Ordered a Hex 80 on Oct 27, today is Nov 4. They not only did not send it they contacted me and wanted my information again. Now remember I ordered it on the 27 which is a week ago and they hit my credit card within seconds of the order. Now, I'm just screwed out of $225.00. Never again will I order anything from China. The more I read about ATK Gaming the more I wish I never considered there products.
WARNING TO ALL BUYERS: Unacceptable business practices and refusal to issue refunds. My order was returned by the local courier due to an error in the postal code. Instead of offering to reship at my expense or refunding the product value, ATK Gear officially informed me via email that the parcel was "disposed of" and they refuse to provide any replacement or refund. They keep 100% of your money, including the price of the items, hiding behind predatory "shipping policies". If anything goes wrong with delivery, you are left with zero support, no items, and no money. Avoid this company at all costs. Chargeback filed.
I bought a X1 SE last year and been using it for months til now and i have no problems enjoying this mice. The only problem is that i accidentally dropped and it cracked a little bit lol, its still usable though.
Good discounts every time of the year also this is the second time for me buying from the website and everything is pretty easy
I've had many mice from many brands over the years like Razer, Logitech, Coolermaster, HyperX and so on but my favourite mouse by far has been the Mad R which lasted me a long time until I just replaced it with their F1 V2 ultimate which is a perfect upgrade for me. I have nothing negative to say about ATK they just make great mice and they don't make them overpriced.
Ihave ordered many products and many more to come in the future. love the web-based SW. the only thing i didnt like is the custommer support, it takes a while to get somewhere with them. other than that i recomend ATK
Very fast shipping , very good product , exactly as described, value for money.
The prices seem really nice and overall really good in the terms that they offer. Although some have their quirks overall really like them.
The mouse is very good im really suprised with it performance and weight and im talking about Blazing sky f1 v3 ultimate+ best mouse ive ever had and the customer service is also really good, you get reply same day almost all the time
I bought the A9 ultimate and i am really happy with their product, I was also surprised that the shipping was really fast while it came from china and im in hungary. Im really satisfied with their work
Great Products for a great Price! I got a VXE R1 Pro and got a free Halloween Mystery Box. The Mouse was great quality.
Good product gonna be better if i win giveaway
Great product, fast delivery, recommended.
just ordered my first keyboard, it hasn't arrived yet but the looks and free gifts they gave are so good!! will definitely be buying more stuff eventually lol
Great gaming brand I really liked the quality of the products I can’t write a bad review about them bcs they are amazing
I already have 3 peripherals from ATK already, & I'm super impress with the brand's quality to price. I would say they are the no.1 brand when it comes to bang for your bucks gaming gear. Coming from someone who has been maining Logitech ever since the start, I'm really impress with this brand. Good Quality, Good Pricing, Good Customer Support, ALL GOOD basically. My Gear : ATK N9 Pro Headphone, ATK X1 Ultimate Mouse, ATK Blaze Air XL Mousepad Now I want to get their keyboard & IEMs just to complete my set!
Great company and very good value price-performance! When buying the yogo 75 pro, which is a mac-ish keyboard, i noticed that they put a lot of free stuff into the cart. That is a pretty genius strategy, because you don't have to give your customers a 100$ gift to make them feel like they got the value they paid for. I got a free yogo carying case for my keyboard which was nice, and also a free halloween gift. I say genius because the human brain treats differently a product in the cart rather than like four, also three of them free, even if there are small things and not that expensive for a big company. With or without gifts, they come out ahead. The keyboard is awesome, I initially wanted to get the Lofree Flow 2, but after a bit of documentation I got over to this keyboard which has a physical knob instead of a swiping bar, a pixel screen and two extra buttons for shortcuts. Also, it's got rgb lightning instead of just white backlight and a bigger battery at 5000mAh. The overall experience was great
I purchased the VXE Dragonfly R1 from this company January 20th and to this day (October 27th) I have non stop used it. I've never owned a wireless mouse before and it surprised me how long the battery lasts for while I'm pretty much playing every minute of every day. Waiting for a new keyboard from ATK and I'm excited for the results!
the receiver works well. delivery within expected time. fast enough response when i had problems with payment method
I ordered October 24 and still has not arrived it was expected to be delivered Wednesday 28 but it hasn’t arrived yet until currently November 2
Wonderful and innovative products. Always have the best products for the price, with occasional sales. I'm using the X1 Pro Max and Duckbill which have no problem at all, aside from the slightly loosen scroll wheel from Duckbill. I'd say QC is pretty consistant. A small complaint is the shipping fee is pretty crazy, so I'd recommend buying during their special events, sometimes delivery is free.
The products are pretty good and the deliverys too
I was looking to get a new mouse and people in the discord of this company were extremely helpful finding what would suit me cause I have barely any experience with different mices. As well the store has an amazing product comparison function which really helped me decide. I would give it 5 stars but the actual product choosing is a bit confusing you choose a series and in there you choose a type but it is not really clear you are actually getting the right one so I did not feel confident asking a specific mouse for my birthday since I was worried people would accidentally get the wrong model because they got confused. So I ended up buying it myself which is completely fine, I just think having the name update and represent the model you are selecting would help. PS: I'll update or leave a new review when I receive the mouse to let you know how the product itself is this is just about the store and buying experience.
I just recently got their budget gaming mouse, the VXE R1 N, I am so glad to have made this purchase as it its smooth, lightweight, the huano blue v2 switches sound so good and feel great as well. The build quality seems way above its league for its price point along with a long battery life to last for days. Lastly their software is simple to understand and heavily customizable, I love ATK Gear's R1 series mainly for the low selling price you can buy them for and overall quality. I heard of this product through my brother that uses a SE+, a slightly older version, I immediately fell in love with it, which was what led me to this purchase!! P.S. I don't know how it does on long term durability, but judging from my brother's SE+, I would like to believe it lasts a few good years (don't take my word for it).
I got a mouse and it was great, it was lightweight and had an accurate sensor.
The website works wel and the prices are very good for the products
Good company, grat products
I’m extremely satisfied with the ATK A9 Air mouse and the overall experience with ATK Gaming Gear! The mouse is lightweight, comfortable to use, and offers excellent performance for competitive gaming. The sensor is precise and responsive, tracking feels smooth, and the wireless connection is stable with minimal latency. The build quality is impressive for its price, making it a great choice for FPS games where accuracy and quick movements matter. ATK Store also provides a great shopping experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-performance gaming mouse at an affordable price!
Great website I am probably going to get a mouse.
mouse is cheap and good, light as feather
Atk has amazing deals during holidays such as free halloween mystery boxes when ordering a product that can including accessories such as an arm sleeve, keychains, sweat bags and so on. ATK also has amazing products for a very cheap price. Overall, this is my favourite company for computer peripherals and I will forever support ATK.
I have had great experience using ATK mices, which are ATK A9 and VXE Mad R Major. Both are great mouse with good build quality.
Actually, i just discovered this company, and im very suprised of the quality of all the products, it is very nice and very soft and the best thing is that it is so cheap for the quality they have. I can just recommand this company for every gamer.
