Clear website. Good sale prices. Quick shipping. Puzzle was beautiful, but my only complaint is that the pieces don't stay together, so they slip out of place easily. Not sure if there's anything to be done about that since it's a wooden puzzle. I wonder if you could cut the pieces with a saw that has a very slight serration so it would create some friction on the edges of the pieces? Then they might stay together more easily.
Finding the puzzles I wanted was an easy task. Prices are wonderful and the quality of the puzzles are superb. I have a very stressful life at times and working on these puzzles clears my thoughts and relaxes me. The packaging is thoughtful with the little easel so we can prop the lid up so we can see the picture as we build. Shipping is usually quick also.
I’m so excited to see my order!it is a new type of puzzle!
Bad product and company does not abide by return policy. Do not order!
Fast shipping and the puzzles are challenging and fun.
Great Puzzles for a reasonable price
It’s too early to review because I have not received my purchase yet.
Love shopping at Woodbests. I have so many projects to do from them not sure when I will get them all done. Now I just made another order! Love all the puzzles and acrylic night lights I have done!
We wanted to buy puzzles for a friend’s birthday so I searched and found your website. The puzzles being wooden was was appealing and I had seen lenticular images but never such a puzzle. The variety of styles and prices were both attractive as well. I look forward to seeing the actual products.
You lie on the coupons you sent to my email please don’t send no more. They’re no good they’re worthless.
Web site was easy to use. Interesting products. Checkout was fast and easy. Delivery is quite long, but hopefully worth the wait.
I would like to have seen more info about puzzle size on the individual puzzles.
I was offered a discount of 20% and yet when I checked out I was told that the coupon was not valid on my purchase. As a result I cut my order by 3/4s. Your loss! I was most upset about the dishonesty. ( This was my third purchase. Each time the ads offered new discount. They were always the same. )
Very easy to order. I do wish you had more than one design that a picture could be added to. Otherwise, great!
Loved looking through the product selection, and the sales were perfect for my needs.
I received my puzzles quickly and without false representation, they're fun and beautiful. Thank you
They are very nice looking pieces. They were shipped nicely packaged. I got 3 sun catchers. One as a gift for my friend. She loved it
I love your puzzles. Love the sales. Have done about 20+ so far. Only wish…. That the puzzle photo was a bit larger. Especially for the ones that are very detailed or complex
Your puzzles and prices are awesome!! Your site is easy to navigate also. Your support sections is great in helping out with anything. My husband and daughter are now hooked on your wooden puzzles. I've ordered over so many and look to ordering more and your shipping is on time too. Thank you
I am happy with it because I am getting these things for my niece and nephew in California.
It was easy to view many puzzles and choose a style and character I liked. I just hope the puzzles are as good as advertised.
I love these puzzles and making them fun for children is amazing. I also would like for you to know that children aren't the only ones that enjoy these, there are the seniors in homes or their own house looking for company and something fun, different, and uplifting to do. We appreciate you. Thank you, Mary
I ordered 2 puzzles from wood best. And I got both puzzles the little dachshund one had a broken piece. I sent them email to them. And they said to send them pictures, I sent him the pictures the next day, and they dragged it out for more than a week, the puzzle was on clearance. But if they had responded immediately, they could have easily replaced it with one with the same puzzle, even though it was on clearance, I am so mad at them all they're giving me is a coupon for $5.99 i bought this puzzle because it reminded me of my dapple dachshund, that I had to let her go
I like the quality of the products. I have bought many different items and have given them as gifts. My grandchildren love putting the different items together and then seeing the results. From clocks, to puzzles, nightlights, suncatchers, all have been great.
I would like to gather a better look at the pieces, woodbests makes me think the pieces are wood . You advertise as acrylic but it is hard to tell what you’re getting. I would have bought 2 or 3 but instead,I bought 1 to see what it’s made of .
Best wooden puzzles I have found. Most importantly is their customer service is quickly responsive to the messages I send them
Well, Quality was okay. Flexible parts were pretty brittle. Kits were miss parts. Nothing above average. that's way the average score. it also takes along time to receive the product.
Love these puzzles, even if they challenge my feeble mind (LOL). One problem when I ordered a frame that came in damaged but replacement was sent quickly. Will continue to order my puzzles here
Customer service was very quick and helpful responding to my question about delivery. I really like the quality of the acrylic puzzles.
Although being gifted two of these puzzles previously and enjoyed them both, the latest one I was given had several misprinted pieces, and on contacting Woodbests was promptly advised without an order number they would not help or replace. I explained politely it was a gift, and would lead to an uncomfortable conversation for me but they won't replace. Extremely disappointed in this company's customer service and their lack of understanding.
I bought an acrylic puzzle that will be a
Your products are unique and fun to assemble. The finished result is beautiful. I have enjoyed each of the puzzles I have ordered.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is unbelievable. I placed an order in less than 24 hours. I canceled the order their policy is if you cancel within 24 hours, they will refund your money. PayPal refunded my money then the next thing I know Woodbests charges me for the order. I have been trying, with no luck, to get my refund. This company ships from Asia yet it says everything is USA. They are misleading people. The only reason I was going to buy from them to begin with was it said USA. Then.when I found out that they were not an American company, I chose to not do business with them. I am still fighting, for over two weeks now, to get my money back. I would not do business with this company, if you’re consider considering it. They are unscrupulous. however, if you want to be ripped off and basically stolen from, by all means use this company.
I love the products. The puzzles are challenging but fun. The designs are unique.
puzzles are really pretty and ordering is easy
Real quality wood puzzles. I'm looking forward to more. Thank you
I was a bit nervous purchasing a wooden puzzle. They looked very hard and I thought I’d give it a try. I love them! So easy to handle and the shapes are fun! The packaging is top notch too! I enjoyed the three puzzles I bought very much! I’ll be buying more!
i loved working on wood puzzles.
The order arrived but bag was badly torn up. Luckily nothing broke. BUT I received an incorrect puzzle. I ordered the Cat Tiger and got Fantasy Garden. The Cat Tiger has significance and why I ordered it. Would be great if you could send me the Cat Tiger which I ordered or submit a refund.
Your website is very easy to navigate as well as search between the different categories of puzzles.
I like the funky wooden puzzles. I hope they don't phase them out completely after the clearance sale
Nice selection 🙏 I hope I will not be disappointed with product. Special gift for a special person
I was impressed with the wood box the puzzle came in. I also liked the picture of the puzzle on the cover of the box and plan to use it as a trivet for hot dishes.
Google ads showed me exactly the kind of product I wanted. Woodbests items are lovely.
The jigsaw I ordered had pieces missing and it’s impossible to complain to the company.I have tried 3 different email addresses. They have all returned.
I love the puzzles and buy them when ever I can afford them I work them fast so I would like the larger ones but cant afford them
It was a little tricky to make sure I was getting the “bargain” prices. Other than that, the ordering process was straightforward.
I wanted to order 3 of different "pictures" but had to leave the site each time and come back in in order to do so. You need another click that says "continue shopping" or something like that. I did not see anything like that and would have used it if it was there to see.
