hulp willen krijgen om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Alvast bedankt.

I had to change this review I signed off the a free 30 days trial. After generating an AI song I was charged 47$. Turns out there is a limit of credits during free trial that. If you exceed it - it automatically charges you. Initial refund request through chat-bot was denied. But in the end I got one as an exception after contact with one of their team members. I'm really grateful. Although the thing with the credits is really uclear during signing off for the free trial, so that requires fixing

I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial, yet today I was charged £56.40 without warning. On top of that, a subscription has been set up on my account extending all the way to 2027, which I did not knowingly authorise. There was no clear or transparent indication that I was agreeing to an immediate paid subscription of this amount, nor to a long-term renewal. This is one of the the oldest tricks in the book and straight up fraud! I have contacted Creative Fabrica requesting an immediate cancellation of all subscriptions and a full refund. I have yet to hear back. I'd recommend being extremely cautious using this company.

I started a free trial. It was very clear that it would be free and that I would not be billed until february 5th. Despite of that, I was billed for a full year and I can´t cancel the subscription.
Utterly disappointing experience. Instead of a free trial, I got charged $57.81 ON THE SAME DAY. I was able to cancel the subscription only via support chat, which is not straightforward, and I did not receive a refund. Support just ignored the request to get my money back. I didn't use this thing for even an hour (not a month of free trial) and got charged.
Creative Fabrica charged me for a free trial ... says cancel any time but the cancel button does not exist... had to use my knowledge of coding to bypass the website to find a link to the cancel page..... then apon using the free trial charge me 49 usd ... this company is pure shady has no support and is flagged by my bank
As almost every review on this website is about, I clicked the free subscription for 30 days, but was charged 47 dollar on my card at the same time. I have sent an email to customer support and hope they will refund the charge. If they have found a loophole around getting money from people who don’t want to spend it, then kudos. But this sounds and seems sketchy and possibly illegal. So I urge you to fix it before you face the possible consequences of scamming people. If it is a mistake, please fix this matter on your website so it doesn’t happen to others.

I have not one good thing to say about this site... They offer a 7 day free trial and the moment you click start the free trial they took a payment from my account. So the whole free trial thing is not true, so I try to cancel everything and I can't therefore I email support and tell them to refund my money and cancel my subscription because they lied and took money from my account when it was supposed to be a free trial. So the refunded the money on December 24th fine great now faster forward to January 5th when they took out a payment that they are not authorized to as I have an email confirming that my subscription is cancelled back on December 24th. So for the past 3 days I've been trying to get my money back and this one individual I'm dealing with well let's just say not the brightest crayon in the box. I've sent him screenshots of the refund on December 24th and the 66.30 that they took from my account on January 5th from my bank account and he has been arguing with me saying you got your refund on December 24th. I've repeatedly told him yes I know but you took another payment on January 5th and I want that back oh did I mention that I didn't have enough money in my account to cover that payment and this company cost me 45 dollars in NSF charges and I want them to pay for that also. So I've sent proof of all of this and he still says you were refunded on December 24th. This company lies and takes money from your account even after you cancel your subscription. As experienced by other users, I signed up for a free trial and then as I clicked something else it immediately signed me up to a lifetime deal and charged me £56. Reading their subscription policy it says if you are in the EU and sign up you waive your right to the 14 day cooling off period and they will not refund you. So basically I've been signed up for something against my will and it's tough. Total and utter scammers DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING THE FREE TRIAL!!!!!!!!!

I made the mistake of agreeing to the free trial in order to use the AI tool to manipulate a single image (I have zero image/tech skills). I set a reminder to cancel before the renewal date, but then they charged me a full day early, and for twice the expected amount. Update: they refunded my money after I contacted them.
The initial offering of a free trial is for 24 hours, after which you are charged $47. Actually, a 24 hour free trial seems totally fair to me, but there has to be a clear warning that this is only for 24 hours, since that is an unusual policy. Additionally, there has to be a way to cancel. I contacted customer support through their chatbot to cancel in plenty of time, but i could not find any way to cancel, and the instructions I was given were inadequate or misleading. I could not find a way to cancel. I have sent an email and am waiting to hear back.

They said word by word "We have processed a full refund for the $67 CAD charge, and it should reflect on your original payment method within a few business days. And then they backpaddled incorrectly saying that I started the ridiculous free trial optionally when that is 100% false. This company is a full scam. They even went as far as to cancel the account and didn't refund me my money. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT BUY FROM HERE!
Well it all started well, I was getting the service I as paying for and a few days ago I noticed I couldn't download any of my projects so I contacted the company and was informed the change their memberships and that the subscription I have no longer allows access to download projects, seems not very legal to change a product midway through a subscription and when contacted for a refund the mention they wouldn't give a refund because of the subscription agreement that THEY VOIDED when changed T&Cs of my subscription, will not let this go and if it comes to it will open a chargeback with my bank, also the representative confirmed that is you cancel the renewal of your subscription but then hit "download" it will become active again, which seems a bit scammy!

I was charged $47 without realizing that after 10 free downloads, the full amount would be charged—this was only mentioned in the fine print. My bank flagged the charge as fraudulent and temporarily blocked my card. Since I had already been charged, I decided to continue using the account, but when I logged in, my account had been canceled. Customer support so far has only been a bot, which has been frustrating. I did send an email and am currently waiting for a response, so I’m hoping this gets resolved soon. At the moment, though, it’s disappointing to have been charged without access to the site. Overall this has been a poor experience which I hope will be resolved soon

To cut a long story short, they charge you for the "free trial". Pure scam. After contacting CF they said "After reviewing your account, I can see that a Studio AI Free Trial was activated on January 3, but was upgraded to a yearly subscription moments later, which happens by accepting the 620K coins offer". What a deceiving way to charge you immediately.
I have been a Creative Fabrica subscriber since 2023 and I genuinely like the service and the resources offered on the platform. Until now, my experience had always been positive. However, this year I was disappointed due to a confusing and unexpected charge. The website displays pricing in a monthly format, which led me to believe the subscription would continue as a monthly payment, as it had been in previous years. Instead, the full annual amounts were charged to my card at once, and two subscriptions were billed on the same day. Additionally, one of the services indicated a free trial period, yet the charge was applied immediately to my card, which added to the confusion. As soon as I noticed the issue, I canceled the subscriptions and contacted customer support by email. The amounts have already been charged to my card, and I am currently awaiting a response. I am writing this because I was charged twice yesterday, January 3, 2026, for an "All access yearly extension" while simply trying to manage my account. To be specific, I was attempting to cancel my auto-renewal because I do not use the service anymore and do not wish to be billed further after my current plan ends. Instead of the renewal being disabled, the system triggered two immediate payments for an extension I did not authorize. I already have a valid plan until March 2026, so these new charges are clearly a technical error. It is impossible to "renew" a service that is already paid for and active for several more months. I have been charged a total of €113.74 across two sequential invoices: Invoice B5012ADD0003 Invoice B5012ADD0004 I have already emailed support and submitted a ticket on the website. As these were accidental duplicate charges triggered by a cancellation attempt, I sincerely hope Creative Fabrica will make a full refund for these accidental duplicate charges rather than forcing me to contact the Belgian and Dutch banks to dispute the charges. UPDATE (Jan 5, 2026): After reaching out to support, I was contacted by Fran who was very helpful. They have now confirmed a full refund of €113.74 for the technical error and successfully disabled my auto-renewal. I am very satisfied with how quickly the support team resolved this once the issue was explained. I'm now waiting for the funds to reflect in my bank account over the next few days.

They are trying to scamm you. I wanted to create SVG image from my PNG so i started a FREE trial. Then that popup window with "claim credits" show up so i clicked on it, and it charged me 55$... There is small text that says "it will start the yearly subscription if you claim those credits" but wtf who reads that. This is very important info it should be HUGE... Another scam from their side is that you CANNOT cancel the tiral in the first 24 hours. I almost forgot i subscribed for this FREE trial. And when you want to cancel it, it sign you out. Just in case you forgot ur password so they can charge you. Disgusting. DISGUSTING. Bunch of rats frfr. The editor / convertor is fine, but this money grabbing techiques are disgusting. Bij het bezoeken van de website verscheen een pop-up met de boodschap “claim surprise offer here”. Helaas heb ik hierop geklikt, waarna zonder enige voorafgaande waarschuwing, bevestiging of transparante prijsvermelding een bedrag van €56 werd aangerekend voor een jaarabonnement via mijn PayPal-account. Er werd op geen enkel moment duidelijk gecommuniceerd dat deze actie zou leiden tot een betalende verbintenis. Deze handelswijze is misleidend en ondermijnt het principe van geïnformeerde toestemming. Dit zou naar mijn oordeel niet alleen onethisch, maar mogelijk ook strijdig met de geldende consumentenwetgeving moeten zijn. Ik heb hun een mailtje gestuurd waarop ik geen antwoord heb ontvangen. Thank God voor Paypal en dat zij hiervoor zijn tussengekomen! ;)

As all of the other 1-star reviews i got scammed for 47$ when i signed up for free trial I think they reached out here and on mail because i reported them to paypal. I encourage everyone else to do the same if they take money for free trial.

I was quite upset as I was charged for yearly subscription even though I had cancelled my subscription plan ahead of time. After contacting though customer support my issue was resolved next day and got a full refund. So everything is ok. The reason I unsubscribed was that I didn’t needed the services provided anymore but I have to acknowledge that their plan was really great value for money when I needed access to their digital products library. My only advice to them is to take care of their automated renewal plans…

Shocking company ! They hide behind the scam of ‘ you clicked the upgrade’ which is false and reading all the 1 star reviews clearly shows that it’s not truthful. You click for a free trial period which shows a 0 pound trial and then get setup for a full year and can do nothing about it!. Accepting a free trial does not give you lawful access to sign customers up to year long subscriptions without forewarning. £56.40 for a year of a company that treats its customers this bad is shocking. Stay well clear and don’t hit any of their ‘auto rob you of money buttons’. I will be battling this until I’m refunded the full amount.

I love using Creative Fabrica. I first used it for card making, I have now progressed to using svg files for laser cutting and engraving. I love how there are do many talented artists who choose to share their work. I also pay in advance for my subscription and take advantage of the discounts. I highly recommend Creative Fabrica for your craft needs.
I’m trying to cancel this free trial subscription but there is no option to cancel. I have sent emails to the support team and haven’t received anything back. I do not want to be charged anything as I am trying to cancel the free trial. They have now since cancelled the two subscriptions I found myself having a free trial with. But I really think there needs to be a cancel subscription available on the website so you can cancel if you click by accident or change your mind. I had to email them about it but am now happy they have cancelled them.

I wasn't interested in the fabric designing side - just wanted to edit a single photo using AI. This site offered a free trial, so I allowed it to access my PayPal account for a zero fee. I was able to use the AI edit facility to perform the operation I needed. I was a bit surprised about using 'Coins', and it transpired that I had somehow ordered a year's subscription for £56.40, which I didn't need. The 'Help' facility quickly sorted the problem and refunded the money. I don't agree with the reviews calling this a scam, as the matter was quickly resolved, but perhaps the website should be more clear on how a subscription is triggered.
Eventually got a refund feom this scam when I wrote the following message: I will be contacting Dutch Politie, Fraudehelpdesk, Autoriteit Consument & Markt and Kamer van Koophandel if I dont get a refund After being ignored for weeks I got an immediate refund. Other reviewers should lodge complaints with the Dutch bodies above if they want any progress.

Der Support hat sich in jeder Antwort die Zeit genommen, all meine Fragen ausführlich zu klären, und sobald ein Problem gelöst war, wurde mir auch beim nächsten umgehend geholfen. Die Reaktionszeiten waren durchweg sehr kurz und das Team blieb so lange dran, bis ich vollständig zufrieden war. Außerdem stellte sich heraus, dass ich versehentlich zwei Konten hatte, die jedoch schnell und unkompliziert zusammengeführt wurden.
I have one word for Craeative Fabrica and that's FANTASTIC. Stunning graphics, looking for a certain kind of font, they have it. There is so much more for you to explore like paper crafts, laser cuts and designs, needlework and the list goes on and on. The AI Studio it's excellent. This is my favorite place on the Internet. Don't hesitate to take out a subscription, I have recommended this site to many people and they love it as much as I do. Well done Creative Fabrica!

Habe nur Stickdateien genutzt, extrem viele hochgeladen Dateien sind unstickbar! Viele werden einfach doppelt hochgeladen… einfach immer wieder monatlich z.B. Und da man ungefragt nach der Testphase in ein Jahresabo gezwungen wird, weil angeblich mehr als 10 Dateien runtergeladen, dabei nur angesehen… sofort gekündigt, Daten im Profil kann man dann nicht löschen… Kündigung bestätigt bekommen, auf der Seite auch immer beim Einloggen die restlichen Tage angezeigt und zack, nach 3 Resttagen zuletzt plötzlich wieder verlängert, natürlich kostenpflichtig!🤬
I believe I have had the same problem as some other people, I thought I was agreeing to a free trial period but instead they charged me a $77 annual fee which took me by complete surprise. I haven’t heard anything back so I’m assuming that this is some sort of a scam?
I took advantage of the black friday sale to add a year for $1.99 a month. I actually added several years at that great price. Today I was able to "cash in" on the rebate and ordered 3 gift cards ( Michael's, Amazon, and Walmart) instead of getting my money back for each year I added. Customer service explained how to fill out the form (actually 3 separate times). I'm paid through 2032 (been a subscriber since 2022). I love all of the things I can get from Creative Fabrica!

They charged me 58 USD the day I started monthly "free" trial. Also there is no option to cancel subscription at all when I look at subscriptions... I hope they will return my money as I raised the ticket about that... But they replied to me that there is no option to get it back. I had to scare them with suing them to get my money back finally. When starting a Free Trial, it is easy to stumble into a Studio AI subscription with the yearly fee being charged immediately. However, customer support is excellent and I got the unwanted subscription cancelled and a refund of the yearly fee in no time and no questions asked.

Love CF service. Been using it for years. Had recently an incident where I bought accidentally 2x 1-year extensions for my subscription and got a refund very quickly without much effort.
I've had to use Customer support a couple times due to my errors. They have always been polite, friendly, and resolved my issues post haste.
Discussed problem of second charge in my name and after they researched it, immediately contacted me with the information. We resolved the problem by removing this additional charge.
Creative Fabrica offers great products and excellent customer service. If something goes wrong, you receive a prompt response and fair result. I accidentally set up two accounts at different times during the year because I use the account sporadically. I feel that I got "tricked" for an annually plan. I signed up so I could try the free trial periode, then I had to enter the payment methode I wanted to use, as soon as this was done I got charged 47$ instantly from my Paypal account. They have these "download for free" and "start free trial" buttons on their website, as soon as you click on these ones its very easy to make the mistake of upgrading to "all access" subscription which is annually. I see multiple people on Trustpilot which have made the same mistake. Its a very misleading and "fishy" methode to use for a "free trial" so be careful of what you click on. Eventually after some few mails back and forth I got refunded the full amount and cancelled my plan which I will praise the costumer support for. If I could give stars to only the costumer service it would be more then only two. But as a website I feel its a bit shady way to "trick" people...
I love Creative Fabrica! They have an extensive library of fonts and designs. You receive a great deal of value for a very affordable fee. Their customer service is also great!
Im very confused about how to write this review. The whole process started well and the technology behind the photo editing was excellent. However, I signed up for a 30 day trail, but immediately after using the features to edit, I suddenly became an annual member and was charged close to €60. Baffled by this I used their chat bot and requested a refund. After this I found it difficult to navigate their website and wasn’t even sure if I was logged in or not. Fearing it was a scam I did more research which brought me to Trustpilot where it seemed many had similar issues with trials converting to memberships. Thankfully I received a full refund a few hours after I complained. I also paid via Paypal so feel I had some added security. So how to leave my review? Well Im confused. Their photo editing was great, the speed of processing my refund was great, but the part in the middle, namely converting me to a member and charging me in the first place was ridiculous. My advice is to act with caution. I got my money back, but given how many other people seem to have had the same issue, I wonder how reputable this outfit is. At the very least, they need to be much clearer on how you go from a trial to a membership as Im still baffled by that. It’s such a shame as the technology looked amazing!

Doordat het verlengen en download vlak bij elkaar stonden haalde ik per ongeluk op abonnement verlengen gedrukt. Waardoor er direct geld was afgeschreven en ik deze niet kon terug draaien. Toen heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice of ze deze konden terug draaien. Vanwege de drukte duurde het iets langer maar ze gaan mijn verlenging terug draaien en krijg ik mijn geld terug.

Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! This company is a complete scam. Like many other victims, I was charged after a “free trial” by some mysterious entity and couldn't get in touch with them. I had to spend hours dealing with my bank to resolve this fraud, all while enduring their smug justifications for their dirty tricks. It's truly disgusting. If you don't want to get tangled up in a messy complaint process, steer clear of this scam company as far as possible.
Signed up for a 30 day free trial and they immediately charged me a months subscription. While trying to navigate through their website I accidently clicked on coins and without any prompt to confirm payment or payment amount I was charged again. Have contacted via email and still no reply
Been using CF for a few months and benefitted from their huge range of patterns. Made a mistake and accidentally extended my subscription. I'm only a few months in so didn't need to at this time. Je ai cru que j avais seulement fait un essai gratuit et je ne voyais rien dans mes abonnement Apple, je ne me suis finalement pas servi de l’abonnement et j’ai pensé que je n’allais pas être débité. J’ai vu le 28 décembre que j’ai été débité de 56€ et j’ai directement annulé l’abonnement et j’ai envoyé un mail au service client. J’ai contacté depuis 4 fois le sav pour récupérer mon argent et toujours aucune réponse.
Pas op: OPLICHTERS! aangemeld voor een gratis proefperiode, direct na aanmelden hiervan werd er 57 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven en zit ik ineens vast aan een jaar abonnement terwijl ik nergens gebruik van heb gemaakt en nog niet eens ergens op had geklikt. Direct gemaild naar de klantenservice, maar nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Te bizar voor woorden dit.
Signed up for the free trial, and was charged £56.40. From what I’ve read this is a very common issue. There is nothing when signing up to say you will be charged, even on their “pop up” window on completion of signing up for their “free” trial, because why would I want to pay for it? Makes no sense after signing a FREE trial. I only wanted to give their services a go but it wasn’t for me and they have ignored all my emails over the past few days asking for a refund but they still can ask on an email why did I unsubscribe and feedback when I just wanted my money back, which shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. Surely they know it's an issue on their behalf if majority of their reviews are based on this problem. False advertising and a scam.

The company offers a good service overall. However, canceling a subscription is not straightforward, and customer support can take some time to respond. In my case, a double membership was created, and I had to initiate a chargeback. In the end, customer support refunded me, and we had a constructive exchange. I appreciate the resolution and hope the company will improve the cancellation process in the future.
I had an issue with invoicing and they were very quick to respond and to solve the issue.
I was charged twice due to having two Creative Fabrica accounts. Having not cancelled one of the subscriptions prior to the scheduled renewal date, it automatically renewed in line with CF billing agreement. Since this was not intended, I contacted CF, received an email from a human agent a few days later and got a full refund. Thank you so much Becky!

Deceptive "Dark Patterns" Creative Fabrica’s deceptive "Dark Patterns" - The missing cancel button "I want to warn everyone about a predatory practice I've documented on CreativeFabrica.com. The platform advertises a 'cancel anytime' trial, but the cancellation button is intentionally removed from the user dashboard during the trial period. It only becomes visible after the user is charged for a full year. They use a classic 'Roach Motel' design: it’s incredibly easy to subscribe, but they intentionally hide the exit. During the trial period, the 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel' button is completely removed from the dashboard. You only see a 'View' button that doesn't allow any changes. Only to make the payment for the yearly subscription. Even their own AI Support (Genie) gives instructions on how to cancel, but those buttons simply aren't there in the UI until AFTER you've been charged or after you've spent days emailing support. And after they give you the response who sounds like "I am happy to inform you that I have forwarded your request to our specialized department and will reach out to you as soon as possible!" they will cancel your trial BUT be very careful, any click you will do (download, using AI Studio, it will reactivate your trial. Also, be aware: 'All Access' is a misleading name. They still lock 'Studio AI' tools behind a second, separate paywall. Don't let them 'glitch' your money away. If you don't see a cancel button, start a support ticket immediately and take screenshots! I have reported this behavior to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) as it violates the EU Digital Services Act regarding transparent interfaces. UPDATE: Anna, your response confirms exactly what I am reporting: a deliberate 'Dark Pattern'. You admit that for the first 24 hours the cancel button is hidden ('activating process'). In the digital world, 24 hours is NOT a 'brief window'—it is a forced lockout period. Your marketing says 'Cancel Anytime', not 'Cancel anytime after 24 hours or if you manage to reach support'. Many users won't contact support and will simply be charged. Making the exit harder than the entry is illegal under the EU Digital Services Act. Also, you completely ignored the fact that your 'All Access' welcome email promises 'Unlimited access to Studio', which is factually false as confirmed by your agents. This is a classic bait-and-switch. Support contacted me and offered a 'free' Studio subscription to settle the matter. They also ADMITTED again in writing that the cancel button is hidden for 24 hours 'during activation'. This proves it's a deliberate system: They lure you with 'All Access' (which they now admit doesn't include Studio). They block the exit for 24 hours so you can't cancel the trial. They only offer the advertised features for 'free' if you catch them and make a public scene. I rejected their offer and I am still demanding a full refund, because I have lost any good faith in this company.
I, like other reviewers, signed up for a free trial. I was charged the annual fee way before the trial period ended. I contacted them and got a bot response which wasn't helpful. I responded and a person responded. They refunded the subscription and were kind. I appreciate the fix and have been looking at their page. They offer quite a bit. I haven't used it enough to commit to a subscription yet, but do see value.
I made a free trial account and went to delete this account shortly after but somehow it turned into a full account and I was charged £57. I have tried to contact them but email delivery failed as they were undergoing maintenance. Im a little worried now. Hopefully can get it sorted
I tried all acces trial on Dec 20th.Around a week later I realised that there's $47 billed on my CC (I think bcoz I accidentaly re-hit somekind of their offer). Tried to find cancel button but wrongfully hit another trial program. I guess there's no 2 step verification for the offer (cmiiw).Try to reach out contact support via web and email,at last got their response on Dec 28th (I understand maybe it's high season/holiday time ). I had trouble with resetting my password, it keep telling me to sign in with my Google account which I didn't want to do. Each and everyone that responded to my email took time to answer all my inquiries. When one issue was taken care of I had something else that came up that they helped me with. The response time was very quick each time. They didn't quit until I was completely satisfied. I some how ended up with two accounts and they merged it all into one very quickly.
After subscripting to the All Access my previous purchases/downloads were not showing up, so I emailed support and received a reply from Ana and after following her directions my account is back to normal. Thanks Ana
Creative Fabrica has some very nice content and AI tools to choose from however,; splitting their Studio AI subscriptions away from their All Access subscriptions was an unexpected disappointment. Customer Service was fairly quick to remedy my disappointment by switching my All Access subscription to a Studio AI subscription upon my request, but because I didn't know about the change (I had been using Studio AI WITH the All Access subscription for some months) it delayed and complicated much of my Christmas crafting business. I have also found their website to be confusing and easy to extend a subscription unintentionally. Customer service is usually quick to fix the issue and very kind about it, but I shouldn't have to watch my bank statement like a hawk to make sure everything is correct with this company. I also do not like the fact that a subscription is charged BEFORE a trial period concludes, requiring contact with the company to refund if I choose to discontinue a subscription.
I joined because I was interested in the one offering they had. After looking around the website I found that there was nothing further that would be of use for the crafts I do so I decided to cancel membership. Their current content is not pertaining what I do.

I was charged $47 for an annual subscription to the AI Studio, even though I had signed up for a FREE trial. I generated one AI image. Then two days later, a $47 charge appeared on my bank statement. I certainly did not use up all my coins because after signing up for the free trial, my dashboard showed I had 30,000 coins available. Add to the fact, what is the point of offering a trial, if using a single feature already exceeds the trial limits? This is a scam, plain and simple.
Be very careful. Creative Fabrica advertises a risk-free, fee-free trial, yet starting it resulted in an immediate £56.40 annual charge, taken automatically at the exact moment the trial began. Whether or not a user later determines they have any need for the service appears to be irrelevant. In my case, I contacted support instantly and explained clearly that I did not knowingly upgrade, did not consent to a paid plan, did not click or tap any clear confirmation to authorise a yearly subscription, and took no value whatsoever from the service (no downloads, no usable output). The so-called “trial” lasted only minutes. Creative Fabrica's Support maintains that an upgrade “can only happen by clicking a confirmation banner”, yet they have refused to provide any user-specific evidence (such as logs, timestamps, or proof of affirmative consent of any description) that such an action occurred. Instead, the charge is retrospectively described as a “subscription renewal”, which is factually inaccurate - the automated charge was applied at trial start, and was unprompted. It's so dishonest, and I am surprised this is allowed to happen so brazenly. This is not a goodwill matter. Under UK consumer law, charges must be clearly disclosed and explicitly consented to, and internal refund policies do not override statutory rights. Despite cancelling immediately and disputing promptly, Creative Fabrica has declined to refund and has redirected the matter to PayPal rather than resolving it directly. The overall impression is of a trial mechanism that does not operate transparently, followed by scripted support responses and a refusal to meaningfully engage with the substance of the complaint. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Creative Fabrica to anyone who values clear billing practices, informed consent, or responsible customer support. Escalation to relevant dispute and consumer-protection channels is now being pursued. You've been warned.

Sewing, knit, crochet pattern? They have you covered. Grab a subscription. You won't regret it.
Absolute scam! Not only did they charge me for a yearly subscription right after I signed up for just a free trial period. A month later, they charged me for another yearly subscription without me ever logging into their site, without me activating any subscriptions. My subscription cancellations are still sitting as pending, for a whole month. They have no option to cancel a subscription, no option to delete your account. Absolute scam!

Account op "hold" na een onenigheid over dat CF zonder vooraf een mogelijkheid tot opzegging te geven gewoon ongevraagd het abonnement heeft verlengd. Ik heb gecanceld maar je betaald het hele jaar nog door. Een bedrag van €71,58 (!!!) is allang weer afgeschreven van mijn rekening en inmiddels staat de ongevraagde verlenging van het abonnement nog steeds op hold. Weggegooid geld met een onbruikbaar account. Want ja de gedachte was zolang ik het dan toch heb, beter nog gebruiken van maken, nou dat kan dus niet. Na vele mails hierover krijg ik allerlei slijmerige smoesjes en het afschuiven naar de bank. CF weigert om mijn account vrij te geven. Ik raad een ieder af om een proefabonnement of elk ander abonnement te nemen bij creative fabrica. Edit op reactie cf: wederom veel nietszeggende woorden van CF.
