Super enttäuschend, die Seite ist sehr undurchsichtig und eh man sich versieht ist man gut 70 € los. Es wird groß mit Geld-zurück-Garantie beworben und dann tauchen aus dem Nichts Banner auf und schon hat man Coins gekauft, welche man gar nicht haben wollte. Völlig intransparent, der Kundendienst antwortet mit Textbausteinen und dem Verweis auf die AGB. Nach Rücksprache mit der Verbraucherzentrale erhielt ich folgende Rückmeldung: Transparenz ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben und schützt vor rechtlichen Konsequenzen. Wenn Sie eine eigene Webseite betreiben, müssen kostenpflichtige Angebote und Abonnements sogar zwingend klar und deutlich für die Nutzer erkennbar sein.Verstecken Sie diese Informationen im Kleingedruckten, geraten Sie schnell in den Bereich der illegalen Abo-Falle, was zu Abmahnungen, der Unwirksamkeit von Verträgen oder sogar Strafverfahren wegen Betrugs führen kann.

I've been a member of creative fabrica for years now and used to even if you weren't a paying member, you could still get the daily freebies and pay for any individual item that you wanted but I guess they joined the rest of the world in the greed market because now you can only get the daily freebies if you're not a paying member but you cannot get the individual items unless you pay the $47.00 for the yearly subscription!

This website feels like a deliberate scam. They lure you in with a "3-day free trial" showing a $0 charge, but as soon as you proceed, you find yourself locked into an annual subscription. On top of that, they prompt you to claim "free coins," which immediately charges your card an extra $49. Even worse, their cancellation system is deceptive. The service renewed next month immediatly , forcing me to contact support again to demand another refund and cancel it a second time. They assured me it would not renew again. Yet now, a couple of months after that last refund, they billed my card once more. I don't use this website at all—when the bank alert popped up, I didn't even recognize the name "Creative Fabrica." They advertise "free" perks to trap people and continue taking money long after repeated cancellations. Stay away.

Geld wordt snel van rekening gehaald
Hele leuke site met heel veel afbeeldingen MAAR.... opletten want je besteld voor je het weet iets! Ik heb een abonnement en had gratis AI geprobeerd en ineens werd er geld van mijn rekening gehaald ( Paypal) vandaag was ik via lijn smartphone aan het scrollen en enkele afbeeldingen aan het opslaan als favoriet en plots kreeg ik weer een bericht van PAypal dat er geld van mijn rekening ging!!! Echt niet leuk! Ik durf nu niet meer scrollen of op de site . het wordt wel weer terug gestort ( of dat hoop ik nu toch weer) maar dit geeft geen fijn en veilig gevoel. Benieuwd naar de reactie en waarom er geld van mijn rekening is gegaan! Dus opletten!!

Creative Fabrica is a fantastic site with so many useful resources. It’s easy to use, full of creative inspiration, and has such a great range of designs, fonts, graphics, and templates. I’ve really enjoyed using it and have found it incredibly helpful for creative projects. Recently, after being a long-time subscriber, I have had to cancel my subscription. Thank you so much for the prompt and helpful service. My subscription was cancelled quickly and smoothly, and I really appreciate the efficient support. I’ll definitely be back again in the future!

Absolute scam, tried the free trial and cancelled my subscription and thought nothing of it, a couple weeks later I got 10 different charges of 71 quid trying to get out of my bank account. Thankfully I used the card that I don’t use often and it didn’t have enough money in it, when I went back in and tried to cancel my subscription which I thought I already had it, kept signing me out of my account automatically when I click on the end button, do not trust this company they are money grabbing scammers

I signed up for a trail period for one…
I signed up for a trail period for one if the services offered by Creative Fabrica which unfortunately I found I would not be able to use. I had to undergo surgery and missed the cut off date to cancel the subscription and was billed for the next year. I contacted their customer service dept., and got a respond in less that 24 hours. They graciously cancelled and gave me a one time refund for the full amount. It is a pleasure working a company that has such an excellent customer service dept. I will continue to purchase future SVG and projects from Creative Fabrica in the future.

I was impressed that I typed a question and it was answered that evening. Not only did they help me with my machine they gave me some free designs to practice embroidery with. Learning to download a design and sew something was nice. They sounded happy to guide me just a bit, and I was more confident after that, and still sewing!

Unexpected €59.88 annual charge after a €0 trial
I signed up for a €0 free trial of Studio AI. The checkout page stated that the trial would renew for €3.99/month, billed yearly, one month after the trial started or upon using the 10th download credit. However, I was charged €59.88 for the annual Studio AI plan on the same day I started the trial. I did not use 10 download credits or purchase any additional tokens/credits. I noticed the charge immediately and contacted Creative Fabrica requesting a full refund. I also cancelled the recurring payment through PayPal. I am currently waiting for Creative Fabrica to resolve the issue and refund the €59.88. I am posting this review to document my experience. Update 25.09.2026 Thank you for your explanation. I would like to clarify that I signed up for the free trial solely to try and evaluate the Studio AI service. At the time I started the trial, I had no need or intention to purchase additional coins or tokens. During the trial, I did see promotional offers to unlock additional coins. I deliberately declined and cancelled these offers because I did not want to make any additional purchase. I did not knowingly authorize a purchase of 620,000 coins or intentionally choose an option that would bypass the free trial. My intention was simply to use the €0 free trial to evaluate the service. I therefore dispute the claim that I knowingly unlocked the 620,000 coins and authorized an immediate €59.88 annual subscription. I hope Creative Fabrica will review the matter and resolve it by refunding the €59.88 charge.

This is a fraudulent service. They charged more than €70 from my account automatically without providing clear information on their website. They asked me to link my payment account under the pretext of offering a 30-day free trial, but they did not clearly inform me of the amount to be charged, nor did I knowingly agree to this payment. Nevertheless, they automatically charged more than €70 from my account. I believe this is a deceptive practice toward consumers. I want my money refunded.

Stay clear, dishonest billing and relentless unauthorized charge attempts I cancelled my subscription, received confirmation, and assumed that was the end of it. Instead, Creative Fabrica has repeatedly tried to charge my card multiple times after the cancellation went through. Attempting to push through billing on a cancelled account isn’t a technical glitch; it feels deliberately predatory. You expect a company dealing with digital creatives to have transparent and ethical account management, but dealing with their billing practices has been an absolute headache. If you cancel, keep an eye on your bank statements because they clearly don't respect account cancellations. Save yourself the hassle, monitor your cards, and stay far away from their services. Tip: If they manage to successfully push a payment through after your cancellation date, contact your bank immediately to block the merchant and request a chargeback using your cancellation proof.

OPGELET!!!!!!! De zogezegde gratis trial is niet gratis!!! Ik heb een gratis trial genomen en werd ineens 2 abonnenten aangerekend. 1 abonnent heb ik kunnen vermijden. Maar de andere werd zonder wederzijdse akkoord van mijn rekening afgeschreven.Ik heb meteen een geschik geopend bij paypall en meerdere mails gestuurd om mijn geld terug te krijgen maar tevergeefs omdat ze ergens in een verborgen niet duidelijke clausule hebben geschreven dat je na de 10e download akkoord gaat op een abbonement.

I tried out the app liked it so I paid for it. After paying for it the screen shows a big green button that says activate so I pressed it, not knowing it was signing me up for a 2nd subscription. I signed up for a free trial, and in the process, came across a pop-up that offered more tokens. I was attempting to get through to use the product, and in my haste, I pushed 'accept' twice. This locked me in to a $60 purchase I didn't want. Most companies would have said 'Too bad, so sad - you signed up!' Not Creative Fabrica. After reaching out, they cancelled my purchase and fully refunded the money. In an age where integrity is waning, I'm happy to report that Creative Fabrica stepped up and did the right thing! I'd recommend dealing with them any time!!!
