Our dog loves Yumwoof!
Yumwoof is a company that has built its success on products dogs love and outstanding customer service. We have an extremely finicky dog when it comes to what she will eat. We have been through all the highly advertised fresh brands and she would eat them for a couple of months, if we were lucky, but that would be it. She has been eating Yumwoof for more than two years now and loves it! We highly recommend all Yumwoof products and if you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to customer service. You will receive a response that is quick and honest with helpful information if needed. Without reservation, we highly recommend you give Yumwoof a try.

Not what I thought I was getting
I ordered a sample and it came in small morsels. My dog seemed to like it and I ordered 2 bags of the same kind I got a sample of. When it came, the morsels are 3 times the size of the sample. My dog refused to eat it unless I break it down and hand feed it to him. I reached out right away and complained and they told me to put broth on it. He doesn't like mushy food. The whole point of buying it was to make it more simple. I then asked to send back the other bag and they didn't reply. I asked again and they said it was too late to get a refund. Poor communication, deceptive advertising and expensive crap my dog won't eat. Now I'm stuck with food he won't eat. **UPDATE: yes you offered a different formula, which I advised you that wouldn't work because my dog has an allergy to chicken. I have to break it down and hand feed this to my dog for him to eat it. You will only refund unopened bags. I had to open it because a replacement food hasn't made it to us yet. The fact of the matter is you advertised it one way and gave me a something different

The hunt for the best solution is over!
I had been on the hunt for a 'healthy-as-possible-alternative-to-raw" food that is also convenient because I am either busy or exhausted most of the time. I had tried feeding raw but the time commitment and stress of whether it was "balanced" was overwhelming for my life. (And frankly it was kinda messy and gross.) Just not sustainable for me. Then I researched a couple dozen air-dried and freeze fried brands, tried a few of them but I abandoned them either due to unsustainable pricing or what I felt to be lesser quality than expected . I finally came across yumwoof and they seemed to check all the boxes. I have been with them about a year now and don't intend on switching away. Excellent ingredients and processing, but just as easy to feed as kibble! I recommend it to any dog owner that will listen (and sadly some don't). Also they have excellent personalized customer service. There was a little glitch when they ran out of stock on the brand new Ancestral formula right before I was to take delivery. (I am on a subscription which makes it super affordable). They worked with me and we came to a perfect solution. Thank you yumwoof!

I would rate Yumwoof a 10! We have a puppy who is 6 months old and about 7 pounds. He came to us at 3 months and was on a Puppy Salmon Oat kibble. He absolutely hated it. I felt so bad for him because he dreaded eating his food every day. I started researching foods for a month. I wanted a food that was fish based as I thought it would help him transition and not cause digestive upset. I also wanted something high quality but not a wet food. I didn’t want to worry about traveling with wet food. My vet scared me off of raw. So that led me to look for a dry human grade food. I found Yumwoof in my search and loved the ingredients! I decided to give it a try! He absolutely loved it from the first bite. Also it smells so good!! It smells like real food with herbs. It doesn’t smell like yucky dog food. During our transition he would only eat the Yumwoof and leave the old kibble behind. He tolerated it so well. He’s only been eating it for 3 weeks but I have already noticed better poos! Not as much which is great! His tear stains have also disappeared! That means his body is actually absorbing the nutrients. We are very pleased. We are now signed up for your subscription. Love it!

Truly the Best
No exaggeration, I have tried virtually every premium brand grain free dog food out there, starting with kibble then, upon becoming enlightened to the fact that kibble is garbage, I moved on to freeze dried raw to frozen raw to other versions of raw, having read so much about the superior nutritional value of feeding raw. But it’s a pain…. Pre-preppingng freeze dried or defrosting frozen. When I saw the ad for Yumwoof Superfood‘s gently air dried food, I read up on it. It sounded too good to be true, but I gave it a shot anyway. The rest is history. This has been the only food my German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois have been eating for a very long time, and the difference has been amazing. I used to have to give my dogs pumpkin when their stools were off or when they had tummy issues, and I saw the cans of pumpkin in my pantry the other day. I had to throw them out, because they had expired… I haven’t had to give the dogs pumpkin since making the switch! My GSD is going to be 15 this year, and she just had her vet visit yesterday. The vet said he can’t believe how healthy she is and that at this age she has no issues with mobility. I tell anyone who asks about this food, and they’ve made the switch too… and love it.

My Pug simply loved the chicken & beef kibbles! Whenever the bowl was filled she was there & simply loved it. Such a great product with such a great team of support as her shipment was always on time & when scheduled! My best good friend, Stanley
My best good friend, Stanley, is a mini doxie. He got into something-as puppies do-and ended up with acute pancreatitis. The vet put him on a SUPER $$ big box brand of gastro food but I wanted him to have better nutrition and less issues. Enter Yumwoof! I hemmed and hawed over the $, but if I broke it down, the $ was better spent on the high quality of Yumwoof and still cheaper than the fancy gastro food. It took Stanley all of 1 hr to decide he LOVES his low fat turkey perfect superfood. He transitioned so easily and he is THRIVING! He has less waste when he goes potty and it is less frequent too. His body is literally getting ALL it can out of this awesome product! Thank you, Yumwoof, for such an amazing product and fantastic customer care!

Great product worth stretching the budget
Since we started using the Yumwoof food, our dogs have became a lot healthier. My female dog has a great coat, no more yeast infections and she’s became more playful for an 8 year old. My Dog doesn’t have ear infections or chewing at his paws. They scratch the food cupboard door in the morning for their food. Yes it’s expensive but we make it work because they are our family. Customer service is fast if you need to chat about anything at all. Orders come fast nortwithin a week of ordering ( I live in NI) Put product is well worth it

Website was a headache to use
The website was frustrating. Pages took forever to load, the menus were confusing, and the checkout kept jumping around while I was trying to finish my order. I also ended up getting transferred around when I tried to get help, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Not a great experience. 0 Reply

Allergy solver!
The only food that has noticeably helped Farley's allergies! Is it expensive? Absolutely. But it is actually less expensive than the vet bills I would be footing otherwise- so many ear infections, Cytopoint shots and Apoquel prescriptions! If you know you know.

Scam company - avoid
I have now requested cancellation of this subscription three separate times, and each time I received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled — yet I have continued to be charged regardless. At this point, I have serious concerns that no actual human support agent is reviewing these requests. My support emails are replied to within minutes with responses that appear entirely automated, while no action is ever taken to stop the recurring charges.

Great variety for picky pups
I didn’t expect Yumwoof to have so many options, but it was a nice surprise. My dog can be picky, so seeing more than the usual basic products made me feel a lot more confident that I’d find something he’d actually enjoy. I liked that I could look through treats, meals, and supplements all in one place without feeling overwhelmed. Didn’t sit well with my dog
I was hoping yumwoof would be a good fit, but it just didn’t agree with my dog. He’s got a sensitive stomach, and after a few meals his poop got loose and he seemed kind of off and uncomfortable. My dog seemed way more tired on it
I tried yumwoof for a few weeks, my dog just didn’t seem like himself. At first I kept making excuses, like maybe he was tired from the weather or maybe I was just noticing it more because I’d been busy, but he was laying around way more than usual. He normally loves walks and wants to play, but he barely had the energy. I switched him back to his old food and quickly he perked up again. Just wasn’t worth it for us 0 Reply

Checkout was definitely easy overall
Ordering on Yumwoof was super simple and I’m completely sure it only took me a few minutes. The cart updated exactly like it should, and I really appreciated that the shipping info was clear before I paid. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the page loaded a little slow at one point, but it absolutely wasn’t a big deal. I use Yumwoof's Perfect Superfood Meat…
I use Yumwoof's Perfect Superfood Meat Lovers as treats because they fit perfectly in my dog's enrichment toys. He loves it and I know it is good for him. I also use their grain free Perfect Dog Food mix and mix it with ground beef for his regular food. I've been very happy with them, and they keep my 11-year-old beagle as active and healthy as a puppy. Customer service is very responsive, although I've only had to contact them once due to an ordering error on my part. I've been feeding Yumwoof for over a year and a half now with no complaints.

Decent food, but the subscription wording was confusing
The food itself was fine, no real complaints there, but dealing with the subscription was more annoying than I expected. Some of the wording made it seem like changing my delivery date would be simple, but once I actually tried to do it, I had to click around way too much and it wasn’t very clear. I tried yumwoof for my dog because his stool had been soft, and after about a week it did firm up some, well, not fully firm, but definitely better than before. He still has soft poop some days, so I wouldn’t say it completely fixed the issue for us. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just kind of a mixed experience. 0 Reply

So relieved it came fresh

Helped a little, but I’m not totally sold yet
I tried yumwoof for my dog because he’s been dealing with itchy skin and some food allergy stuff, and I was getting tired of hearing him scratch at night while I’m trying to watch TV before bed. After a couple weeks, it did seem like he was scratching a little less, especially at night, so that was nice. I wouldn’t say it was some huge dramatic change though. Shipping was totally fine, and he actually liked eating it, which is always a win because he can be weirdly picky about food. My only real issue is the price feels a bit high for the results we saw. I DO NOT recommend purchasing food from yumwoof. They are a highly unethical company with deceptive business practices and false advertising. They have a satisfaction guarantee listed on their website but once you ask them to honor it, they will refuse and proceed to argue with you. I placed a order over $300 and when the package arrived the food I ordered was not in the box and instead they sent a totally different flavor. I reached out to them requesting a refund which I am rightly due as i did not get what i paid for. Instead of honoring a refund or there satisfaction guarantee they instead lashed out at me arguing non stop with me over the course of about 15 rude emails they sent me. They were calling me a liar and every email they would send me they would change there story of what picture to send them. First they told me to send them a picture, they than started demanding videos using intimidation tactics. Right away I grew very suspicious of who is running this company and behind the deceit. They scammed me and are not a honest pet company which makes me even more suspicious of the food if this is there interaction with me. Stay away from Yumwoof, no customer should have to go though what i am dealing with and they owe me a refund

Warning pet parents beware.
Warning pet parents beware. This dog food not only contains suspicious ingrediants but more important the chunks / morsels/ superfood is so dry and Rock hard its a choking hazard. My dog got a piece of the food lodged in his throat and had to be rushed to the vet emergency room .he could not breathe from the obstruction. The kibble chunks are an inch long. The superfood is rock hard. No dog can properly digest food this hard.
