Excelente experiencia de compra y envío Gerry ha sido de gran ayuda durante todo el proceso de compra y envío. El Zero Breeze Mark 3 llegó correctamente y en perfectas condiciones en aproximadamente dos semanas. Todavía tengo pendiente probar a fondo el equipo y las dos baterías, pero mi primera impresión es muy positiva y, por el momento, todo parece funcionar tal y como se anuncia. Stay away from zero breeze products
Stay away from zero breeze products. Used twice and both times it shut off as soon as the battery that came within went down 1 bar. Terrible customer service. Let me clarify. After fully charging when the battery drops 1 bar( not when it's at 1 bar) it shuts off.

The Mark 2 is well-built and performs reliably. I experienced voltage sag issues from a bad fuse in my setup, and contacted support for help. Cara from Customer Relationship Department provided an accurate diagnosis quickly and her guidance solved the problem. This kind of responsive, knowledgeable support makes a real difference. Charging $15 for two replacement specialty screws seems unnecessary. Overall, a solid product backed by genuinely helpful customer service. Would recommend.
Return took a little while, but the refund came through

Compact enough to bring along
I picked up the Zero Breeze because I wanted something I could actually take places. Not huge. Not a pain to move around. It fits in my car without eating up all the space, and I can carry it myself without struggling. It does have a little weight to it, but that makes it feel sturdy. Solid, not flimsy. For camping and quick trips, it’s been really easy to pack, load up, and bring along. Definitely 5 stars from me. 0 Reply
Not the best choice for off-grid use
I really wanted this to work better, but the battery just doesn’t hold up very long when you’re away from an outlet. If you’re counting on it off-grid, it can leave you in a tough spot, for something people may rely on, it feels like the battery life should be more reasonable. 0 Reply

I picked up my Zero Breeze mostly for camping, and I didn’t expect much when it came to charging speed. I plugged it in while I was getting the car packed, figured I had a while, then checked back and it was basically ready. No sitting around all day waiting on it, which was my main concern. I tried the Zero Breeze on a weekend camping trip, and it was just okay. It did cool down part of the tent a bit, but really only in a small area. I picked up a Zero Breeze unit and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But right away, it felt solid in my hands. Nothing rattled or seemed loose when I moved it around. The case feels sturdy, the buttons have a nice feel to them, and the vents don’t come across as flimsy or cheap. I’ve had some portable gear before that felt a little questionable, so this was a nice surprise. I’ve only been using it for a bit, so I guess time will tell, but so far I haven’t had any issues. I recently got the AC Carry Bag, and it’s decent overall. The design is sleek, and the material feels durable. It’s spacious enough for my daily essentials. Issues at first but now it works great
*Edit* After writing a bad review, the company reached out to me and got a new unit sent out to us. As of now, the unit is in working order. As long as it continues to work, it is totally worth it with how many setting it has and how it makes it so much easier for us to sleep when we are not overly hot. We purchased the Mark 3 on June 6th and received our unit within a week. The remote that came with the unit never worked but the unit did. We reached out to the company to get a new one and they did send us one. However, on July 12th, the unit shut off with an error code and was leaking a lot of water. We sent the unit back the the company. We requested that as soon as they verify tracking of our unit that they send us a new unit, as it is the middle of summer in upstate New York and it's very hot and humid. They would not do that and it took them over 2 weeks for us to get our unit back. We received the new unit on July 29th, plugged it in and it shut off within 5 minutes due to a different error code. This was a completely different unit that they sent and it is broken already. I reached out to the company and they said they would have it resolved the same day, then when they were almost closed and I had not heard back yet, they changed it to oh it will be resolved tomorrow. I do not recommend this company as it seems there is zero quality control. Maybe that's why they call it zero breeze, not because it's cold but because there isn't any breeze!

Honestly, we got off to a bumpy start due to a packaging/shipping issue. However, we were very pleased with the timely support we received from Ruby at Zero Breeze customer service to address this, as well as quick responses to a variety of questions we posed. Operationally, the Mark 3 worked great during an initial test while working on a vehicle in a warm garage, enabling the job to be completed properly without requiring breaks to cool off. Next up we're taking it on the road to get good sleep in a camper van on hot nights (have two batteries to run it off grid when needed). We are happy with the overall design and performance of the Mark 3, it seems well thought out - more so than other solutions we considered.

I recently tested out the Zero Breeze, and I have to say, it performed admirably! Last week in Orlando, where temperatures soared into the mid-90s during the day and dropped to 76 at night, this portable AC unit proved to be a game-changer. I placed the unit on a sheet of rubber on the roof of my truck and ducted the outlet into the top of our king-sized RTT with a 12x12 annex. The result? The RTT stayed cool, and it significantly reduced the humidity in the annex while also lowering the temperature by a few degrees. During the night, I switched it to low mode after running it on high for about half an hour (I kept it off during the day). It's worth noting that I had it plugged into an outlet, but they claim it can run for 5-6 hours on the battery, which is an upgrade. In hindsight, I realized that placing the unit indoors would have been more efficient since it would have been recirculating the air instead of trying to cool the outside air. Then, you can duct the intake/exhaust outside. The best part? All the necessary adapters are included. The end result? Yes, it made a significant difference, and yes, it was worth the investment (I paid $1400 for it with one battery). While it might not turn your space into an icebox, the Mark 2 does an excellent job of removing humidity and circulating the air. And a 10-degree difference is definitely noticeable! I'm confident that if it were only cooling one unit instead of both the tent and annex, the performance would be even better. Overall, I'm impressed with the Zero Breeze Mark 2's performance and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of portable cooling solutions.

Bought Zerobreeze V1
Bought Zerobreeze V1. Delivery was within. 2 weeks but faced battery pack issues. It took almost 5 months for them to send me the replacement battery and asking me to pay for shipping of faulty battery back! Product wise is pretty decent and as per the reviews video in YouTube. I use it to cool the small cabin of my sport fisher. Service wise, the ding dong with CS is very long and they doesn’t seem to have much control over their China business partner. If any issues, you may want to immediately raise dispute to PayPal for faster processing - keep the case open - even if they promise to replace - and close only upon resolution.
