ich habe ein wenig nutzbares Produkt (Bundle Powerstation+Solarpanel) bestellt und wollte es unverpackt wieder zurücksenden. Komplizierter Rückversand an 2 verschiedene Adressen und Bilder waren notwendig. Versicherter Versand 20€ bei mir. Aferiy hat 78€ einbehalten - nach langem hin und her auf 40€ geeinigt. Leider liest man erst später dass zusätzlich zu den Rückversandkosten auch die Kosten für den Hinversand zu bezahlen sind - bzw. sieht keine genauen Beträge. Ich kenn solche Geschäftsgebaren bisher nicht.

I've only had mine a few weeks now and everything about this AFERIY is worth buying.First it can handle my large space heater with a fan blowing while charging all at the same time.I did buy the wrong one without the extended battery but what can I say.I guess I land the standalone and very satisfied with it.Stays charge and ready for outages.Buy one and watch it perform like the high price ones.

Nach einem Defekt am Solarpanel war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartnern vorhanden und es wurde nach Informationsaustausch ein neues geliefert. Das nenne ich mal effektiver Kundenservice. Danke

Suite a un dysfonctionnement de ma P280 sur les prises AC et DC le sav m'a permis de renvoyer celle-ci rapidement. très efficace le retour par PDP la durée d'investigation (deux semaines) pour le renvoi d'une nouvelle station P280. en résumé aferiy est à la hauteur de se quelle avance donc parfait pour nous!.

Faulty power station and still no return label after 11 days
I bought an AFERIY Nomad1800 (P180) for £399 on 27 September to protect an aquarium and livestock from power cuts. It was delivered on 29 September. Within days its AC output failed three times under minimal load. One failure happened overnight and I only found out when I got up. The aquarium had been without power for at least 4 hours, and I had to check the log and power the unit off and on to get it working again. On another occasion it sounded an alarm and logged a fault. I reported it as faulty on 3 October with a performance graph and fault log, and asked for a return label and refund. Since then I've had AI-generated replies saying they can't authorise after-sales solutions, a firmware update suggestion, and repeated requests to film a boxed, faulty unit. On 14 October they said I'd get a free label and full refund only once they'd confirmed the fault. I still have no label. The same aquarium setup has run on a different power station for 5 days with no problems. I have a payment dispute open and will update this review when it's resolved. Note: Aferiy also has a separate Trustpilot page for its UK store (uk.aferiy.com). On 14 October 2026 it showed 2.3 out of 5 from 10 reviews, compared with 4.6 from 548 reviews here.

AFERIY P310 and P280 + expansion batteries in 10 months
About 10 months ago I purchased four power storage units from AFERIY: Power stations P310 and P280 with one Expansion Battery each and an AF-S400 solar panel. As this was a substantial investment, I accepted some degree of compromise and uncertainty. Compared to well established brands, AFERIY’s prices were temptingly competitive, so I decided to be relatively economical with my expense, fully aware of potential risks about quality and uncertainties with customer service. Over the time I have tried various configurations and conditions. All units worked well and I was content even with the relatively low input from the notoriously uncertain sunshine on the British isles. The complete experience included an issue with one of the P310 power stations. It did take a while for it to be resolved, but that was fully compensated by AFERIY’s Service Team, accommodating my availability due to periods of absence. Overall, the interaction with AFERIY’s staff has been responsive and agreeable. In addition I cannot but praise the punctuality of collection and delivery dates, as they were arranged well in advance. Currently, all units are working as configured and leave me a satisfied AFERIY customer.

Great product and excellent after-sale service.
I now have three AFERIY power stations, a larger P210 at an off-grid cabin and two smaller P040s I use for uninterruptable power for network equipment. Both P040s required battery calibration before working normally. My queries to AFERIY were answered promptly, correctly, and politely. It doesn't get any better

Du très bon matériel et un SAV de qualité !
Après avoir utilisé une station Nomad1800 Pro pendant plusieurs semaines, je peux dire qu'il s'agit de matériel simple, fiable et performant même si j'ai malheureusement eu un modèle défectueux d'origine sur le courant AC qui était secondaire pour mon usage mais nécessitait une réparation (la station ne pouvait être utilisée en tant qu'onduleur car elle se déconnectait du réseau électrique après un moment à 100% en se mettant en sécurité et du coup se déchargeait du fait du convertisseur toujours actif). Lorsque j'ai eu une période sans usage de la station, j'ai contacté le service client (en français) qui a très bien géré mon dossier en exactement 23 jours entre mon E-Mail initial et ma batterie retournée et réparée. Depuis, elle fonctionne parfaitement et est utilisée de manière intensive. Le rapport qualité/prix/sav est excellent.

Ich habe am 06.09.26 eine P310 samt Zusatzakku und Kapel bestelkt. Dies wurde such gleich bezshlt. Am 17.09.rief mich die Spedition Rab un und wollte einen Liefertermin vereinbaren. Problem, bei uns kann man nicht mit einem 12 To. Fahrzeug anliefern, sondern Sprintergrößr. Also wollte die Spedition das klären. Nichts mehr gehört von meiner Lieferung, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Mittlerweile wurde meine Ware zurück gesendet, Aferiy findet gar nichts von mir als Kunde, und Klarna ist sm klären wegen Rückabwicklung. 2500 € Bezahlt, keine Ware, mangelhafter Service von Aferiy, genauso von Klarna. Zukünftig wird wieder über Amazon bestellt, da gabs nie Probleme. Jetzt mal schauen wanb neine Lieferung auftaucht oder ich mein Geld wieder aufs Konto bekomme.... 01.10.2026 Mittlerweile sieht es so aus, dass Aferiy meine Lieferung 2 x hin und hergeschickt hat, nur bei mir ist nach wie vor nichts angekommen. Aferiy möchte von mir zusätzliche 220.-€ Lieferkosten, welche ich nicht bezahlen werde. Bin einmal gespannt, wie lange sich das Dilemma hinzieht. Fazit auf jeden Fall, Aferiy ist nicht zu empfehlen. Finger weg !!!

After purchasing a P280 Power station I needed guidance on its use with a Ground / Neutral bond allowing use of an RCD trip, The initial response from customer service was obviosley AI generated and did not answer my questions fully. However a follow up email from the team provided all the advice and assurance I needed to solve the issue. Top marks for the Customer service Team and the same for the actual Power station which, in my opinion, is the best Bang for your Buck out there at the present time.

Es war schon nach 17 Uhr, und am 24.09.26 vormittags wurde das Paket mit DPD geliefert. - Also keine 48 h später... Gerät war gut sehr gut verpakt und wird gerade am Netz aufgeladen, mein erster Eindruck ist durchaus positiv.

Meine Bestellung kam in mehreren Teillieferungen. Die bestellte AFERIY P300 traf defekt nach 3 Tagen ein. Da der Support es nicht schafft mehr als eine Antwort am Tag zu verfassen hat es 16 Tage gedauert, bis das Ersatzgerät abgeschickt wurde. Der Aufforderung, Gefahrgut Kennzeichen für die Retoure abzudecken, bin ich natürlich nicht nachgekommen was natürlich wieder zu Klärungsbedarf und weiterer Verzögerung geführt hat.

Update 02/10/26 Sent me “repaired” item back after 5 weeks still faulty! What a palava. See the rest of the review before you decide to waste your money on these. Ordered a P280 station, which seemed like a very capable machine for the value, unfortunately it started to malfunction only 3 months after purchase. Instead of replacing the item, I had to send it off to be repaired. Repair promised to take around a week, so far 3 weeks in and still waiting. Furthermore purchasing a DC to DC charger from the OEM AFERIY itself did not work. Asking for “technical” advise was a complete waste of item as a generic email stating that my smart alternator was the cause, however, my vehicle DOES not have a smart alternator arrangement, this information was completely ignored. Later on the same charging port is no longer working. Perhaps the station was faulty to begin with. In summary I would not recommend using this company no matter how much discount you are offered. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Aferiy P280 war als Notstromintegration…
Aferiy P280 war als Notstromintegration für mein Hausheizsystem (GAS-Therme in Kombination mit Wasser führendem Kaminofen) vorgesehen und funktioniert inzwischen seit Wochen perfekt! Kundenservice kann leider nur per Mail kontaktiert werden und bis 48 h antworten, hat aber auf Detailfragen zur Installation geantwortet. Allerdings hat der Kundendienst die technischen Möglichkeiten des wirklich guten Gerätes selbst noch nicht vollständig erfasst. Man kann das Gerät trotz Steckersystem und nicht direkt definierter Erdung tatsächlich als Notstromalternative direkt in die E-Schaltung des Zentralheizsystems integrieren (Voraussetzung ist noch ein guter und qualifizierter Elektriker!).

Ordered a power unit from Ebay direct from Aferiy. Arrived overnight but was faulty, wouldn't charge...notified them straight away..Nearly 10 days later, no replacement. Chased and chased....camping trip postponed and still no replacement..Rubbish comms. Disappointed and £65 down.

Sans faute jusqu'à maintenant. J'ai acheté ma batterie en 2025 et elle me donne entière satisfaction. Depuis j'ai eu besoin d'un renseignement d'ordre technique et hier un d'ordre administratif. Dans les deux cas, le personnel du service après-vente a fourni un service amical et patient. Je suis en cours d'aménagement de mon nouveau Van et je commanderais, dans quelques temps, un chargeur d'alternateur Aferiy bien sûr.

Très mauvaise expérience. Il y'a deux mois, la machine a été livrée avec des rayures, port 220/USB ayant déjà des traces d'usures, poussière et même traces d'empreintes au niveau de l'écran. C'est clairement du seconde main revendu comme neuf . ... On contacte le service client pour dire notre surprise et exposer le problème. On propose différentes solutions et la réponse du service client ne correspond pas du tout! En discussion après via PayPal, ils nous proposent qu'on renvoie la machine et qu'on leur donne 293€! Quand la machine vaut 700€. ... Sans proposer de nous en renvoyer une. . Nous on voudrait la renvoyer et être remboursé totalement. J'ai perdu la confiance totale en Aferiy, de plus depuis cette nuit elle ne s'allume plus. On peut lire un court moment 180% de charge lorsqu'elle est branchée sur secteur et lorsqu'on la débranche, elle s'éteint. A fuir

J’ai 2 batteries de chez Aferiy. La première est tombée en panne 2 fois et tout s’est bien passé avec le sav. En janvier 2026 j’ai acheté la P280 qui est tombée en panne après 6 mois. Ça a été très compliqué de la faire reprendre pour réparation et j’ai dû payer 20€ pour un enlèvement à domicile car le transporteur que l’on me proposait était à 80 km de chez moi et il fallait que je leur apporte le colis… Ma batterie est revenue 1 mois plus tard ! Tout fonctionnait puis de nouveau en panne après 1 semaine… Encore des dizaines de mails avec le service client avec des réponses totalement hallucinantes. Le 22 octobre 2026, nouveau mail du service client qui s'excuse pour les difficultés rencontrées pendant l'été suite à des dysfonctionnements de leurs services. Ma batterie est revenue réparée, tout fonctionne depuis 1 mois et on me rembourse les 20€ de frais de port.

I purchased a 1600 watt power pack after seeing a review on YouTube. Unfortunately there was a problem with the way in which the delivery address was written on the package and DHL could not find my address. I notified Customer Service at AFERIY and to cut a long story short I got my package. I have only tested the Power Pack once so far but am impressed by it and the Service provided. Would definately recommend.

J'ai commandé la batterie 280 et les deux panneaux solaires 400w et je les ai reçus rapidement et ensemble! Tout était très bien emballé . La batterie est facile à utiliser ,je l'ai chargée à 100% avec les panneaux solaires. Je trouve la batterie un peu lourde mais je vais la mettre sur un chariot pour la déplacer. L'extension de la garantie a été faite en moins de 2 min! Donc pour l'instant très satisfaite de mon achat et de Aferiy. Je recommande!
