Love Tempdrop
Love Tempdrop. I have used it to achieve pregnancy, avoid pregnancy with a fertility awareness method and now I’m charting for health. The device is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and takes the stress out of tracking my basal body temperature every morning. The app is straightforward, and I appreciate how it automatically syncs and presents my data clearly. The customer service has also been excellent whenever I've had questions, they've been responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, Tempdrop has made cycle tracking much more convenient and reliable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free fertility tracking solution.
Cannot recommend highly enough
I have used Tempdrop for approximately 5 years now & it just keeps getting better & better! Cannot recommend this device enough - I have recommended to all my friends. It really helps you understand your cycle, and is so simple to use, yet provides such detailed information. The education via the app is what I wish I had learnt in school. The insights provided, as someone in perimenopause, has helped me understand my hormonal fluctuations better & helped me advocate for better support from my GP. I’ve also received excellent customer support when needed.
Great experience
Tempdrop has been very easy to use from day one. The setup instructions were clear, and the app is intuitive with convenient data entry and tracking. It’s comfortable to wear at night, and the whole experience feels effortless. I highly recommend it!
Great product and company
Great product and company. I have been a temp drop user for several now. It was so easy to set up, the app is fantastic and the company are always developing the app features to continue to build on their great product. On the few occasions I have needed to contact the support team the responses have always been quick to respond and extremely helpful. The in app tutorials and lessons/information about your cycles are a great way to help educate yourself about your cycles.

I love my Tempdrop. I’m 46, so I’m perimenopausal, and I find it so reassuring to have “insider info” on what my body is doing, menstrual-cycle-wise. It’s definitely helping me through this stage of life. I didn’t have access to this data about my own body when I was ttc, and I really wish I had! They’re easy to use and the charts are intuitive and easy to read. All women should have one!

Tempdrop has been a game changer for me! I love how convenient it is and find it comfortable to wear. I’ve got the 2.0 and have been using it for over a year, no issues so can’t comment on the customer service. Haven’t even needed to change the battery yet! The device itself is pretty self explanatory, but a huge complaint of mine was the arm band! It sucks the way you “adjust” it is by adding some more fabric to it that clips on like the back of a bra, it’s not really stretchy or super forgiving, I will say it is really comfortable but it would always slide off my arm or move around. I ordered a different armband off Etsy and see if that helps with the fit

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I started using Tempdrop, especially because my sleep can be all over the place some weeks. I mostly just wanted something that wouldn’t make tracking feel like another chore. Pretty clear billing, just one small hiccup
tempdrop was easy to deal with when it came to billing. The price and charges were shown clearly before I paid, so I didn’t feel like there was any weird hidden fee surprise or anything like that. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because, umm, I did have to reread one email to figure out exactly when the charge was going to happen. Worked faster than I expected
I started using tempdrop to track my cycle while we were trying to get pregnant, and it made the whole morning routine feel a lot less stressful. After a couple months, I could see my ovulation pattern way more clearly, which helped a ton. We ended up getting pregnant on the third cycle, so I’m really happy with it. Unreliable, Confusing product, No returns once the box is open.
SCAM COMPANY. Do not buy. This product is not reliable and confusing to use. It technically comes with a book of instructions, but they are so small you can't even read them with a magnifying glass. And guess what? Their return policy is: "once you OPEN THE BOX you can't return it." So if they sell you a defective product you're simply out $200. I tried leaving a review on their site but it's apparently impossible to do so which makes me wonder about the reliability of the reviews on their site.

Confused by ant reviews claiming "great customer support". There is literally zero available at all. There is no phone or WhatsApp communication only email and they respond maybe every few day maybe not. When they did respond, All they did was ask repeatedly if I tried rearranging the device on my arm. I was asked to fill out a complicated form providing pictures and videos and promised a response in a few days. still waiting for a response. Gave 2 stars because the device seems like it could he great if I could get some help using it.

Nespoľahlivá funkčnosť v čase.
Dobrý deň. Máme starší model prístroja tempdrop, nie ten najnovší. Prístroj od začiatku mal problém v spojení sa s aplikáciou v mobile. Stávalo sa, že prístroj aj aplikácia signalizovali nahrávanie, ale nakoniec to po dlhšom čase zlyhalo. Postupy sme opakovali aj podľa návodov, avšak niekedy úspešne, niekedy neúspešne. Niekedy sme namerané údaje stratili niekedy sa nahrali údaje 3 dní dozadu. Momentálne temp drop vydrží nanajvÿš jeden alebo dva týždne s novou batériou, po tomto čase signalizuje vybitie batérie, pri tom je stále nová. Pri viacerÿch deťoch sme hľadali uľahčenie merania teploty a hlavne pri potrebe presnejšieho merania vzhľadom na nepravidelné spánky a noci manželky. Mali sme veľké očakávania, najmã pri cene, ktorý prístroj stál. Životnosť zariadenia, resp. jeho spoľahlivosti vo fungovaní je nízka. Navyše sme mimoriadne sklamaní, že zo supportu nikto na manželkyne otázky s funkčnosťou nijako nereagoval. Nápad prístroja na meranie a používanie je perfektný, ale prístroj po nejakom čase už nie je spoľahlivý. Sme z toho frustrovaní a sklamaní.

Helpful after baby, but not perfect
I started using Tempdrop after my baby was born because there was no way I was waking up at the same time every morning. It definitely helps, I just find the armband kind of annoying during night feeds, and the app took me a little while to figure out. I’ve been using it mainly with contraception in mind, and I do think the temperature tracking is helpful and worth having. That said, the app can be a little confusing at times, which makes it feel less reliable than I’d like for something this important. Support did get back to me, but the response wasn’t exactly quick. Good app, but I’m cautious with health data
I mostly use Tempdrop for tracking, and overall I really do like it. The privacy side seems straightforward, and I haven’t seen anything that feels sketchy. That said, I do wish the settings were easier to find and explained in more normal, plain language. Maybe it’s partly on me because I’m extra cautious with health data, but that kind of info is personal, so I want everything to be super clear. I actually really liked browsing this site. The design feels clean without being too busy, and the calm colors make it easy to look through everything. I’ve been using Tempdrop for a few months now, and it’s been reliable for me. I kind of felt pressured to try something like this because waking up at the same exact time to temp was just stressing me out, and this has made that part way easier. Most of the time the temps line up with my other cycle signs, which is reassuring. The sensor itself has been good so far, and I really like not having to wake up early just to temp. Setup wasn’t the most straightforward thing in the world, but after poking around a bit I figured it out. The part that bugs me is how much seems tied to the subscription. I’ve been using Tempdrop for 26 days
I’ve been using Tempdrop for 26 days, and honestly, I don’t feel satisfied with my purchase at all. It’s quite an expensive device that, on its own, doesn’t offer all the features it’s highly valued for—you have to pay for a subscription to access those. On top of that, in my case, wearing the band has been very uncomfortable, as it causes itching, irritation, and marks. These issues make it hard to fall asleep, and even keeping the armband on for several hours in a row is a real challenge. The sizing also doesn’t fit properly: the regular size is too tight on me, but when I use the extender that comes with it, it doesn’t stay in place on my arm, which could affect the basal temperature readings. Additionally, the temperatures it has recorded so far don’t look coherent at all, which makes me doubt whether it’s working properly. And last but not least, the customer service is terrible—I’ve sent several emails expressing my questions and concerns, and all I’ve received back is a bunch of long emails with no real solutions, one after another, with no satisfactory answers or support. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my requests altogether, and I never received any further “help.”
Good concept, disappointing reliability
I've been using Tempdrop to help manage my PCOS and overall, it's a helpful tool. I really appreciate being able to track my temperature without having to wake up at a fixed hour — it makes cycle tracking much more manageable. However, for the price point, I'm disappointed by recurring issues with temperature not recording properly on some nights. I suspect it's a technical problem with my device, but unfortunately, customer support wasn't helpful — they repeatedly sent copy-pasted messages and insisted I was using it wrong, without offering any real troubleshooting or solutions. Tempdrop claims to be well-suited for irregular cycles, which is one of the reasons I chose it. However, after four irregular cycles, the app simply stopped calculating fertile windows based on my temperature and cervical mucus data — stating that it couldn’t do so because my cycle is irregular. That’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of using a device specifically marketed for users with irregular cycles. What's even more disappointing is that they seem to filter out or simply don't publish negative reviews on their website, which seriously undermines the credibility and transparency of the brand. Tempdrop has potential, but at this stage, neither the product quality nor the customer support justifies the price.

After doubting to buy the tempdrop for quite a while (mainly because of the price), I went ahead and bought it a few weeks ago. I'm so glad i did! It's so easy to use and gives me an accurate BBT measurement, eventhough I wake up a lot during the night. Also, what a luxury to not have to set my alarm to temp in the weekend. I love it!

Tempdrop is amazing!
Without tracking my cycle and using the premium feature of the calendar, I'd never know the start date of my next cycle. This allows me to plan my life accordingly to energy levels around different times In my cycle. It's a game changer! If I forget to use this feature I tend to overdo it when my energy levels are low and I don't want to socialise as much close to CD1. I've learnt so much about my body through Tempdrop. It's an amazing device. I could not be without it!! Incredible resources on their website to help you understand your body. I recommend this to all my female friends. I'm 43 and Tempdrop is helping me to identify hormonal changes in this next phase of life. Super friendly team at Tempdrop, really helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.

The main reason I bought this is because I have a toddler and a newborn, I wanted to temp since my sleep is (obviously) extremely erratic and breast feeding puts my hormones even more out of wack. All this combined led to me being very inconsistent with remembering to temp with my Cyclotest thermometer every morning. Something I thought the tempdrop would fix, which in theory it did, but while I kept comparing temps with my regular thermometer I felt that the algorithm keep pulling my temperatures lower to the point where my curves weren't really distinguishable to me- or giving me completely different data than my oral BBT. I also have to say, this is my experience with their NEWEST product, tempdrop 2.0- which people on Reddit raved about for the improved battery replacement method, better algorithm, and better syncing- exactly what their site also proclaimed. That was the main reason I decided to drop so much money for their new version- I really didn't want any room for error when trying Natural Family Planning 6 months after birth. And I have to say it's really not all that it's cracked up to be. Reading the other 3-1 star reviews showed me that it still suffers from the same problems as their first model: flimsy device, and an extremely cheap and uncomfortable arm band (for some who have used both versions MORE uncomfortable even) whose seams where the tempdrop is supposed to go in seem to unravel straight away... Which is a problem, because their site claims you have to remove it from the band everytime you want to sync your data, now how does that make any sense? The band itself also only has a 4 month warrenty, so how am I not supposed to feel like the cheapness of it is intentional and almost a scam? That's wht I had to remove further stars just by how weasley this company is with their terms of service. I really can't believe, that for the price, you are expected to pay separately for 2 year insurance for damage and loss, and pay another fee on top if you want a "satisfaction protection" i.e paying more to have the basic right to return the product if it didn't fulfill the expectations *they* espouse. It's really insane! I also was apparently denied being able to retroactively pay for insurance for the device despite asking if that was even possible, only for customer service to completely ignore my question and just keep refering me to an American facebook group (I'm not in america, and said so, but was linked it twice despite that fact!) to sell my Tempdrop if I wasn't happy with it. That's seriously outrageous! And just for everyone's information and for the sake of transparency- which this company clearly is not known for- this is an Israeli company, considering the current political climate, that is something that one ought to know- and I feel the need to put this in the review since it's information that is suspiciously difficult to find for whatever reason. I only knew about it after I purchased, unfortunately... TLDR: save yourself the money, buy an oral thermometer (the one I mentioned I feel is very accurate and really great overall) and just try to have more discipline. I also recommend cross tracking with Fertiliry Friend and adding your data there, their app is intended for people who are TTC, but it gives valuable insights on your cycles the more data you put in, I feel the automatically NON renewing 24€ per year(!!!) Is well worth it, and much more than the little amount of (kinda useless for TTC) features you'll get with the tempdrop app

I absolutely love my tempdrop 2.0! I’ve used the original Tempdrop for years and it already made charting my cycles an absolute breeze with 2 young children. The super fast sync time and increased storage are incredible, not to mention the comfortable arm band 😍😍😍😍

I purchased my Tempdrop after stopping HBC and when I started working with a FAM instructor. I use my Tempdrop alongside an oral thermometer so I can compare my potential ovulation dates and have a redundancy. I use the Tempdrop app only for uploading my temps and checking the time I took my temperature on the a sleep chart. I input all of my cycle data into the RYB app, which syncs very easily with Tempdrop. Tempdrop stores hours of data, so you can use it for a few nights before uploading, if you find yourself away from your phone/internet (great when I was tracking my cycle during a Vipassana retreat). The Tempdrop team is super responsive to any technical queries, and replacing the battery has always been really easy as there's a short video that clearly explains the steps. Personally, I prefer to use Tempdrop in conjunction with another type of thermometer because I'm TTA and want to be able to compare and contrast, but I think it's a great tool, especially for people who don't sleep through the night (new parents etc).

I love my Tempdrop so much. I’ve been a user for a couple years now; and wouldn’t be able to confidently track my cycle without it. I gifted one to my 13 year old niece and she loves hers too and is so empowered at a young age to know her body and avoid birth control. I will continue to use this device as long as I am fertile.

I love Tempdrop! It makes keeping track of your temp so much easier. You don't have to worry about your restless nights or sleeping in affecting your temp. I loved the original Tempdrop, but the Tempdrop2 is even better! It syncs so fast and the armband is soooo comfortable. Also, the customer service is amazing! They are always so quick to help. If you join the Tempdrop Facebook group there are live employees who do everything they can to help you when you post questions or concerns. I can't say enough great things about the customer service. I first started using Tempdrop in 2020 and I've seen how much they've worked on making the thermometer and the app even better. I know that any kinks that have or will come up, they do there best to work them out and find a way to make it better.
Worth the Investment
Tempdrop is truly a game changer in the FAM world. Gone are the days of guess work, waking up at the same time every day to take your temperature, and hoping you did it right for an accurate and usable temperature. Now, you just pop the Tempdrop band on, turn on the device, and get your beauty sleep. Syncing in the morning when you’re up for the day is LIGHTNING fast with the TempDrop 2 and the new battery compartment takes all the hassle out of battery changes. What’s not to love? Suited for all different life stages, you can keep track of your cycle with basal body temps using this device whether you bedshare with a toddler, are up and down all night with a newborn, working the night shift, traveling internationally, or even have irregular cycles/PCOS. As always, Tempdrop is best paired with a FAM method to properly interpret the temps you’re given each day (preferably with a secondary biophysical marker like cervical mucus observations) to make educated decisions about your cycle and shouldn’t be used solely to make those decisions. It’s a helpful tool in your toolbox to help you track and understand your cycles with the least hassle possible. 10/10 will recommend it to anyone I meet needing a top of the line basal body temperature thermometer without the hassle of traditional thermometers or unreliability of temps from rings or watches. It is absolutely worth the investment!

Have used since 2020, no real issues. A sensor died and they replaced it immediately. I wouldn't be able to temp without TD due to cosleeping and breastfeeding and my own insomnia issues. I appreciate knowing exactly when my irregular period will show up!

Have been using since 2020. With irregular cycles great to know when to expect my period. When TTC, I know when my temp was still high 14 days after temprise it was time to take a pregnancy test. Now after my pregnancy and nursing when my cycle is back it doesn't seem my cycle is as predictable as before or if tempdrop algoritm has changed, but would still buy again if this one stops working. Important to always use with a method for exemple Sensiplan if using for TTA.
