I have been a user for five or six…

I have been a user for five or six years and absolutely love the service. It’s intuitive. I can automate processes which take a lot of time manually and the service has been spectacular. Additionally, the uptime and availability has been through the roof. As someone who generally appreciates how difficult it is to manage a software as a service social be knocked it out of the park.

CSV Import doesn't work.

This program is a major time saver and I am frequently able to generate content for social media accounts more effectively than by posting individually to each one.

Great for one time creators

Great for one time creators, but for anything at scale this just doesent work, pinterest, no csv title import in the fields, facebook, no first comment in the csv imports, reposting most liked posts in last 30-60 days in bulk? Have to do it manually clicking on my one to repost, no list style view or checkboxes to select multiple and reschedule them you got to go one by one uhh. This things gui is nice but its like a ferrari with only two wheels, i dont know how they are 5+ years old without these super basic import features for csv, noone I know would be able to use this software for large page management. If you manually post and schedule a post or two this is for you, if your an agency manager...

You can also review our privacy-policy" Also posting to Instagram videos doesn't work, they say you have to post "on the hour" that looks natural. also you cant post to stories for Instagram. Also good luck posting to you-tube the entire video. every time we posted a video, it wouldn't post the entire video, gets cut off. We would probably have stayed and let them build more functions and fix the garbage they launched and collect money for, but the issue of them going into my account without asking WAS ENOUGH FOR ME TO SAY GOODBYE. AND TO THINK THEY JUST USE A POLICY THAT NO ONE REALLY READS TO VIOLATE ACCOUNT HOLDERS PRIVACY. we moved over to content studio, , easier , more features , less cost

- socialbee makes organizing content easier with its category-based folders, and hashtag collections. - I appreciate how it automatically determines whether a Youtube video should be a Short or a full-length video based on the length and orientation of the video. - The platform would be even better if it had Dropbox integration. Because it doesn’t, I have to manually upload content, which adds an extra step to my workflow but overall it’s a really helpful tool.

One of the best social media management platforms

I have been using SocialBee for a long time. It helps me to create workspaces to manage promotions for multiple websites and create categories to organize content easily. We can schedule content on any platform including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, etc. However, I am facing issues with X scheduling recently. SocialBee can't automate Twitter promotions; I am also not getting mobile-based reminders. Therefore, I use another social media marketing tool for Twitter scheduling. Earlier, SocialBee came with Twitter follower management tools. It is also unavailable now. In short, some of my favourite SocialBee features are missing for the past some months.

this software (desktop version) seems magically offer EVERYTHING you need to successfuly schedule posts and manage multiple channels. the UX is idiotic, file management is impossible. thumbnails are tiny, you upload 10 reels and somehow there are only 7, you have to clickthru a bunch of stuff to playback reels so you know which one you're working with at the moment. the emoji keyboard inserts emojis in random places (NOT where the cursor is), the iphone doesnt notify you when your post has posted, customer service has too long of a turnaround (i responded immediately to email support at 9:30am and they never got back to me; their hours end at 2pm PST). you can't see your grid posts. you have to select settings EVERY SINGLE POST for yt, tiktok, etc. for everything. run far far away. that's all i can say. waste of time.

The best social media platform I have used

The platform is fantastic and easy to use. The help is second to none. I have raised 2 tickets with queries and both have been answered almost spontaneously. Lots of masterclasses and so forth. Willing to listen to ways in which they can improve on the system (not there are many). Will save me hours of time. Excellent price too

Great for small business

We are a small business and don’t have the staff to post every day to social media. SocialBee solves that problem for us. I recommend it!
