This company engages in shady business…
This company engages in shady business practices. They design their website to trick people into renewing their yearly membership fees. I am relatively tech savvy and can spot their BS but this time they had a pop up which was new that I x'd out of and I still got billed. I was on their site for max 5 minutes and for that I got billed $47 when I already paid for my membership in February. I am in a Facebook group where people talk about this happening ALL the time. It obviously benefits them financially or they wouldn't be doing it but its just gross because I bet a lot of people have no idea they are being billed over and over again if they manage to click on the wrong thing.

Charged Repeatedly for trying to close pop ups. Lots of AI slop
Lots of AI slop. If you are looking for a mockup there will be 1000s of images that you have to search through, most not accurately representing what they should be. Graphics often are of poor quality without backgrounds cleanly removed. Charged every time you try to click the pop up closed, so you have to keep putting in for refunds. Even adjusting your browser doesn't help, the popups continue. Makes it the most annoying experience.

Unexpected Charge After Free Trial – Refunded After Contacting Support
was charged £56.40 via PayPal for the AI Studio yearly plan after activating a free trial. According to the support team, the upgrade to the paid subscription happened by clicking a promotional banner. I did not intentionally subscribe, so the charge came as a surprise. After contacting customer support, they reviewed the account, cancelled the subscription immediately, and issued a refund as an exception to their cancellation policy. They confirmed the refund should arrive within 5–7 working days, and that I will not be charged again. I appreciate that the issue was resolved, but I think the trial-to-paid upgrade process could be clearer so users do not accidentally subscribe. If you are using the free trial, be careful when clicking promotional links, as this may activate a paid plan.
