I've really enjoyed using SocialBee so far. I'm still trying all of its bells and whistles, so I haven't tried every single feature yet, but so far, everything I've tried has been really cool and beneficial for me as a solo entrepreneur. It is really stepped up my game with my social media accounts. I love that I can schedule all of my content in advance, I can batch create, I can set up reposting schedules all of this over multiple different platforms. I've tried the canva social media scheduler, The Meta social media scheduler and all of those have fallen short or felt clunky. This is definitely been a huge win for my business I'm so glad I signed up for the yearly subscription. Looking forward to honing my skills on this platform and seeing all the new things that it creates and provides for business owners like myself.

They do not send a reminder when your account is going to renew like any other reputable software company I have worked with. I actually received an email after our account had renewed. When I received this, I asked for a refund as we did not want to renew our account. Their policy states that you cannot get a refund on a renewal. Seems unprofessional to not send a renewal notice. Are they afraid that people would cancel if they knew it was time to renew? Stand behind the value of your work. Don't hide behind 3 pages of a privacy policy.
Socialbee does the job, you get everything you need from scheduler, categories, ai copilot for writing the posts, and connectors for everything from Instagram to tiktok and linkedin.
How they have treated me is terrible. Annual subscription since April 2025; not used as I was taking time to prepare and be ready for my content business. Now ready and SocialBee has been a nightmare for me. Connected all my channels but unable to set up as neither the 'Manage' or 'Category' seems to be working. I have sent out 4 emails over the last 4 days; no response. Dateline approaching and SocialBee is now the only clog in my automation plan. Why will a customer be treated this way????? No phone number to call, no reply to multiple emails. Nightmare!!! Update(1st dec 2025):got am email from them asking me to log in with incognito mode of browser(did not work). My reply: Finally found the issue,and have asked for refund. I will update/potentially report on the next development here. Thank you for your reply. When I inspected the browser console, I found a 500 Internal Server Error on the onboarding endpoint, which confirms a server-side problem: Mixpanel Initialization Initialize WebSocket Connection Connected to WebSocket onboarding-stage:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) This aligns with my experience over the past week: the core onboarding and content/category functions are not usable, which means I cannot practically use SocialBee for the automation workflows I have built around it. Given: These issues have persisted for nearly a week and blocked my setup. I received no meaningful response until after my Trustpilot review. The underlying problem appears to be on the backend rather than a cache or browser issue on my side. I have unfortunately lost confidence that the platform will be reliable enough once my automation goes live. For these reasons, I am requesting that you process a refund of the remaining balance on my annual subscription. You can hop on group support calls that are limited to just a few people and get clarity on the platform features. They have been around for nearly a decade. I wish I would have found them earlier. I have been a user for five or six years and absolutely love the service. It’s intuitive. I can automate processes which take a lot of time manually and the service has been spectacular. Additionally, the uptime and availability has been through the roof. As someone who generally appreciates how difficult it is to manage a software as a service social be knocked it out of the park.
This has been a very helpful platform for us to cross-post and update social media. We've been using it for scheduling and planning as well and it's super helpful.
This program is a major time saver and I am frequently able to generate content for social media accounts more effectively than by posting individually to each one.
Great for one time creators, but for anything at scale this just doesent work, pinterest, no csv title import in the fields, facebook, no first comment in the csv imports, reposting most liked posts in last 30-60 days in bulk? Have to do it manually clicking on my one to repost, no list style view or checkboxes to select multiple and reschedule them you got to go one by one uhh. This things gui is nice but its like a ferrari with only two wheels, i dont know how they are 5+ years old without these super basic import features for csv, noone I know would be able to use this software for large page management. If you manually post and schedule a post or two this is for you, if your an agency manager...
