The font still was not showing up so I replied and first thing this morning there was a reply and they had added the missing font to my account. Dishonest Business Practices-BEWARE!
Beware of their website!! They charged me $59.88 for what was supposed to be a free AI trial. They use subterfuge via onscreen banners that appear to be free trials or annual subscription deals to trick you into purchasing annual subscriptions. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until a few months later when I noticed that I had been charged for FOUR annual subscriptions in one year!! Not including the $59.88 for the so-called free AI trial. Look them up on Reddit. You will see how many people they have done this to.

Almost immediately got charged for a ~70€ annual subscription after i signed up for their „one month“ free trial. Customer Support told me i had used up all my free tokens… which were apparently used up after generating just one video. The conditions for their free trial were not clear at all and I felt like it was incredibly scammy. Luckily after one month of email back and forth they made an exception and I could finally cancel my subscription and get a refund. Thanks to the customer service for that :)!

⚠️ Vorsicht bei „Yearly Extension“ – bereits zum zweiten Mal unerwartet abgebucht Ich war bisher Kunde bei Creative Fabrica und hatte im Februar 2026 ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Am 22. August 2026 wurden mir nun plötzlich 56,40 € über PayPal abgebucht. In PayPal wird die Zahlung ausdrücklich als „Yearly Extension One-off“ ausgewiesen: 47,00 € plus 9,40 € Steuer. Eine zusätzliche Jahresverlängerung habe ich nicht bewusst gekauft. Mein reguläres Jahresabo lief zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch. Besonders ärgerlich: Das ist bereits das zweite Mal, dass mir auf diese Weise eine zusätzliche Verlängerung berechnet wurde. Nach meiner Erfahrung werden solche Angebote offenbar über Pop-ups bzw. entsprechende Einblendungen innerhalb der Website angeboten. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass man durch einen Klick sehr leicht eine kostenpflichtige Verlängerung auslösen kann, ohne ausreichend deutlich wahrzunehmen, dass dadurch sofort eine zusätzliche Zahlung fällig wird. Für mich stellt sich daher die Frage, wie transparent dieser Kaufvorgang tatsächlich gestaltet ist. Ich habe Creative Fabrica inzwischen aufgefordert, mir genau darzulegen, wann, wie und durch welche konkrete Handlung diese zusätzliche Zahlung ausgelöst wurde, und die vollständige Rückerstattung von 56,40 € verlangt. Da dies bereits zum zweiten Mal passiert ist, werde ich den Vorgang gegebenenfalls auch PayPal sowie dem österreichischen Konsumentenschutz (VKI/Arbeiterkammer) zur Prüfung vorlegen. Mein Rat an andere Kunden: Kontrolliert eure PayPal-Zahlungen und eure Creative-Fabrica-Abos genau und klickt bei Pop-ups nicht einfach weiter. Ich werde meine Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald Creative Fabrica auf meine Reklamation reagiert. Update to my review: Creative Fabrica contacted me after my original review and resolved the issue very quickly. The €56.40 was fully refunded the very same day. I have to give them big credit for that – this is exactly how good customer service should work. However, I still have a slightly uneasy feeling about the whole situation. I continue to find the website rather confusing and, in some areas, quite difficult to navigate. There are various subscriptions, offers, extensions and pop-ups, and in my opinion it is not always immediately clear what exactly you are purchasing with a click or what costs may be triggered. Since this has already happened to me twice, I still believe there is room for improvement when it comes to transparency and the way the different subscription offers are presented. Bottom line: In my case, Creative Fabrica's customer service reacted quickly and professionally and refunded the money without any problems. Big thumbs up for that. 👍 However, I would still strongly recommend making the subscription options and purchasing process much clearer and more transparent for customers. I hope Creative Fabrica takes this feedback seriously and improves the way these offers and purchase processes are presented in the future.

⚠️ Vorsicht – irreführende Free-Trial-Falle! Mir wurde ein „Free – 30 days“-Angebot angezeigt. Anschließend erschien ein Button „Jetzt Coins einsammeln“. Es wurde nirgendwo klar angezeigt, dass dieser Klick sofort ein kostenpflichtiges Jahresabo über 71,26 € auslöst. Für mich ist das keine transparente Preisgestaltung, sondern bewusste Täuschung des Kunden. Ich habe das Abo sofort gekündigt und die vollständige Rückerstattung gefordert. Wer Creative Fabrica nutzt, sollte beim angeblich kostenlosen Trial extrem aufpassen. Edit: Nach kurzem E-Mail Verkehr wurde der Betrag zurückerstattet. Nachtrag aufgrund der Antwort von Creative Fabrica: Creative Fabrica behauptet hier öffentlich, dass das Fenster einen deutlichen Hinweis darauf enthält, dass durch das Einsammeln der Coins sofort ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement aktiviert und eine Zahlung ausgelöst wird, und dass anschließend ein zweiter Klick zur Bestätigung erforderlich sei. Das kann ich für meinen konkreten Vorgang ausdrücklich nicht bestätigen. Bei mir erschien lediglich das Fenster „Jetzt Coins einsammeln“. Einen klaren Hinweis auf die sofortige Belastung von 71,26 € und einen zweiten Bestätigungsschritt habe ich nicht gesehen. Die 71,26 € wurden unmittelbar danach belastet. Besonders auffällig finde ich, dass auch andere aktuelle Bewertungen auf Trustpilot denselben Ablauf schildern und ebenfalls bestreiten, einen entsprechenden Hinweis bzw. einen zweiten Bestätigungsschritt erhalten zu haben.

Größter Scam überhaupt. Man wird mit Kostenlos-Testen 0€ angeworben. Und Zack sind 71.26€ weg... Nachdem man sich an Support wendet sagen die einfach tut mir leid... schicken dir ein link wo du angeblich dein Geld zurück Vordern kannst aber passieren tut sich nicht und mit absicht werd noch geschieben mann soll es schnell machen weil die zeit abläuft dann kann man sein geld nicht zurück verlangen...

Not a free trial after 3 uses?!
Uhh thanks a lot, I opted for a free month's trial, after using it 3 times I then got charged £71 - I exited that pop up, meaning I didnt approve it but it tried to debit it out of my bank and now my bank blocked my card. I never asked for Creative Fabrica to take money.. Here's me thinking it was a free trial?! So wrong of them to try and take the money when there's no option to decline that agreement or something. So if I were you - dont sign up for a free trial cos its not free after a few uses. EDIT/UPDATE: No Anna, you dont need to read it from a script, repeating the same thing over and over to anyone left the same kind of review. You're not understanding this, we did NOT approve it to debit that out of bank, it went through before we can even blink! Not even an option to upgrade early. You say it changes to that after certain time.. OK where does it say it will automatically charge you without consent or option to stop what you're doing and decline? No this company is sneaky as anything.

Tried the free trial and without any warning they attempted to charge me a full year subscription, my bank declined the transaction and flagged it as potential fraud. The cancel subscription takes several steps too and I couldn't get to the end, a subscription that that they tried to force on me by the way. This company blatantly commits fraud by deception, avoid it like the plague. My subscription is unpayable now anyway because CREATIVEFABRICA is irrevocably blocked by my banks fraud prevention team.
