We are a small business with three employees, and Connecteam has been amazing for us. It is very easy to set up, and I love that I can track login/logout methods and locations. It is also simple to make and approve time clock adjustments when employees forget to log in or out. I especially appreciate the ability to add notes to document why changes were made. Overall, it is an extremely user-friendly platform.
I’ve had a great experience with Connecteam. The platform is easy to use, well organized, and makes managing communication, schedules, and day-to-day tasks much more efficient. The interface is intuitive, and the overall experience has been reliable and professional. Definitely a useful tool for keeping teams organized and connected.

This is the best Software that I have used for time tracking. I recommend it to all my clients. They do what's unheard of, and if you have 10 or fewer active users, the software is free. I'm so glad I was introduced to them so many years ago.
Having an app that I could Schedule and message employees on is so much easier than the way I used to to. Everything on one app and it is easy to use.
Connecteam has been instrumental in keeping our practice running and making payroll so easy. I wish we had found it sooner!!

It is nice to have the various tabs for notes conversations and various task. It has been a nice asset for organization for the farming business at this point for the various entities involved

Easy to use templates and good layout for schedules
My experience has been mostly great. I love being able to simply use for clock in and outs for breaks. The scheduling feature is nice and clear. I only have issues with the permissions. For example, even though I am an admin I have still had to get individual preferences turned on. It just is a lot of work when is seems like it cold be simpler. Overall, I like this app.
We are a new small business with a small team. Connecteam is the perfect solution for us at this time. It does just what we need and as we grow it will be able to help us scale.
We have been using Connecteam for about 6 months and it works great for our small office. I love that it allows employee notes and manager notes. We use this feature when correcting timesheets for a missed punch or if the clock-in/clock-out is outside the "normal" schedule. I love that it tracks PTO and Holidays separately. Also the customer service is fantastic.
Connecteam has helped our construction business tremendously. Scheduling has become much easier to manage, and the improved timekeeping features have made it easier to track employees in the field. We are also better able to identify and address employees who are regularly late. Communication has improved as well. Connecteam makes it easier to send out important memos and, more importantly, know that employees have actually seen them. Overall, it has been a very helpful tool for keeping our team organized, accountable, and connected.
I really like how the app allows every team member to clearly see the jobs allocated to them and exactly what has been scheduled for the week. It makes planning and communication much easier.

It is easy to use and keeps everything in one place. The app is straightforward, simple to navigate and makes day to day communication and work tasks much easier.
Once they taught me key ways running the app. Customer service is amazing so is the AI help bot.

Really good app for a multi-location business. We are still finding ways to continue to run our business better on it. It's not perfect, but they seem attentive to the needs of their customers -- not just in new features, but rather thoughtful ones. Also, their API access is great.
So grateful for the all in one system to track employee time, tasks, meetings, Data, and to have one location to chat regarding all business matters in different needed groups! The product is good and lots of features. The downside is being nickel and dimed for all the features. Onboarding was rushed. Needed to speak up and then things were slowed down. Thanks!!
It has allowed us to move all of our operations to one platform. Employees are much more engaged with only one platform. It has made our lives easier and has made our employees lives easier!
This platform has been a great addition to our project. Scheduling and communication are very easy and allow our admins to communicate in real time with our employees. Customer service is excellent and all of our questions were addressed in a very timely manner.

The Auto a sign out only works intermittently so you have no idea who is or isn't on site, apart from the wages element it is also a H&S issue not knowing who is actually on site. Then the next thing we tried is 'Schedule' which is a great feature but unless you pay extra the employees can auto approve their own holiday which is ridiculous, this is a typical subscription trap, POST REPLY FROM CONNECTEAM - as stated 'Auto clock-out is designed to clock users out based on their time on the clock, their schedule, or when they leave a worksite.' this is true, what is also true is it doesn't clock everyone out at the end of a shift so it is showing people are still on site when in actual fact they have already left which looks like over-time & also from a H&S point of view you cannot rely on the data to accurately see if anyone is still on site or not, we will have to go back to a manual signing in book for accuracy. Very disappointed
The Connecteam platform is so great for my small business! It makes it so easy to manage payroll for my hourly employees, without the hassle of the old google spreadsheet I was using in the past. A task that used to take me hours, I can now complete in minutes! My team loves the ability to see their work hours on their phones and to clock in and out using the QR code. I have recommended to several of my friends. I originally had a couple of questions about set up, but the customer support was great and helped me to get things arranged exactly how I wanted them. I know this will be a solution for us as we continue to scale our business in the future. Thank you!
