Since February 2025, I have purchased 10 ThermoPro Thermometers, with my last purchase last week. The accuracy has been acceptable with occasional slight deviations of maybe 1 or 2 degrees when compared with other devices. I use ThermoPro Thermometers in a Hydroponic Grow Room where temperatures and humidity are important. The readings compare very closely with 2 Gardyn Studio temperature readings everytime. I use ThermoPro Thermometers in most rooms of a 1673 sq ft house as the temperatures vary with cold and hot spots depending on the seaaon and they allow me to adjust the thermostat for comfort. Also, even though they are for use indoors I use them on the covered front porch and a protected area of the back deck. They have worked great for me and I rely on them. I don't need the historical data, but it is available if needed. Easy to connect and add additional devices to the ThermoPro app. I like the wireless system for ease of use. I used a wireless base sytem previously, but had to have the base close for viewing. Not ThermoPro. I can check temps and humidity levels anytime. A good product at a good value.
Great customer service, I bought one then the next day they went on sale a 2 pack for the same price. They sent me a prepaid label to send it back a shipped me the promo. Used for the first time and it worked just as advertised. Thanks so much.
I m giving 3 star and the main reason for this is that company brags about long 650ft range (which are ideal lab theoretical conditions for Bluetooth 5.0+ ), but in fact it does suck and can't even get through 1 obstacle (corner of my house), which is like 90ft away from bbq). other than that I d give a solid 4 star. t25 model missing a magnet which is a minus for me. I like that probes from cheaper tier basic models are interchangeable, app and connection and interface are easy to navigate.
It’s compact, and has useful features like a count down, a count up timer; and a clock. Its two AAA batteries should last as long as a single AA, which depending on how much its used could last about 5-6 months.
Ordering was easy and product was shipped the same day I ordered. Packaging was nothing fussy, very easy to open and provided great protection. I’ve ordered from buythermopro.com before and have always had similar, stress free experiences.

Product received. The control app will not load to my iPhone. Tried both the link on the instruction sheet and a direct search in the Apple Store. Neither link worked -- Thus remote temperature monitoring is impossible. A complete waste of money.

Good delivery haven’t used product yet but the thermometer has to go three inches into the meat. What is the meats not that thick? But so far so good

One of the probes would not take a charge. I bought two sets of dual probes and one of the four probes would not take a charge. I returned it for a refund but kept the other set. They seem to be accurate though. We'll see how long they last.
3 of the 4 is good. One of the black ones powered up one time. Now won’t power up.

I live in Alaska and we grill a LOT of meat: burger, steaks, and such from the store, and moose, caribou, and other wild meats. Whether it's summer at 60° or winter at -20°, I grill, although it does increase time at -20°. I bought my ThermoPro TP-20 a decade or more ago and after a lot of use here and at other sites where I grill, it finally gave some spurious readings. I sent a note to ThermoPro and how did they respond? They sent a brand new unit at no cost! It's easy to say that you believe in customer service and it happens all of the time, but following through means a bit less revenue, but very loyal customers. ThermoPro proved to me that they mean what they say about customer service. I have been and shall remain a loyal ThermoPro customer.

The magnet is a joke. Compared to the original model, this new one slides to the floor when attached to metal, such a bummer. Do you have another model that has a better magnet?
I fully charged the probes and booster as soon as I received the product. Only one of the two probes remained charged when I went to use them less then 24 hours after fully charging.
Fast shipping, easy to order, great price and used the device the first day I got it - works great and so easy to monitor on my phone! I got the TwinSpike and I can see the usefulness of being able to watch two spots in the meat, or two different foods!
I use my ThermoPro meat thermometer for something a little unconventional — checking that chicken reaches 165°F even when cooked in the microwave. It’s accurate, quick, and has never let me down. I purchased a Tempspike on amazon in Feb 2025. I only used it a couple of times and did not find the app very user friendly. I went to use it a few weeks ago and could not get a reading. It has stopped working. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I still can't get anything from it. I contacted them here in Canada and got a file # but have not heard form them since. I am not impressed with their product or their service! Since posting this I have heard from Tempspike in Canada and after trying their suggestions with no luck they are sending me a replacement. I am happier but still not overly impressed with this product.
Nice wireless thermometer/hygrometer. No connectivity problems. Use your phone to keep track of data output from the sensor. I used the “salt method” to test accuracy of the humidity sensor. It was reading 2 percentage points low. Unfortunately there is no way to calibrate the sensor as is on other sensors.unsure about the accuracy of the thermometer.
11 months after purchase, our TempSpike stopped pairing. We contacted customer support who suggested some ‘fixes’, but when these failed to work, without quibble they immediately replaced it with a new one. Excellent service (which is becoming a rarity nowadays!). We find it very useful, particularly with BBQ’s and large joints.

Not accurate what is the point of making a thermometer that is not at all accurate this piece of junk is always about 3 degrees out!
In my opinion it is just a very expensive heating pad. I have used my ThemoPro for months and I see no improvement plus it’s not comfortable to sleep on. Wish I had never bought it but I am stuck with it. Might use it in the winter.

Used my TP717 for the first time and it did an excellent job checking the progress alerting on cooking my medium roast beef sandwich meat. Having a dual probe will be fun to try on the BBQ.
This was actually bought so that I can keep an eye on the temperature and moisture readings don't fall to low for our rabbit. And with this weather we've been having did not won't it to fall below ten degrees so making good use of the temperature alert system on the device. All in all it's perfect for what i need it to do.

I bought 2 devices. One with Bluetooth and one with an outdoor sensor. Both work great and deliver what's promised.
So far I really like the Thermopro . I use to cut the meat open to feel the temperature or see how pink it is. Now I find out in seconds what the internal temperature is .
The thermometer comes in a nice box and magnetic holder. I thought this would have been a rechargeable unit, but it requires batteries, instead. The alarm went off, every so many minutes while using the Bluetooth on my phone. I baked a rib roast and used this to set at 120 deg. I used a manual thermometer to compare and see how accurate. Well, the manual thermometer read 120 deg, the ThermoPro was reading 100 deg. My roast would have been way over done if I hadn't had a manual thermometer. Not sure if there is a setting to recalculate this probe.

Have bought seven of the (TP357 Bluetooth) units to monitor the atmospheric temperature and humidity immediately above my radiators. This tells me both :- A:- The radiators themselves are getting hot. B:- The thermostatic valves are operating correctly. Within days these units proved that both were true even though I suspected that one was not working. The hysteresis curve can be seen for all radiators in regard to both scenarios. The fine sampling (1 min intervals) gives an accurate display. The ability to export the data in CSV format is ideal for data archival but would be better if the CSV could be saved direct to file rather than via email. Connection requests via the app and updating the app are both quick and an immediate response experienced. The GUI is a nice touch being able to read a graph for, Hour, Day, Week, Month or Year, giving a good visual data analysis. My only caviats are: - Exporting to email and not direct to memory. The units need to be normalised overnight before reading correctly. But that is comparable with other manufacturers, so no big deal. I have not had them long enough to comment on:- Data Retention upon battery change, but hopefully this can be retained by the app or via CSV. Battery longevity.

I find that my humidity on thermostat is not correct, so I rely on therm pro for accurate reading. This has helped me control use of my A/C unit here in Florida. I really like it!
Temp Spike Smart probe We bought this device and was used twice and probe failed to connect to its base device (hence can’t use). Thermpro replaced the whole unit. The replacement was used once and after a few weeks we went to use again (fully charged) and again the probe has failed and won’t connect. It has one job to do and haven’t been able to use it for this. Now back in the long loop to try to get a refund and definitely avoid this company products in future. Definitely don’t buy this and many other devices on the market…

This has made to my cooking. only received it yesterday, and cooked a whole roast chicken. couldn't believe how perfectly done it was by reaching a core set point temp. absolutely succulent and NOT dry as I usually over cook a chicken. Fast shipping product arrived on time and order was correct, used the thermospike to smoke a pork shoulder and the app tracked internal temp within 1 degree of an insta-read probe temp was great having a wireless probe easy clean up and accurate and the bonus of the temp inside smoker was awesome to track my smoker temp. App set-up was a breeze and app was useful would be nice to change temp of cook without starting a new cook (or maybe I just didn't figure it out) I wrap at 165 and had to start a new cook for my finished temp.
I have had other analog humidity meters but this has been the best yet. I saw it being used in a You Tube video and the chap was explaining how to sort out mould issues in property and explained that you needed to know the humidity in your home and he was using this product. I have had a few days now and the readings have been better than expected. We have an extensive cellar which before being damp proofed was very damp. We even had to use a dehumidifier to keep it dry. This unit has proved the work was well worth it. The logging of the humidity and temperature via the app has been the biggest eye opener as the temperature range shows how well the heating is performing in all the rooms. I would recommend this to anyone who is curious about their house and its living conditions.
The old adage, if you're lookin', you ain't cookin applies. If I have to open my smoker multiple times during a long cook, it slows the process and is just inconvenient. The Temp Spike solves that. The rechargeable batteries mean I never have to rummage for replacements or go to the corner to buy some. That, and no wires to fray my gaskets and the relatively long range make the TempSpike a valuable tool. The customer service is absolutely top-notch as well. No worries there.
Absolutely disgusted that my meat thermometer is designed for right handed people. In this day and age why are you abusing left handed people. It's absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Never buying any products from you ever again!
Simple, accurate, no nonsense!
Charged both probes on arrival and a few hours later tried to Bluetooth them through the app only to discover the White probe never took a charge. After trying the other holder in the unit to charge it again, it failed again. The black probe was OK. Pity as I had high hopes for the item after checking reviews. Now seems to be product fault. So after buying off Amazon I now lose financial as I has to send the item back. Why is the company selling faulty items ?
My device stopped working after a couple of months. Contacted customer support. After a few emails they sent me a new device.
The white probe will not hold a charge. Just got these this week. Had both fully charged and put both into a turkey I was about to smoke. White died immediately. Black did it's job. Had a thermo dot inserted just beside black and temps were no where close. 10 degree fluctuations. Also had another probe from my flameboss and temps weren't the same. Also used my thermopop and again different temps. Now I'm not sure what is correct temps. But white probe is definitely done. Charged it multiple times tonight and after a couple minutes it dies

I live in an apartment complex in which the ranges are refurbished and incredibly old. The ovens have no temperature controls that show the temperature. This remote probe has been a needed and powerful addition to my kitchen
ThermoPro TP357 Room Thermometer Indoor Bluetooth Hygrometer. The problem for me is the distance your device can be to communicate with TP357 is substantially less than was quoted (80m with no obstruction). It seems a sheet of glass or wooden door is sufficient for there not to be any connection. If you can get your device to talk it is good. Had hoped I could lie in bed and check out the monitors in other rooms in the house. Unfortunately I found very few locations where a connection reliably occurred. Bit of a nuisance having to get up and go and look to check what the Temperature and humidity is. Rather defeats the purpose of the TP357
I absolutely love this ThermaPro cooking thermometer! I enjoy eating turkey and chicken breast now that with the help of this gadget I am no longer overcooking the meat! The design and simple functionality of the ThermoPro thermometer is the reason I’m giving it 5 stars! I recommend this product!

I placed my order November 24 and paid for next day delivery. It is now December 9th and still do not have it. On a good note they did refund the next day delivery charge but I really would like to have my product.

My smoker has two hard wired probes, but I wanted to monitor the internal meat temperature, without having to constantly go outside and open the smoker, losing heat each time. I’ve had my TempSpike for nearly 18 months, it seems very accurate. It was very easy to synchronize to my cellphone. The last 2 times smoking briskets, the probe lost power about 2 1/2 hours into the process. The most recent brisket took 13 hours to reach the desired temperature. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. The representative confirmed my Amazon order number, and told me a new replacement would arrive within 8-10 days. I was very surprised that after I had used my TempSpike for well over a year, the company was sending me a brand new TempSpike. One week later, I received the replacement! I really like this product, and I am very happy with the company’s customer service!
Delivered to billing address not shipping address. Billing address does not accept packages, so the unit was returned to the sender. Update 12.02.24: I have written the company and received a “no one is in the office” response (thanksgiving?). Then the company responds to this review but doesn't write back. I think some customer service systems down there still need working out.
Tried to place an online order on the Thermopro website, the website failed. Called customer service and they were closed. Tried their AI support and that was a regrettable experience. Tried to order again in four days and the order wouldn’t process. Called support and was told the site didn’t work. When I asked why the site isn’t disabled when it is unable to process orders and was met with derision. Do waste your time with ThermoPro
ThermoPro is fantastic! I especially have enjoyed my 3 Temp spikes - 1 single and 1 double. They all work well together and make cooking by temp so much easier. Recently, I bought their new Temp Spikes and gave my other to my son. The new one is even slimmer and works very well. I have one of the fold out thermometers but been thinking about getting the ThermoPro Lightning - I haven't pulled the trigger on that one yet but it looks great. I spent a lot of time in the military calibrating and repairing temperature devices so I am familiar with how they should work. ThermoPro really comes through!

ThermoPro products are outstanding. I own 3 Lighting Thermometers and 2 of the Twin TempSpike wireless probes. By far these are the best I have ever used, but what sets ThermoPro above others is their customer support. I have had a few situations where the thermometers were not functioning properly, and both cases we solved by simply sending an email with description of the issue and some pictures. The day after I was notified that a replacement unit was on its way...outstanding support. Customer for life.

I dropped my transmitter and it was inoperable. I called to see if I could buy another. I talked to Corey he was very accommodating. He took my information and said he would send out another at no charge . This has to be a really good company to have such a person . I was Very surprised at the out come as the transmitter was not under warranty that I know of . I asked. How long it would last he said he just had a customer that replaced a probe his unit was purchased in 2016. I like there products . Their customer service is awesome .

Excellent customer service. I've had the thermopro for 9 months and it's great to use. I had a problem recently with one of the probes not pairing and after trying some troubleshooting tips that didn't resolve the issue, thermopro sent me an entirely new device.

My ThermoPro TP829 Wireless Meat Thermometer has been a great product for over a year with no issues until I believe I ruined 2 of the 4 probs. I emailed them with the issue that I may have defected my probs washing them as they stopped reading. Not only did I get a fast response, but I am also very pleased that the company sticks by their product and are sending me a replacement. I was assisted fast and professionally and for not being a recent purchase I was grateful the company was so helpful. I will be looking to purchase their products again in the future. I got the dual probe meat thermometer at depot. Super great price point. Got it home, installed battery, and went to put battery cover on and it fell off. Door was warped for whatever reason so I scanned the QR code on package and it brought me to there site with an easy txt message option for help. I txt the number with my info and picture of receipt, a the problem that I had with the battery door cover. I received a txt rite back that informed me a support ticket was generated and I will receive a response and solution within 24 hours. Not a problem. The next day far earlier then 24hrs I receive a txt message that states, we have processed your order and have sent out a new unit free of charge. That was super easy and convenient. I know Shh. it happens so wasn’t a big deal. 2 days later I had another unit at my doorstep. They work very well and the new upgraded probes are great. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience that was super fast. Good job Thermpro keep it up. Great quality and affordable if you’re in the market I highly recommend.

I have purchased several Thermopro thermometers over the years without any failures. My most recent purchase was twin Tempspike set. It worked great for 8 months of frequent use until the one of the two probes quit working. I notified the company, attached my receipt and received a replacement in less than a week. Just another great example of why I buy and support Thermopro.
