TempPro TP829 1000ft Wireless Meat Thermometer - 4 Meat Probes: I purchased this Model No: TP829B with 4 color coated probes in Sept, 2025. I really like this thing. I've recommended it to several people. It has really helped me keep track of what's on the grill so I can get other things done at the same time. Just awesome. I can prepare beef, pork and chicken at the same time and monitor temps on all three items. The preset meat temps is a very nice feature. I don't have to keep looking up the correct temperatures. The built in alarms tell me when something is done and I can adjust those temps if necessary. Just awesome. The display is easy to read and the temperatures update every few seconds. Having said that, after 5 months, 2 of the probes are having problems. 1 has completely quit. The 2nd is very intermittent and the temp fluctuates quite a bit. I'm thinking that putting them in the meat with the grill lid closed is not a good idea. I try to grill under 350 oF, but still, closing the lid might not be healthy for the probes. The included user guide says not to use the probes above 572 oF. The unit comes with a 1 year warranty and I've emailed the company to see if the probes are covered under warranty I've had a Weber iGrill probe for nearly 15 years and I've only had to replace the probe 1 time using it with the grill lid closed. So, we'll see. Overall, I'm really pleased with this Thermprobe kit with 4 temp probes. Update - I emailed ThermPro and discovered the kit including probes are covered by a 1 year warranty that can be extended to a 3 year warranty by simply registering the product. They are sending me replacement probes.

very inaccurate
received the base plus 2 remotes. ALL three have different temps sitting together. Differences of 3 to 4 degrees between each other. If you cant trust brand new ones what can you trust. Which one (if any) are correct? Maybe NONE ?

I did not realize what a fan I am of ThermoPro. I have a couple of the manual temp probes back from years ago before the app integration and wifi, bluetooth, etc. I also just noticed that I have a temperature and humidity device (also had for years) just never noticed the ThermoPro brand name. Anyway, recently I was gifted a blue tooth probe and lost it. I called in and spoke to Corey Griffin in customer support. This guy knows his stuff! The dual probe thermometer from Thermopro worked as advertised. Unlike last year where my crazy convection oven cooked a still somewhat frozen turkey in an hour, catching me off guard, and leaving us with a turkey that looked like a prop out of a mummy movie, this year I was armed with a Thermopro, and the Turkey turned out perfectly.

Since February 2025
Since February 2025, I have purchased 10 ThermoPro Thermometers, with my last purchase last week. The accuracy has been acceptable with occasional slight deviations of maybe 1 or 2 degrees when compared with other devices. I use ThermoPro Thermometers in a Hydroponic Grow Room where temperatures and humidity are important. The readings compare very closely with 2 Gardyn Studio temperature readings everytime. I use ThermoPro Thermometers in most rooms of a 1673 sq ft house as the temperatures vary with cold and hot spots depending on the seaaon and they allow me to adjust the thermostat for comfort. Also, even though they are for use indoors I use them on the covered front porch and a protected area of the back deck. They have worked great for me and I rely on them. I don't need the historical data, but it is available if needed. Easy to connect and add additional devices to the ThermoPro app. I like the wireless system for ease of use. I used a wireless base sytem previously, but had to have the base close for viewing. Not ThermoPro. I can check temps and humidity levels anytime. A good product at a good value.

I m giving 3 star and the main reason for this is that company brags about long 650ft range (which are ideal lab theoretical conditions for Bluetooth 5.0+ ), but in fact it does suck and can't even get through 1 obstacle (corner of my house), which is like 90ft away from bbq). other than that I d give a solid 4 star. t25 model missing a magnet which is a minus for me. I like that probes from cheaper tier basic models are interchangeable, app and connection and interface are easy to navigate.

It’s compact, and has useful features like a count down, a count up timer; and a clock. Its two AAA batteries should last as long as a single AA, which depending on how much its used could last about 5-6 months.

Product received. The control app will not load to my iPhone. Tried both the link on the instruction sheet and a direct search in the Apple Store. Neither link worked -- Thus remote temperature monitoring is impossible. A complete waste of money.
