Unfortunately parcel never arrived, and took me having to open a dispute with PayPal to get refund initiated (still not received as of yet) despite previous correspondence saying they would refund. Not sure they would have if I hadn’t of paid via PayPal. Overall poor experience and customer service.
Always a great experience. I get nothing but compliments and people asking me where I got something.. 1/4 of my wardrobe is Bloomchic!!
I like the type of clothing that BloomChic offers. They always have stylish clothing and usually made very well. I always check to see the sizing because sometimes they run large and that’s why I appreciate everybody giving reviews and telling their size so I can make a better decision. I would recommend BloomChic to anyone because I’m almost 100% satisfied with everything I purchased. They are also helpful when you need assistance.
I've been ordering from Bloomchic for years, and I love their clothes. They're one of the very few companies that offer beautiful plus-size clothes.

I wish there was a zero star option. They lack accountability. I think the work with Inpost for some scamming reasons. No one replied to my need to get my order delivered.

every pair of pants or blouses i have purchase i just love them. I have very large arms so i have to buy 6x to fit my arms. i wear smaller size but they don’t fit my arms.

Nearly all of the clothes I have purchased from you fit me perfectly. Recently I purchased a dress that did not fit quite right and I found it easy to return. I have purchased 24 dresses from you in the last few months. I love them all and am receiving many compliments on them. That said, my husband has asked me to press pause on all the purchasing so I will probably not be ordering any new dresses until the weather changes. I love your company and your products. Please don't be offended that I may not be purchasing anything new for a while. Twenty-four dresses is a lot!
My return has not been resolved. I returned 3 pieces of SIX. Your system or someone refunded me the cost minus the $10 gift card I redeemed with BloomChic points. Unacceptable - the gift card should remain with the 3 items I kept, so the $10 would ‘apply’ to that portion of the order. Because of this, I should be refunded an additional $10 for the return. How this was processed makes NO common sense. Please make the update.
When I first learned of the website BloomChic I figured the clothes would be cheap crap from China. I don’t know if the clothes are made in China or not, but I haven’t received one item I thought was substandard to Lane Bryant or Torrid. In fact, BloomChic is better than those stores for quality, selection and price.
Everything fit well and was a good quality.

The shorts don't fit for one but aren't made out of the material the look like online. They are a silky material not the cotton sweatshirt material it looks like so will be sending them back
My dress is beautiful- fits great and arrived sooner than expected
I like the slacks that I purchased. I thought the blouses were pretty, but they were much too long. It might have helped to see that on the models.

I would like better updates for delivery
I ordered a swimsuit and cover-up from BloomChic, fully prepared to have the usual online-shopping experience of “Well… it looked better on the model.” BUT NOPE. They actually delivered! The material feels quality, the coverage is chef’s kiss, and the style is so cute that I immediately went back and ordered a second set. Because apparently, I have no self-control when I find something that actually fits, flatters, and makes me feel fabulous. The swimsuit gives great coverage without making me feel like I’m wearing a tarp, and the cover-up is stylish enough that I could wander off the beach and straight into lunch without looking like I just escaped from a pool party. Bottom line: Cute? ✔️ Comfortable? ✔️ Quality? ✔️ Coverage? ✔️ BloomChic, you got me. I came for one swimsuit and left with two.

I wear a 16 and got items 14-16 size and they were all huge so don’t fit.
I love the clothes...but the shipping is ridiculous. You have to plan months in advance if you really want something for a certain event.
I have a hard time finding jeans that fit. Yours fit just right.

Never had an issue with the quality of products but have had an issue with the shipping.
The jeans are one size too big and 2” too short, I’m 5’4” and 165 lbs, they should have fit perfectly according to your size chart, disappointed. The black tee is too boxy and too short, disappointed.
