I ordered a 2xl blanket in August 1st and it's October 5th 2026 and still haven't gotten any refund or blanket and they can't give me a tracking number and who is the carrier. They just say it is still on its way.
They originally could not supply the color blanket I wanted. I changed my order to a different color After 2 months I have still not received the blanket. I have requested a refund three times and have not received it. I have been assured its the blanket is "on its way" I have not received a tracking number at any stage. Dont buy from these people.
If you pay for a bag and there is no bag, someone should send you a bag. I asked dozens of times. You still never sent the bag I paid for and I'm very angry with you.
I paid for express shipping, advertised as delivery within 6 work days. After a month, my purchase has not even been shipped yet. I asked for a refund of the shipping fee only, which was denied.
The blanket is not wet-proof at all. Took ONE experience to find that out. I contacted the company and they flatly stated that I could send the unused one (I bought TWO) back ON MY DIME and they would then refund 35%(!) of the purchase price, which would have cost ME. It is not as though I changed my mind, didn't like the color, texture, size. IT DOES NOT WORK and they refused to make it right. Would give negative 50 stars if I could.
I ordered my blanket on 8/14/26 & never received it. The customer service department gives me the run around. Don’t buy from them!!

It never arrived. Wanted to give me black when I ordered a pink. I asked to cancel the order and they haven’t done it
An error in ordering the wrong size was quickly amended by your staff.
The blanket is of cheap quality and gets super matted. I have washed it once, following the specs I found online for the blanket (note: they never sent me specific washing/drying instructions), and the material is super matted, and the blanket has lost all plush quality after this one wash.
I’m still missing items. I emailed custom service weeks ago and still haven't heard back.
Really bad customer experience this time. Have bought from them previously with no issues. This time it took six weeks for the blanket to arrive, and the parcel was badly damaged. Have tried contacting the company but no response yet. I’d like to add photos here but unable to.
It doesn’t work like advertised. Plus now I’m out $90 but I can’t even return it since I have to ship it all the way across the world and pay for shipping myself. Do not buy!
This blanket is everything I asked for and more and the customer service was excellent. I asked if it could come before a certain date because it is a birthday present and they made sure it did. Thank you.
I have been trying for a month now to get a refund for two blankets. 1 package was delivered 3 weeks later than the original delivery date. The quality was atrocious, color NOT as advertised and rubs off on everything. The quality of the fabric feels that of a dogs crinkle chew toy. The second blanket I never received even though it was marked as delivered. I contacted customer support to express my dissatisfaction and request for a return and refund as I spent ~$130 on them. Customer support refused and has been extremely difficult to deal with. When requesting a supervisor they declined and stated the only “remediation” for my issues is to buy a new blanket and they will partially refund me for the previous missing blank. Therefore would be scamming me out of more money than taking a loss on the product. Do NOT buy from this company
Like other reviews on here, I ordered two blankets and received only one. I have reached out to customer service twice now. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have my second blanket. I wish I had read the reviews on TRUSTPILOT before purchasing.
I have still not received the blanket. I have been communicating with a "Julia" who sounds more like an AI chatbot who keeps assuring me my order is on the way but I also never received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I'm starting to think this is a scam website. If I don't receive the blanket or shipping information by the end of the week I'm disputing the charge with my bank.
What went wrong was i ordered 2 blankets and I only received one, they won't give actual typed responses, seems AI generated!!! If they would actually read the messages they would see they are in the wrong and they should send me my other blanket! But instead they want to act fraudulent and like thieves and stole my money! Only reason they get one star is because I can't leave less! And don't respond saying "you're order was delivered on such and such date" because only half my order was delivered not all!!!
I haven’t received the blanket yet. I was told it was delivered on August 8, but it was not. I asked all of my neighbors and checked my ring camera and it was not delivered. I sent another email that I have not received it. I’m waiting confirmation and or pictures of the delivery.
Pretty sure this is a scam company of Love Blankets. The package came with zero info, a fake from address, and a sketchy product.
I only received part of my order and no refund or an offer to send me the items that were not received was offered. After repeated emails there has been no resolution. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Do not order for this business unless you are ok with spending money on items you won't receive.

Absolutely shocking - appalling and probably AI generated customer support- no care or reply - no action - time waste and had to ask credit card to charge back Beginning to think it may be a scam ! Avoid at all costs
Ordered 3 weeks ago and was expecting an 8 day delivery slot but it still has not arrived after 3 weeks. A couple of emails later I’m just being told to be patient as it has been dispatched. I don’t doubt this but I think it must be lost in transit. I’m now being asked to review my purchase.
I bought two of the large "Love Blankets," hoping they'd actually work as advertised. Instead, my bed was soaked twice. So much for that. When I reached out to customer service, I expected help. Instead, I got the exact same automated response, six times in a row, asking for my email, order number, and zip code so they could "locate my order" as if that's the issue. I know exactly where my order is. What I need is a solution to a product that doesn't work. I even sent them photos and a video showing the blanket completely dry, then poured water on it directly from a bottle to demonstrate that it soaks straight through and leaves everything underneath soaking wet. Clear, undeniable proof. And still, all I get back is the same copy-pasted request for information I already provided, over and over, with zero acknowledgment of the actual problem. If I could give zero stars, I would. The product doesn't do what it claims, and customer support is everything but supportive. Save your money and look elsewhere.
This is a scam website shipping out of China that is ripping off the original company's name and product. Be sure to check the website name!! theloveblanket.co is a scam, love-blanket.com is the legitimate website. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and they refuse to issue me a refund even though my order hasn't even shipped yet. The only option I've been given it to pay out of pocket for return shipping once my order arrives, and then wait an additional 5-10 business days after it makes it back to the warehouse in China.
Order #LBS63421 we received incorrect size on 2 of the blankets. The pink were supposed to be travel size but instead we received the next size up like the purple. We already have 2 others and wanted the travel size. Is this able to be corrected? Can we return and get travel size or are they no longer available. Thank you Rickey Shaw
Took a while to receive, but I was surprised by the quality. It’s soft on both sides. We’ve used it quite a few times and haven’t had any “issues”. I’d say it does slide around a bit, at least for us. It’s been washed many times and is holding up well. It does take forever to dry though.
Should have got this years ago. Comfortable and so far works great and cleans up easily
I did receive a product, but decided to return it unopend. They keep making excuses for not accepting my return. I don't think they will accept the return, I think this company will soon disappear. Don't buy here.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This company must be a scam. The response is ridiculous. They will respond right away one time and then the follow up email gets RADIO SILENCE! They advertise a 100% money back guarantee and this is also a scam. They say if your Open your package then you can return it yet if you try to return it without opening the package and videoing it - they also want return it. So basically you get screwed! Don’t throw your money away.
The product definitely works as suggested. Allowed the lady to be great!!!!! With no issues. Definitely recommend for the water park.

My order showed up later than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying. The tracking updates were decent though, so at least I wasn’t completely guessing where it was. Anyway, it finally arrived and that’s what matters. 0 Reply
I ordered my product 9 weeks ago and have not received anything. I have 39 emails back and forth with the company. They're not helpful. They will not refund your money. They are thieves.
I got this maybe about a week or so ago, and it’s been really nice so far. It feels super soft and kind of thick without being too heavy. I’ve been using it most nights, and I’m happy with it overall. 0 Reply

The first message was just ignored, and then a few days later I got this super short response that didn’t actually help with anything. I was only asking for a simple update, you know? In my opinion, this place is a total scam. They are selling illegal textile products into the USA. No required labeling at all on the blanket. It also smells weird and has an unpleasant crunching sound when you fold it. Ships from Wuhan, China. They do not honor the 30-day money back guarantee and play the run-around game with customer service emails. Avoid!
Package went walkabout and eventually returned to The Love Blanket with ZERO attempts to deliver to me - this is not their fault, but that of EVRi - however when I contacted them to get a refund, I was told that I needed to place another order then I will get my refund. I've argued that this is NOT happening but I keep getting the same answer. We're now almost two weeks on and no refund...
HORRIBLE customer service and super slow shipping. Ordered on 2/4/24. Emailed multiple times for a status update around 2/9. Received no response. They sent an email on 2/10 that it will be shipped out around the 17th. Then sent another email on the 11th telling me that it would shipped out on the 19th. At this point, I requested my order to be canceled and refunded. They refused. They stated that since they had already printed the shipping label they cannot cancel it.
